The premium tour guide was really good and fantastic but I would not recommend this trip. the timing we went from London to Stonehenge then Stonehenge to Bath all the hours was just travelling. When we arrived in Stonehenge was one hour and with bath maximum 3 hr. So I will highly recommend to just visit One place out of time so you could spend more time and exploring the area

I am sorry to report that Premium tours is far from premium. The office is difficult to work with and unreasonable when it comes to customer service. They are difficult at best and will not refund the difference between what you pay for and what you receive even though it would be quite simple to do so. Be careful booking these tours from Viatour, run don’t walk!

Luxury Escorted Paris Day Trip with Lunch on the Eiffel Tower: We only had 1 day available to see some of Paris before heading back to New York. We were so fortunate to have booked this particular tour. Our group met briefly in London before boarding the comfy Eurostar to Paris. Our guide David was entertaining, knowledgeable, and polite at every turn. Once in Paris, first we had a bus tour on the way to the Eiffel Tower with a chance to soak up the overall look and feel of the city. We had a wonderful lunch at the Tower's restaurant Madame Brasserie and time to take pics from the Eiffel Tower. The set menu for this tour included an aperitif with baguettes, a rather fancy salad with eggs, a main dish of delicious chicken and new potatoes, choice of red or white wine (or non alcoholic beverages of course) and espresso with a delicious gourmet chocolate cookie filled with hazelnut cream. After about 30 minutes to take pics we regrouped for a Riverboat cruise/tour down the lovely Seine. We were able to take in many more landmarks while waving to various passersby hanging out along the river, some even camping there. Finally our wonderful driver Bamba (sp?) picked us up and drove us to the Louvre. It would have been impossible to do any kind of justice to the Museum in the remaining time before taking the Eurostar back to London, but we had ample time to stroll around and take in the landmark buildings, outdoor gardens, and the glass Pyramid structures. Some people opted to find a cafe for a quick bite or to shop a bit in the Carrousel du Louvre Mall under the museum. It was truly an amazing amount to take in within 1 day. The pace was often leisurely and yet we saw a great deal.

Windsor, Stonehenge, Lacock, Bath and 14th century pub lunch tour... The reality: It is too much for one day. It was in a double decker bus. The top deck had no air conditioning. It was hotter than hades in the top deck, 71 people in a sweat box (License plate ends in OJM). The bus takes you to Windsor. "You won't be the first but you won't be the last." There is a long line to get into the castle. Might want to bring a portable stool, you'll be standing quite a while. There is a lot of walking required at each site and at at Stonehenge in particular. The bus takes you to the town of Bath but the bath house is extra cost and on this particular tour there is not enough time to see the bath houses. You'll be pretty hungry by this time. And the pub lunch in Lacock isn't until dinner at about 6 pm. The town of Lacock is cute with its slate roof houses. The pub is quaint. Food is about 2 out five. It was another £5.50 for a half pint of lager. It was a long sleepy trip back in a very very hot bus. If I owned the "Premium" business, I'd be offering a refund or a voucher. Derrick, the articulate tour guide, solicited tips at the end of the tour. We won't do that tour again. A positive note, the driver Christian was a very good driver.

Amazing to be honest, I took the open bus London tour + Stonehenge and it was filled with fun right from 7:45 am till 8pm. We toured key areas of London with the bus; saw the changing of guards and luckily even Prince Harry; all with an amazing and fun tour guide and rode on the river Thames. Afterwards off to Stonehenge. Staffs were amazing and very nice, I highly recommend them.

