Great one night stay with 2 days in the park. The park had great rides and luckily for us the ques were not too bad. Our 8 year old really enjoyed. Our only complaint, was the air conditioning in our room. It would only blow cold air. We were unable to get it working to warm up. We stayed in the castle hotel, in a themed knights room, which was a great experience. We are all worn out today, from such a fun experience in the park. We ate our tea at the bricks restaurant, which was nice. Good service. We ate our breakfast at the tournament tavern, which was also tasty, with good quality food. Would recommend the experience for families.

We had a fantastic day but most rides were closed, not the cleanest of places, £20 for unlimited digital photo's on the rides but only one ride had a photo the rest either were not taking photos or the rides was broken/closed. Would recommend finding out what is open before booking. All you can eat pizza pasta is nice food but manic when busy. Expensive day. But we made the most of it.

We have been here 4 times in the past 4 years. This was certainly the most disappointing. Before I start let me state it was on 30 June 2023 and not school holidays. How about I give you the + & - + Friendly staff Shop has a lot of cool stuff Great rides when they are functional and working Coffee now at entrance and later on which is great - Viking River Splash was not working last year and again not this year in summer! We spend 6.5 hours there and only managed to do 7 rides. They simply let too many people in! It was a madhouse and others had similar complaints about the capacity. Food is terrible and extremely expensive. £10 for parking which is 15 min walk is simply not very fair. No other option either. They really need to sell less tickets so that people who are in can enjoy things more. We waited over an hour for 3 separate rides! Again not school holidays. Below scores are out of 10 😉 Customer Service   9 🙂 Food Quality   4 🙂 Atmosphere   9 🙂 Price £££££ (rated between 1 - 5 £) 🙂 Presentation   7 🙂 Products   7 ✅ Wifi   Yes 🙂 Location   10 🅿️ Parking:    Lots of paid parking available at £10 Overall   7 ⭐️

Disappointed really! I had high hopes for it but was utterly disappointed, especially after I visited Legoland Billund which is so so much better. I know they can do better than this. A lot of the rides were closed although it was a school holiday, even the lake was under maintenance and had no water. The queues were too long and the rides were not worth the wait. There aren't even many rides as you'd expect in such a big park. The worst of all is the food, tried the Burger place near the pirate village and it was the worst overpriced food I've ever had. They also don't have a lot of food and drinks options, all coffees are Costa which isn't even good coffee. I don't think I'll ever want to go again. I'd rather travel to Billund as it's so so much better value for money.

I recently visited Legoland Windsor on a weekday, and overall, I had a positive experience. The ambiance of the park was great, creating a vibrant and fun atmosphere that added to the enjoyment of the day. The staff at Legoland were mostly nice and friendly, which enhanced the overall experience. They were helpful and willing to assist whenever needed. Interactions with the staff were generally pleasant, and they added to the positive atmosphere of the park. However, one downside of my visit was the significant queues. Despite it being a weekday, there were large queues for the attractions, which affected the overall enjoyment of the day. Waiting for extended periods of time can be frustrating, especially when you're eager to explore all that Legoland has to offer

If you or your kids love Lego then Legoland is must go place for you. We enjoyed our first visit very much. But was disappointed with the crowed management, it took at least 1 hour in the queue for each ride, due to the huge crowd. Few tips from my end which will be helpful if you are visiting the Legoland. 1. Try to use public transportation to reach the Legoland. Will be helpful to avoid parking and traffic bottlenecks. 2. Always book the tickets in advance because if you go for ticket booking for today the ticket charges will be more. 3. Download the Legoland map on the phone to traverse through more easily in the park. 4. Identify the rides you want to do and go directly to them without wasting time on anywhere else. The other parts of the park you can always visit without the queue. 5. Leave half or one hour early of park closure time to avoid traffic. 6. Avoid bank holiday weekends to avoid crowds. Was disappointed by crowd management, the Legoland Management should limit the tickets instead of asking people to go for skip the queue tickets.

Great place to visit and spend the day. Queue times varied depending on time of day. There's a good variation of rides depending on age and excitement level. Get the Legoland app to see queue times and help navigate around the park. Priority parking opens at 9am which isn't printed on the ticket. Unlimited refill drinks were a lifesaver, although £9 upfront per bottle, it was great for the kids as we didn't need to keep visiting shops or carry around bottles in our bag. Overall a great experience and will definitely be visiting again.

Spent a day at Legoland during Christmas opening. Bought tickets in advance, which was good because it was sold out. The park looked great, decorated with lights and trees, and there were extra events throughout the day. Kids had a great time. Personally I think other theme parks give better value for money, this is relatively limited if you're looking for adrenaline, but good for keeping younger kids entertained for a day. Also good if you're a Lego fan! Was impressed to see a sun block dispenser on the outside of the first aid office. We didn't need it because it was freezing cold, but top marks in the summer as I haven't seen that at other places before.

