My first time visiting this place. Food is good and staff was very nice but couldn’t finish my food properly because the manager was shouting at them in front of the customers. This is a very bad place to work for what I witnessed today and I feel sorry for the staff! Please find another place where people respect you!

They have definitely made improvements to this branch. I have always liked Pure but this branch used to have really bad service and was always dirty. I came after ages and it was much better. Lovely location in the station. The Go Nuts Bircher and Iced Americano were really good and very refreshing in the heat. Good range of options from juices, hot food, salads, breakfast, soups and more. Those who follow a vegan diet will find that there is a nice variety to choose from. Calories and nutritional information are shown which is helpful. WIFI does not seem to be available unlike other branches unless you connect to the station network which is not so good. There are charging sockets which are useful. The branch has a nice atmosphere with seating upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs is nice overlooking the busy station outside. Service is better but could be friendlier. Cleanliness was also better but staff need to keep on it and check that it is done throughout the day. Clean eating premises are important. Would recommend for sure.

It was my first visit during travel to London, I really surprised when I saw for the first time place that think about different diets!!!! You can find all the information and ingredients in their website and they have options for gluten free, keto diet. Omelette was good and place was clean. But the coffee quality was not good. It was like a ready machine made coffee.

My fav Quick grub food.🫘🫛 I hope to they open soon in Tokyo.

I Bought an almond croissant from Pure in Waterloo station on Thursday 13 of July at 9.35 and it was dry and off the date. I was very disappointed and I had to throw it because it was too dry. Only one star enough and for the prices they are having it’s a scam.

Got the Kimchi "chicken". Zero chicken 90% rice and 10% terrible sauce plus a tiny bit of veg. The guy serving me picked up my order, turned to put it in the bag on the counter, shook the pot and turned back to boll*ck the chef saying it was so heavy and she had been too generous. He then threatened her by saying he was going to call the head office and say she was losing them money. All whilst I was standing there waiting for what turned out to be rice and mush. It was quick (even including the front row seat show of a dressing down) and in the station which is jolly convenient. And the cakes looked quite good to be fair.

Not a great experience, ordered, had cash in front of me, waited almost ten minutes for my order - only to be told “we don’t accept cash”. This I could understand IF there were signs clearly indicating it. But there wasn’t, Otherwise I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Some people only carry cash and not everyone carried a card with them all of the time. If the theory behind cashless transactions is to prevent the spread of covid then maybe it should start with members of staff wearing masks! Won’t be returning.

A place for detox and meeting before client catch the train. Simple. Not tried the food. Seem a little pricey for just some salad. But yummy juice!

Another great Pure establishment. I love the fact that they have both still and sparkling water taps for anyone to use for free and that you get 50p off a hot drink when using a reusable cup. Top stuff. Clean environment with plenty of seats spread over two levels. Multi plugs make it easy to charge electronic equipment by plug or usb. I am unsure as to whether there is a toilet upstairs but there definitely isnt one on the ground floor. Friendly staff make for a great atmosphere in industrial style surroundings. Open til late (2230 on thursday when i visited) makes for a great place to grab a coffee before heading home or packing in some more work. My only comment is that it appears to be slightly more expensive than other stores just because it is in waterloo station - im not a fan of such price hikes so have rated 4 stars. A decent joint though worth visiting. Plus free wifi!

Next to no chicken in harissa pot, again mostly rice. Two stars as offered a refund but won’t order from Pure again as they never put a reasonable amount of meat in any of their pots.

Excellent lunch. From entering the store to sitting down with my food it took less than 2 minutes. Really tasty and a large portion with lots of flavour. I had the high protein chilli.

Just went in this very morning, 8.20, had the BEST iced oat latte I ever had. A guy made it for me and now I just want to have breakfast in Waterloo every morning lol. (Which oat milk are you using guys???) 😍 thank you so much you made my day

Second time I've been there, got the chilli last night! It was so tasty and reasonably priced! Thank you so much, I want more haha. I also had an ice coffee which was really tasty :)

Came in Saturday morning ordered scrambled eggs and sourdough bread. We had to ask for the bread three times as they kept forgetting. The eggs were dried up and awful.

Favourite place for lunch when at work. Clean and Plenty of seating, with charging points. Staff are super friendly. Plenty to choose from hot and cold, especially love the hot bowls

Vegan Almond Croissant is always delicious. However, it was my first time getting the hot chocolate and it really tasted like the milk they used has gone off. Not good.

I need a healthy pick me up after a long day of travel and pure just has those perfect takeaway options I got the mango energy bowl and the coconut yoghurt green juice it was so delicious and give me the perfect Energy boost that I needed I can’t wait to go back and try some of the other options too

Great food and drink. The vegetarian breakfast wrap w as amazing. And this place has hazelnut syrup that actually tastes good. We had the hazelnut hot chocolate (incredible!) and the hazelnut latte. Compared to the big chains it was great.

We had 2 wraps, egg and bacon, and salmon spinach and egg. I was disappointed with the first mouthful, but hadn’t hit the crispy wrap yet, just the soft corner. From then on great. Good price. Recommend. The salmon one got devoured in seconds. Only 4* as the ordering process was a bit clumsy, we didn’t know where to go. Staff seemed efficient

Healthy food at a very reasonable price but sitting here I noticed staff are catty - at each others throats arguing, gossiping about eachother. Doesn't make for a good experience for the customer

The service is slick and the food tasty but expensive. The chai latte was a bit disappointing but I was thirsty

Got my order wrong for a latte as asked for a mocha. Doesn't taste like a mocha, all they done was poured it into another cup and stuck on a mocha label instead. As it is so milky like a latte. We're very polite,but won't go back.

Lady with red hair could not have tried harder to act like I didn’t exist. No hello, no thank you, no goodbye, no eye contact. Charming.

Ladies behind the counter were very friendly, I did get order a latte, but it looks & tastes like pale brown water - back to Costa next time I think....

I was at the Waterloo brunch the other day and had the most terrible experience ever. One of the workers which seems to have been the manager acted very unprofessionally towards me and made me wait ages to order even though there were more than enough people on the tills. Everything seemed out of control with the manager shouting at delivery drivers. Overall there was bad customer service and an unpleasant environment. Will not be visiting again.
