Days
after
this
incident,
Gymbox
investigated
further
my
concerns
and
resolved
the
issue.
Admitting
the
mistake
on
their
side.
It's
just
a
shame
their
first
initial
replies
to
me
from
2
different
staff
were
so
confident
and
they
didn't
even
want
to
hear
my
concerns
and
kept
telling
me
I
have
to
cancel
"online"
and
that's
it.
Thank
you
for
the
staff
member
who
resolved
this
quickly.

Don't
use
this
gym,
when
they
sign
you
up,
they
just
want
to
scam
you
-
that's
how
they
are
"trained"
according
to
their
own
email
to
me.
I
was
only
in
Victoria
for
1
month.
I
have
no
need
to
make
up
stories.
I
used
the
gym
a
few
days
on
the
last
of
November
which
I
was
charged
for.
I
wanted
to
use
the
gym
for
the
month
of
December
which
I
also
was
assigned
to
a
monthly
contract
for
-
so
that
I
had
the
most
cost
effective
solution.
This
was
with
ALEXANDER
as
per
my
contract.
He
told
me
there
and
then
that
he
would
then
immediately
cancel
it
once
it
is
in
the
system
so
that
I
am
not
paying
for
months
I
am
not
even
using
the
gym,
after
January.
I
paid
105.52GBP
upfront
for
using
the
gym
for
the
timeframe
I
wanted
which
was
3
days
Nov.
+
full
month
December
2018.
2
weeks
later,
I
also
passed
by
the
reception
and
spoke
to
the
MANAGER
OF
GYMBOX
VICTORIA
to
confirm
that
my
membership
has
already
been
cancelled
and
all
is
fine.
Right
there
infront
of
me
by
the
till,
I
was
told
that
ALEXANDER
did
not
enter
it
correctly
but
that
the
manager
understood
what
he
did
and
“I
will
take
care
of
it
mate”
in
the
words
of
the
manager.
From
my
understanding
that
means
"Everything
is
ok,
and
my
membership
has
been
cancelled"
At
the
end
of
January,
I
get
charged
for
an
amount
direct
debit
that
I
was
told
was
cancelled.
When
I
ring
GYMBOX
VICTORIA,
they
tell
me
it's
not
cancelled,
and
I
have
to
login
to
the
website
and
cancel
online.
No
one
told
me
anything
about
an
online
cancellation.
Or
a
membership
number.
Or
ever
having
to
create
any
online
account.
Won’t
ever
be
using
Gymbox
after
after
this
experience,
definitely
not
after
this
manner
of
treatment
by
your
own
staff
that
includes
lying
to
the
customer,
giving
wrong
information
and
not
admitting
your
own
mistakes.
It's
clear
also
that
the
entire
staff
needs
training
on
this
subject
instead
of
walking
around
in
their
XS
tshirts
with
the
logo
on
the
front
thinking
they
are
"good
at
their
jobs"
Looking
at
the
other
reviews,
anyone
reading
this
should
be
able
to
see
clearly
that
when
it
comes
to
admin/contracts/payments
that
the
staff
in
Gymbox
Victoria
is
clearly
clueless
and
no
technical
experience
in
probably
any
other
field
in
their
career.
From
all
the
reviews
before
mine
where
it
is
clearly
stating
the
team
working
here
are
incapable
of
dealing
with
paperwork/payments/contract/receptions
and
the
replies
from
Gymbox
saying
"We
will
take
into
account
your
feedback"
yet
nothing
has
been
done,
it's
also
clear
GYMBOX
VICTORIA
do
not
care
about
the
customer.
So
people,
go
to
Third
Space
or
any
other
gym,
just
not
here
UNTIL
we
stop
seeing
reviews
about
the
same
subject
and
behaviour
of
staff
to
customers.