This place had something for everyone and all ages. Rides were great however waiting times were quite high. The kids enjoyed their time there so much. Food wise was tough as they didn't accommodate gluten free options. The kids were very sad they couldn't have any ice cream because it was cross contaminated. You can take in snacks which was great. Definitely coming back when the kids are a little older so they can experience the bigger rides too. I think you need to come a few times so you can see all the different parts of the park. Because you spend so much time waiting to get on the ride you don't get to actually experience the park as much. So definitely need to come back. I guess that's how they make their money 💸💸💸

My experience at Legoland on New Year's Eve was nothing short of spectacular. The park was alive with excitement, and the festive atmosphere was infectious. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the fantastic fireworks show, which lit up the night sky in a dazzling display of color and light, filling the air with a sense of wonder and delight. As I strolled through the park, I was captivated by the impressive Lego builds that adorned every corner, showcasing incredible creativity and attention to detail. The rides were thrilling and filled with laughter and joy, adding to the already magical atmosphere. It was a truly unforgettable way to ring in the new year, and the memories of that special evening at Legoland will stay with me for years to come.

Great Christmas event. Went as a group of adults, no little ones in tow this time and we all had a great time. Despite the cold weather all rides (with the exception of the water rides) were open, range of high standard of entertainment during various times throughout the day (thank you getting Santa Rocks stuck in our head) park decorated lovely with trees and decorations throughout.

Pros: Mini land, the models are awesome. Even though some are a bit dated and rough. Facilities, plenty of places to eat etc. Cons: Prices! London area, London prices. Queues for rides! Absolute joke. And then you get the plebs who pay extra for reserve and ride. Shouldn't be allowed, it just makes the place feel like a cash grab. And it actually is. Rides down for maintenance! We had a 2 day pass and there was at least 5 rides down for maintenance, just not good enough. It's all very average.........

I liked it much more than I thought I will. Yes, the queues to some rides are ridiculous, yes, the food is expensive, but I still think its worth to take your kids there. We didn't buy fast pass but still managed to go to 15 rides! I think that's a good number. We took our own food and was eating it while in the queue.

Legoland Windsor is an enthralling experience! I visited with my family and we had loads of fun. The vibrant atmosphere and diverse range of attractions make it a top-notch destination for both kids and adults. The attention to detail in the Lego creations is impressive, adding a touch of magic to the park. The rides are thrilling yet suitable for various age groups, ensuring everyone has a blast. The staff's friendliness and efficiency enhance the overall enjoyment. Beware though, like any popular park, it can get quite crowded. Nevertheless, it's definitely worth a visit for a memorable family day out!.

We Loved our Trip to Legoland. We got there nice and early at 9am in the car park and thought Wow we are one of the first few families to get there. Parked up and made our way to the Entrance and Lucky to be First in the line. We had about a 20 minute wait for the Gates to open. The Staff did a count down from 10 and Bang on 9:30am the Gates opened. My son had already decided on the first ride so we made our way down to the Laser Raiders ride. Being there early does make a great deal of difference as no queues for the rides. By 12pm we had done a lot of rides and then had a Nice break and had some Food. Then the boys wanted to go to the Splash water area and cool down as it was a seriously Hot day (25c+). As the day went on, we could see the queues getting Bigger and I recommend using the Legoland App as it gives you a waiting time on each ride and how to walk to the next ride. As for Food and drink it is pricey but it's recommended you buy the Refill Drinks Bottle at about £14 each for 2 Bottles and there were Drinks stations everywhere to go and Top your Bottle of Drink. We took some of our own food and snacks to save a little. Overall it was a Brilliant Family day out. Legoland ticked off our List...Let the next adventure begin ✌🏽

We really enjoyed ourselves, lots to do but easily possible to go around in a day. The best ride and experience by far we felt was the Flight of the Skyline with the mythical creature Maximus... Definitely a thrilling one!! Ate at the All You Can Eat pizza & pasta restaurant for lunch, which had a good selection of pizzas and pasta dishes as well as a well stocked salad bar with good premium fizzy drinks on tap... Overall, would definitely have given Legoland 5 stars, but they lost one star due to, what we felt was poor communication for and to us regarding booking IN ADVANCE for dinner and breakfast sittings (even if booked IN ADVANCE WITH hotel booking!!!)... As soon as you get to the hotel or even before you arrive see if you can book your time at the restaurant. DO NOT JUST TURN UP and hope for space, especially in the busier, weekends and holiday seasons!

Had an absolute blast here with the kids! Tagged along on a family trip to celebrate my nephew’s birthday. We booked in advance using cereal vouchers. It was a lot of fun & tons bigger than we’d anticipated. From workshops to theatre to age-appropriate fun rides; there’s something for everyone!

This is a reasonable place to visit if this is your type of place in the first place. For years I had thought Legoland Windsor was a place full of incredible models made out of Lego especially featuring cities and landscapes from all around the world. While it does have some of these models and they are very good indeed sadly they are but a tiny part of the entire attraction. The majority is a theme with associated rides and attractions. There were a good few things that entertained my two young children (3&6) but I am certainly glad we hadn't paid full price as it simply would not have been worth it for us. We visited during the February school half term break. The weather was cold and a bit wet. The place was still relatively busy but no where near to the scale I would expect during the Summer holidays. There was only one attraction, the fire truck race, that we had to queue for and that was around 30 mins. Queue jumpers made the whole thing worse. I dread to think what the place is like during peak season. It certainly wouldn't be the place for me. If theme parks are your thing then this is definitely the place for you but if you're after Lego models then go to shop, buy one and build it and enjoy.

