Read my review I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience with Gymbox. I joined Gymbox with the expectation of a quality fitness service, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. From the outset, I found that the services provided did not match what was promised to me. I visited Victoria gym only once, it was overcrowded nightmare. Despite numerous attempts to reach out and resolve the issues, I was met with dismissive responses and an aggressive stance from the organisation. I have dealt with many businesses in the past, but I have never encountered such an uncooperative and aggressive approach. When I requested to cancel my membership, my request was not only dismissed but was also met with demands for additional fees. This response was not only disappointing but also felt dismissive of my rights as a consumer. I am now left with no choice but to take this matter to the small claims court to ensure my consumer rights are upheld. It is a step I never thought I would have to take when I first signed up for a gym membership. To anyone considering joining Gymbox, I urge you to think carefully. Consider my experience and the experiences of others who have faced similar issues. There are many other fitness centres out there that value their customers and respect their rights. I hope that my review will help others make an informed decision about their gym membership. I believe that a good gym should not only provide quality facilities but also respect the rights of its members. Unfortunately, my experience with Gymbox has been marked by a lack of respect for consumer rights and an aggressive approach to customer service. I hope that no other customer has to go through a similar experience. Please consider your options carefully before joining Gymbox.

There are less people working out and more people hogging the equipment and machines while using their phones and the staff is unable to do anything about the problem. The self workout gym and classes area is disintegrated and on different locations on the street.

The gym seems really great and so close to me as well but sadly won't join because staff is quite rude. I thought I was the only one thinking that ,asked around and my mates said similar things about staff here as well as the other reviews. Alex(?) I think that was his name?, gave weird vibe.

As Gymboxs go, it isn’t great. When I first came, I thought it was just okay for the price you paid but I wasn’t amazed. If it wasn’t for the other gym box gyms in the area, I don’t think I would resubscribe. The main issue I see is the layout compared to how busy it is. The free weight room has rarely got space unless you go before 6:30 (it opens at 6). I never really see the cardio area (one of the biggest areas) busy so i think swapping these two areas would make a world of difference. I would say that the machines in the gym are starting to show a lot of ware. Some machines are stiff. Straps carabiners broken or missing. In the grand scheme of things, these can be easily remedied but after a year of being here, it’s a bit concern of management that they haven’t.

Does this gym do anything about feedback in trying to improve? There needs to be improvements on customer services as well as making sure that everyone is following guidelines for safety? I too have had the displeasure of attending the class led by Aaron Cook and least to say I am unimpressed and echo the concerns of other members.

Completely agree with the reviews here. Gymbox doesn't know what customer service is, the worse attitude by very inexperienced staff who are meant to help but just want to sit around and chat. Resembles a playground. The gym floor is a mess, a hazard and the PTs just sit around on their phones. Aaron Cook is the worst instructor. A very arrogant young boy that doesn't pay attention and just shouts at members instead of actually teaching. A few of us has raised this with the manager but still waiting on a reply. Very unprofessional and not how a business should be run when they say they care about their members but clearly Gymbox do not care. Be warned that noone will ever get back to you if you have any issues unless you leave a review and they'll try to cover it but will not resolve the clear issues they have at this gym. Better off going to Third Space who know how to look after their members

Nice gym, but really bad angry grimy gangsta music for children. spoilt kids that use it are generally full of themselves and leave a lot of weights all over the show and these only ever get put away just before closing time. At 9pm onwards there is very seldom someone on the floor keeping an eye on everyone. I would expect a manager to be on the floor at all times (not a PT). In fairness, some of the PTs are really good at what they do although you are dealing with a really mixed bag. This could be an excellent gym, but quite a bit to go - Update - something has happened to the music - it was brilliant last night. please don't look back!!!

Was pretty good when I first joined a couple of years ago but became increasingly busy to the point that is close to unusable in peak hours. Equipment left everywhere, half the PTs can't even be bothered to tidy up after themselves. Most classes are fully booked within the hour of coming available at 7am. Finally cancelled with a work move and the response was terrible...a whole month's notice for cancelling membership to a GYM - go figure. Now threatening me with a debt collector over £70 ), when I have spent thousands at the place. Would avoid at all costs, have joined a Nuffield Health which is much better.