I did Tour 8 from London to Stonehenge and Bath with Tour Guide Steve and Driver Liam. Steve was very knowledgeable and humourous and Liam was very helpful with getting our wheelchair off and on. They made sure everyone was on the bus, was able to use the bathroom at the stops, ect. Traffic and timing wasn't their fault so Stonehenge was a little quick but we still got to see and do everything we wanted. Thanks guys

Friend recommended Premium Tours and I wanted to get in to sites without waiting. I was the third (3rd) person to enter Windsor Castle and that was not by accident. It required planning and determination by the tour guide and bus driver. All of the other 2 tours were excellent as well. The tour guides and wonderful. Cannot say enough about good things about this company and its employees.

we used this booking agent for London at night tour. booking online was easy, then you'll receive an email with tickets. your also provided a meeting place. ours was the park at the London eye. we take the tube walk a few blocks to the meeting area. this is where things started to slip. on the street, there are several open top tour buses none of which indicate what tour group they belong. we walked around found a man with a suit arguing with another man from a tour. I saw in his hand a clipboard with tour names. so I asked which was our tour he speaks very little English. he directed us to a bus that the top deck was already full. we climb the steps found a seat inside the rain cover it's hot and you can't see out. the windows where very scratched. now we arrived at 7:20 for the 8:00 tour we found out the company had grossly over booked the 7:00 tour and our seats where filled by earlier tourists. the tour guide was excellent. the tour itself was mediocre at best. you drive around London at a snail pace starting while it was still light. being inside severely limited our ability to see much. so if you take this tour demand, you get seated in the open area or get a refund.

My recent experience with Premium Tours was nothing short of a disaster. I had high expectations for a premium service, but unfortunately, every aspect of the tour fell short. The tour was supposed to start at 7:45 am, but we didn't depart until 8:00 am, leaving us wondering about the competence of the organizers right from the beginning. Our guide, Eugene, may have been talkative, but his disappearance when we reached Windsor Castle was a major letdown. Arriving at the castle at 9:20 am, we found it closed, forcing us to wait in the rain until 9:50 am. Once inside, Eugene gave us a mere 75 minutes to explore the castle and St George Chapel. With no identification for group members, chaos ensued as we desperately tried to find our way back to the coach. To add insult to injury, we missed the coach by 10 minutes, and the response from Premium Tours' customer service was appalling. No tour guide contact provided, and we were given the ultimatum of finding another tour or ending our journey prematurely. This experience left me feeling scammed and utterly dissatisfied. Premium Tours failed miserably in terms of communication, organization, and customer service. It's disheartening to think that my hard-earned money was spent on such a poorly executed and disappointing tour. I strongly advise others to reconsider before choosing Premium Tours for their travel needs.

Great day touring the English countryside. Pepper and Carlos were a great team. Windsor castle was closed but we toured outside and around the town. Stonehenge was much more interesting than I thought it would be, lunch in Lacock was great and last stop was Bath. Lots of shopping available there.

We did a full-day tour of Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, Bath, and the pub lunch/supper in Lacock. Overall we enjoyed the day - when else will we get to see these sites? But it’s a long day with shorts stops at each site — we didn’t realize how crowded each site would be nor how the crowds would affect our enjoyment of each experience. (You can see some of the crowds in my photos.) There’s nothing that the tour company can do about that, of course, but for example by the time we got on the tram to Stonehenge, we literally had 10 minutes to walk around the stones then had to hustle back to the tram to get to the bus on time. Each stop was like that. If you look at it as a “tasting” of UK sites outside of London, you’ll enjoy it. I did appreciate our tour guide, Carol, who did everything possible to take care of everyone on the bus all day. And she was quite informative along the route, pointing out sites and giving a nice overview of the countryside and history as we drove around. The bus was also comfortable, even for my tall family. Pack plenty of snacks and water. The “lunch” on our tour was actually at 6:00pm. There are places to get food at each stop, but that eats into your time in the location. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing, and be prepared for a lot of standing in queues. Especially in August… I couldn’t believe the crowds everywhere we went around London and areas around the city. And be prepared to sit on a bus for many hours. For me the time passed easily because I enjoyed the scenery, and it’s broken up into little chunks, but we covered over 300 miles in 14 hours… lots of bus time! Finally, the bus lets off at a different place than it departs; ours left from Victoria Station and came back to a point in front of a hotel by the Gloucester Road Tube station. This wasn’t a problem for us because we could jump on the Tube and get to our hotel in a few stops… but I see how that would be a problem for some folks if they don’t know ahead of time. Overall my entire family is grateful for the experience, we enjoyed it and will remember it always. It is an affordable price, too, for an entire day with all admission tickets and a meal included.