A great place to hangout with family and friends. We reached there at around 10 am and thought that we are very early and what will we do for the entire day. But as the day passed we found it very difficult to cover the entire resort in that limited time. The resorts closing time is 6pm however we left ad around 6.45 and there was a huge crowd which did so. And even after leaving that late we were thinking that we could spend more time there. Since it's summer holidays and especially we went there on a bank holiday it was super crowded and busy. The first ride we took had a waiting time of around an hour. And all the major rides had the same waiting time but all were worth the wait. The rides I liked specially were the water splash, the haunted house and the fairy tale ride. The fairy tale ride was so fascinating that we took it twice, and also because it was not that busy. It is recommended that you take spare clothes if you want to indulge in the water rides. There are plenty of places to eat and drink, though they are a bit expensive. Highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic day out. The temperature was scorching on the 21/7/21 which was a bit of a downside of the park as there were massive queues for even the refillable drink machines. The park itself was great. Well signposted. Social distancing however was unable to be achieved due to the sheer amount of visitors in the park. Our children loved it but the queues for the rides were too long and in the heat it was something we were unable to stand so we spent time looking at the fantastic creations that they have made out of lego! The shop staff were fantastic and helpful. Reasonably priced, and offered blue light card discount which was a bonus :) Can’t wait to return in the Autumn though to have a cooler day :)

This is definitely a full day out possibly even 2 to see and do everything, average queuing times for the summer holidays. We'd definitely return. Staff are friendly and helpful, facilities are clean and tidy despite the massive foot fall. We saw a live action show which was brilliant.

This was an amazing place to go with my 7 year old. He and us absolutely loved it. So much to do and we went on all the rides we wanted to go on together. We stayed over and got a good deal on the room. We enjoyed the room too. Only down side was the price for food in the restaurants on site. Lunch was well overpriced for what it was, and quality wasn't the best, same with evening meal only saving grace was good service and friendly staff. The park itself was amazing, though, and all the rides were appropriate, which you don't always get elsewhere. The Christmas activities on and santa visit were really good and my son again enjoyed this. We'll be back but won't be eating on site.

We stayed in the Legoland Hotel for the Santa sleepover, and we had a great time. All staff were friendly and helpful. We did think the hotel could do with a few more Christmas decorations, but still, it was nice. The whole park was open, apart from the water rides. Mythica was brilliant. We went on this a few times. We had dinner and breakfast in Bricks restaurant, and again, staff were great and very helpful with any allergies that you may have. Did think the breakfast would have been better if it was buffet. The park was clean and plenty of places to either get food or drinks. Overall, a great night away.

This was the first time I'd been to Legoland since I was a kid and I can honestly say it was a lot of fun for my own children. The park is geared very much towards 4-10yr olds in terms of the rides, but all ages in terms of the love of Lego. We had the benefit that the park was unusually empty with no more than a 5 minute wait to get on any one ride. I can see that the experience would have been more painful if we had to endure lengthy queues. On the whole the rides are great, even for adults. The different zones are well thought out and have lots to keep interest levels high. There were also Lego characters going around and out for photo opportunities which made it fun for the children. The only real quibble I have is the extortionate prices on food within the park. We ate at the pizza/pasta restaurant and it cost £52 even though in real terms only a fraction of that cost would have been consumed. I know this is standard at any theme park. The upside is that I was pleasantly surprised that the quality of the food was good. This was a fun day out and there was plenty to do there, however if you are planning to visit then it is worth going during a quieter time.

Went for family day out. I did not book car park so did online after arrival. There are QR codes for it on posts which is very good. For Sunday it was not busy at all. Really loved miniatures. Little one enjoyed submarine, balloons, received her first driving license 😉. If we go next time I would prepare packed lunch. In my opinion food we had is not worth money. Overall experience is very good.

Had a great time the ques were very short when there was any. Everything was brilliant except the bricks restaurant. It's seriously over priced for what you get. The warm food is not really warm and you have no choice but getting the set menu. I think they seriously need to review this and go back to pre pandemic ways of service.

Was lovely but be prepared to queue up for the rides! We used the app to try to find shortest times but it was not very accurate! Also the priority fast pass is v expensive. Kids got measured for most rides so wear tall shoes 😅 The water splash was also great fun so bring swimwear!

Ok so parents prepare yourselves! This place is a lot especially during the summer holidays. We took two children 6,4 and they loved it. First day was a Friday and we arrived by 9.15 and there were already queues. Not massive but queues, bearing in mind it doesn't open till 9.30 and rides 10am. It was extremely busy by 11. If you have older children consider queue jumping passes as waits we're up in the 45-1hr quickly for popular big rides. My younger two were content with the odd small ride and the build a car, driving school was done first and then splash park. The second day we arrived much later and focused on more rides. Get the hill train down the hill as the wait isn't as bad as they make out as the train comes often. They said 35 min wait and it wasn't. Bring food as it's just cheaper and the quality is poor. Mini land is beyond impressive!! Good two day trip..

A great day out. Recommend buying tickets in advance as cheaper. Blue badge holder pay standard parking but get priority parking spaces. Carer tickets claimed at ticket office BEFORE you go inside. (To order these are well hidden on the website pages, search "carer"). Digital download for all your days pictures is £20 which is much cheaper than buying individually. Ride queue times hit and miss. Longest wait we had was 30 mins. Massive lack of seating throughout park to just sit for a bit. On a hill so get your comfiest shoes on to walk in. Would have been 5 star but staff at the "fun flavours " ice cream shop were really rude when we asked for a vegan option (there wasn't one). Plus staff at the hot dog stall by the harbour were having a bad day and looked like they had just finished an argument. Toilets on entry were really grimy even at the start of the day.

