Lovely super clean site friendly staff van clean ours was quite new bronze class. Facilities are good a little small especially the pool which you need to book a slot. Massive development going on down by the facilities area this DOESN'T cause any issues or noise a good deal of money been invested... Would I stop there again ABSOLUTELY loved this little gem I say little over 1000 units on site this still has areas you can have a quiet break if you wish. ONLY downside Thames estuary so no real beach but you can find somewhere to sit away from high tide I would not recommend swimming in it though

Very enjoyable and tranquil holiday with the family. We had two caravans. Our caravan was pristine clean, the staff all over the site were friendly and helpful. Great place for walks by the sea and wonderful views. A really nice mix of people. We're a black/white family - felt very much embraced. Definitely recommend and will be back asap.

Clean caravans, lovely staff, lots to do, wouldn't recommend beach as once tides out its muddy and sandy. Pebbles when tide in. Really enjoyed our stay but would love to see more sign posts to entrances. Menus available in Caravan so we know what food is available before booking a table (especially useful for us as a family as have a child with sensory needs)

Don't usually leave reviews but feel this is needed to give a honest opinion mainly for some families on a tight budget. Most of the outside activities are weather dependent and a quite honestly people should know that they are well overpriced for what they are and food there is well up there as well I personally think a three day stay there is more than enough as kids get bored as lack of things to do Swimming pool is very small and has to be booked in advance Night time entertainment is probably as poor as it gets really there's better entertainment in a pub 5 minutes away nags head which is family friendly Probably only positives is the gold caravans and ten out of ten and sea view is lovely if you're lucky enough to get one with it

A little dated at the moment but having a big update, so should be better. Reception couldn't recommend tourist ideas, really let the park down. The caravan we stayed in was the cleanest Haven caravan we had been in in years.

Great place to stay if you want a quick getaway with the family. Only an hour away from London and its generally really clean and the people there are nice and welcoming Only issue was, we had no towels in the caravan. We tried calling the service line a few times and no one picks up. I even went to reception to report it there, but still no towels were given to us.

We had a great family time. The caravan was fantastic: clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, two bathrooms, great use of space with excellent central heating. What a pity they forgot one bed sheet. There weren't many free activities but there still are some Covid rules. We enjoyed the amusement park and indoor swimming pool. Outside pool was heated but very little and it was rather cold. Everything in the park was tidy and clean. Very nice staff, especially activity organisers. Very good fish and chips and ice cream, quite pricey but you can expect that in such place. Papa John's pizza yummy as always but they had too many orders and couldn't manage it. The caravan rent was rather expensive but I booked it last minute for bank holiday weekend. I recommend booking many activities - you have to pay for most but that's what makes the best memories. The sea isn't the best in this area and rather not good for swimming but you may be able build small sandcastle. There are plenty of seashells and various rocks though.

Enjoyable break with friendly helpful camp staff. Building work in progress so limited facilities but more to come later 2022. Accommodation was clean and tidy offering plenty of space. Easy drive to many local museums and amenities with public transport available.

Shabby at best. The holiday park does not resemble the brochure depiction of the facilities. It's OK if you you don't get disappointed at not being able to book most of the activities and you don't mind loud music from the other caravans, with the constant smell of barbecues.

Was such a wonderful holiday, the caravan was gorgeous, really clean. The staff were incredible. I would to say a big special thank you to Tia, who was in the creation studio, she was amazing with the children and great to talk to when the kids were busy painting. The site was brilliant, so much to do. So many different activities for the children to do. The lifeguards were brilliant for the pool kayaking and the obstacle course they made it so much more fun for the children. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back

Loved it. So much for children and families to do. Sorry to hear that the crazy golf is going. Everyone enjoys this. Please keep it . The kids love it and it occupies their time. The staff are more than helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying yourselves. The place makes families happy and there is a lake to fish and there is a lot of fish in this lake. I just arrived on Sunday to buy a holiday home and can't wait to take it all in. I hope they keep the facilities they already have and can see they are working hard to improve and make it a wonderful place for families and couples to enjoy .

We stayed for a weekend here and absolutely loved it! Had to book everything but it's easy to do on the app. Caravan was nice and tidy, beds were made, kitchen was spotless. Lovely and spacious. We needed a single bed taken out of one of the rooms so we can fit the travel cot in the bedroom and the staff came and done it without question. The entertainment in the restaurant, club and arcade was so friendly and helpful. The pool was a really good temperature, especially in the baby pool for my 4 month old. We were lucky to have the funfair there as well so the kids were able to go on the rides, which were reasonably priced. We've booked again for next year as we had such a great time!

