👍👍 Good fun on the ice. Fairly small area and quite busy, but that’s to be expected in the middle of London! Cloak room is 2 quid for bags or coats. The ice skates were pretty uncomfortable. Otherwise great night! People often mention busy,

What a view to skate next to! We skated at the earliest timeslot of the day (10am) and were happy to discover that it wasn't too busy. Really fun winter activity for the kids and for us.

Lovely surroundings, but just way too busy. I know it's a tourist trap, but even at off peak time, it was over crowded. I think Kings Cross at rush hour was less busy.

Nice location for winter ice-skating, friendly helpful staff onsite and despite the large number of people in quite a small area it was quite well organised. Great views of the Tower of London and the Shard. A few things were disappointing though: •We were in a hurry to get there after transport delays on the underground and it wasn’t clear which way to go to get to the ice rink from Tower Hill tube station (after the underpass we didn’t know if we should go left towards Tower Bridge or right - right was the correct direction!) I wish there had been some “how to find us” info on the confirmation email. •The ice-skates were REALLY uncomfortable to wear and in some cases the clasps were not working properly. The skates are hard plastic ones that pushed into my arches underneath and on top of my feet so I could barely manage half an hour of skating before feeling too crippled to continue. •I agree with another reviewer that £2 per item in the locker is a bit much especially when you’re prohibited from taking your handbag onto the ice therefore forced to use the lockers. £1 would be less of a sting. We went on a Saturday early evening so it was very busy (as expected).

Love the experience. Skates are easy clickable. At night the views are amazing! Music could be a bit louder, but all in all such a nice atmosphere

One of the best experience I've had in London. I was lucky it wasn't crowded, so I had so much fun. Wonderful location and view of the castle and the modern buildings of the city.

Well organised and had a lot of fun on the ice. The scenic location really set the tone for the festive season.

Nice trip with the family. Went there om a wednesday. No queue at all!! Nice experience. (Unfortunately extremely bad and disgusting toilets under the stairs)

Nice view of the shard, great place to ice skate. I recommend going at 5pm and after as it will be much less busy (picture shows this). Would've liked if it were slightly bigger.