Great day out with the kids if you can get over the extortionate prices to get in, luckily we have Merlin Passes. My 4 year old was loving life and thoroughly enjoyed it, loved all the rides except the pirate boat. There is plenty of rides for the younger ones and there was still rides that we didn’t manage to get on in a single day, we will definitely visit again.

Admittedly, most of the rides are slightly underwhelming for adults and older kids but It is a really nice experience for younger children. The main attraction is the general lego theme. I found the under water submarine ride an especially cool and uncommon ride.

What a great day we had, think we probably needed 2 days and wish we had stayed. It was busy but not uncomfortable. The park is packed with loads to do and see and I would highly recommend a visit, wish we'd done it years ago to be fair. Food isn't cheap but we didn't expect it to be, the refillable drinks were a little disappointing and no ice available, so wouldn't do that again but overall a great day out. Recommend paying to park beforehand to save a few pennies :)

Even with the uncertain weather we had today, we all had the most fantastic time. Tickets are certainly on the pricey side 2 adults and a child cost us just over £150. But then all the big rides are free as well as the smaller attractions. There are fame stands that require payment to play and shops and cafes etc. There is something new and different to look at or interact with around every corner. A multitude of restaurants or food stands from burgers, to fish and chips, and waffles to crepes even a Ben and Jerry's ice cream cafe. The ride wait times were a bit long up to 80min wait for some rides but there is a service you can pay for to queue jump. We weren't aware of this prior to arrival definitely worth looking into. But the rides we did get on were great. All staff throughout the park were and and helpful even when under the pressure of crowds. There was lots of disabled access to public areas. Plenty of toilets and drinks stands and vending machines. Alot of the vendors and game stands only took cards, so be aware if you plan on just bringing cash that there will be limits to your activities. Overall the day as a whole as an attraction is definitely recommended to visit.

First time visiting and absolutely loved it! The children enjoyed every single ride. Staff are very friendly. Just wish there were more food places as in small stalls dotted about for just simple fries and burgers. Everywhere we tried for food the queue was huge. Will definitely return next year!

Had a lovely time. With COVID and it being winter, I wonder if we got the fullest experience but with reduced numbers, everything was more accessible. Like a lot of theme parks, the only downside was expensive food but what do you expect. It was good fun overall! Plus staff were lovely!

If you haven’t been just go, it’s easy to get to and park up, you’ll have a blast. I’ve stayed at the themed hotels which just bring out the imagination in your kids, the environment is great especially at Xmas Santa meet and greet was worth the wait, the pool is small but lots of stuff in there to keep the kids busy, rides for all ages, water ones are my favourite. The only negative I can say is, during winter there’s less rides open and sometimes the staff on the rides can be either miserable or young and self centred who lack basic customer service skills. (Everyone was great at the Santa meet and greet then at the end to collect our photos these girls completely ruined the moment with their attitude)

Wonderful place to visit, we went during Christmas it was very chilly but kids loved it, especially LEGO statues, miniature world was wonderful, we went to flight of SKY Lion which was really good, honestly speaking it is very safe and suitable for 3 year old as well but height restriction is 110 cm. We watched Carol singers' performance, which was wonderful. We went from London to Windsor on Bus. Reading bus green line 702 provides service from Victoria Station to Legoland main entrance; it's a bit long journey and bus travels every hour, which is a downside. The distance makes you tired even if you don't ride; we have thought we will buy a place to stay in Slough for our next visit for easier and comfortable travel, its 10 min drive from Slough for people who are new to the area.

Great fun but long queues and very expensive and overpriced for food and drink. 6 quid for exactly the same hotdog that is 4 pound at premier league football. Bring a picnic. The rides we got on were fun and mini land is excellent. Deep sea adventure is highlight.

Brilliant day out for the whole family. The new Mythica land is awesome and mini land is great to walk around if you want a break from rides. There's so much to do that you always have a different experience each time you visit. Would definitely recommend.

We did enjoy the park, the Miniworld was my favourite part. Amazing and unique that all that was built from little LEGO cubes. Regarding the rides, unfortunately it's a little disappointed with the long queues. We have been waiting for 80 minutes for 2 minutes ride. Yes, I know about the fast track pass, but to pay that extra amount on the top of the entrance ticket+parking ticket+lunch+ice-cream +etc...Sorry, a bit too pricey.

Great for babies/toddlers/young children! The park mark displays a ‘bear icon’ to show which attractions are fit for all (great if you have a baby). Lots to see and do and wide range of food/drinks options. We took a picnic for a cheaper alternative and there was plenty of picnic areas with canopies to accommodate. I would recommend avoiding June/July time when end of year class visits are popular. There were large groups of kids queue jumping and being disrespectful to other guests. Nevertheless, lots to do and excellent views over Windsor along the way.

What a brilliant day out. It's absolutely huge and so much to see and do. The statues and buildings are amazing. The wife and I didn't do any of the rides but enjoyed walking around. We will go back in the near future at some point. Myself I loved the full sized Ferrari car.