We were very excited to do a site seeing tour to Paris. The description of the day trip included, train transportation, bus transportation, multiple sites such as the Arch of Triumph, Moulan Rouge, Champs Elysees and the River Seine, along with lunch at the Eiffel Tower and a river cruise. What we got was a train ride to an over crowded bus, a great guide, David, who did his best to point out all of the sites as we drove by them in the bus. There was no stops, except the Eiffel Tower. We had an ok lunch at a Michelin restaurant, with rude service before being crammed on a barge for a 45 minute river cruise. There was also no mention that there would be no personal exploration time because it was Saturday and the train leaves 2 hours earlier. This day trip was not worth the money and I would not recommend it. We met some great people on the train ride and David the guide did the best he could with what he had. The description DOES NOT match the trip.

Just returned from a tour of Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, and Bath. Tour started promptly and the transportation vehicle was very comfortable. Our tour guide (James) and driver (Carlos) were the highlight of this tour. James did a phenomenal job of explaining everything along the way and at each of these sites. We could tell that he takes immense pride in the history of this country and its citizens. Kudos to Premium Tours for hiring and retaining such a talented gentleman.

We took a tour to The Cotswolds and absolutely loved it! We had an amazing guide and driver, Ben and Steve! These guys were phenomenal! Ben’s knowledge of history and witty humor was out of this world! Steve’s driving techniques were unbelievable and added improv was outstanding! Please send him to America 🇺🇸 so that he can teach our drivers a thing or 2! Right before our final destination prior to returning to London, these 2 were informed of an event that might cause issues with returning to London much later than expected. They rolled with the punches and came up with a backup plan that ended our trip with the best bonus stop of all times! I cannot thank these guys enough for making my first tour amazingly awesome!! They have set the bar high for my future tours! I do hope that this reaches them both. Thank you again Steve and Ben!

Our "tour" with this company to Bath and Stonehenge was more of an expensive taxi ride than a tour. Stonehenge has been on my bucket list for a long time. I was looking forward to going so much, and I wouldn't say it was ruined, but I was deeply disappointed with the quality of the tour company. The tour guide was basically just a chaperone rather than a guide. He didn't have any information to share. We rode for hours basically in silence. He didn't have any good information to provide while at Stonehenge, and he wasn't the least bit entertaining. It was a night and day difference from the other tour company we went with the previous day. It's unfortunate that these large tour companies have a monopoly on the inner ring tours because others could do it so much better. If it weren't for the desire to get inside the ring, I would recommend just booking your own transportation and going on your own.

These are the most unprofessional people I’ve met. And I am a regular traveler. We did the Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath trip with them but never got to see Stonehenge or Bath. AND they did not refund our money (150 pounds per head) which is practically stealing. There were 3 large coaches for the same tour. Packed so I am guessing 75+ people per bus. The tour guide had told us which way to go (go to Eton Station + Royal Shopping Mall but did not tell us that there was another Eton station (Eton + Riverside) for the Central Rail. Note for future travellers: the Eton station near the Royal Shopping Mall is a museum, not an actual station. We did the tour of Windsor castle (were only given an hour) and asked to meet at the coach station ar 11.40am. We came out of the Windsor castle (exit gate was round the corner from the entrance) and asked a couple locals where the Eton station was, not knowing that the Eton station the tour guide referred to was the museum not the station. One local took us to the actual functioning Eton station (at Riverside). We realized the coach station wasn’t there and called them at 11.39 am. I know its late but we didnt know where we were and were hoping that the tour guide would direct us to the right location and hold the bus a few mins only if we got her on a call. We called and were directed to the agency, NOT the tour guide. If you’re tired of reading, this is only the beginning of the horrific experience. The agents were rude and did not seem to understand where we were. They kept asking us to look for the clock tower which wasn’t there. I asked them if I should go back towards the Main Street where McDonalds was and they misunderstood this thinking we are AT McDonalds. I asked for a different agent and by the time the other nicer agent took us to our bus it was 11.59am and the bus had long gone. They said, “sorry we cannot refund you any money because you were accountable to be on time”. And “Perhaps, you can uber it to Stonehenge and try to catch up with the bus?!”. I said that wasn’t an option so they said “Well, you can spend the day in Windsor then and take the train back”. The train, that wasn’t running due to strikes. Eventually they offered to take us back to London in the “coach for the leftovers”. (People who had been left back - so that tells you something). Also, their tone also seems very nonchalant, dont you think? We had left our bags with our money, phone chargers, and other personal items in the bus. They said we had to wait at the Kensington Gloucester station till 8.30pm to collect it. They could ship it to us but that was 120 pounds in shipment fees. You can imagine at this point how my emotional state was. So of course, our conversation got heated. I called them a liar and unprofessional and they then said “you are being really rude and so we will hang up now”. And hang up they did. I never got back my money from them. Others need to know: go at your own risk and make sure you only tour a place for a few mins before you gotta run back to the bus!! They wont call you but leave you stranded with your belongings gone.

