Enjoyed the Harry Potter tour with Owen as our guide. He did an amazing job. My wife and I - who love Harry Potter and have seen all the movies, read all the books, and are making our way through the audiobooks - both learned quite a bit. There is a decent amount of walking so make sure to wear good shoes and you'll also go on the tube so be prepared for that. Overall a great tour and a great tour guide that explained a lot about the books/movies as well as a good amount about the history of London.

Wizards London Bus Tour of Harry Potter Film Locations Had a really fun and informative experience, really appreciated the passion and knowledge of tour guide Benny. Good value tour and enjoyed the fact that there were several stops along the way to make the tour even better than if it had just been a bus tour. Air conditioned coach was a welcome relief from the heat😀 Learned so many facts and insights about the films, ans also got the chance to see some other popular tourist sites along the way! #britmovietours

I enjoyed the Sherlock Holmes walking tour. Alex was a super enthusiastic guide, a big fan and he brought very interesting information, but very focused on the most popular series and movies. I expected a little more about the inspirations that led Arthur Conan Doyle to write his stories. I missed the visit not including the famous Baker Street address.

I've been on a Harry Potter Tour today, together with our tour guide Richard. It was an absolute pleasure to experience these 2.5 hours walk through the magical London and I promise you the guides will shows you magical sights a Muggle really can't see. I had a very fun time with lots of loughters about funny anecdotes regarding the Harry Potter books and movies. As somebody who has a higher level education in English it was very easy to follow but also for other people, with less experience with the language, it was manageable to follow his words. Richard was using an appropriate vocabulary and he was speaking in a rather slow tempo which made it easier to keep up. People who know much about the Harry Potter universe and its terms won't have any problems following. BUT people who don't know much about the movies or books could experience the tour as a bit overstaining because of its many details. You need to know the movies/books in depth to understand everything being told by the guide. Which is a pro for the real fans and a con for the ones being forced to do the tour by their loved ones. I definitely can recommend this tour as it happens to be the best themed tour I've ever joined. Next time in London I'll join the tour again!

Gary Friday was a fantastic Peaky Blinders tour guide. I cannot recommend this guy strongly enough. He made the half day tour fun, entertaining, and informational. It was a great blend of Peaky Blinders and Liverpool history. BritMovieTours: Half-Day Peaky Blinders Tour of Liverpool

We booked this mainly out of curiosity as we both love the TV show. An awful day weather wise which was a pity as you are on & off a coach quite frequently within the 3 hour timeslot which includes a comfort break. Bill & Josh took us around Bristol with video clips, photos & narrative about the show visiting several iconic locations featured in the series. Highly recommended as Bill certainly bought the show to life with his knowledge & obvious love for both the show & it's creator.

Chris was fantastic on the socially distanced Killing Eve walking tour in London. He has great enthusiasm, added some other bits from Bridget Jones and Harry Potter oh and not forgetting Sherlock along the route we took. Very knowledgeable. Would definitely book another walking tour with him. A great way to also get around London and see things rather than under ground in tunnels!

Went on the Harry Potter Walking Tour with Ben. He was a great tour guide - funny, knowledgeable about the area & Harry Potter, and overall great group leader. Kept us all together and engaged in the information. Cannot recommend this tour enough if you enjoy filming location information and facts about the area and how it was integral to the story of Harry Potter & the films. The view from Millennium Bridge was fantastic: see the posted photos!

My experience with Brit Movie Tours was outstanding and beyond all of my expectations! The tour guide Russell was very knowledgeable but what matters much more he was keen on what he talked about. It was very interesting. The tour was engaging, well-thought-out. You can see the potential care when you receive your first confirmation email from those guys. You will have every little detail there from transport tips to luggage storage. The Downton Abbey tour offered enough freedom even though it's a group tour. I enjoyed it so much, I'd give more details but don't want to shower you with spoilers. The trip was on my birthday and it was a birthday well spent.

Unfortunately I have to deduct a point because we spent an hour. had to wait for the bus. It's the Downton Abbey small group tour, which was very nice. The guide reported very well and informed us. It was a great experience to visit Highclere Castle and the village of Bampton .