What a fantastic day we had. This was our 'Big Kids' day out and we picked a perfect weekend for it. Parking seemed to be the only difficulty but we picked a Saturday so we've only got ourselves to blame. The attractions were amazing, the new 4D ride was mind-blowing and the Halloween performance finished it off for us. We'll be going back one day!

So much to do, had a lovely day out. Although it was a bit cold & some rains we managed to do quite a bit. Fab layout, good food, bottomless drinks are the best. Just wish they had more sitting area's.

Went there for the first time as a 35 year old woman with my mum. Was fun! 🤩 it is Lego heaven.. however, not sure if the hype was real or I just became an adult & saw it differently. Worth the visit. BE ware that if you buy anything from the shop and have a Lego VIP card.. you won’t be able to get any points from your purchase 😖

We had a great day. We took our 8 year old and he lead the way. What’s good is none of the rides are huge so he’s happy to go on all of them. Great for families. We had a brilliant day. Despite arriving for opening time and staying until closing - it was busy so we only got on 5 rides all day.

  • 4/5 Antonia D. 3 years ago on Google
Well managed. Coping pretty well with new Covid-19 control measures, visible cleaning through the day. Queues for rides of course, as in any theme park. Always a joy to see the miniature cities, for all ages.

Really amazing for the kids. Fun activities sights and rides at every corner there is something new. There are things to look at in the queues so they do not feel so long. Also during these times its good to note that they are sticking to social distancing very well and we all felt very safe. Sanitisers at every ride.

  • 4/5 Jack H. 3 years ago on Google
More suitable for kids around the ages of 6-14. Not as many WC Facilities as I wouldve personally liked as you have to go hunting for them. However the Mini World Display is fantastic and a lot of hard work was put into it, though I recommend doing that part of the park last as there are very VERY Long waiting lines of up to 60-70 minutes depending on what day of the week you go. Would recommend spending 2-3 days as 1 day wont allow you to get on every ride.

  • 1/5 Cédric D. 3 years ago on Google
Huge queues, no social distancing, nobody is wearing masks apart from the staff and they tend to have their nose uncovered. Nobody in the park was making sure safely rules were followed. I am not surprised the infection rate is increasing again...

It is fun to visit only for up to 12 years old children, elders don't expect fun rides there at all. Overall its very average theme park to visit. Alton Towers, Thorpe Park, Drayton Manor, etc are far better and exciting alternatives.

  • 4/5 Laura C. 3 years ago on Google
Great rides, perfect for kids but not given it 5 stars for one reason - it was far, far, far too busy!!! Thought under the current circumstances the capacity would've been much lower as it was impossible to socially distance no matter how hard we tried

  • 1/5 Eleanore H. 3 years ago on Google
Was really disappointed with our visit. To many people had been let in to allow for safe social distancing. The communal areas were far to full for it to be safe. Rides had reduced capacity but they hadn't taken this into account with the amount of people they had let in to the park. The queue times were therefore ridiculous. Was very disappointed ?

  • 4/5 Florin P. 3 years ago on Google
Still nice, though the enhanced distancing rules and measures of stopping the fun every 30-60 minutes for cleaning the rides sort of put me off. But that's not going to stop me going back. ;)

  • 4/5 Zinoida K. 3 years ago on Google
It's very nice place and we had good time. However I find very upsetting when I look at they pricing for the pictures and they should provide with clearer signage for smaller kids and not to wait until you reach very end( some rides states that very clearly at very beginning!) . Simple pic £15 crazy...

  • 4/5 Victoria W. 3 years ago on Google
Very entertaining for adults and children, however the queues are long, even under Covid conditions. The time spent in queues for the rides and WC's, we only managed a total of 5 rides during our visit. You could say this is a one-off experience and worth the effort as the children had a great time and I enjoyed our walk through the mini cities.

Ques were extremely large in relentless heat with no shelter. Food in the "knights table" was vile. No healthy food to be found. Kids liked the rides though when they eventually got there, but there should also be afew more adult orientated rides IMO

First off, if you expect Covid precautions in place, don't go. While face masks are required on some rides, enforcement of wearing them anywhere else wasn't done and almost no one in queues had them on, despite signs requiring them and very close proximity. Covid will definitely spread here. Very little cleaning of rides too. You will touch the same surfaces as the people before you. Because half of ride seats are closed, even short queues took an hour or longer. The park itself is super for young children. My tall three year old could ride on almost all rides and they are generally appropriate. Limited food and drinks available now. There are a lot of concessions closed. You have to pre-book splash park so we didn't go as fully booked when we checked. The miniland with Lego models is great every time I see it and my little boy could spend all day there.

  • 5/5 Josh C. 3 years ago on Google
Brilliant park, good covid-19 procedures. Only 3 roller coaster. Not a good park for the thrill seekers, if you like the thrill than go to Thorpe park or Alton towers.

I couldn’t say anything better about this place when I last came at my old Primary School 5 years back! We got to do everything, the staff made our day by being really helpful and friendly, and generally speaking it was just an excellent experience and day out at my old Primary School! We first started off with the Pirates of Skeleton Bay Stunt Show, then we went on to doing the Atlantis Submarine Voyage, Farmer Joe’s Chicken for Lunch, nearly as good as KFC that Chicken was, but not to offend anyone by saying it is better than Farmer Joe’s because Farmer Joe’s was very good quality Chicken, nice and fluffy, cooked to perfection, how I always like it! Then we did the Duplo Valley, went round to Cuddles Corner, then to the Fire Academy, before finally ending off at Viking’s River Splash which was my absolute favourite thing at Legoland on that day out! My friends also enjoyed it, so did my Teacher Mrs Yellowsthorpe, she also enjoyed it, and I wish to return again in the near future. Make sure you pass my review onto your team for the positive feedback.

