After having terrible few years (like many people) my daughter booked me a luxury caravan in Lagoon View as a surprise. I had no idea. Have to say it was perfect - peaceful. The weather was perfect and as for the caravan I was very pleasantly surprised! wow! Very clean and spacious. As for the wildlife on the lagoon and the sea. Amazing a couple of seals were having a wonderful time swimming in the sea. . What a bonus! Have to say all the staff from reception, shop and ground workers were cheery and helpful. Treated myself to fish and chips the last evening. Freshly made and delicious. The whole experience at this Haven site did me the world of good and enjoyed myself so much as soon as I got home I booked myself another break for later in the year. Can't wait. Thanks to my daughter's treat and Haven I know where to go for my own little haven.

Caravan clean and tidy, you have to strip and bag all bedding and empty the bins before you leave, putting bedding and towels in a clear plastic bag and leave outside and all rubbish to be placed in main bin on day of departure ( not a problem ). Staff are very good, always happy to help. As for the restaurant, very basic food, it was not hot on arrival at the table, slow service, it was not busy so no excuse. Swimming pool very nice, kids loved it. Beautiful walks though a bird sanctuary onto the beach.

Lovely holiday park. Very clean caravan and a very clean site. Great for dog walkers as there's loads of open space. The beach is a 5-10min walk. Also the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a great weekend! πŸ˜€

Best holiday ever. Always come here. Five star for the new silver caravan we had this time. We had a full size washing machine and dishwasher and 2 full size couches with loads of room. Highly recommended. Pay extra you won't be disappointed ask for a Beaumont

Lovely holiday. Great organised arrival and departure procedure. Very clean accommodation with everything working. Fantastic open air swimming pool. Great staff friendly and quick service. Even the on site shop had helpful staff and good selection of food etc. Lovely park well maintained. Best park we have stayed in by far including centre parks.

Still here. It used to be a budget holiday but with rising prices, it isn't anymore. It isn't top notch, the activities are less than average. The pool is great. However the staff are amazing and always willing to help. The above are my views only my grandchildren would give top marks for everything.

This was our first experience of a Haven holiday. We didn’t have high expectations but we were pleasantly surprised. The greeters at the entrance were super friendly and helpful. Our caravan was a bronze one and it was brilliant. It was spacious, very clean, plenty of utensils and the shower was good. The beds were not amazing though, but we were not expecting hotel standard. I would advise if you have toddlers then definitely get/bring a bed guard, we did not and ours fell off as the beds are very small, you learn. The caravan park was clean and all the entertainment was really good. We had a fab time seeing the kids enjoying themselves. Personally I would not recommend the on site restaurant. Service was great but the food quality not so for what they charge. Overall a great week away and we have already another one for next month in Weymouth.

Clean and good standard caravan, in a quiet spot close to the lagoon and beach. Both swimming pools were really good, clean and not too crowded, app really easy to book activities. Site well looked after with nice views. Great local pubs . Highly recommended:)

We have just come back from our daughters first holiday, she’s two. We stayed in a lovely bronze caravan which was perfect for us. Checking in was easy and lovely staff on the gate. We had a wonderful holiday. My daughter was mesmerised by all the Haven characters, and was absolutely in love with them. Liam the entertainment manager made our holiday. He was amazing, so much energy and enthusiasm, and fantastic at keeping all ages entertained. We really liked the swimming pools. The only thing that was odd was the tiny soft play is aged 4-9 years, it would be perfect for under 6. We didn’t see anyone using it the whole holiday. We will definitely come again! Thank you to the whole team at Church Farm. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been coming here very year for the past 13 years and I have never been disappointed. The entertainment is very enjoyable with many things to do like swimming and cycling. The caravans are very comfortable and they dont lack any necessities needed for a holiday visit. Further more Bognor is only 20 minutes away by bus for a nice family day out.

I can honestly say this was just a fabulous little holiday for me the boys and the dogs. Our caravan was a delight! Clean, pretty with a deck and all the things you need. Even had a dishwasher which I wasn’t expecting. The staff are all amazing the site is gorgeous. The swimming pool is fab with a water slide that we enjoyed many times. We had fun in the clubhouse went on walks around the local area. I can’t wait to come back again! I can highly highly recommend this site. Littlehampton beach is only half an hour away too which is a massive bonus. I love it there! And of course you’ve got wonderful Bognor just down the road! An amazing holiday!

