Not a place I would recommend. Which is a shame, on the face of it a lot of money has been spent on facilities. There's a basketball court, exercise machines, children's adventure play ground, a tea /snack hut and its all kept quiet clean and in good condition ( no toilets) but it's littered with substance abusers, dealers and rough sleepers and people openly urinating in full view.

I don't often walk through this park, but during the pandemic it is an escape from home and super markets. The coffee/ sandwich kiosk is cheap and good. There is even an outdoor gym!

I used to come to Turnpike Lane court every weekend as a kid, I love this court, it kept me out of trouble. Great memories. Now they have invested with flood flights, good rims with nets and often hold basketball events every year. Thank you Haringey for keeping this court alive. So bout the review lol, lots of shops nearby, parking in the shopping city, not expensive too! Lots of cool shops, footlocker, JD, McDonald and a cinema inside the mall.

The Vegas Circus at Ducketts Common was a Great show! My son and I thoroughly enjoyed it. A great way to spend a rainy Friday evening. All the acts were amazing, such an eventful two hours. We were smiling and laughing the whole way through. Some acts had us on the edge of our seats. Will definitely attend again! 🤩

Would gave 5* but just to inform local authorities and for their concern given 1* less. Evening time it's very bad in here because lots of drug's people come round in every evening. Authorities should do something about it. Apart from this it's a nice place, there is some activity area where you can do exercise. Also it has play are for children and toddler separately. If local authorities can sort out the evening time problems then it would be more enjoyable for evening time as well.

Situated in an area where everything is easily accessible. As you enter through the Turnpike Lane gate there's a small cafe where you can buy your refreshments while enjoying yourself in the park or to save money there are plenty of supermarkets and stores on Wood Green High Road. Next to the Ducketts common gate there's one of the entrace/exit to Turnpike Lane Tube station. Opposite side of the park is the Underground plus bus station. The park is massive with plenty of open space to do picnic in the summer days. There is a basketball court for the teens and adults and a playground for the kids. An open gym for those who can't afford to go to the gym. What a fab idea to have this available for free! Haringey council cares about the health of the Haringey residents. Sometimes political and social gathering takes place. Funfair and concerts are also held here. Turnpike Lane Road has Asian stores whereas Wood Green High Road has British supermarkets and stores. Lot of poundshops too. Shopping Mall is 5mins walk from the Ducketts Common.

Ducketts Common is a lovely green space located in Harringay, London. It's a popular spot for locals to unwind, go for walks, and enjoy outdoor activities. The park's serene atmosphere, combined with its well-maintained paths and greenery, make it a great place to escape the city's hustle and bustle. Whether you're looking for a peaceful place to read a book or a quiet corner for a picnic, Ducketts Common offers a charming retreat in the heart of the urban landscape...

A bit small and has four lanes of traffic along one side. Surrounded by roads that seem quite busy. A free gym but the equipment is ok - but not great for exercise. And you need to take your own sanitation kit to wipe them down. Often violence in this area and lots of homeless beggars and desperate looking people. But if you can brave all that - in that area - it is an oasis. I can’t criticise the park for everything around it. In itself it’s a cute little space.

Ducketts Common is an 'ok' place to go to during the day and more so if you like basketball - due to the number of courts available. There is also an outdoor park gym located within the common which is generally busy throughout the day. However, it is definitely not a place I want to be anywhere near after sunset as local gangs are known to congregate in and around this area. Be on guard if visiting at night.

Great park for chill in the grass as well as activities. Sports ground for football, basketball courts, table tennis, work out stations, kids playground. And vast open area for everyone.

Great little playground, but not enclosed in all sides, so dogs can come in, and the hill in the middle makes it tricky to keep an eye on the entire playground from a single position

Lovely grounds and all the new exercise equipment helps. A bit public as the Highroad runs alongside this green area. Very popular place with a coffee shop in the park. Have your sanitizer and wet wipes handy to clean the handle bars for your training needs as you discipline yourself to keep fit and not put more weight on in the season approaching us. Relaxing as you walk around and plenty or seating. To just sit and people watch or read a book. There is a games court there also. Good for walking around to get your steps in and keep fitter. Just take your time and be consistent and stay focused upon your goals. Safe environment as it is an open area and can be viewed from any angle. Close to all amenities and shopping centre is up the road or a bus ride away. Plus all local stores have packed lunch or fresh baked goodies, coffee and teas are available in the local surrounding stores. Should you live locally then go support this area as it cost to have the equipment updated and it is there for your well-being. Go check it out and just say, "Good day" to all you meet upon the way and you will find yourself smiling and feeling uplifted...bless

A small greenery near the tube and central bus stations as well as good quality eateries that are on the middle range price level. There is a tennis/sports court on the Common and seats conveniently dispersed throughout. Good for a morning stroll and just to relax as it is quiet and in the summer, sunny. Not used much by locals except residents with a pet to get out and take in the morning freshness in small bouts for a healthy walk in weather bright but not breezy. Sheltered by terraced houses on one side, so suburbia with small patches of greenery. Kol-C, #ThePoetReviewer

Great little park but I wish the council would invest in it more! There’s a basketball and football court and an outdoor gym.

Little green area with a few activities for children to run around. It is quite muddy when it's raining though also I find too close to a busy road so it's not quite relaxing.