Finally tried a class at gymbox and I have never felt so humiliated. The instructor was rude and just shouts instead of helping correct. Treated the class as a social event chatting to other people and paying no attention. I did tell reception but people have warned me saying it will be ignored so they don't attend Aaron Cook's classes anymore but they've given him more classes. What is this gym promoting?

Great gym! Originally came with a guest pass but since joined myself. Really lovely & welcoming atmosphere - staff are always so friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and love the classes. Overall fab - would recommend!

I’ve been training here for 3 years and have tried so many other gyms/classes but nothing beats Gymbox Victoria. I have multi access to also use the others Gymbox locations from time to time. Excellent facilities, A* classes (Pilates is my favourite) and staff are always super friendly. The sauna is a highlight too. Highly recommend

Worst customer relation services ever! I had direct debit instated with them to pay my yearly contract, yet when I was traveling my card payment failed, so when I was back from my travels they told me I had to pay my fees which I did… only to know the next day that they cancelled my membership!!!! I clearly said that I do not wish to cancel my membership.. and paid all my fees!! They deceived me and assured me that all will be good only to be told that my account is cancelled! Worst experience with a gym ever! I hope I can sue them.

Overall nice gym but I think there are some improvements that can be made in Victoria. I’ve recently been to Gym Box Elephant and Castle and they have a hack squat and a pendulum squat. 2 great machines we don’t have while we have a terrible V-Squat that nobody uses. Last but not least, plenty of space but just one smith machine and no assisted pull-ups machine, quite popular and in demand. On a positive note, the addition of two extra benches has been useful For a prime location like Victoria, is this the best you can do?

This is a THANK YOU review! :) Every single time since I joined Gymbox, 3 months ago, the front desk guys are smiling, friendly and asked me how’s my day going. I am a classes girl and I attend 8 classes between Mon-Fri and I wish I could do more. James Lee Dawkins, Jamie Shaw, Chaz and Raquel, thank you for always pushing me further, showing me how capable my body is and always paying so much attention to technique and the benefits of each exercise. You are great! Not forgetting of course Gashi (Vetmir to me!), who helped me with a very easy and straight forward signing up process. And if I was to have a negative to Gymbox it’d be the app, that lately has been crashing and sometimes not recording my bookings. Overall, it’s been an amazing experience. Much love from me, Carol

Save your time and don't do the Thursday class with Aaron. Would avoid any of his classes! Patronising and lacks professionalism. From the other reviews nothing has been done which is disappointing. Stevie on Friday, the best!!!! I would give him 5 stars but it's been let down by the experience from Aaron Cook.

A gym that doesn't care about it's members and only care about the numbers because you are replaceable to them. One of the selling points of the gym was the location as it's close to work. Good luck in trying to get into a class when the instructor (Aaron Cook) has his favourites so he books them in and let's them attend a class that's at full capacity. Forget about getting tips on improving technique as his sole focus is on only one person in class. Completely unprofessional!

UPDATE: 3 Days after this incident, Gymbox investigated further my concerns and resolved the issue. Admitting the mistake on their side. It's just a shame their first initial replies to me from 2 different staff were so confident and they didn't even want to hear my concerns and kept telling me I have to cancel "online" and that's it. Thank you for the staff member who resolved this quickly. ------- Don't use this gym, when they sign you up, they just want to scam you - that's how they are "trained" according to their own email to me. I was only in Victoria for 1 month. I have no need to make up stories. I used the gym a few days on the last of November which I was charged for. I wanted to use the gym for the month of December which I also was assigned to a monthly contract for - so that I had the most cost effective solution. This was with ALEXANDER as per my contract. He told me there and then that he would then immediately cancel it once it is in the system so that I am not paying for months I am not even using the gym, after January. I paid 105.52GBP upfront for using the gym for the timeframe I wanted which was 3 days Nov. + full month December 2018. 2 weeks later, I also passed by the reception and spoke to the MANAGER OF GYMBOX VICTORIA to confirm that my membership has already been cancelled and all is fine. Right there infront of me by the till, I was told that ALEXANDER did not enter it correctly but that the manager understood what he did and “I will take care of it mate” in the words of the manager. From my understanding that means "Everything is ok, and my membership has been cancelled" At the end of January, I get charged for an amount direct debit that I was told was cancelled. When I ring GYMBOX VICTORIA, they tell me it's not cancelled, and I have to login to the website and cancel online. No one told me anything about an online cancellation. Or a membership number. Or ever having to create any online account. Won’t ever be using Gymbox after after this experience, definitely not after this manner of treatment by your own staff that includes lying to the customer, giving wrong information and not admitting your own mistakes. It's clear also that the entire staff needs training on this subject instead of walking around in their XS tshirts with the logo on the front thinking they are "good at their jobs" Looking at the other reviews, anyone reading this should be able to see clearly that when it comes to admin/contracts/payments that the staff in Gymbox Victoria is clearly clueless and no technical experience in probably any other field in their career. From all the reviews before mine where it is clearly stating the team working here are incapable of dealing with paperwork/payments/contract/receptions and the replies from Gymbox saying "We will take into account your feedback" yet nothing has been done, it's also clear GYMBOX VICTORIA do not care about the customer. So people, go to Third Space or any other gym, just not here UNTIL we stop seeing reviews about the same subject and behaviour of staff to customers.