We ha a 4 night stay in a caravan at Allhallows on arrival at the entrance to the park we were greeted by a young lady who made sure we new where our accommodation was located. When we arrived at our caravan the door was sealed with a sticker across the door certifying that it was clean and ready for us. When we entered we checked that we were happy with the cleanliness of the caravan, the beds were made ready for us, the bedrooms felt and looked fresh and clean. The bathroom had a cardboard seal over the toilet stating it had been cleaned, the shower and basin were also nice and clean. The kitchen was immaculate, we checked the crockery, cutlery, fridge, microwave, cooker and other kitchen items, everything was clean and ready to use. The lounge area was also fresh and clean, top marks! First time I didn't have to clean and wash everything before starting our holiday. All public areas of the park were constantly being cleaned throughout our stay and every member of staff were cheerful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, I honestly cannot fault anyone or anything about Allhallows.

We had a silver caravan which was lovely. The caravan park is huge and well equipped, but you do need to take a second mortgage for the cost of things. Lots of kids activities which were really good, but when you have 3 children the cost adds up. Similarly in the bar.. looking at over Β£20 for 5 drinks. Mini market is reasonable, but its a good 20 minute drive to the nearest supermarket so be prepared. The indoor pool is impossible to book, and it was closed on the two days we did book. And don't bother with the hoofkin restaurant. We walked out after 1Β½ hours waiting! Overall the kids had a great time, it was a nice location and we all had a nice break. Not sure I'd go back though.

Very nice location with a lot of service on site. The caravan is clean and well maintained. There are a lot to do on site some activities being free and other paid for. The only two negative points is the lack of public footpaths and the amount of rubbish everywhere. We stopped counting how many sauce sachets laying about. But all and all a nice place to visit with nice views and an adequate pool.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to one of the gold class units. And they are exceptional. Fully equipped with everything you could need. And extremely comfy. I would however, liked to have seen mattress protectors on the bed's. And toilet brushes in the lavatories. The site is well managed and very neat, but there is a lack of footpaths around the site so you have to be alert at all times to the traffic around the site. There is a speed limit of 10mph but very few drivers seem to observe it. The prices on site for activities is exorbitant, and how parents more than one child can afford it is a mystery. There is only one restaurant on site and they struggle to cope at certain times. You can get bar meals in the evening but the choice is limited.

We had a wonderful time at Allhallows. The park itself gives a lovely village vibe. The entertainment was fantastic, we loved the Seaside Squad and the Animal Show. The food was perfectly cooked. Staff were friendly and polite. On arrival we spoke to Heather in Reception who was a absolute star helping us with passes. Thank you Heather, we had a fantastic time. We will definitely visit again πŸ˜€.

The best caravan holiday park operators in the country. Modern, spotlessly clean vans which are a good distance from surrounding vans. Very quiet and well maintained grounds with grass cut every day. Good shops and food outlets on-site at the entrance. I can't fault it here in any way. Highly recommended. Kent Coast Holiday Park is lovely, very quiet and relaxing.

We went 5-9th June and it was quiet. I know it's not the school holidays so if you have children who are young enough not to attend school then it's an ideal time to go. Lovely place, lots to do and see in and around the area. Some building works on going currently down near the front near the Thames side

We had booked a bronze chalet, but on arrival we were surprisingly upgraded to platinum and the location on site was fab. Defo felt the love. ( I would mention that it was not the cleanest of welcomes as the floors were very sticky, bit on arrival to anywhere I travel I give the place the once over to my standard of cleanliness regardless.) Although we went during a cold snap just after Easter we made the most of the poor weather. The selection of activities for the small ones was great, and the staff were so entertaining. Not to mention the toilets were so clean!!! πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½ I did have a negative run in with someone who worked in the entertainment center, the slot machines ate my money, and the man who worked there didn't believe me. Not a bit issue but as it was less than a pound, but it didn't feel very nice being basically called a liar over it.πŸ€” Moving on, the location of the park itself is a bit of a way out of the way from anything local, however if you don't mind travelling a distance, then it's not really a problem. On our last night at the park, a maintenance man came around at about 10.30pm to condem or cooker. This was extremely concerning seeing as we had been there for a number of days prior using the same hob..... Nonetheless, we have booked to return next year.

We had a big group weekend away here. We've done this for many years but we hadn't been back since 2019. They have made huge improvements to the park with a new evening entertainment venue which is massive . There is now an excellent selection of outside activities, astro turf play area , football pitch, climbing wall and so much more . My kids are now sulky teens so if it's a screen they didn't care , but a few years ago they'd of loved it . The outside pool was open , the sun was shining, my nose is now neon. There was a bit of trouble on the Friday night but security was on it quickly . The bar queue was insane on Friday , about 40 minutes at some points and they could do with more staff behind it and more glass collectors.