We took part in the "Wizards London Bus Tour of Harry Potter Film Locations". The tour was really interesting, to discover the locations of the saga of the famous wizard. Benny was a fantastic guide, very attentive to the needs of all participants and brilliant in overcoming a small initial obstacle that was completely unexpected and not dependent on the organization of the tour. We visited the locations of the film both on foot and by bus but we were also provided with interesting more general historical and cultural notes on the city of London. I will definitely consider taking another tour with this agency during my next visit to London

007 FILM LOCATIONS TOUR The Guide ( Michael ) was extraordinary, well informed, enthusiastic and charismatic. It's a very clever tour of hidden london sites we have seen in the movies and not been able to place in context. Fully recomend it.

I booked this Paddington bear tour for myself , my Daughter and Grandson Aundreus who is 6 years old and number 1 Paddington fan . After booking I realized that it was more about the movie about Paddington and worried it would be boring for my Grandson . I could not have been more wrong . This Paddington bear tour was amazing sooo interesting and the walk seemed like nothing my grandson didn't even complain once and he was right at the front with the tour guide Harry , Aundreus even carried his vintage Gabriella Paddington bear the full journey. Harry was like the pie Piper , all the children followed him with great interest . My Grandson almost broke his heart when the tour had finished as he loved it so much he wanted to stay with Harry. Harry really put Soo much fun and excitement into the tour and me and my daughter also loved it so much we actually watched both Paddington movies when we got home which was so special actually seeing the places we had visited in the movie . We also had a Paddington bear afternoon tea bus tour booked after this tour and we actually loved this movie tour the best and it was a fraction of the cost . Thank you so much Harry for fantastic tour and fab memories . Ps Aundreus will be after your job lol xx

My daughter bought me the Gavin and Stacey tour on Barry Island for my birthday, and we went in September 2021. It was a fab tour, well organised and fun from start to finish! Sally from the Rhonda Valley (Nessa’s 2nd cousin) was fabulous; so engaging and fun, clearly knows her stuff! However, we still need to know more about that fishing trip…..!!!! Easy to book and organise, we were well looked after on the day!

Fantastic tour and excellent value for money! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We went on the Gavin & Stacey Tour in Barry on the 30th July and there was never a dull moment! There was so much packed into the few hours we had with ample time for questions and pictures. Special thank you to Carrie from Barry 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 for her impressive knowledge of the show/ area and bubbly personality. Really impressed with wide variety of locations we were able to visit during the tour in Barry - thank you Dave Coaches 🚌. Thank you to the Brit Movies Tours team for their understanding, communication and understanding during the Covid-19 pandemic, allowing us to move the dates of the tour (to a date of our choosing) until it was safe to do attend. Everyone went above and beyond, and we couldn’t recommend the tour and Brit Movie Tours highly enough - we have even booked a second tour with them!

We did the Line of Duty walking tour in Belfast. Our tour guide, Janice, was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made the entire experience an absolute pleasure. She took us to many different locations around Belfast City centre and had stills from the show to link the site to the different scenes from the show. She also had interesting stories to tell about meeting the actors and insider info from behind the scenes. Highly recommended.

This was a brilliant experience for me because I am a huge Downton Abbey fan. The tour was great from start to finish. Finding our tour guide to set out on our day adventure to Highclere Castle was easy. Our guide, Ben, was knowledgeable, friendly, easy-going, helpful, and handsome. He did a wonderful job keeping us engaged and entertained whilst we rode the coach to and from London and Highclere. I especially enjoyed watching episodes of Downton and the Downton trivia. Our first stop was Bampton Village. We explored film locations for the show that were set in Downton Abbey village. We had the lovely opportunity to walk in the church where many Downton marriages took place. We saw the Crawley House and the village hospital. We had a nice walk through the village. All in all we spent roughly 45-minutes in Bampton. Ben showed us scene photos that were in the places we were standing and/or looking at. When we got back on the coach we watched episode 2 if season 1 that highlighted the places we had just been. That was very cool, to watch Matthew and Lady Crawley on the screen and to see the exact spot I had been standing just a few minutes ago! When we arrived at Highclere Castle, which is about an hour drive from Bampton Village, we had 3 hours to tour. That time went by in the blink of an eye! Ben started us off with some quick history and interesting facts and then he got us oriented and set us in our way. We had a nice hot lunch - I had a sausage & leek sandwich and my son had a meat pasty and a raspberry & Victoria sponge cake. All was delicious and very filling. We then entered the castle for a self-guided tour. There were ladies in almost every room available to provide information and answer questions. Then we walked the gardens and got back to our coach with 2 minutes to spare. Ben was so kind to offer suggestions for dining and answered questions related to our remaining time in London. This was a magnificent tour and I was so happy to experience it! I highly recommend Brit Movies Tours' Downton Abbey and Village Coach Tour, especially if you are a DA fan, but even if you're not as my son had never seen a lick of the show or movies and he really enjoyed himself as well (and has plans now to watch the series - haha, another convert!).