Absolutely no availability for Merlin Pass holders for the rest of August into September at all, if I would like to take my child to Legoland I will be required to pay another £70 over the premium Merlin Pass I bought already! There is plenty of availability if I want to pay more... This is just utter profitiering on behalf of Legoland! I have booked Chessington, Warwick Castle, Thorpe Park with no problem.

Brilliant place, though only scratched the surface during our first ever visit to Legoland Windsor. Nice and clean, lots to do, but the queues were a nightmare. The apps queue times weren't very accurate either. I appreciate they're currently running most attractions with 50% reduced capacity, but it took over an hour to get on the Lego train (app said 30 mins) and the Haunted House (app said 10 mins) with a five year old.. challenging would be an understatement. Maybe wait until social distancing measured have been reduced/removed to maximize you visit.

  • 4/5 Nikki H. 3 years ago on Google
Visited the theme park over 2 days. Nothing can be helped with heat and queues, but I only wish they sold mini fans or water sprays. Due to Covid19, expect to wait longer for deep cleans, and rightly so in the current climate. What has earnt the stars are the amazing staff, that though stuck all day in 34degree heat, in face masks, screaming kids and at times adults, were consistently attentive, enthusiastic and helpful, whilst maintaining the new safety measures in place. The two helpful staff members at the Dragon ride photo desk that searched for my familys photo for me, I am especially grateful too. What loses a star is despite having markings on the floor during queues for social distancing, people continuously ignored them (even though reminders over tonnoy were repeated). Maybe queues just need to be observed more closely, for the silly people who dont follow the rules.

Lovely place specially for children. They loved everybit of it. Make sure to book duplo valley beforehand as only people with booking will bd allowed in the water area. Also there are many picnic areas to enjoy your food. take home made nice food, as places can get crowded. During covid its bit different, it took us 40min in line just for donuts and ice creams.

Well organised and fantastic place for families to spend time together. Very helpful and hard-working team, who are always ready to assist you. They have introduced a series of safety and hygiene changes across the places to help keep visitors and staff safe, which include: sanitizers are available everywhere, toilets, cafes are all clean and with safety distance, rides and accessories are being cleaned and sanitized frequently. The line for rides was just too long and tiring specially in this hot weather so I really regret of not getting the fast track service. The recycling bins were not available in some places, so my suggestion is please put more so we can recycle more. Overall my kids loved it and had a fantastic time and said to me, that this day was the best day ever after a long quarantine. We definitely will go back again. Thank you Legoland

Lovely place, suitable for all children, but maybe aimed at the pre-teens (which mine are). Long queues at some food establishments feel like they should be more manageable, but a lot of small kiosks were shut at the time we visited. Thankfully my wife packed a lot of food and water. Castle hotel was wonderful. My boys were completely wired from the instant we showed it to them. Excellent accomodation, in a great place and full of entertainment when you want a break from the sun. I cannot recommend the "reserve and ride" enough, I'd almost say it's only worth going if you buy it, as it removed an enormous amount of stress from standing in line 60+ minutes for some rides. We could have a snack and a wander while the machine queued, and we went on far more rides than last time

Absolutely brilliant. With Covid19 occuring they do all they can to ensure safety of staff and guests. Sanitising stations everywhere, one way systems, cleaning the rides, masks are essential on many rides and ensuring social distancing (it's other people who come to the park that need to follow the rules)

Buy your car park ticket in advance, don't need to print can have it on your phone. Bring your own food and drink, saves time and money. You can buy food and drink, snack bars and restaurants are on site, but expensive and unusual got queues. Designed for kids in mind, but grown ups can enjoy it too. No obligation to have a child with you if you want to go. I went off season so had some rides with no queues some with a 10-20 minutes which is short. If you want to see everything or don't like queues can pay for premium access. It worth it if you want to fit everything in your day. The car park is huge, the later you arrive the further you park. Some closer spaces are available for extra price. Toilets and baby change available throughout the park same as benches. Use the app to see where you are and how long are the queues. Plan your day ahead to make the most. If you come with child check their height for the ride requirements seen people been turned around after a long waiting.

The haunted house and the mini boat rides were our favourites and the rapids, tea cups and zamperla disco were also good. Lovely, clean park but would just accentuate that it is primarily a park for children. If you have children 12 years and under its great, but once they become teenagers then it's no good. Great theme park and the pizza and pasta buffet was spot on as well.

  • 4/5 Maria P. 2 years ago on Google
The place is great but staying one h average in every queue spoils part of the experience. Maybe they should restrict the numbers to a manageable crowd.

We came as a Family with my Grand daughter too.. Some really good rides here, you wouldn't be able to fit them all in, in 1 day though. The queues weren't too bad, except a couple of them. Some rides were only 5 minutes long. I brought a couple of drinks bottles there that do unlimited drinks, which were a really good idea, you could refill them every 10 minutes if you wanted to. A big Lego village to walk around too, which is very good. A good day out.