Β£280 for 3 nights is a fair price for a caravan/chalet for 3, however, I would recommend taking as much food and drink as you'll need as the priced are a bit keen. Overall a good place for a short break

Stayed on site in a caravan which was in a very ideal spot. Had an issue which was sorted straight away. Van was beautiful and clean. All staff were friendly from the moment we arrived at the gate . Highly recommend this place just wish I could afford to revisit. You won't be disappointed. Oh and a stones throw from the sea . Amazing views , also had a lovely place to eat . I could go on for ages πŸ₯°

Had a really good holiday here, would recommend coming in the quieter times as it's not too busy but still plenty for the little ones to do, loads of space to run around and relax and if you go for a gold caravan it's not much more expensive during term time. On site shop was nice and reasonably priced, great views of the beach and lots of activities and good facilities available without too much of a trek. We will be returning.

Β£68 for 4 nights away with havens hideaway. No access to activities but still full usage of arcades and the restaurant. Has been lovely so far, 12” caravan, friendliest staff, not got one complaint. Quiet but that’s due to being off peak season. If you need some time away from the world, come to all hallows, you’ll love it!

Beautiful Gold caravan. Can't fault it at all. Had everything and more. Sadly the park was lacking. Hardly any of the food places was open. And the ones that was shut at 8pm. The pool runs on slots even though there was hardly anyone there. We paid a lot of money for a Monday to Friday break, but was told most things are open at the weekend only.

Park is very good. We enjoyed our stay. Caravan was nice, big and clean. The park itself was clean. Looked as though is was newly refurbished. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the indoor pool. The pool had no slides or shoots. There is a outdoor pool. The entertainment throughout the day was good. Could improve on the activities been open more. Had to book for certain times and days couldn't just show up. So when the kids where down playing around the park, we couldn't just pay and play. Had to wait for certain time slots. Kids weren't happy at having to wait. Getting to the park we had to travel along a country lane.

Fabulous location, right on the beach which is great fun to explore when tide is out. Pool clean but small and basic. Entertainment staff were excellent. Restaurant was nice; reasonable prices. During our final night, the caravan next to us had an incredibly loud party, 30+ people in the area outside their caravan. Kept us awake. Rung security who did absolutely nothing.

Very pleased with our stay. Great activities, especially the adventure park. They have something for all ages. Very clean and tidy site. Probably the best haven we have visited. We booked in advance, about 8 months and grabbed a bargain. Β£109 for 4 days.

Very enjoyable week. Friendly Staff nice comfortable caravan caravan. No net curtains on windows so lacked privacy. Site a bit run down. But had a lovely stay.

Impromptu family get away. Can't thank the staff enough, my 4 year old daughter loved every minute. The staff in the mini mart were so helpful and friendly, helping my daughter shop while I waited outside with my puppy. The puppy loved it also! So much to do and the caravan was extremely spacious and clean, highly recommended!

Had a rocky start as our caravan wasn't quite ready. But we were quickly upgraded to a beautiful caravan. Given vouchers and made to feel important. Staff were excellent throughout and the park has an unbelievable amount of activities for everyone. Swimming. Arcades. Football. Tennis. Golf. 20 foot jumps. You name it they have it. On site takeaways and restaurants too. Beautiful park. Will be returning!! Recommend to anyone

Nice site. Re-doing activity park and extending which will be better for the children. Activity hub for pottery could do with some attention and it's out the way from the rest of site. Some lifeguards and activity staff couldnt give much details when asked on times which was a let down and didn't have much customer service experience. The pub on site is very rustic charm and lovely to have a meal inside no fault from pub staff. Toilets clean just a shame only one hand dryer to four sinks.

We booked a break in one of the accessible caravans and found everything we needed. The waste disposal instructions are not clear , need to clarify. The wet room was spacious and a great asset , only criticism was having no shelf to put shower cream etc. A well stocked supermarket was handy and the walks were a pleasure as everywhere was clean and litter free with plenty of bin areas well marked. The river view from the caravan was definately a bonus and we had a great break, thankyou Haven !

Myself and 5 of my work colleagues spent a week on the site and enjoyed every minute the caravan was immaculately clean, staff were so friendly went out of their way to help in every way, the site itself was lovely and clean and we found plenty to do, we decided to have a go at the archery and rifle shooting the instructor Vaughn had so much patience we felt so relaxed and the patience he had with a group of disabled young people was so heart warming thank you everyone of you for making our holiday so enjoyable
