好好喝♡ 氛围超棒的咖啡店☕️ Amazing coffee! Come in fairly regularly and always warmly greeted by Luke, Daniela and Conrad. They make such a bubbly and welcoming atmosphere. Waffles are too sweet for me but is it a good sign though?

Haven’t been here for a while having been a regular and my word the prices have gone up. There is no longer any booze on offer despite the cocktail reference. They have screens to order from and you can have any manner of additions to your hot chocolate like CBD or turmeric. Oh but they forgot to add cream to the options - plenty of choice but poorly implemented tech, so we still had to order from a real life human. A hot chocolate costing nearly a fiver once cream was added is wholly unpalatable. They also don’t take cash. This is really poor in a touristy area as people will have to pay fees if they’re from abroad to use their card and the bank will take their cut from all payments too. They’re just pummelling the customer these days. Sadly Black Sheep has sold out to the corporate world and is horrendously overpriced now. I won’t be returning.

I visited Black Sheep for coffee and was impressed with the comfortable seating and unique style. The coffee was on the lighter side, but I appreciated the easy touchscreen ordering and payment system. Overall, a great spot for coffee.

Black Sheep Coffee Shop is an absolute gem! I give it 5 stars without hesitation. The coffee here is truly exceptional, a delightful escape into rich, aromatic bliss with every sip. Their desserts are equally divine, the perfect sweet accompaniment to the outstanding brews. What sets Black Sheep apart is its cozy ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and chat with friends or dive into work with your laptop. It exudes a laid-back vibe that's hard to find elsewhere. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to extend their opening hours beyond 5 pm. I often find myself craving their coffee later in the evening. Additionally, a loyalty program or more frequent customer discounts would be a cherry on top. Nevertheless, Black Sheep Coffee Shop remains my top choice for a coffee fix and a relaxed hangout. Kudos to the team for consistently delivering excellence!

Really lovely coffee shop, I was actually popping in before my meeting but staff were super welcoming and friendly. I was greeted straight away by Mylaine and Luke who served me delicious coffee I didn’t have food but I will definitely have next time I visit

It was one of the best filter coffees i ever had! Also lovely baristas Luke, Joss and Dan made sure that my visit here would be as close to VIP as possible with those delicious waffles.

I come here every morning as it is right next to my workplace. The staff are incredible, Renata is great, she always gives off such a good positive vibe that makes this perfect place for me and my team to work in for the first few hours of every morning. The Norwegian waffles are an absolute stand out and everything I order is always perfect. No complaints at all from me.

Had a great coffee here and staff were friendly. The granola bowl was so disappointing though. Looks great on the photo, but imagine half a cup of Berry smoothie and nine pieces of granola and then pay £7 for it. A sad way to start the day. Especially when it costs £8/kg for decent granola like Dorset Cereals, so it wouldn't kill their margins to be less stingy.

Great coffee shop with some damn good beans/brewed. If you're a fan of pastries and other breakfast items black sheep does quite well in that department also. Don't think you will be disappointed at all;check it out for sure if you're near one.

This coffee shop is my favourite place to hang, do my work and studies. I really like this place because it has a warm and quiet ambience. The coffee and pastries that they had were so delicious. The baristas Mylaine and Daniella were so friendly and welcoming, really pleasant to talk with. One thing that I got fascinated the most by this place is the soft lighting. It lets you feel relaxed and focused. I enjoyed taking a picture of this delicious hot chocolate and almond croissant. 🥐☕️

I can say it was the first time I’m getting surprise from that store!!! I’m very difficult to leave review but that time they deserve more than 5 stars I can see happy faces the guy with the sleeveless jacket very polite he asked for my coffee and once he see it was for have in he just asked me kindly to sit down and he will bring it over to me. Fantastic changes to that store finally someone who cares arrive ❤️

I'm fortunate to have a Black Sheep shop near my office, it is part of my daily routine and I love it. The crew is very welcoming and always willing to serve, and the coffee is quite special as it is not your usual coffee shop chain type. Well done Black Sheep!!

Wow! What a lovely cafe and the staff are incredible. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! So helpful and so positive. I ordered toasty and a iced coffee and it was the best I’ve had. I go every morning and the staff are amazing everyday I love it there. I definitely recommend this place for anyone for family’s, business, or nice day out. Renata was especially amazing making sure everything is runny smoothly, everyone having their coffees, making everyone feeling welcomed and great for being their!! Everyone should go!

Renata and her team created a really welcoming and energising atmosphere as they served coffees through the morning peak. It really got me in a good mood ahead of a customer meeting. Perfect flat white and fresh pain au raisin! Thank you!

Best coffee in London. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Johan is incredibly helpful and Roxana is lovely and has a smile that lights up the room as soon as you walk in. I do 12 hr shifts and without strong coffee, I wouldn't fair to well.

I went into black sheep coffee for the first time ever and I was greeted by a lovely young man called csepth. He made the most beautiful coffee I have tried in a while and made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be returning soon

I liked the way Manager talks to his team he had a meeting with them I had my AirPods on and I muted them when they sit closer to me just don’t bother them with my music on. It was first time I see that care for someone who’s manager and build the team like this I thing his name is Manuel someone called him like that. I want to say coffee was lovely I had order drink in but I’ve been served take away which is fine for me. As I’ve notice he’s new to the store and he wants the things to be clear for everyone from the begging.

Slowest and rudest staff I’ve ever met. Ordered a coffee and toastie and 20 minutes later I went to the counter to ask about where the toastie was thinking they might have forgotten and was met curtly by a young man who told me ‘yeh it’s being done we have a lot of orders’. There was only 2 other people in the cafe and I think the staff should prioritise real customers than online orders. Shame because the coffee and food is good and the female staff member was lovely. The young man needs training in politeness!

Christmas time is for family, for sharing! My family is the warm-hearted team at our Southbank Tower! Just look how the multitalented Daniella has decorated the place! Inside and outside! There is Luke, James, Conrad, Ellen, Mylaine Mark, Daniella,Falah,… And never forget: the cappuccino is always best quality! Merry Christmas my family

Coolest place to do work or wind down with a beautifully crafted cup of Black Hoof with experimental latte art ! I was served by a lovely gentleman named Connie , as per usual ! Stop there if you walk past, I recommend!

I've been a regular at this coffee shop, and it never fails to impress! The coffee here is consistently fantastic—rich, and flavorful. The staff is not only skilled at making great coffee but also incredibly friendly and helpful. More importantly, this coffee shop is a relatively quite place for causal chat and study. Highly recommended!