I had a wonderful time on this tour. It was a scenic, comfortable trip on the air-conditioned coach from London, and Eva was a friendly, informative guide. We had a great time on the Jack the Ripper tour on Saturday evening. Our tour guide was Philip and he was excellent! The rain hadn't stopped all day and neither did it stop throughout the tour, but that didn't phase us as Philip drew us in with all the facts and made the tour quite comical which kept us engaged. I wasn't too sure what to expect on this tour but it was so interesting from the first point that we stopped at right through to the end. I would definitely recommend this tour and rate it 5 stars, and although it was raining, I am so pleased we had Philip as our guide because that just made it for me whilst we were all getting soaked! Thanks Philip!

I did the "Downton Abbey and Village Small Group Tour by Mini Coach" and it was great! My tour guide was Lottie, she was very nice and had a lot of facts to share about the filming and the sets of the show. You start in the village, where she gives you a tour of the sites from the show. Then you have time to look around on your own. Then you drive to the castle; here they do not allow tour guides, but she gave us a sheet with info about each room we'd be seeing in the castle. You have 3 hours to have lunch, tour the castle, and walk around the grounds. The mini bus is very clean and comfy, and you watch the show while you're driving. Overall it's a great tour, and I would definitely book with this company again!

We just took a wonderful Jack the Ripper tour with Angie from Brit Movie Tours. She did a great job at showing us the sites, setting the scene, and telling the tale of this iconic person. Being in London during covid times, we still felt extremely safe on this tour and were able to properly social distance easily. This is a wonderful activity if you want to do some walking and learn more about Whitechapel history.

The Morse/Lewis/Endeavor tour of Oxford was amazing. Elizabeth was our guide, and she made it a joy to walk around Oxford in all weathers. Holding our undivided attention, Her vast knowledge not only of the Morse/Lewis/Endeavor shows, characters and actors, but also the city of Oxfords history, and quite a bit of insider knowledge regarding upcoming shows. Just a shame a pint in all of pubs used for the shows was not included (I jest) And some of the views you showed us were beautiful. The Harry Potter Bus tour is completely in English. This obviously makes sense, but if you’re not familiar with the English language I would not recommend it since you’ll be missing out on a lot of really cool information. Nonetheless, The tour was amazing! We booked the Harry Potter bus tour and had „Hagrids little brother” as our guide 😂 We loved how passionate he was about the Harry Potter movies. He always had some interesting things about London and the movies to share, even when stuck in traffic for a while. The bus was very comfortable and Gary the bus driver was really friendly as well. We felt very welcome. Throughout the tour you have the opportunity to get off the bus and look at a lot of the movie sights. To envision what the places looked like in the movies, our tour guide always had pictures of the scenes on hand. Also, throughout the drive, he often showed certain scenes on video which was a really cool feature. SPOILER: F. e. We were shown the scene of death eaters destroying the Millennium Bridge and immediately afterwards looked at the bridge ourselves. Highly recommend this tour!

The Morse/Lewis/Endeavour walking tour (23/7/19)which we felt was a little expensive, was made even more so because you cannot get change or a refund on the vouchers so we lost £12.That aside we were pleased to see that it was not a huge group as some others we saw were. The guide admitted from the start that she had another tour following ours, and was trying to avoid other groups, so she missed the start, which unfortunately connected with something later and I missed taking a photo. Despite the immense heat she rushed us from point to point and then finished at an early point in order to get to her next tour. On her stops she was very informative, obviously very knowledgeable about the stories, and the colleges in general and was quite friendly. While waiting for the tour I bought a book (Morse in Oxford)as a souvenir, and on reading it later, discovered that we could have done the tour ourselves at our own pace as it gave the same information, with maps and interesting facts, which made our expensive speed trip even more annoying!