Booked the Windsor, Stonehenge, Roman Bath tour for $250 CND. Terrible Experience. They had left me stranded halfway through the tour at Windsor Castle. Recommend taking a train and doing the audio tour for a much better relaxed experience. I thought I could do all 3 things in 1 day but now realize it was way too much for 1 day and not enjoyable. They had 300 people at the bus meetup point that morning 7:30am. Half went on my double decker coach (standing room only till it got sorted) and only 1 guide to manage it. It was mass confusion. The other half booked a lunch in addition to this already crazy packed day and went on a separate bus. The first stop was Windsor Castle. There are big lines even with this pre booked tour for groups. I thought I rushed through the entire site in less than 1 hour (State apartments and Chapel) and still only had 10 minutes to spare to get back. When I got to the designated meeting spot I found out it had changed but the bus had took off without me and I was stranded in Windsor alone! I just thank God I had taken my backpack with me, as they had recommended we leave it on the bus. I contacted Premium Tours and they offer no refunds or resolution. My problem and they have my money already. I had to spend 13 euro to get a train back to London. I also witnessed 2 other ladies with a hotdog and pop chasing their tour bus. The driver never even stopped and left them stranded too. I wonder how many others this has happened to? These tour companies do not care about their customers, they care about keeping good time. They pack way too much into a day which is I think is the reason they cannot wait for any unforeseen circumstances and rushing through the site is not enjoyable for the customer or anyone. It will be a blur and I paid good money to see and enjoy all of the sites. My recommendation is to take a public high speed train to Windsor from London and do the tour yourself and get the audio guide offered. Premium tours said you won’t have time for that so don’t bother getting the audio guide. You might even be able to do Bath the same day by public high speed train but up to you as to how much time you want to spend at each site. Stonehenge is just a pile of rocks. Nothing really special in my opinion. These tour companies offer transportation and no real guide services. You are herded around like livestock and rushed. The value is poor quality. Viator offered no help. They are a 3rd party website, offer a platform for payment and reviews and do not want to get involved with tour problems. Next will be stoping the payment with my credit card company. Not a good experience with Premium Tours!

Had a really lovely experience seeing Stonehenge and Bath with this tour company. I think it was mostly due to our lovely guide Lisa. She was absolutely full of fun facts and great stories. Very relaxed day start to finish, we were never rushed through any location and mostly you are left to your own devices to explore which I personally really enjoyed. Lots of little nap breaks on the bus as well.

September 16, 2023 We just returned from a day in the Cotswolds (with lunch). Fabulous day! The tour was very well organized and highly informative. Our guide, Nicholas and driver, Silvius were awesome. Lots of fun and entertaining. Phenomenal job driving through some very tricky areas. The meal at the White Swan was delicious. I recommend the chicken and sticky toffee cake. Great tour. Well worth it.