This place gets better every-time I visit and I’m a big kid! Unfortunately whilst it doesn’t deliver on the magic of the original Legoland in Denmark, it has to be the best family theme park in the UK. I managed to visit off-peak, so fortunately apart from a few school trips (in September!) the park didn’t suffer from overcrowding or extensive queue lengths which can often blight a trip. My son is under 90cm, so attraction choices were limited but he still managed to get on several rides including Coastguard Boating School, Duplo Train, Fairy Tail boat ride, Balloon Ride, Ferris wheel, the Pharaoh shooting ride and the amazing Submarine ride. Once a child reaches 90cm, many more rides open up for them.

Absolutely amazing weekend. Took the kids for a day at the legoland Park and a night at the hotel. It was beautiful and the hotel was amazing! Great fun for kids and adults alike. Lots of variety in rides / lands. Would research before hand so you know which rides you want to prioritise as its alot to cram into one day. Can't fault driving school, mini Village, dragon ride, new mythical land and the pirate show to name a small few!

Great in the autumn because the queues are more reasonable, so we managed to go on several rides. Wish the Hill Train was back in working order though! .

Legoland is my children’s favourite place to visit in summer, they have quick moving queues for majority of their rides. Rides are enjoyed by both children and adults and there’s plenty of attractions to see. Even a live pirate or seagull show. Buying tickets in advance will help you avoid the queues at the front and no wait entry past security. There’s always an online discount too.

I honestly love this park! The rides were kinda basic but also really fun! Staff members are friendly and the queues for most rides aren’t that long! My favourite ride should be Mia’s horse adventure (I went on it 6 times lol) because it’s really fun! The food is kinda expensive tho but it’s all worth it :))

  • 2/5 Mark van R. 1 year ago on Google
What a waste of time... Went there during the summer holiday. The park let's way too many people in which makes it overcrowded. There aren't many rides and the ones you've got are closed at lot of times due to technical breakdowns or perhaps staff shortages? We've had at least 5 cases went we visited. Due to both the overcrowding and breakdowns waiting times of 50+ min. are common. You can buy a priority ticket which costs you the staggering amount of £95,00 per visitor... The park looks beautiful however and the shows are great as well. The 2 star rating is due to this. Luckily the kids enjoyed it but it could have been way better. My advice; save your money for a visit Paultons Park for example.

Family friendly place. Lots of attractions. Mini land is fantastic with lots to see, probably the best part of the day. Lots of food and drink venues with decent things to eat. The rides are good. Obviously there are queues, but we went on a Sunday and never waited more than 30 minutes. Overall a good day out. Would visit again.

  • 4/5 Michael F. 1 year ago on Google
The park was good fun. Lots to keep the little ones entertained. The staff in the Pirate Burger were very friendly. Most of the staff on the rides were a bit too cool for school often a little more interested in impressing each other than anything else. Any of the other staff were amazing though. We were very lucky with the weather. I recommend doing a little research before going although it is hard to find much info on the park that isn’t official. We went Sunday & Monday in October which was great because it wasn’t crazy busy a d there weren’t very long queues for everything. The app was very helpful.

Legoland is a great time for a family day out. I would say the upper age limit for kids is around 12 years old. Older than that, the rides will seem a bit kiddy. Buy your tickets in advance. Pay for parking in advance. Have fun!

What a wonderful experience...thoroughly enjoyed myself. Do not think that Legoland is just for children...it is such fun for adults too. From a deep dive in a yellow submarine to an underworld of treasure and fish to a mini town global architectural experience, to a haunted house sensory overload that left visitors screaming in their seats to the Legoland train and a wonderful pirate themed musical pantomime...gosh it was such fun. 11900 plus steps and you definitely need 2 or more days to enjoy this resort to its fullest. Will be back...

Great day out, bit dear, but to be expected at a park, queues long! But is not a totally cashless site as advertised you do need pound coins for some games, water cannon's etc, so if don't want whining kids bring cash as well, but fun day had by all.

  • 5/5 T M. 9 months ago on Google
Lego land was a nice surprise. While we didn't do too many of the activities as the queues were far too long, the displays were amazing. The only downside was having to pay £10 for parking for the day on top of the entry fare. That was down right un-awesome

  • 4/5 James B. 10 months ago on Google
A great day out with lots to do and see. Fun for the whole family and for all ages! Quite expensive for a regular family of four with ultimate fast track passes, but definitely worth it to skip 60min+ queues. Food is expensive so take your own if you can, but plenty of options if you can't - including various options for alternative dietary requirements. Be prepared for lots of walking but also lots of fun!

  • 4/5 K C. 9 months ago on Google
Visited before the English school holidays started, so not peak times. However, there were school trips taking place, so it was still quite busy in terms of queing for rides. A number of the attractions and food kiosks weren't open, but there was still a reasonable choice and lots to do. There is more for younger kids than older kids, but anyone who likes Lego is likely to enjoy.

Good fun for younger children but be prepared for long queues in the school holidays. Take snacks & drinks to have during the waiting time is my advice. We also found a lot of rides were not working or broke down while we were there which added to the frustration levels, the rides we did get on were good though. We also stayed at the resort hotel which was really enjoyable.

