Corrupt Albanian bouncers who let their own kind in without being on the guest list. Worst club ever . You could reserve a table days before and if they don’t like the look of you they’ll refuse you entry 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ . Horrible environment. I’ll not be going there again.

Women go free, £20 for men to enter. Simple discrimination because of the gender I was born into. I didn’t realise this business practise still happened in 2023. Not only that, when we questioned the bouncer, he rudely asked ‘have you never been out in London before?’. Well yes actually I have, and I’ve never been shown such disrespect. We didn’t pay and took our business elsewhere. Avoid. Wouldn’t want to support this practise. Update 2/1/24: Big shoutout to Raffles and their ancient, not-so-legal, discriminative policy. Thanks to them playing by the rulebook of the Stone Age, we ditched their bar and landed at a cool alternative spot. And guess what? I bumped into an amazing person there, and fast forward to now, we're a thing! If Raffles hadn’t been stuck in a time warp, our paths might never have crossed. So here's a toast to Raffles – we're saving a table for you at our wedding! Oh, and just for kicks, ladies get in free, but gents, it's £20 a head. Fair's fair, right?

Beautiful Black women left with a nightmare evening! I wish I read the reviews before I decided to contact this club. A week before I emailed requesting information on attending the club For a table or guest list for a hen do of 8 of us. Tullulah responded saying she could add us to the guest list. Simple! We corresponded fine over email. She said we need ID at the door as we could be refused entry. When we arrived about 11.30pm I stated to the bouncer we are on the guest list. He asked my name and asked us to que. Later another hen group (queuing behind us) went to the bouncers and he let them in. (They were caucasian) One of my party went to the bouncer to enquire why they were let in he stared they had a table and went in a different que. Because we on the guest list we must que. As we came to the front of the line the bouncer looked at me and asked can I help you? I said we on the guest list. Both him and woman looked thought their phone for a a guest list from Tullulah. They walked into the club, when they came out of the club the stated they didn't have a list from Tullulah! I went to show my email and neither bouncer wanted to look at the email on my phone. They asked us to come out of the que. We stated that we now felt profiled as we were black. The woman stated "I love how you girls look!" Which still felt offensive! She stated we must contact Tullulah! So we told them they need too! Again she went into the club and came back to say the guest list is full and they didn't not know we were coming as they had no guest list from Tullulah. We asked for the management. He came out and again refused to look at my email. He stated being on the guest list is not gaurenteed they are a members club and members are priority. They were apparently full. We stated that we feel this was predujuce and he did not deny this. He insisted that the guest list isn't gaurented and would not let us in. We stated that we would have not come If the email stated this and he needs to communicate with his staff. Whilst this was happening other people were let in the club who were Caucasian. 4 other black men where standing outside being told the same when they had contacted someone who said they were on the guest list. Clearly we did not meet their colour criteria! Reading the other reviews demonstrates the disgusting attitude and atmosphere of this club and they should be shut down! They discriminated the wrong group of individuals and we will take it it further than here! It's a shame that women should be made to feel that they are not worthy or beautiful enough to step into Chealsea because of the colour of thier skin. I emailed Tullulah and no response t.the incident as yet. Not surprised! It had been a difficult experience for all the ladies involved and we hope justice will be served.

Got to visit the spy bar, no pictures allowed unfortunately. Also went to the guards room and drawing room. The building is magnificent and full of history. The employees seem to have a lot of passion about their jobs and are very happy (atleast in my experience) to share stories, tips and spots to see. - comments: - you should ask the staff to explain the purpose of a room, or why it has been named as such - didn’t like some of the music choice, not too in theme with the building - there wasn’t a huge variety of food in the guards room. Best options seemed to be in the drawing room

The club seemed promising, however it was very disappointing and do not recommend to anyone. Me and my friends were staying in front of the club just chatting, when suddenly I was physically pushed out towards the street, by the bodyguards of the club, telling me to go away, with out any good reason. Apart from these aggressive, harmful and unacceptable behaviour, the guards were rude to the rest of the clients too. Its crazy to go out with friends and expect to enjoy your night, but end up being harassed and treated poorly by the staff. Hope these review helped, preventing you from visiting this place, so you don't waste your money and time.

Great experience in this club. Music is great, vibes and people having fun, staff very welcoming. Such a great time, will come back for sure. Go for pre-drinks to Jak’s King’s Road and then head to Raffles -promise you won’t regret your night out.