Great location near the beach and overall a nice holiday park. Good comfy beds in the caravans, which were clean and tidy upon arrival. We had a smooth and easy check-in when driving through the entrance, and there was no need to exit our car. We found it difficult to find our caravan at first however due to the lack of directional signs. Having a map of the park handed to us would have helped. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful apart from a couple who you could tell didn't really want to be there. As it's a summer job for most of them though you can sort of understand. The restaurant and arcade were decent and reasonably priced but we gave the indoor swimming pool a miss as it looked a bit small. The outdoor pool looked good however and we would use this if we had more time here. No WiFi in the caravans was an issue so I would recommend downloading some films and shows to watch offline whilst your here. I think there are better holiday parks out there that would offer more, but we made some great memories here so I would recommend it for a short family break away.

This place is amazing for the kids. After visiting here, we will definitely be coming back. The staff were great, always interacting with the kids and generally enjoying themselves, which showed in all they done. The grounds are clean and well kept with a generally safe feeling throughout the park. Our accommodation was on the owners side, so can only say what we had was amazing. All in all a great experience and we can't wait to return. πŸ‘Œ

Really lovely and friendly Close to beach and within driving distance of Portsmouth, Bognor Regis ( which is lovely) and Chichester. The caravan was lovely, everything we needed and was dog friendly. We went out of season so it was peaceful and relaxing. Will be going back and highly recommend. The staff were were great - helpful and friendly. Perfect.

Spent a relaxing 4 day break here in September. Silver Caravan was comfy and site was quiet which was great for a relaxing time. However, no towels in caravan on arrival (at 1pm), rang Reception and was advised would be delivered between 2pm and 6pm. At 5.50pm still no towels - rang again - was told they would send them. At 8pm still no towels - Reception now closed so went to gate and spoke to very helpful Security man and was supplied with some towels from his van! (Seems that perhaps this is a problem that was ongoing - otherwise why would he have a van stocked with towels!) Silver caravans are advertised with outdoor furniture - we were 4 adults, there were only 2 outdoor chairs and 1 was broken. Asked Reception if we could have additional/replacement furniture and was advised we could not. We chose a silver range caravan as the towels and outdoor furniture were not supplied with their cheaper range vans - but do question whether it is worth the extra money when neither of these things were supplied. Disappointing overall

First holiday since lock down and it was great. Been to a few caravan holidays in the past and it was a complete surprise to see the amount of effort had been put in to keep everything up to date and pristine, usually things like the arcades are run down games/machines don't work or just swallow your money, not here everything works and was so much fun. My son needed first aid (nothing to do with any facilities at the park) and the first aider and one of the shopper keepers that help me with him were great. The activities were a lot of fun the ranger was knowledgeable and great with the kids. The astro turf pitch was maintained well, good size. The kids loved the evening entertainment, the backdrop was digital so not the same old run down back drop. The only thing they need to do here is learn how to control the weatherπŸ˜‚.

Izzy and Luke in the activity centre were amazing, my little boy loved them! Izzy especially got activities out for him even though no one else was doing them. Fantastic. And the food was delicious too from Mash and Barrel

A lovely holiday park nice and clean site. We stayed in a Silver caravan which was spotless, beds all made up. The member of staff at the entrance was very smiley and helpful even welcomed with a hand shake. PRO's Nice level park so pushing a wheelchair was not a problem. All the staff were really helpful and cheerful including the security team. Food was nice and a good price as was the drinks Haven serve app easy to use, service was excellent and fast. Park shop well stocked and reasonable price's and again all the staff were lovely. Entertainment was fine as were the entertainment staff. CON'S The doors at the entrance leading into the main complex are kept shut and are not electric opening which made it very difficult getting my wife in and out as she is a wheelchair user so trying to push the wheelchair and and opening the doors I found to be very difficult indeed. Breakfast, for the first couple of days the Mash and Barrel didn't open until 9am. After the first couple of days you can't get a Breakfast at all as the Mash and Barrel didn't open until 11:30am If the doors were sorted out and Breakfast was available at a reasonable time 8:30am the park would be perfect for me and my wife. I have still given 5 star's as the pro's far out number the con's

Things to know about the caravans : No chopping board or pizza cutter. No tea towels or oven gloves Very Clean holiday park. The caravan and the facilities were kept clean. All the staff are friendly and so welcoming. The kids entertainment staff were amazing and really impressed with the shows which were put together especially The Madhatters Circus. There is lots for kids to do but be aware that there's free activities as well as ones to pay for. Book ahead to avoid disappointment especially the indoor swimming pool. Not much vegetarian options in Mash and Barrel. Remember to take a pound coin for the lockers at the swimming pool Me and my family really enjoyed the stay. My daughters loved the kids entertainment and miss it now that we're home. They loved the staff too. The staff engaged well with the children and put on amazing entertainment! Just a suggestion to make the morning entertainment a stay one for the kids 5 years and over enabling parents to collect afterwards.

