Worst Starbucks I have ever been too. The staff is unexperienced and the costumer service was just something never seen before. No presence of a manager and my drink and food were absolutely horrifically disgusting when pointed out to the staff no action was taken. Not to even talk about how dirty the place was it felt like being in the station toilets.

Terribly slow service. Coffee no code to the expected quality. Even the Starbucks app is clever and logs out when closer to the Starbucks stores, so rewards scheme is a sham.

The early staffing team are the best! Always a welcome smile & friendly conversation. The barrista makes the best cappuccino in London!

Avoid if you're someone who wants to know if there is an ingredient that you may be allergic to! Took 4 people and 5 minutes to tell me what nuts are in their toffee nut muffin and when I found out there was no peanuts (not allergic just hate them so avoid them where possible) they still went and gave me the wrong muffin... Avoid if youre someone that asks questions Only gets a 2 cause of the coffee

I went there today they had notice that one of there coffee machine is down and they were offering some brownies for that. The way team was handling was quite good.

The staff is lovely, always friendly with lots of positive energy. Coffee and other drinks are always on point, and the atmosphere is very cozy. For me personally the perfect place to get coffee/tea in the morning before work and to have a short chat to get energised for the day. :) I can definitely recommend coming here!

Today I had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I was greeted so amazingly by the gentleman working in there today who was so bubbly and chatty and just really brightened up my day when I needed it most. He is an absolutely credit to your business.

Incompetent staff who cannot take your order properly — you have to triple check that dairy/ non dairy of choice has been noted. Feeds into staffs general incompetency around communication — often manifested in hilarious misspellings of name, even when spelt out. Minor issue, but annoying nonetheless.

Started going here for my morning coffee prior to catching my train. The two ladies serving are amazing ; friendly and helpful. A great way to start the day.

I always hop into the Waterloo East Starbucks on my way into work. The staff are lovely and always quick so I can catch my next train. I’m glad this has become a little part of my routine!

I was served by Jan and Minufa today, both of whom were very lovely. Jan told me fascinating facts about the history of Starbucks and even held the door for me on the way out, as I was with a pram. The drinks are pretty expensive here (I paid £3.60 for my coffee), but I am happy with the service and the coffee did taste nice.

Worst coffee anywhere, first time i used this starbucks i didnt get what i asked for, asked for a refund as i didnt have time to wait.... cashier didnt know how to do it, so left with no drink and no refund.... Here i am again, thought id bite the bullet, awful tastless drink, so i give up, definitely wont waste my money again.....

It advertises open at 06:00. But have never seen it open before 07:00 I get the the train mon-fri from here so not sure if times are accurate on the weekend

Great customer service received from Sanjida. She hold up an amazing conversation with me while making my drink. She had a smile on her face. Enjoyed my Pink coconut refresh. Highly recommend.

The staff are great. Remember my coffee every time. Jan is particularly joyous. Working Under very extreme conditions as Starbucks won’t install air con in this small enclosed space. Must be illegal.

Awful service! The late from this specific brunch is far from the usual taste you usually get in other Starbucks shops and the staff definitely need to be trained in customer service. As much as I love the brand I will never buy from this specific shop again.

Sub standard. no wifi, no wall chargers. Panini was cold. Coffee was fine though.

Today I went asked for extra spoon she was very rude and told me to f off even the other guy try to get it she stopped me how rude is this really starbucks this is now what we train for? Only gets this because the staff were not too friendly. One was ill and was coughing all over the drinks. The food and drinks are great though, but they alao cant spell names too!
