its a good shopping mall. almost you can access all the shops and hammersmith station is inside the mall. so that's an advantage. but its rush place lot of people always passing through there. even in the mcdonald's is always full of people. so we have to wait lot of time to order.

The gateway to fun. I have been passing through the Broadway for countless years and have seen it develop. Great selection of shops, places to eat and a supermarket. Easy access to public transport and can get anywhere in London from here. There is something for every taste.

One of the best shopping centers near to central London. Although, I didn't visit this place, however due to my phones location was on, so Google map asked me to rate the place.

This shopping centre has a selection of shops and restaurants - McDonald's, Tesco, Accessorize, two card shops one which is called Scribbler, Chez Paul, Pret a Manger, Chopstix. It also has handy cash machines and a Boots chemist and a Starbucks coffee shop. It's clean and bright and also has toilets. It also has a key cutting shop and a Super Drug. Pret do very nice food and a great selection of coffees.

Mini shopping mall in the heart of Hammersmith, you can relax there, coffee or sandwich options before taking train or bus, you can buy flowers and even can exchange your money as well.

Always nice to shop here before visiting Olympia exhibition centre.

It has the basics like boots, pret, Starbucks and tesco but also a few nice cafes and shops like Oseyo. It's clean too. The only negative is that it doesn't always feel safe in the morning. On one occasion I saw a homeless guy steal from Pret. The staff actually said that they have told the security there and reported it to the police but they apparently don't do anything about it and it happens frequently. I would just suggest being mindful of your belongings when wandering around this centre.

Amazing korean fried chicken from Pelicana and to finish I had the taro bubble tea. Honestly it was the best bubble tea I have had so far. Definitely worth a visit.

I had an expensive Swiss Army knife fall of my belt in the Gentleman’s Toilet and only realised after I was speeding away on the bus but after a quick phone call to the security people it was recovered. I am very impressed with their efficiency and willingness to help. Well done Securily staff I am sure your constant vigilance and efforts probably doesn’t always receive as much praise as you really deserve.

Lots of Fast Food Shops which was very busy. It has a Boots, Superdrug, and a medium size Tesco Express, and other small businesses. There are 2 separate entrances one for the Bus Station and one for the Train Station.

Ascending escalator and 1/2 lifts for accessing half of the bus stops have been out of order for months. I asked staff when they will be fixed and they said engineers have come over repeatedly and not been able to get them repaired. Clearly the poor men were parroting what their managers had told them, because looking at the other reviews this has been an on and off issue for years and really the owners of the building just need to hire competent engineers or even just replace them. Basically they're too greedy to invest in something that will benefit people with disabilities who want to get to their bus.

Fairly good. Got a wide range of shops and food places to choose from. But you have to pay 50p to go to the toilet. You shouldn’t have to pay for a basic human necessity. Especially for the poor standard toilets they have. Tiny cubicles hand dryers that take 5 years to dry your hands. Taps not working etc

Two escalators out and now both lifts too. I got stuck in the lift and no one responded to the lift alarm. Thankfully the doors opened eventually. When I tried reporting it I was advised no one is outright responsible for the Station / Shopping Centre. I can not see myself using this hub in the future for the buses that go up to the 1st floor.

It's OK to pass through but there doesn't seem to be anyone about to stop the little fools on bikes and escooters from rushing through. Good food places for a bite to eat.

Great selection of shops within the bus station. Easy access to the Picaddily and District line. Used Pret and Leon whilst there. Not so easy to access bathroom. Went into the pub but I am aware there are toilets available just not in the restaurant establishments. Clean and well kept shopping centre.

Great restaurants and food choices. A great opportunity to experience different cultures in one area. Almost a whole town to explore different and wide varieties of shops, supermarkets and restaurants ect .. to make your choice.

Nice shopping mall. Close to my hotel. Has a nice little shop with imported food from the orient as well as many restaurents. Worth checking out.

Its fine, but they have gone mostly self service for payment. The machines are slow to respond, and if you are getting aspirin you then have to wait for it to be authorised.

It's convenient with metro inside and Halifax next-door great coffee shops can't really go wrong

  • 1/5 Anthony C. 9 months ago on Google
Barebones shopping mall and one of the worst in london. Charging 50p for toilets in this day and age is criminal. The escalators and lifts are always out of order.

