Well I love the name, .the merch.....the peeps who run it or at least who represent them not so much. I haven't found them the friendliest bunch and I have been to both branches as well as their stand at the coffee festival. Annoying as I really love the brand. Anyway ... These guys are longstanding coffee guys roasting in their first shop in Richmond. This came not that long after. It's very closely located to Oxford Circus which is great as there are not many good coffee spots in the vicinity. There is a nice ethos on their website at least. Coffee is really good and generally well made. They have the standard (but excellent ) George st blend and a single origin in the hoppers on offer. They also do v60 filter as well as range of espresso based drinks. Food on offer and pastries are limited to be honest and a little too pricey for what you get. Worth a visit. Lots of seating area around.

A place for Coffee Lovers. One of the best Drip Coffee I've tasted in London. Easy recommendation. I tried the El Salvador Blend, sweet and light. I also tried the Pecan & Cinomon cake, pairs nicely with a hot drink.

I love coffee so I’m very picky when I have coffee but this one in particular was amazing. It was a capuchino and they make with the perfect amount of coffee and milk. I just loved it and I’m going back definitely!!! ❤️

Found this place by mistake and boy do they serve amazing coffee. The quality of the coffee is exceptional and very delicious. Located in the Fitzrovia area of central London not far from Oxford Circus station. The cafe was busy and you can clearly see they attract wide audience or coffee lovers. I ended up getting special drip coffee single origin(can’t remember which South American country maybe Peru) The service is wonderful and the cafe overall has beautiful wooden interior. I highly recommend.

ordered a cappuccino. I’ve been to cafés and this is one of the not-so-good ones. There was no layer of flavor from the coffee; the cappuccino was very plain. I don’t understand why it is so popular. The woman making the coffee didn’t look professional; she was very sloppy with the latte art; didn’t treat the art as art.

From all the branches this is my favorite. The downstairs is perfect to work while the upstairs is nice to chill. Their coffee is fantastic as well and the staff are super supportive. One of my fav coffee spots in London

My third time visiting this cafe but on different location. Great coffee as ever, nice atmosphere with a Christmas theme sure make it a much more cozy. Don't forget to ask for Christmas Blend coffee beans, its the best!

The espresso here is unique and memorable. To me, the taste begins almost creamy before transitioning into well balanced aroma. Very strong and recognizable branding. The seating area was minimalist and professional. I will go again.

Great coffee shop with some amazing coffee. They have single origin coffee for both espresso and pour over, which is a huge plus. They have a solid selection of pastries and bakery items as well if you’re looking for a small bite. Also, they have coffee beans, mugs, and other items for sale in the shop that make for a good gift.

Decent enough flat white, and lively looking place but nothing special. Staff busy doing their thing (closing up). Not exactly friendly or welcoming. Paid £6.10 for coffee and a small mince pie

Smooth & sleek set up. Clean lines & metal surfaces - the Hippo brand is strong. Clinical place for a cup. Coffee - 7.8: very strong coffee, I don’t mind a strong hit if the flavour is there but it just was a little too overwhelming to get good taste. Pleasant enough.

very good coffee and surprisingly matcha too! the interior is very clean and sleek and i love the wooden interior. however, the basement floor is always closed whenever i visit so there is less seating available.

Very well designed space with great coffee, but due to foot traffic can get quite busy. Have visited this shop two times and both times most available tables in the lower level were dirty. At times personnel would come and collect used mugs/cups/plates, but didn't see anyone clean the tables during my ~1hr visit.

I got myself a nice mocha here! I also tried the lemon and almond tart. It was a bit expensive (I think I paid around 9£ for both but that’s London for you). Indoor seating and an area down stairs. The tart was awesome! I liked the mocha as well. Nice people.

Cute cafe offering decent coffee near oxford street. 🦛☕️✨ The oatmeal raisin cookie was a bit sweet but still very tasty. The cafe has a few seating options available on the ground floor, and they also have a lower level seating area, although the lower level closes at 4 pm.

It's busy for a reason! I had a Mocha and a Chocolate Tart (was in a chocolatey mood) and thoroughly enjoyed it. Coffee was excellent, I'd recommend going for the stronger bean as it was just right for me.

Great coffee shop with nice interior design, friendly staff but not great coffee for me. Tried two different beans available but both were too sour.

Absolutely loved the interior design. it’s very bright and airy inside. Plus, it’s hard to come by a local cafe with the amount of space they had available (downstairs and ground floor). I ordered a mocha and my friend a flat white, both with the “homemade nut mylk”. I really really wanted to like it, given their sustainability brand, but I honestly couldn’t get through half of my drink bc it tasted so bad… and way TOO SOUR. I had to add sugar to my mocha but it didn’t help. We thought it was the “nut mylk” but seeing other reviews I believe the espresso was too sour and their chocolate wasn’t sweet either. We didn’t finish our drinks. I might go back for a pour over but definitely not worth dishing out money for their milk drinks.

Absolutely stunning coffee, one of my favourites in London, tasty and quality is just beyond amazing, great customer service and atmosphere! If you love coffee try their single origin drip coffee! Highly recommend!

The coffee & service is always friendly & first rate with regularly changing unique guest blends but expect a longer wait during busy times & for preparations like drip cold brew. It can be quite pricey but free tap water is available self service to quench your thirst while you wait. I find the food selection to be limited but tasty none the less. The decor has a Scandi minimal feel but remains quite comfortable. The toilet is located in the basement down a flight of steep stairs so anyone with mobility issues or small children may struggle. There is parking nearby & outside with a blue badge if you can find a space but given the location use public transport nearest tube: Oxford Circus.
