Really nice Costa, highly recommend. Coffee and food always high standard. Helpful and friendly staff.

Very quick and efficient visit here. A good choice of hot and cold drinks and snacks. There isn't a huge amount of space to que but the service is really quick. There is an option to eat in as ell as drive through.

I recently drove through this Costa for two drinks... The guy serving us easily made both mine and my passengers day, he was so lovely and polite and darn right funny! He made this place a pure pleasure and would be the reason I'd go back! I'm gutted I didn't get his name. Because it's people like him who deserve the recognition!!!!

Team member on duty lied, was rude and condescending to me in front of customer and staff, and tried to refuse to serve me when I tried to explain why I did not know how many sugars to take, he told me to be specific when I was being very specific and after telling the Manager, Hollie, how rude he was, he was sarcastically say " BYE" to me and waving sarcastically, all because I did not know how many sugar in a cup of Earl Grey tea for a work colleague. All on video. for future reference.

Good coffee shop with both comfy and table seating. Just watch out for the silly carparking. You MUST register your number plate when you enter the shop and you can ONLY stay for 1.5 hours regardless of the fact you could be spending money with them all morning!

Extremely poor management and experience. Walk in to sit and suddenly you see a notice that there is no sitting available. Quite of instances stuff is not available. The service needs to be more consistent

This is our favourite branch of Costa and today we've been served by Theo. WOW. What a great experience, friendly and really polite, hope we see him again next visit.

A small comfortable Costa. Fairly quiet when we went. It felt nicer than most. Probably as there is less "CostaBrown" decor, which is now looking so old.

Does what it says on the tin. Needs an automatic door closer fitted. Lost count of the number of imbeciles coming and going and leaving the door ajar on a super chilly and windy day. Long wait, like always, disjointed service but convenient location. So all is good in the costa hood. Annoyingly their app is pretty pathetic. Drove 3 miles out of the way to visit a store today to arrive at a petrol station with an instant machine in it. Algorithm needs a lot of work. Otherwise would recommend.

Disappointed with today's chocolate brownie frappe from Costa. Normally a fan, but the quality and taste consistency were poor this time. The flavors seemed off, with an odd imbalance of ingredients. Especially disappointing considering its price at 4.55£. Hopefully, it's just a one-time occurrence."

Queued at the drive through for 25 minutes during opening hours to get to the order machine to be told that they were closed by an automated message. Staff member seem to be having a bit of a breakdown at the front of the shop as we joined the queue but didn’t bother mentioning anything to us. Totally unprofessional. Half 3 on a Saturday afternoon, with no clue as to why they were shut.

I love every visit here, the guys and girls are such hard workers.

Very efficient service - from placing the order, to collection and payment within a few minutes, very easy and timely. It makes a difference compared to others and the drive through system works well for those commuting. I particuarly liked the Chocolate Orange hot chocolate, served with a segment of chocolate orange to finish it off!

Usually very good. Went to get my hot chocolate, as Costa do special's this time of year. Asked the guy what specials you do? Big girl behind him stated there's a board as you come in with all the hot chocolates. Bit of a rude person, it was dark and not very well lit, so couldn't see the board. Got a cold chocolate not a hot one. Drank half and threw the rest in the bin. The Big girl should really learn some manners or is that not part of your pronouns now? What I should of said is there's a gym called Active gym in bracknell you must of missed the board for that.

Very poor service waited 20 minutes for my coffee to be ready not friendly or apologetic staff didn’t know what they were doing massive queue customers complaining will not recommend this particular shop

Great drive through. Friendly staff. They also have seating for those who want to stretch their legs. Would recommend if you are passing

It's a nice place for coffee and stuff that does with it. The service is great. I'd happily give 5 stars if the place was was a bit more comfy and ambient.

Quick service through the drive thru. Sometimes difficult if wishing to dine in with the small car park and cars queuing for drive thru. Good customer service. Average Costa. Good location.