I often shop here for the food because there is a great variety of products in this particular shopping centre

I absolutely love chopsticks in Hammersmith. The food is lovely just like all there staff the only thing I hate is that I have to choose between the rice or noodles which I can't bear to eat but I have to choose one of them to go with my meal. So I go in the shop pay for four but I only get three. My choice I suppose but when you have problems with eating which I never had please don't think I want to rip you off.x

I meen its a piece of essential infrastructure that has a good amount of fast food options and is an amazing transport hub looses points for the toilets being paid, but as a tip the disabled toilets are free, go figure.

Thrilled about the Korean store now opened there. Quite a variety of fast food and convenient stores within the Broadway mall.

Nice place good connection to bus and the tube few nice shops in the brodway. I think only downside is after school time some girls screaming for no reason those girls most of them from near by sacred heart secondary girls school meant to be good school but behaviour doesn’t present the school!

Might be small but very convenient with boots, pelicana, tesco, Holland and barrats & more. Connected to the Hammersmith station, this is a clean, mall that is never really “very” busy.

  • 1/5 Harry W. 2 years ago on Google
You have to pay for the toilets, only accepts card and doesn't work most of the time. Waiting for someone and seeing the amount of grief this puts people through that either can't get it to work or simply aren't expecting it and don't have a card (I.e. minors). You should be ashamed of yourselves for installing such a cheap cash grab.

I like Broadway shopping centre although there aren't very many shops but I can usually come out with something. Upstairs, there is a cinema, a gym and places to eat (I recommend the Chinese, all you can eat) you can find some really nice trinkets and African themed clothing in a lovely shop near the rear entrance/exit alongside a variety of items that are quite, unique. Also, shepherds bush market is a 2min walk away and the busy Uxbridge Road with its assortment of shops, salons and restaurants make for a pleasant day out shopping and eating and if you're bored you can always go to Westfields however, this I don't recommend!!!

This place stinks. Every time I step foot in the station here it smells like nasty chicken grease and it sticks to my clothes and hair. Day automatically ruined. I don’t know if you are oiling the tracks with fryer oil but it needs to stop as I there’s no reason for a train station to smell this bad in 2022.

It's got a pretty good range of shops, plus many (too many?) cafés and restaurants, none of which is very good! Useful too for having good, accessible toilets!

  • 4/5 FalsasCostumbres 1 year ago on Google
It's a small shopping center but very convenient with a Sainsbury's, Wilco, toilets and cinema. Fulham Broadway station is located there. There are also restaurants and coffee shops

  • 2/5 Ana B. 1 year ago on Google
It's got good connections and good shops but they really don't care about the people and accessibility. Its the second time this year that the escalators are not working... this would be okay as obviously stuff gets broken. The issue here as that it takes them around 4-6 months to fix it

  • 5/5 Chigoze A. 2 years ago on Google
The shopping centre was very busy there and to do shopping where they can buy things like I always do when I go out.

This is not a high end mall but it's really good for every day needs. There's a lot of fast food places and even a large Tesco's. The Super Cuts here is very good - staff are very friendly and have been at this shop for years. It's also nice that as you come out of the tube you are actually in the mall. I've been coming here for years and have never noticed any bad smells and hardly any cooking smells at all, considering how many restaurants are here.

I go here for small items from tescos metro and also visit the eyebrow bar located in the middle. This is perfect to for collecting click and collect from various stores and to get to the underground and also buses, having lunch, coffees etc... it is ideal for quick visits but for me only on the odd occasion. It is always quite busy, the shops have smaller stock than other shops in Hammersmith themselves. It is great for visiting at lunch time and you can certainly pick up an evenings meal whether cooked or the groceries for cooking it.

Passed through as my barbers is upstairs in the bus station, shopping centre appears well maintained, very accessible with no stairs into centre as well as lifts to bus station and inside the train station inside

Decent stores but the mall is in shambles. It starts leaking when raining.

  • 5/5 Adesina J. 1 year ago on Google
I only bought some items at the Tesco Express. The store was ok. The mall was clean. I heard you have to pay to use the toilet.

Lots of different shops, good place to meet up for a coffee, food or some other types of shopping. Bus station above and also tube station below the centre, other shopping centres are nearby too such as King Street and Westfield is either a bud or tube station away.

A great location, for those who take the Piccadilly and district line this is so handy. Nice places where to have something to eat too.
