My wife HAD to come here while in London since everything is pick and floral. We had to wait a few minutes outside for a table, but the wait staff was very friendly and welcoming and it gave us time to review the menu and decide what we wanted. We settled on a slice of cake, cupcake, and two different teas. Everything was very good, but the cupcake was the star of the show. Lovely setting and great afternoon snacks. We had a great time!

I had a takeaway. The cakes tastes nice. I loved the pumpkin spice. But the service can improve a lot. A couple of your employees were really nice and pleasing and I appreciate that. If you want your customers to follow your rules there are plenty of nice ways to put them forward. It is not nice to ask the customer to leave the shop when they are in the middle of choosing sth to buy. This happened not only with us but also with the customers after us. And please try and place your "one in one out" display somewhere visible.

Nice cafe. The cupcakes tasted amazing and the cakes weren’t anything too special but were still good. Everything was presented beautifully and I loved the teapot and tea cup they gave for the teas. The decor and layout of the cafe was beautifully done. It has a very neutral, picturesque look to it.

I have been a Peggy Porschen fan. I have one of her books at home but today was a slight disappointment. We bought a slice of the Vanilla cake and one of the Victoria Sponge. In general the staff was friendly except for the person at the till who could have given us a smile, in the whole interaction with her I didn’t feel any warmth at all. But the other two staff were nice. The slices were very small. Oh dear! I haven’t been back since the pandemic but I didn’t remember the slices being so small. At £7.50 per slice it is not acceptable to have a tiny slice of cake, sorry! The Vanilla cake was disappointing. It wasn’t very sweet, I didn’t really feel that lovely sirup that keeps the sponge moist and sweet, and I wasn’t expecting the frosting not to be very sweet either. Also, I grew up on an island that produces Bourbon Vanilla… and that cake didn’t taste like it had vanilla in it. It was not good value for money. My friend told me the Victoria Sponge was great so that’s a very good point as I wanted her to discover this cake shop. If I come back I will have to stick with what I know to avoid disappointment.

Very nice and polite staff. Delicious choice of savoury and sweet options. Clean and Instagram worthy exterior and plating. Would suggest the owners to make the interior a bit more floral/decor. Quite pricey but also worth visiting.

A nice seven minute stroll from Sloane Square tube station, past the blue plaques of Belgravia, this special little cake shop is a delightful place to satisfy your sweet tooth. Expect to pay £6 for a cup cake/slice of cake and slightly more for an open sandwich (the Coronation chicken is delicious but the avocado and salmon on brioche is exceptional! Attentive, kind and genuinely interested staff make this worth a visit - make sure you grab a selfie outside the pink frontage!

Absolutely amazing experience! Excellent tea, cakes, staff, and setting. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful London summer day while sipping our tea and eating our pastries. 10/10 would highly recommend :) Next time we come I’ll definitely be trying their açaí bowl!

Both the teas and the cakes are delicate and delicious, the shop is beautiful and the waitresses are adorable. Peggy Porschen is the perfect place to enjoy a breakfast or a peaceful break in London. The only thing I would advise is to come hear with a clear agenda and not be in hurry

I love this pink little Café. Brunch is very delicious (i had the truffled scrambled eggs and the chocolate and banana french toast) and the service is super nice. Every time I'm in London I go to Peggy Porschen.

Always had a lovely experience here and this visit was made even more special by the exceptional customer care given to us by Chi Chi, the waitress allocated to our table. She was very attentive and went over and above. I shared it was my birthday and was pleasantly surprised with a candle in a macaroon when she and another colleague served our order. Both my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our cream teas with pots of Earl Grey. The tea was hot and the scones fresh and lovely texture. The cream teas include two scones, generous portions of clotted cream and strawberry jam, with a pot of tea per person. Chi Chi took some lovely photos of us with my mobile phone. The pretty faux floral decors made a lovely backdrop. I would recommend booking online to ensure you're not dissapointed by just turning up, though I noticed there were extra pavement area tables. I booked the same morning for 12 noon. You can choose from either locations and are required to use a bank card to secure the booking. There's a payment penalty for not showing up. Overall the whole team were friendly, welcoming and so pleasant. My friend was so impressed she plans to treat her granddaughter to her first afternoon tea here in the near future. Well done Peggy and team.

I think its a little unfair the amount of 1 star reviews this place has received, its almost like people think its a trend . “Its expensive “ its this , its that . You all knew its going to be like that , its not going to be the “best in the world coffee” . People’s expectations coming here are unrealistic. Heres a real review , this place is for you to come , have some coffee , a slice of cake, take some pictures , have a chat and go on about your way. Yes you pay a little more but all the decor that looks so pretty and nice that your coming to take pictures of has to be paid for from somewhere. Carrot cake was a little sweet FOR ME but it was still good . Thank you 🙏 and keep up the good work .

This was a highlight of our trip. Our server was very polite and attentive. We arrived about 3pm without reservations and they still accommodated us. Loved the tea selection. Sandwich was very good. Bought a souvenir bag. Thank you for a wonderful experience 💞

I visited PP with some friends over the summer. The place is small so be sure to book ahead! But, they do have a small tea room at the back which is cute and beautifully decorated. We had the afternoon tea, regular and veg which was all well explained. They were busy and staff walked past me a couple of times while I waited at the sign to be seated. But generally servers are very helpful when I asked about the teas and seem to enjoy what they do. Portions are big so remember to ask for the to go box to take home what you can’t finish!

Did two other way more expensive Afternoon Teas during our trip yet Peggy Porschen Belgravia took 1st place hands down! Friendly staff and great/fast service, delicious bites/tea (my fave was the pumpkin loaf and autumn cupcake- so yummy!) and the decor/atmosphere was beautiful. Definitely recommend to give them a try and make a reservation in advance (We visited on a Wednesdayand they were still pretty busy).

Iconic for afternoon tea! The place is very esthetic for pictures. The food was sweet and delicious (overpriced though). I had the Cream Tea (2 scones and a tea) at 2:30 pm and was completely full until the night.

The store itself is pretty small, so seating inside is limited and I am assuming those who book afternoon or morning tea are prioritised in terms of indoor seating. We ended up sitting outside, it was very cold but thankfully the seats had some sort of cushion materials and blankets were provided which helped. A sign outside the shop states to wait to be attended to outside however one is not served until they go inside and inquire about being served themselves, maybe the store could improve in this area, making certain information more clear. However on this particular day we were made aware they were short-staffed and I am sure they were trying their best to be as efficient as possible. Overall serving in terms of how quick we got our menus and were given our food was satisfactory, although the hot chocolate was a bit too sweet and could have been warmer, I would have preferred a pistachio macaron alongside it instead of what I believe was a strawberry one. The cakes were heavenly however. The carrot and hazlenut had the perfect balance of flavours whilst their christmas menu special bramley apple and berry slice went very well with the whipped cream provided but was not too dry even when eaten without it. By the last few bites it does get a bit too heavy to eat but overall tastes amazing, do try it before it leaves the menu. The english breakfast tea was good as well.

The store and cakes are visually stunning, making for a great first impression. However, the taste doesn't quite live up to the aesthetic appeal; it's not particularly special. A notable downside is the absence of cookies across all their locations. Overall, it's a beautiful place to visit, but don't expect to be blown away by the flavors.

One of the most popular cafe in London that is not only known for its most beautiful decor. It’s definitely popular for its mouth watering cakes as well. Place is small and is super popular so very busy and hardly get a spot to sit. You will have to wait to get it seated, trust me it’s well worth the wait and strawberry cake is yummylicious