This is by far the worst gym I have ever been a member at. Their system just doesnt work as I dont think I had a single day without any problem from their side I had to deal with. It was exhausting, I really do not recommend this gym.

Had my first escalate session. Definitely works your hole body.. an mind. So excited to come back again.. (update on my 4th or 5th class now an starting to feel a change) 4months past, its getting slightly busier which is nice to see, an so gettin to know.other members, he has such a lovely atmosphere

READ CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING - THE RYANAIR OF LONDON GYMS CUSTOMER SERVICE | Membership did not highlight when I signed a 3 month contact that you had to give one months notice to cancel otherwise you are charged an extra month until you do cancel. Customer service response at Head Office was you should have read the contract in detail before signing. When I replied to their email, they just sent a sorry to see you go email. Gymbox is one of the most expensive gym brands in London but this customer service and attitude reflects a bargain basement approach to customer service. Their own reception admit freely the way they extend customers contracts is unprofessional and often not highlighted when customers join.

Convenient location, good vibe, clean changing room

Meh. Ok sometimes.....really bad other times :(. This gym is often so busy it's literally impossible to work out here. Occasionally, I am lucky that I can workout mid morning Mon-Fri...and between 9.30-11am it's great..... however most people aren't so lucky and they would likely experience the same level of fire-safety crowding that I often see in this gym post-work or early morning on weekends. The music volume here is pumped up so loud that I have often seen Gymbox personal trainers arguing with the "DJ" to turn down the volume as the noise is clearly excessively distracting for their PT sessions! :/ Gymbox is a chain of gyms that overall seems to attract a particular type of crowd. If you love ridiculously loud Spotify playlists pumped over the speakers and dealing with millennials pealing off their shirts to take selfies in the mirrors then join today...... otherwise....you'd be wise to investigate some of the other many great London gym options.

Has anyone gotten a response about complaints filed against instructors and their conduct? Looking for a head office number or contact since nothing is being done within the gym itself. I attended a class with Aaron Cook through classpass and the trainer was extremely rude and patronising. Didn't pay no attention and was disinterested. Left with a very bad experience of Gymbox which is unfair to other trainers who may be great. Already raised with classpass and I hope they do something about it!

Generally don't leave reviews but I had the worst first class by Aaron Cook. Such a shame since it was one of my last classes of the year and has really put me off. Sort it out Gymbox

By far the coolest gym I've ever been to! Had a laugh on the tour and the rest of the staff seemed friendly as well. Sadly, won't be in the gym until April but cannot wait to get stuck in!

Not one for leaving reviews, but I did read them before coming to check Gymbox Victoria out, so feel like I have to give my experience. I have been a member of other gyms in the past and always stopped going as I got bored and it just stopped being fun. Gymbox is the total opposite to that - there is so much variation of things to do, it keeps my training interesting. On top of that it just looks so cool and the music/dj's are great, feels like a night club, which is actually really motivating as I don't go clubbing much these days being 35. As for the membership, it was very simple to understand and I know the cancellation policy, so no issues there. It's just a great place, definitely check it out!