Myself and my husband were relaly disappointed with our tour today so much so that we didn't stay for the second part on the river cruise. The tour was not very well organised with timing meaning we had to wait an hour and 40 mins to go onto the river cruise. It is also not clear at all that the bus tour is two hours long with no facilities and no stops. The actual information on the bus tour itself was good. The seating in the route master 100% not larger people friendly, also not made clear we had to sit inside to get any room to be comfortable without one of us falling off the seat. It's also not clear or told at all that there is a walk from where the bus stops to where you would've boarded the cruise, meaning those who find it hard to walk for what ever reason are left behind from a very eager and fast tour guide. Ultimately the whole thing could be great with a bit more information and some more organisation! Myself and my husband took a taxi back to Victoria which cost us 35 quid. But yeh it is what it is. We on the whole very dissatisfied and will defo use another company in the future!

We just finished our Stonehenge and Roman Bath tour with Ben (blissful Tour Guide) and Troy (lovely driver), and had enjoyed every bit of it. We are a group of 4 who needs a day off from our busy schedule and a fun and educational tour is needed with England’s Historical places and friendly staff. Hope to have more tours with guys.

Took a tour of Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, Lacock and Bath city. The experience was really great. Our tour guide and driver, Leon and Riccardo, were amazing and super funny. Leon was very informative, and it was a very good mix of facts/information as well as personal perspective, which is refreshing if you want to get a locals opinion. He was more than happy to answer any questions and was very thorough. I especially appreciated how he went to each person towards the end of the tour to make sure we knew how to get home. Riccardo also did an amazing job as he was always right on time when picking us up and dropping us off.

Can't say ENOUGH GOOD about Premium tours in London. Our tour guide, Andrew, was excellent. He even gave us hints about things not on our specific tour. When we discovered that my husband had lost his wallet on our bus, he assisted the next day to get his wallet returned - and nothing was missing. He was so helpful! Our tour was in Sunday, May 22nd. Bus got back about 8pm and we couldn't reach anyone to help us. Andrew happened to be at Victoria coach Station the next morning and saved the day. We didn't get it back till evening but we're sure that his help enabled the wallet's safe return to us.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! We showed up well before our check in time at a crowded bus station and were told by the workers that we would be gates 18 or 19, but they were not sure and we would have to listen to announcements. We went and asked another worker who said the same thing. When we heard the announcement for the open bus tour we went up to a third worker and asked if that was our tour and they told us to wait again as that was not our tour. After a few minutes we went up to a fourth worker and they said we missed our bus and there was nothing that we could do. Overall this was a dysfunctional mess and I would rate it zero stars if possible.

My husband and I did the Windsor, Stonehenge, Lacock, Bath and 14th century pub lunch back in March. It was a HUGE let down when our bus broke down at Stonehenge and we were told we would have to wait for another bus to drive from London. It was about 2 hours before the replacement bus arrived, and our group was told we had to vote on whether we would still go to Bath. A lot of us said we should skip "lunch" (by this time it was almost supper) but were told that was not an option?!? (everyone had eaten at the Stonehenge cafe while waiting). The guide told everyone if we went to Bath, everything would be closed, and it would be dark by the time we got back to London. As it turned out, the lunch was mediocre and it was dark by the time we got back to London, dropping us off at a random spot to find our way back. They refunded 20% on our credit card, not nearly enough given the inconveniences we experienced!!!

I booked the private access tour of Stonehenge which included stops at the village of Lacock and Bath (we added on tour of the Roman Bath complex). Carol, our guide, was excellent! She has a very calming, lovely voice and is exceptionally knowledgeable about a range of topics. She kept us on target and made sure folks were comfortable. Our driver, Neil, also did a great job. It was expensive to do the private access but so worth it. Although we had to get up very early (meeting departure time was 5:30 am) it was spectacular to see the monument without any people there. You arrive at the visitor center before they open to the public and take a shuttle bus the one mile path to the stones. We got to marvel at and take photos without anyone there and then our site host (Wendy) took half our group within the stones for that closeup experience. Then after about 20 minutes the second half went in while the first walked around the outer perimeter. It was a great way to see this special place. Lacock is a charming small village in the Cotswolds. We opted to walk around but some got a breakfast at a beautiful old pub. Then we toured Bath’s Roman Bath which has a really well done museum with audio guide ( it was a bit crowded). Great ice cream places made with nearby local cream and milk was a treat too.

