Beautiful country park to see the white cliffs from the bottom up. Easy walk with tarmacked paving . You can walk through the field with cattle or along the sea wall where lots of people are fishing from. You reach a beautiful beach at the end of the fields .parking cost £1.7 for 3 hours . There is a little shed selling food and drink including locally made Ice cream. Toilets and education centre on site. Some old war planes flew over during our visit. There were other trails and I think you could possibly walk to Dover docks along the coastal wall.

Absolutely stunning location. Be prepared for a long walk. Diddnt expect how far this walk would take us. But the family highly enjoyed it. A nice couple of place to grab a bite to eat. Plenty of places to park and at a cheap price.

What a beautiful place to have a walk ,this country park was made from all the chalk and rubble from digging the Euro tunnel . The amount of material deposited here gave the the UK and extra 89 arcers of land mass . When we visited there there was a fenced of portion where cows and sheep roam(dogs to be kept on the lead in this part ) then once you've walked through the grass land you come to the beach which you can walk along . There is a visitor information area and cafe located at the car park, car park was £1 for two hours (Oct2018).

A beautiful pebbly beach. You can walk a lot along the beach and admire the white cliffs. A beautiful place to even have a small picnic and relax. The parking charges are only £1 for 2 hours.

Good spot with nice views a few photo opportunities. You can also fish from the wall and the fee for this is £6 per person. Parking isn't free either. The facilities could be improved but overall it's good. If you're out for a quick stop or a picnic then this is ideal.

Lovely, well kept beach, freezing water, amazing landscape and gorgeous cliffs. Make sure you bring comfy shoes for the pebbles on the beach. Not my fave beach in SE, but definitely worth a visit

Some good walks & cycling here. Somewhere to eat too. A great view of part of the While Cliffs too. Worth a visit by car via a One track tunnel with lights. Access on foot via path next to single track road.

Really nice place for walks for all ages, there are routes across the grassland and the seawall which is a concreted area. The walks lead you directly to the pebble beach underneath the Shakespeare Cliffs. The mainline for trains runs alongside which is a great sight for younger visitors. Hot food available, toilet facilities, information area and also fishing tickets available for the concrete seawall, prices signposted in the day. Dog walkers are welcome as long as any mess is cleaned and not left and dogs remain under control.

Lovely peaceful wilderness to walk through and enjoy nature. At the end of the trail, there is a beach (stony), with great rock pools at low tide. The green and white cliffs add a great backdrop.

Great place for a walk, however if you want to walk across the cliff top do this. Walk up through the tunnel you had driven down, when you reach the top/exit of the tunnel turn right (facing towards Dover port) and follow the path straight, after about 20mins walking across the top you will reach a small quite secluded beach.

Absolutely stunning area to visit . Good sized car park , visitors center, cafe and toilet . Parking is pay and display . Plenty of picnic benches. Superb views out across the channel to France . Dog friendly. You turn off the A20 and then wait at the traffic lights to pass through the tunnel which is single file , signs say maximum wait is 3.5 minutes.

A great spot to think on a moody day, looking across the channel or to ponder the beauty of cliffs. Not much to do for kids or animals but it's a definite clearer of the senses.

Such a beautiful place to walk around and see the stunning view of the beach from the white cliff if you hike. There were cycling routes which are amazing.

Parking 2 pounds for an entire day. There is another parking if the main park is full. Toilets are free. Have a cafeteria.

A really unique place and a great spot to get another perspective on the enormity of the white cliffs. We visited on a windy day in January so didn’t get to enjoy the paths, but I know from previous visits they’re beautiful. Well worth a visit, no matter how long you intend to stay. The tunnel entrance is an experience too!

A wonderful open space with amazing views of both the White Cliffs and across the English Channel and the ships in transit. The green space here is very nice to walk through, I can only imagine what kinds of flowers and wildlife can be seen during the summer months. It's also very accessible for prams and potentially for powered wheelchairs (a steep slope from the sea wall to the car park). There appears to be links from Samphire to Folkestone along the seafront which would be interesting to explore.

You get great views of the channel. Nice walk over the open land created by the tunnel spoil. Long concrete promenade with small pebble beach. Plenty of birds to see. Fishing can be very good. Access via steep tunnel down cliffs approx half mile distance from Dover towards Folkestone two pounds all day parking.

Great place to take the children and dog for a walk. Lots of beautiful things to see. The children love bug hunting when we visit and always end up seeing something new.

Very beautiful park, perfect to have lunch, walk, relax and watch the sea. However I find unfair to have to pay for the car park. Toilets have seen better days.