Horrible staff. I ordered a Moscow Mule at my arrival (which I’ve been drinking for many years, so I know how it tastes), but the barman made it so sour that it was undrinkable. Everyone who tried it said it was disgusting and that I should complain, so I politely asked the bar staff to either redo it or potentially replace it with a different drink, considering how much I paid for it. The staff who tasted it agreed that it was disgusting, but because it was made by the bar manager, they had to agree with him and let him deal with me. Not only he told me « that’s how we make it here, so if you don’t like it, that’s your problem », he then literally poured syrup in my drink without my permission, saying « here, take it, it should be more sweet now » and basically asked me to leave him alone. What sane person pours syrup in someone’s £20 Moscow Mule drink to make it taste better? I was sober, I was hoping to get a couple of drinks and enjoy my night. This has completely ruined my experience and although the DJ was great, I left early because I didn’t want to spend another penny in a place that treats customers this way.

They should really focus on doing better recruitment when it comes to hiring staff. You would expect to find decent customer service for a high end club "frequented by the well-heeled". A friend of mine and myself have been grabbed by the harm on two different occasions during the night by this blonde waitress that told (did not ask, which would have made a difference) us to vacate two different tables we were sitting at. What made it really uncomfortable is her total lack of manners, something you would expect from someone that works in hospitality. On the contrary the bouncer outside was friendly and made sure all the girls waiting for taxis where safe.

Worst club in west London. Rude staff overpriced everything and charge only men on the door (£20) whilst women go free. Disgusting and unclean inside just go embargos

Extremely rude staff at the cloakroom; I left my bag at the club on Friday night and went back on Saturday to get it. The blonde short hair cloakroom lady was super rude to me and said she has checked the day before already, could not see my bag and will not check again. She chased me out of the club as well. The next day I used "find my iphone" function and found out that the bag with my phone has always been in the club. Only when I emailed them saying I would call the police if they don't check again, they emailed me back saying yes they have found all my things. So the bag has been with the club the whole time but its just the cloak room lady couldn't be bothered to help. This level of customer service and rudeness is not what anyone should expect from the price we are paying. The lady has also been extremely rude to my friends on Friday. I will never go to the club again.

The most rude, disgusting, sorry excuse for a club I have ever attempted to step foot in. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. These people are racist and only letting in caucasian/white people, no offense to those who are of that nationality fully, but I am mixed white and another race and they didn’t let me and a friend in. Saw at least 4 or 5 groups of people of different colours, black, oriental, olive skin people and none of them were let in because they “weren’t on the guest list” even though they and myself were all clearly on the guest list (we all had emails for proof). The manager even came out to speak to some of the groups and he didn’t apologise or explain his reasons for the discrimination from him and his staff and for clearly being racist. Will never be coming back here again.

We came here with a company of 8 people, from a corporate, however, upon requesting some regaeaton music or at least danceable music, we were told to leave, and told so many people would order as many drinks as we would order, and were treated very condescendingly by both manager an DJ, so recommend finding place where you’re treated humanly. This place doesn’t really know what human treatment is.

Very rude and pretentious. Especially people who work at the door and the lady who let's people in. We would have been happy to spend the 750 pounds minimum but not with this attitude. We prefer to spend it somewhere more decent and with better hospitality than this sorry

Saw a young lady get dragged out the other evening after she simply asked the security guard why her friend was not allowed in. They were extremely aggressive with her and left her in tears. Quite disgusted by the securities behaviour and would call it assault. Poor lady, never going back there. Do not recommend.

Very odd experience. Rates itself as exclusive but after booking an exclusive table they decided to base entry on who appeared to have the most 'daddy money'. I have never experienced such backward entry policy but ultimately not worth visiting. Very new money and not classy. Its a shame that its no longer considered classy.

This might be the worst "club" in London. Absolute dumpster fire. £20 to be subjected to a DJ on training wheels struggle with a sound system with nothing below 100hz. Trash well at the same price as top shelf. Obvious kids with daddy's money trying to figure out life.

Shame there’s not an option for no stars. Awful service, awful attitude and simply just rude. Had my name on the guest list and wouldn’t let me in after we spoke. My thoughts were it was because I have a stutter which maybe didn’t go with the vibe of the club. Wouldn’t even bother going, left deflated and upset.

Dreadful. Security difficult and rude, not a nice place to chill or have fun unfortunately. The only thing is that they are open late so people go there as a last stop, nothing else. Will not recommend this it at all, not worth it.

Overrated place with rude staff at the door (staff in the club is actually relatively adequate) which seemingly decide when you can or cannot get in at a whim, irregardless of dress code or individuals in your group. You're better off just having some connections to have a guaranteed entry or flip a coin and take your own risks.