I honestly had my best day in the UK thanks to Premium Tours and especially their guide Toby James. I was on the England in One Day tour, which covers 4 beautiful places in Southern England. Contrary to what I'd imagined, the tour was not rushed, we spent a decent amount of time in every place and Toby was an absolutely brilliant guide. He regaled us with a lot of interesting stories and also had in stitches with jokes and pop culture references.. thorougly entertaining and informative. An absolute delight for Eng lit lovers and culture trippers. 12 hours went by like that. Also the driver Andy was wonderful. Such a warm, happy and cheerful day thanks to these lovely people. Can't wait to go back on tour with them :D

We had the best time on the London Tour Bus Trip, Magnus was our guide and He was Fantastic from start to finish, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, funny and the timings from the bus to the boat back to the bus were very smooth, everything ran so well, I travelled with a 6yr old and he was entertained, I'd advise to get to Victoria Coach Station around 30minutes prior to departure, just so you get a choice of where you'd like to sit, if you'd like to sit together. We had such a great time, very memorable 💖

Had a horrible experience with the tour providers as they abandoned us at Stonehenge (4 of us including my elderly parents). The tour provider did not contact me before the bus was taken from Stonehenge to Bath and it is apparently in their T&C's that it isn't their responsibility to contact people to know why they haven't reached the meeting point. The day in which I took the tour had heavy rains and I had to walk with my elderly parents to the meeting point only to see the bus leave in front of my eyes. They took our luggage and could only return it to me the next day. I have decided never to book them and such tours in future. They take 100 Euros per person and provide absolutely trash service.

Had one of the best days on my trip with tour guide Peter and driver Andre (aka Pringle.) Peter was personable and made an effort to connect with all 40+ people on the tour. I was traveling alone and still enjoyed everything. I found the amount of time at each location to be perfect - it was definitely short but in no way rushed if you listened to Peter on how to spend your time efficiently! Absolutely would book with this company again.

Everything was done in a bit of a hurry. The driver, Andre, was really rude to us and other passengers (we were a little late in Stonehenge). To top it all, he drove sooo fast. What's also misleading is that it does not include ALL the entries, as I had bought: not Bath. The best parts were the sights and Steve, the guide. He was really knowledgeable.

We went on the Stonehenge Summer Solstice tour with Premium Tours and had a wonderful time. Their directions about where to meet where perfect. Our guide, Steve Maynard, did a great job. He was very informative and funny. He did a great job organizing our meals and everything as well. The tour bus was comfortable and had great AC on a hot day. Avebury was a cool place but not the most interesting. Lacock was a neat little town and the restaurant had good food. Stonehenge was incredible! We did the sunset tour and watching the sun set between the stones was surreal. Thank you Premium Tours for offering this tour.

I had a disappointing experience with Premium Tours during my recent visit to Bath. Despite informing the tour director about my need for first aid supplies from a nearby pharmacy, the coach did not wait for me. I tried calling multiple times, but there was no response, and the coach left just infront of me. This left me feeling anxious and stranded in an unfamiliar place. This lack of consideration for passengers needs is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected better service. The tour directors failure to communicate and hanging of calls only added to my frustration. I hope Premium Tours takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication and customer service protocols. It's essential that a tour company prioritizes the well-being and safety of its passengers. This experience has left me with a negative impression, and I'm hesitant to consider Premium Tours for future trips.

Premium tour is an example of exactly what a tour company should not be. Terrible experience, customer service is nonexistent all you get is double talk and aggregation. Do your self a favor and stay away from Premium Tours!

They are a fraud! I paid £330 for a tour they didn't give me! There is no way to talk to them, they don't answer calls or messages! September 23, in London. Careful!

🫤 We booked 4 days Scottish Highland tour (18.07-21.07). We were upset from the beginning of the trip since we were given last seat in the coach. Unaware of the seat allocation we would have never booked the tour. We were on last seats from beginning to the end of the trip. Secondly the manager (Shahj...