Large Haven holiday park, great service from the Friendly staff, caravans in good shape, food on the whole very good, nice table service. Mash and Barrel has a garden area in which kids can't escape (unless you don't keep an eye on the only exit). Ant 🐜 invasions, home cure is to lay a trail of sugar to another caravan and tip the bag out πŸ˜† Didn't see them again πŸ˜‰ Short walk to the sea if you're healthy or a long one if you're decrepit.

Good place to take the grandkids for a few days. Lovely indoor and outdoor pools. Excellent clean modern caravan with comfy beds. Activity program for the kids is well organized. Restaurant has reasonable food choice. The only thing that really lets the place down is the supermarket on site. It's being staffed by youngsters who haven't a clue on People's needs. I went in there on five occasions for a white loaf of bread. All that was left on the shelf was seeded and brown. I asked each time I went in to be told that there wasn't any. . Then I found out that the previous days delivery was still in baskets and been sitting for a day at the back of shop. So poorly run with nobody of responsibility. .Next time I go I will make sure I take all my own food and drink.

We enjoyed our stay at Church Farm, on the whole it was great with good facilities and friendly staff. The activities for kids were also great and the caravan upon arrival was nice and clean so all in all a thumbs up. The only thing which wasn't so positive was seeing weedkiller being sprayed around the kids bungee/segway area whist the kids activities were taking place.

Good and bad. Locations was nice. We was in harbour view. Chalet was very nice. But unclean floors. Needed a good hoover. When calling help line they sent out 2 very helpful friendly ladies. Staff seemed friendly especially the entertainment they was great each night. Restaurants staff , one Very rude ,think he may of been management. Food not great. Nice in and out pool which you have to book an hour slot for . But in the week outdoor pool only open for few hours after lunch . Even on a hot mornings. Showers didn't work in pool area. Fish and chips on site was nice but over priced. Would I return , yes but I'd bring a hoover and our own paddling pool πŸ˜„.

Great place! Fantastic food at a great price. However, drinks are a little pricey. Efficient friendly staff, lots to do for the kids and felt very safe to let the children run around. I was visiting a friend who is an owner with my children for 2 nights over the weekend All communal areas were clean and tidy The swimming pool changing area was also very clean. Throughly enjoyed our stay :)

Fantastic place, spotless all over. Caravan amazing, food and drink prices competitively. Fun works good and shop well stocked. Launderette was also very clean. Swimming showers were rubbish but everything else was great.

Only went for the weekend and will be going back later in the year. Had a nice walk to the beach across the bridge also had some nice food in the restaurant with some very good staff. Very large eating area outside looking over the outdoor pool also a grass area where you can order food and drink the only thing I would change is the advert for Sunday roast as when I went to order was told it finishes at 1600 but advert state's it starts at 1130 no finish time so thought it would be all day or until run out

Have to say this is the best holiday park I've ever been too. The caravan was excellent, spacious, clean, modern, and in a great location. The staff were very friendly, even the chef at the chippy yelling "thank you" when we bought fish and chips - it's the small things you notice. Reception staff super friendly and cheerful. And then the whole process of checking in and checking out was simple and quick. I was really super impressed with everything here, well done everyone who works at this holiday park.

Really friendly staff! Lovely little camp, they're a bit strict on the fact you have to book EVERYTHING in advance though. But cute for a weekend stay! They hadn't cleaned our van when we arrived though, even though we were late, and the van had been marked clean, which was obviously a bit rubbish but the cleaners were prompt and very apologetic.

Great place to stay with a few bits to do and see. Lots for the family with the arcade and swimming pool indoor and outdoor to choose from along with golf and activities for the kids. Mash & barrel could have a better choice to choose from and a dessert menu that has what they are supposed to have available. The play park can be a bit hit and miss with my own child along with other children injuring themselves. The co op is a bit on the small side and could be a bit bigger with a better selection of products to choose from.

Came back from a holiday in Church Farm today. The accommodation was amazing. We booked a luxury lodge and it was twice as big as a regular caravan and definitely worth the money. The accommodation was very clean and the park is a nice place. Tried the on-site mini golf but none of us were that good, although it was very entertaining. Couldn't get a table in the restaurant but the fish and chip shop was pretty good. The park's location allowed us to visit a relative in Portsmouth and it was nice to explore Bognor Regis where I've never been before. Overall a great holiday.