GymBox Victoria is the most Amazing gym!!! Amazing music and atmosphere! Wonderful community spirit with staff and members. The Bike & Beats class is just WOW, you can move at your own pace. Jade Avia is the best studio manager, always happy and very helpful!

Most of the staff are really friendly and nice, very welcoming as well. Yet, there will always be one or two of them not as helpful. My headphone was out of charge so I asked the staff if she has an iPhone charger so I could charge my headphone for 10 mins, then she stared at me with her big eyes and told me no…erm it was extremely awkward and to be fair with the amount of money I pay every month at GYMBOX there should be at least some flexibility or kindness for a once for a while 10 mins charge … the problem here is not only lack of compassion but also communication skills, leaving member out of ice cold silence really decreased the trust of the company and brand. I am not asking for 100% compassion but at least a 50%. Don’t you have any other words apart from “no”?

From first entrance, the reception welcomed me with open arms and made me feel great. All staff were attentive and happy to cater to my needs. The gym floor was tidy and all equipment was easy to find. I am so happy to be a member at this gym!

One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to and I used to own a gym and have lived in gyms my whole life. World class equipment, massive spaces, great energy, welcoming friendly warm staff and top class facilities. Really impressed with this place.

This gym is alright. I’m currently half way through a six month contract that I’m considering not renewing. My biggest gripe is that nothing is ever put away. This is particularly an issue with the weight plates and it’s incredibly annoying as you often have to spend time looking for equipment in poorly organised piles. On my first visit, I struggled to find any plates in one of the rooms (despite there being racks and barbells). I found a personal trainer and asked where I could find the weights, they grunted “around” in response. Ideally, people would have good gym etiquette and put things back where they found them, but failing that, the staff need to do more to make sure everyone has a consistent experience. That brings me on to my second gripe - the personal trainers. I would work with a personal trainer at gym box if I was convinced that they were worth the money, but my impression of seeing them in the gym is they are not. I have often seen them scrolling their phone or even checking their own hair in the mirror over checking their clients form. This is one of the main reasons I’m considering leaving - I want to work with a personal trainer in my gym, but I also want to feel the benefit from doing so. I’m not convinced I will at gym box. Final gripe. They need about two more benches near the rack area (plenty of room) and they need another cable machine somewhere. For the positives. I like the towel service, the showers are good, and the sauna is clean and smells nice. Also, there is plenty of space - you don’t feel cramped.

Such a great vibe here. Signed up last month with Kate, great and easy process. Staff always so friendly and 10/10 weights area. The boxing ring is such an added bonus!

This gym has two buildings. One mainly has classrooms and studio for classes, and the other is the main building. Both have changing room so it’s still very convenient.

Arrived early and checked in for a class in studio 4 (aerial yoga 8:00AM with Tori Keith) but entered the studio at 8:01 because studio 4 is actually located in a completely different building. She made me leave despite being booked in for the class - completely irrational given that the class hadn’t even started yet. Reported her to staff who informed me that she shouldn’t have done that and agreed that she was being ridiculous.

I joined for the classes but they’re almost always booked up. I wanted to do pole but since joining I’ve done exactly one class due to demand but it’s the same with spinning, aerial, dance basically everything. When I HAVE attended a class, the instructors are super passionate , helpful and just super awesome and I have loved the classes. It does get quite crowded and for £130 I thought maybe they would have more facilities/ less crowds.

Dark as a dungeon and noisy as a nightclub…. The latter I really don’t get - it’s so loud it’s difficult to hear anything on your own headphones… given most gym users have their own headphones on, why is that necessary… it’s just plain annoying and intrusive ….and the reason I wouldn’t join this gym in the end

Best gymbox by far! The most amount of equipment and machines. Literally massive! Changing room facilities are clean and cleaners are actively on the gym floor, makes you feel at ease when paying premium prices. Wasn't too busy when I arrived around 1400. Gym staff seem okay but didn't really engage with them. Steam Room also available and its always a bonus when the dj hits the decks!

Loved it here. Temi who runs Strongman (Strongwoman) is one of the best instructors I've had. Please get her to do more classes across London!