What a fantastic day out! We took our 12 and 10 years old children for a day or and everyone enjoyed the day out. If you're looking for high adrenalin rides, this is not the place to go, but if you're a big Lego fan then you'll love it. The models around the site are incredible an size, detail and skill to make them. The shows were good, the ice creams were brilliant (and huge), the 1st aid bay team (who we paid a visit to) were unbelievably helpful - real stars! We visited the shop on the way out at the end of the day - not a good idea! It was insanely busy. Definitely worth a visit but we wish we'd take the girls when they were younger.

Excellent day here, first time and had been recommend by friends. A theme park aimed at under 10s and Lego fans and it is very good. Great atmosphere and fun rides. What was really good was that the rides are all very original, and different to other parks in the UK. We didn’t get anywhere near round all the rides in one day so we will be back!

  • 5/5 Nigel W. 8 months ago on Google
We did a 2 night stay in the Legoland hotel. The room was amazing. Brilliant decorations and theme along with a treasure hunt for our 3 kids to complete. They set to that straight away and had it solved in 5 minutes and had the code for the "safe" to retrieve their rewards. The resort was great, miniland is spectacular. Ideally you need 2 days to see everything. I highly recommend you download the Legoland app to your phone for your visit, it's great for seeing where everything is located and can direct you there too.

  • 5/5 Mark L. 7 months ago on Google
Legoland did not disappoint!!! We had a fantastic time. The rides were great and some of the queues were not too long, the longest wait was 60mins but the kids had things to see and do whilst we waited. Food and drink is expensive but that’s to be expected these days. A day is not long enough to see and do everything so we will be back at some point. Would definitely recommend Legoland to family & friends.

Fantastic day with grandson. Lot of extras to pay for. Don't agree with fast track when waiting an hour in queue for ride. It favours the wealthy. Queues limit the number of rides. Over an hour for fire engine ride, which lasted 5 mins.Purchased photo download in advance, but one ride closed and queues too long for 2, and grandson wouldn't wait, so it's not good value. Pirate show great hit. Gift shop reasonably priced.

We visited on Friday when the kids were back to school so we didn't have too much of a wait for entry or for the rides (we queued longer for ice cream!). I haven't been here since I was a child so it's been a good 25 years. A lot has changed and I was pleasantly surprised. The rides are brilliant. The park is clean, as are the toilets. Food is priced as you would expect a theme park to charge (approx £12 for burger and chips, £4 for ice cream, £18 for 'all you can eat' buffet). I didn't see any dairy free ice cream, which was unfortunate, but there are plant based options in the burger restaurant. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend buying tickets and parking in advance. The entry ticket is a lot cheaper when prebooked. Our party age range was 4 - 56 years and everyone had a fantastic time!

Tons of places to take your kids, adults will love Miniland (could spend hours staring at it all) but queue times Are a bit long so you'll have to go off peak, smaller queues would be appreciated. Also free parking for annual pass members would be great, we shouldn't need to pay extra (regardless of tier, we have already paid you 3 digit figures, so it's just fleecing parents at that point)

We had a blast last Saturday at Legoland, and we were lucky to have great weather as well. The kids were super happy, but overall it can be very expensive, I'd advise bringing your lunch and drinks if you can. And let's face the truth, without the "Reserve and Ride" pass that doubles (or more!) the price of the ticket, it can be a miserable day with smaller kids as the waiting times can be considerably long. 5 stars with the pass, probably 2/3 stars without.

Absolutely stunning place. I highly recommend it for kids between 3 and 12 years. We were 4 years ago, and my kids are still talking about it. The food is not cheap, but also not too expensive so I think most people can afford it.

A great day out for the family! Really had a lovely day. I wish it was open earlier so that we had time to see/do everything. Wait times for rides are quite long. Good variety of different foods, and hot/cold drinks stands everywhere on the park.

Brilliant day out. Easy to get there and park. Waiting times were reasonable. Staff was friendly. Plenty of options for food and drink. Kids loved it. We are definitely visiting again and again and again

It's a great place. Suitable with kids below 10. There's a submarine ride that's quite cool, it's like touring inside an aquarium. There're also a few good rides that can't be missed. We did need to wait an hour for each of these rides.

Fantastic place!! We visited during October half term and which was very good timing as been from Yorkshire, it was not half term in Windsor which meant less people in the park! The buffet restaurant was very expensive, cost around £60 for all 3 of us and the offering was not worth the money, the picture is what my little boy ended up with on his plate, not a lot!! Would take our own food if we visited again. The app is very handy for finding your way around and also making a list of the rides you want to go on and it has the queue times on there too. Really really great place, my son did not want to leave and I would highly recommend this place for young families.

We came here for 2 days we stayed in Slough just 10 min drive away so was cheaper it was fantastic my 9yr old loved every minute and so did we its all set out really well. We were lucky the English October holidays start this week so it wasn't too busy no waiting in cues for long and not at all with some rides we spend the whole day here.

Legoland: A Kid's Paradise My visit to Legoland was an absolute delight! My kids were over the moon with excitement, especially about the thrilling Lion Ride, which quickly became their favorite. The Monster Party was an absolute hit—full of excitement and fun that left us all in awe. And, oh boy, the surprise visit from Christmas Santa was the cherry on top, adding that extra magical touch to our day. Legoland truly knows how to make every moment memorable for the whole family.