We very much enjoyed the Morse / Endeavour / Lewis tour yesterday (27/07/2019). The guide Elizabeth was great, very enthusiastic and so knowledgeable. Elizabeth gave us so much more history than expected. Lovely lady and a very enjoyable afternoon. Would highly recommend!

I enjoyed the Inspector Morse/Lewis/Endeavour walking tour (25/7/19) led by our guide Leigh. She was knowledgeable and informative of the three series. It was the hottest day of the year in Oxford and Leigh was able to keep us in the shade as much as possible. My friend Caroline and I were sorry we had to leave early to catch a coach to Elcot Park Hotel near Newbury otherwise we would have liked to have stayed the complete tour as we enjoyed it very much. Thank you Leigh!

I researched the various tours to Highclere Castle tours from London and I am very glad I chose this one. It was very well organized and our tour guide, Catherine, was fantastic. Very friendly and enthusiastic and had lots of good Downton tid bits. I liked our smaller group (15) and although at first I thought that watching TV on the bus was kind of silly, it really was fun to see the locations on film before and after seeing them in real life. We also did a fun Downton Abbey trivia quiz on the bus. I know that the castle is the main attraction, but I really enjoyed Bampton village, aka Downton village. A beautiful country town. Highclere is crowded with tourists, but not nearly as bad as I expected. And astonishingly, except for the personal photos of the family who lives there, the castle looks exactly as it does on the show. The only negative is that we stayed at Highclere castle for 3 hours, which for me was a bit too long. So the day just ended up being longer than it needed to be, in my opinion, but we were still back to London around 6pm.

(Translated by Google) The Harry Potter walking tour at Kathrine was great! We spent 2 1/2 hours the roach, which were seen in some movies, could take pictures and were at corners we did not plan on our sightseeing tour. We recommend!

We joined the doctor Who tour from Brit Movie Tours with guide Richard. It was awsome!!! We are neardy (german) Who-fans and Richard impressed us with so many fakts -new fakts, and knowledge from behind the scenes. He took us to many really interresting and nice places of London, we did never expect. It was a pleasure to join this tour and if we come back, we'll do another one with Brit Movie Tours, especially with Richard as guide :-) Thank you!!!

Did the Peaky Blinders tour in Liverpool on Sunday. It was an amazing four hour tour taking us to where the series is filmed. Gary Friday (on Sunday) our guide really made the tour with the facts and history of the series and also of Liverpool, also John our driver. The four hours flew by. I would highly recommend this tour.

I recieved this tour as a gift for my birthday, as a massive fan of Doctor Who it was the ultimate present! Owen, our tour guide was incredibly friendly, funny and informative. A great oppurtunity to see some of the most prominent locations used in the filming of Doctor Who, from 'Rose' to 'Dark Water' and 'Death in Heaven' as well as learn a lot about the creation of some of your favourite episodes. This great Doctor Who Walking Tour also acts as a fun short tour of some of the most iconic landmarks in the London too. Overall, an incredibly fun experience that I would recommend to any Whovian that either lives local or visiting. However, do bear in mind that this Tour only covers 'New Who' from 2005 onward with some mentions of the original series. I can't recommend this enough!

We throughly enjoyed the James Bond Filming Locations tour with Brit Movie Tours, our guide Owen kept us completely in awe and entertained by not only his knowledge of the locations but also of the Bond movies, London itself and the history of the Secret Service, I would highly recommend this tour and look forward to joining another walking tour in the near future

Heidi was an excellent guide - my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our Morse tour. We had previously done this 5 years ago and we visited different locations and found out different info so it was great! A very hot day, but opportunities to pause in the shade whilst listening were appreciated. We then stayed in Oxford and went back to a few of our favourite spots the following day 😊

Law was fantastic for the Doctor Who tour. The only job he would be better at is a companion.