I visited the other day to be shown round by Jack. The gym was in remarkable condition and jacks charm had me considering changing from my current gym.

It's quite big, and offers many classes. Separated in 2 locations, one for the gym and one for the classes. I love the small booths where you can work by yourself in private.

My boyfriend joined this gym, they offered hi A much higher monthly rate so he could cancel with a months notice. He gave sufficient notice, still took money from him and wouldn’t let him cancel. Ridiculously high joining fee too! Avoid this place, absolute rip off

The gym has good facilities, the staff unfortunately let it down and are not flexible with memberships and other problems. Such as sending emails and messages on member's behalf - they are unreliable unfortunately. There are are also issues with their membership system and not starting memberships on time and subsequently billing people way after the contract is meant to end. Bit slimy.

A great addition to the already established Gymbox presence in the area. Like a big brother, this gym provides additional support for all workout types. Spacious locker rooms, with showers and a steam row make turning up just to get ready worth the trip. The gym floor is underground with a cool urban vibe, but there's plenty of space for all kinds of workout activities! Squat racks, benches (wish there were an extra few) dumbbells, barbells, railings, a boxing ring, machines, treadmills and elliptical machines, you name it they have it! There's even quiet alcoves where you can work out privately if you want. Water fountains are dotted around, and there is always music pumping to amp you up through your workout. Just one more rep! The staff are super friendly too and happy to help with any enquiries or issues.

I have been to the gym a few times, and every single time without fail I am always pleased with my time there, the gym is huge, and modern. I was toured by a gentleman named Gashi, he was very helpful in understanding my core needs for the gym, and also gave me further information on the gym itself and the classes the gym holds. After signing, he made sure to keep in touch and is always on hand if I have any issues. Great Gym, Great Staff.

Sadly leaving Gymbox as I'm moving from London. Really liked it while I was here. Jack talked me through cancelling which was very straight forward. Huge space and good kit, would highly recommend.

Pretentious, overpriced and filthy changing rooms. The people who come here all seem to be from Planet Obnoxious, located in the Galaxy of Attention Seekers. It appears to have been designed by an 8 year old kid who has just discovered techno music. Resident DJs, I mean come on guys??

Gym equipment and setup is amazing here... BUT is heavily let down by the staff. Personal trainers initially appear friendly when they are touting for business, however when they find out that you don't need any PT services, they are utterly rude and hostile. I've never been to such an unfriendly gym. Disgusting attitudes for a so called ‘premium’ gym.

Bought a 3 months membership and they kept charging me afterwards with no notice. I’ve contacted the customer services and been told that I have to pay another month to cancel it. Shame! Gymbox is the worst gym ever.

This is a great GYMBOX with lots of varied spaces to train. The classes are awesome and teachers are always enthusiastic. I met my VPT Helders here who has converted me from a shy and retiring girl in the corner with 3kg dumbbells to confidentially using the weightlifting area. I thoroughly recommend Helders as a coach and the gym as a whole.

Great gym in Victoria. Busiest around 530-730pm at night, it's best to come off-peak times for the best access to weights and machines.

Gym is well equipped but messy. You wonder where your hard earned gym membership money goes. The locker rooms are full of dirty towels and their Very Personal Trainers do so very little to keep the floor tidy.

Fell in love with this place just on the tour, Jack showed me around, totally knew his stuff and you could tell the staff were happy and helpful, First class done last night (bike and beats with Harriet) and loved every second! Never been one for cardio but she made every second enjoyable (as enjoyable as a spin class could be) and fully explained everything. The facilities are incredible definitely worth paying at bit extra for. Can't wait for the second class tonight!

Left PureGym to join Gymbox and I'm glad I did. It's more expensive yes, but wow is it worth it. Classes are incredible (escalate and trilactic) and the overall atmosphere of the place is just amazing.

I go to the Strongman class at gymbox every Sunday lunch-time run by Dan Paget, and across all of the sites this is easily my favourite class and my staple for the week. Dan is very well organised and the structure he puts mean that you've got enough time to warm-up your muscles before moving on to the heavier and more engaging stuff. He mixes it up with cardio that allows you to be pushed further. Genuinely a fantastic workout that leaves me feeling much better for it and with a top trainer.

