😠 Really awkward ...50p...What if one does not have a 50p coin or even a £1 coin (no change) and one is d-e-s-p-e-r-a-t-e. We are not allowed to use cash now for purchases whilst still in lockdown, I no longer possess any 50p pieces, so either make all the lavs free or bother to install card readers... People often mention toilet, change,

Really awkward ...50p...What if one does not have a 50p coin or even a Β£1 coin (no change) and one is d-e-s-p-e-r-a-t-e. We are not allowed to use cash now for purchases whilst still in lockdown, I no longer possess any 50p pieces, so either make all the lavs free or bother to install card readers across the city for 20p maximum. SHAME ON YOU for making life in lockdown even more uncomfortable for people...especially for the elderly, for those with IBS at any age and for women at any age !! Then of course there is the issue of poverty in lockdown. Β£1 per person...mother on the breadline with 2 chilldren??...Β£3 ..now that is food off the table. It will have to be the bushes and this is of course a cruel and undignified outcome. RE-THINK YOUR STRATEGY. LAVS SHOLD BE CLEAN AND PREFERABLY COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE FOR ALL and if you must charge 20p, give change machines/an attendent with change/ a card reader.

Honestly, this was a nightmare toilet. Although it is well-placed, the payment requirement is absolutely ridiculous especially considering the condition of the toilets. It costs 50 pence to enter, and unfortunately, I had to pay a whole pound (no change return) due to my lack of coins. Not only did I have to fork over more than 1 USD to do nature's business, my nose was assaulted with a multitude of...colorful aromas upon entrance. None of the toilets flush properly. Almost all of the stalls had urine, feces, and/or blood in them. I was mortified. Absolutely horrendous. I would have imagined that a toilet that I would have to pay to use would be well-up-kept, but no. There was water from unknown sources all over the ground near most of the toilets. If I remember correctly, at least there were toilet seat covers, but that did very little to improve my experience. If I can smell the contents of the toilet while walking down a flight of stairs, there is a problem. 1 star. Would give 0 if possible.

Clean as you would hope for 50p a pee. Free toilets are at the Lido about 8mins walk on by the lake, not nearly as well maintained though. Step access only.

FIFTY P TO PEE?! (Or a pound if you don't have change!) If you can find it, the relatively nearby public toilet across from the bandstand in Hyde Park costs 20p. That said, this is a decent loo.

Very useful place after a long walk through Hyde Park. Daylight robbery at 50p though Westminster Council should be ashamed of themselves, one of the richest boroughs in the UK giving a very bad impression of London for all our tourists who are most welcome visiting London.

Free entry (corona times) , and very clean.

They were closed without warning. We walked across the entire park to this toilet as it was listed as the closest on the signage. Even after reading the reviews, a dirty toilet is better than no toilet.

Not the best place to sit and relax but good enough to keep your pants dry for the rest of the day. 50p entrance fee. No change given. 1p coins not accepted.

50p pee in London, not about to complain at all. Lost a star because it was smelly and half the lightbulbs were out. My bladder thanked me for this visit.