I visited the place for the first time as a friend took me to the location. I would highly argue that their is nothing exclusive about it. Way to over-priced. We payed for the table GBP 1.240 and I was shocked by the price. You get nothing for your money, I literally mean nothing. Just because someone is giving you some drinks and water doesn't justify the price. The DJ was bad in my oppinion and the club is very small. It looks like a restaurant at daytime and at nighttime people just take away the furniture and pretend its a nightclub. Imcrease the price by a 50x and thats it. I would never recommend anyone to visit that place. I don't even know why people want to go there.

Lady with the black hair is SO RUDE. Looked me and my friends up and down and denied us entry for NO reason. She lied about some “event” going on and wouldn’t let us in but let other people in who had no idea there was even an event going on.

Honestly the best night out I've ever had. Everyone was SO kind, really attentive and looked after me and my friends. Definitely the best clubbing experience I've ever had. We all loved the music (can't go wrong with Will Turner), had some delicious shots and generally were looked after exceptionally well.

Bar girl was great vibe. Security by the door are just some lowlifes always trying to make money off people or abusing drunk people to get money off them is just embarrassing the way they operate I have been here many times and noticed them acting like snakes asking money and stuff, is just very disappointing for a place like Raffles, you expect more class. We were asked to pay €100 each entry fee 🤣 Would have given 5stars if it wasn’t for their security

The staff are possibly the rudest staff of any establishment I've encountered. 4 out of 5 guest list attendees were permitted access yet the final attendee on the way in was denied access without reason. The lady behind the counter then proceeded to tell all the members 'they look like ****', verbatim, so shouldn't be allowed in. All were wearing typical evening wear (dresses, blazers etc) so this wasn't very nice at all. Perhaps the clothing brands weren't to her high pretentious standard but the styling was very much acceptable and not out of place. Genuinely shocked a behaviour of the hostesses and can see from other reviews that this isn't an isolated occurrence. Review who you have on the door as your neighbours at Callooh Callay couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly and actually supportive. You left my friend in tears for no good reason at all, simply because your staff are pretentious bullies. Raffles, DO BETTER.

This is not a review on the bar itself. But Kelly (I hope I got the right name) from the cloakroom was amazing tonight. She let me charge my phone on her charger when it was dead. And then when I misplaced my jacket ticket she went above and beyond to find it! Literally finding me on the street to give it too me. I really really appreciate the service. You are amazing! Thanks Sam

Busy / vibey club. Be warned have to pay entry but all in all seemed like a bussy place. Ask to speak to the manager regarding something during the night and the two (very beautiful ladies) Maren and Alexandra were super helpful. Managed to speak to Andrew C who, I believe, is the owner or manger who was equally as wonderful and helpful. Thanks team, Olive

The owner/ management need to change the awful Doormen. They let a person in one week and when the person goes back, they make up stories of things that have happened as to why you can’t get in. I believe they just choose to pick on people for a power trip. So many people complain of this. Random barring and accusations when the last time you were there, there were no issues. They all need sacking and replaced with decent, reasonable Doormen who don’t need to pick on women and men to make themselves feel big.

Disgusting attitude from door staff. Pulled my friend (who is black) from the smoking area and kicked her out for no reason at all. They said she was too ‘drunk’ and was a ‘risk’ to the other people in the club, however, 3 minutes prior, they told a WHITE male to exit the smoking area for being too loud and drunk but didn’t kick him out. The staff are racist and single certain people out. £20 entry fee to be treat like this & to be abused by door staff is absolutely absurd and I will never be returning. I expected more from this venue and their staff. So rude and disrespectful. I hope these staff members feel bad (which they won’t) for the way they act towards different ethnic groups of people. I’m appalled and ashamed to say I have even attended this venue. Sort it out!

The absolute worst club I’ve ever been to. Door staff were so rude and unprofessional. They asked us if we were on the guest list after half of my friends were already inside, and then told us we weren’t allowed in for no reason. The bouncer was “searching for our names on the guest list” but he was actually just scrolling through his WhatsApp messages. So unless you’re an Made In Chelsea cast member, I’d suggest you avoid at all costs…. If I could give less than 1 star.. I would..

Disgusting place. Got touched up by old men and spoke to the bouncer to ask what the policy was surrouding this and whether we could get someone kicked out, to which they said “there is no policy on this”. I then went to speak to management who did not take it seriously. Sexual assault claims and an internally systematic mysogynistic culture is not frowned upon - IT IS ENCOURAGED. Boycott at all costs to prove a point to the company and the management to take women’s health and safety seriously.