Classes and instructors are generally nice. The most difficult part is to actually get into a class. I wake up every day at 7am and never manage to get a space ... why ? Because this gym is oversubscribed.

One of the most painful experiences cancelling my membership. Cancelled back in October. They proceeded to charge after confirmation and after I had cancelled my direct debit for a further 4 months. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

While not a cheap gym the cost is justified by the almost unrivalled class schedule and size of the overall gym in Victoria (being spread over two sites really helps!). It really is the best functional gym I've been too, loosing the spa type feel makes you want to train. This would be a five star review but... TOWELS. Small, not very fresh feeling towels really brings you back to earth after a great class. Also no sweat towels in spin/anywhere feels a little cheap. If you can fix this I'll happily come back with a 5 star follow up ;-)

Friendly staff, especially Maria and super clean but quiet unorganised, you have to walk all arround to find a weight. The gym have a lot of options for classes but not too many machines. If you will use the classes is an excellent option but if you want use the gym is too expensive.

I have been a member now for a year and I love it. It’s a great gym with great instructors. The only thing that can be intimidating is people, I think because of the location and who it may attract (some very very fit /strong people) but that’s got nothing to do with the gym. The classes are fantastic, I always enjoy them, they push you hard but to point where you know you are becoming a fitter, stronger version of you. I also like the music they play, they play everything and I know some people may bash that because there is no way you can’t say the music doesn’t motivate you, and yes it may contain explicit language but no harm is being done. Be more focused on your workout and less on the music. It is busy but it’s the location. I recommend strongman, bike and beats, HIT/CON, ripped and stripped. All great classes.

Great gym with great classes. If you go at a quiet time you can get the whole place to yourself, it’s brilliant. Borris the manager is fantastic. Bartendaz class on Fridays is 10/10.

Stunning Gym, I was taken around by Staff member Marian, he took extreme care of me and was very knowledgeable and informed in all aspects of fitness, was able to answer all of my questions offering me the best membership option that was available for my goals. Look no further and take a look at this amazing gym, the staff is amazing at their job and the facility is beyond Perfect

Amazing , 10/10. Clean, well maintained and extremely well equipped gym that can satisfy even a professional Olympic athlete. The atmosphere is unmatched, easily the best gym in the UK. Look nowhere further and run to join it ASAP, you wont regret.

Amazing gym, great facilities and really friendly staff. Changing rooms were clean as well as the gym floor. Massage guns also available to use 😃 Wasn't too busy when I went so was able to move around comfortably.

Good size and quality equipment. Mixed experiences with the PTs - some very good and knowledgeable, some somewhat shark-like. It’s on the expensive side but the facilities and equipment are good and the value is in the classes, which are led by proficient instructors but can be difficult to get into due to high demand.

I was Banned to book classes in the 2nd missed class when the agreement states that the ban happen in the 3rd one. The worst thing is that staff is not helpful at all. I don’t need excuses I need help because it’s not fair. Also, the girl said “you already sign up for 3 months so you cannot cancel”. Without giving a solution, that make me think once you sign up they don’t care about the rest but I put a card I wont top up. So let’s see!

I joined Gymbox about two months ago and although expensive in comparison to some gyms, I think it’s well worth it. The classes are unique and the instructors are always great.

I asked Isabella to not use the F.. word when I went to sign in, She replied that She bought the gym and what ever she wants will do, I went to sign in for membership, Staff were extremely rude and aggressive, I have requested for a call back from manager after trying many times to reach him, still waiting fot the call 0% Recommended with the currant staff

Feeling so sorry for the man who was trying to understand the behaviour of the Staff, Three of the staff members and some members had a very rough behaviour with a young man at the reception, that is not the scene when I want to see early in the morning before starting in the gym, Professionals manage the situation but they were trying to make drama, So sad, I don't want to see this gym every day Horrible

I recently had a tour at your Victoria Site with your membership consultant Nicky. As a first time gym goer after never having a owned a gym membership, he put me at ease straight away and made me feel comfortable in the surroundings, also he explained all the equipment and classes on offer in great detail and put it in a way a person who has never stepped foot in the gym! He recommended classes for me to take to build my confidence, overall a really amazing experience! I can’t wait to start

I really enjoyed this gym when I was in town, it's a fantastic place. It has modern, clean facilities, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'd highly recommend membership if you're in that market for that sort of thing!

