Beautiful beach however ruined by the number of single men walking around like meerkats staring at me like a piece of meat. As a female this was very intimidating and although I really enjoyed being on such a beautiful naturist beach, it would put me off coming again due to being uncomfortable and having no privacy despite finding a secluded spot. There really needs to be an increase of patrols, to deter the these men and their predatory behaviour.

Best naturist beach in England, although a bit of a walk from the car park (free for National Trust members). Wonderful soft sandy beach, so comfortable when you lie down, but hard sand near the sea so helps with walking. Beach shelves gently into the sea so good for swimming. 1 km long so great for naked walks. A lot of textiles walk along the beach but they generally don't stare so doesn't make you feel uncomfortable, even when a large school party trekked along the naturist section. Helps that there is good signage, so people aren't surprised. We were lucky to have an Indian summer with temperature in the low 20s and a gentle breeze so perfect for us and at least 100 other naturists, most of whom were older, although it was outside school holidays. A few male meerkats back in the dunes, so would expect more frequent visits from national trust staff.

Lovely big beach with golden sand and plenty of space to spread out. The naturist section is in the middle. Parking can be a bit of a pain so get there early. Nice short walk through the dunes and down to the beach. Ice cream boat comes along every now and then so keep an eye out. Hope to be back again soon.

Studland beach is a wonderful sandy beach just opposite of Bournemouth. Your can reach it from there via a chain ferry. Parking you car is possible either right after the harbour or along the road to Swanage. After a short walk through Heather and moors you reach the dunes and the beach. Its fine sand, plenty of shells and the shallow shore make it ideal for kids. The cliffs at the far end (Old Harry Rocks) are worth a visit.

You could almost be in the Mediterranean or Caribbean. Lovely soft sand backed by beautiful heather covered dunes. Great place to get naked!

Fabulous sandy beach with tufted grass dunes ideal for a little privacy. The sand slopes gently out to sea, so safe for kids to play in and warmer sea to paddle in. Very picturesque, too I can't recommend enough.

What a fantastic naturist/clothing optional beach! Beautiful golden sand, sand dunes and the naturist section is nearly 1km long! The sea is virtually Mediterranean! Warm, calm, clear and shallow. Prefect.

Lovely beach, soft sand, gentle slope into the sea, pleasant countryside surroundings, quite idyllic in fact! As commented by others, the sight of the "meerkats" in the dunes is funny! It's odd that such a significant number of textiles make the effort to come there when there are so many other beaches, but hey, it's a nice place. No facilities of course, as noted by others. Take your litter home! If arriving by bicycle, bring a good bike lock so you can leave it well back from the soft sand. (OK, silly me forgot one πŸ™„)

Bad experience. Made mistake of trying nude sunbathing for the first time. Found a quite spot in the dunes for privacy. Never again. Loads of single men walking around and either just stand near staring or deliberately walk through your quite area blatantly looking. Lasted a couple of hours before leaving feeling angry traumatised.

This was our third visit but the busiest we've seen it, possibly due to the school holidays so there were young kids on the beach amongst unclothed adults. The walk to the beach isn't easy as it's close to a mile on rough tracks and closer to the beach on very soft sand. If you're lucky you'll get a visit from the Ice Cream Boat. The water is very clear and shallow, the surface slopes away gradually so you need to go out a decent distance before you get up to your waist, the tide does ebb and flow but doesn't go out very far so tide times aren't that much of an issue.

By far one of the best sandy beaches in the UK. No families or children so felt very peaceful and chill. Also great to get a full body tan. Wear as much or little as you like, didn’t feel like anyone was looking or judging

I love a secluded beach that is isolated, away from other visitors or tourist. This place is quiet, and there's no shops or promenade. I am not a nudist but as a person that has ADHD. I love coming here and sleep under the sun with my noise cancelling headphones without being disturbed by anyone. Sometimes you need to get away from it all to someplace where no one will find you. The sandy beach is located near to the Harry rock and it’s stunning to see. The water is clear as crystal. You can park your vehicles on the Main Street and it’s free. Many people crossed the ferry to come here. Many people have the self awareness to pick up their trash here so if you want to come please do the same. Have respect to the nature and other people.

Had to come along here (with my trunks ON) as part of a 70 mile coastal walk. This is a gorgeous stretch of coast with clear, warm water and lovely views. Heatwave conditions brought many naturists out, mostly old couples respectfully tucked in tents or in the sea. There was however one younger chap paddling up and down on a paddle board with periscope up, eyeing everyone on the beach. Hilarious and seedy at the same time.

Great beach. Was quite busy when I went on a sunny day. Felt freeing and liberating walking around and swimming in the nude. Calm environment.