I've been a member of the Gymbox in Victoria since the start of 2022. What I love about this particular gym is the friendly, helpful staff, the vast range of equipment and the overall fun and stylish aesthetic. Thoroughly recommend!

By far the worse gymbox branch - as a gymbox member for years I have experienced the most insolence and impertinence from members of staff at the reception. It’s a shame how this branch is being poorly managed by people who have no idea what customer service is. You should expect Disrespectful members of staff such as Olly, at the reception, whom would have no manners having laughed at my face with his colleagues when I raised not being satisfied with how the gym is been poorly managed and decisions badly communicated to members. I have experienced almost all gymbox branches and I have never left shaking with anxiety attacks as much as I have at Gymbox Victoria.

I have been a member at Gymbox since June 2019 and have not looked back. Great gym, a huge variety of classes that suits the lunch hour or after work schedule, supportive and friendly instructors and brilliant music to keep you going. Highly recommend above all other gyms (and I've tried a few).

Great gym, facilities and most of all lovely staff! would recommend investing in a great gym after being a member of some pretty poor ones over the years. A particular shout-out to Ben who was extra helpful and generally great at getting me smiling after a rubbish day at work.

Great gym with excellent equipment. The staff were very helpful and informative. It's been a while since I have trained and at first didn't feel very comfortable or confident, but the staff member (i think Tom Mothersole) put me at ease and i thoroughly enjoyed my workout.

Started a membership a month ago , everyone is so helpful and friendly , they showed me around the facilities , the gym instructors was approachable and helped support me in regards to using the machines. Haven’t used the classes yet but will definitely be interested in doing so. Tom Mothersole helped me with some advice he was very friendly when i explained to him the lack of confidence I had in the gym he always checks in to make sure I’m All good Definitely recommend this gym the staff are great

Really love this gym! Actually one I can see myself committing to - the ambiance, welcome and general vibe are fantastic, staff are really friendly and always helpful! I don't have too much fitness knowledge but I've already learned a lot. Special thanks to Adam who not only gave me a tour and welcomed me, but has checked in and always given support! Also Sharne who was very kind to me in my early days here! Definitely recommend this gym and I will certainly be committing to more long-term membership options....

Fantastic experience! I'm a first timer and Jordon took me through the ropes and really helped me feel comfortable and actually excited to lift weights properly! Gyms can be pretty intimidating, for me anyway. Jordon really took that all away for me! Now I'm excited!

Really enjoyed my visit to gymbox. All the staff were really helpful. Tom the manager really took his time to show me around and make me feel comfortable (being a bigger lady this is not always the case with certain gyms) It really is a fantastic gym and I will definitely be coming back!

A great gym, well equipped and clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Tom took time to show me some useful hints and tips with my deadlifting and encouraged me to get involved in some of the available classes. Gym has a nice vibe about it and good selection of classes and times.

They're a scam, please steer clear. I signed a 3-month contract with them since I was only going to be in London for that period. However, I later discovered they kept charging my credit card on a rolling basis, despite my contract indicating a 3-month term only. It turns out, in fine print within a PDF, they've stated that all memberships, regardless of the chosen duration like 1 or 3 months, will continue on a rolling basis. The kicker? The email background is pitch black, making the attachments, also in black, nearly invisible. Why would I opt for a 3-month plan if I intended to extend my membership? Total scam!

I love the atmosphere, staff at reception is always kind and smile at you when entering. Instructors are passionate and you can clearly see that they love their job, this motivates me a lot. They remember your name and are always there to help you. I love all the music tracks and this is fundamental for me. They push you to your limits. It's the best gym in London if you love going to classes, and I have tried them all trust me! Other members are into training seriously and not there for recording themself on theirs phones, this is what I was looking for! Serious and focused training ambient, but also absolutely fun! No judgement or competition, only respect and kindness between us. :)

Classes are always fully booked!! In addition as a member I have been trying to get in contact through emails regarding other concerns but receiving no response for the past 3 weeks.
