The outlet is not completely reopened. Less the 50% in total. The location is very nice with loads of restaurants and good variety of brand. Prices don't resample outlets expectations. Easy approach from central London with possible ketchup after working hours. One section of the dome is still underway the repair works. Lackey will segregated from the publicly opened space.

The best mall that I have seen in such a long long time. It's based on tent structure and also one stop shop for more than 60+ brands. And the best part, all the brands have exclusive discounts throughout the brands. A must visit place for all the visitors to London.

Arrived early this morning and so glad we did as it turned out to be very busy later. A variety of popular brands within the arena are available, neatly located in this modern and vibrant shopping center. Some bargains to be enjoyed! definitely worth a visit. You should also visit the entertaining O2 as well as eateries.

Such a great space! So many different options of retail stores to visit, they also have a great selection of food restaurants inside the outlet to eat at like, GBK, Five Guys, Nando’s….. car park is huge and is divided up into sections, you also can claim a free parking voucher if you spend more than £35.00 on shipping within the outlet and show you receipts on exit. 8/10 overall very happy and great place to shop and visit.

It is a very nice and much needed place in this area for shopping. Most of the outlets are the top class brands offering their best products. I absolutely loved the environment. However the toilet were real classy. I hope your visit will be a good and helpful one.

Nice outlet mall with a lot of food restaurants and bars. Nice and clean. If you're carrying a big luggage, you will have to go to a security check, but it doesn't take long at all. Restaurants are based on the ground floor. Some cafes and sweets shops on the 1st floor as well to rest your legs.

Wow!!! Don’t miss this place out. Take two hours to just walk the place and get your bearings. The German Donner Place is amazing. The movie theater is state of the art. And you can hike over the roof!!!

Some nice outlet shops although prices vary, for instance Nike you will find better prices online than In store. Holland and Barrett again better prices on the high street than the 02 outlet store. Next outlet do not even bother going in the clothes are from 5 years ago that could not be sold. However for an experience of walking around the inside of the 02 is individually worth the walk.

A good outlet shopping center near the underground station, where the prices are actually cheaper. There are many well-known clothing brands such as Adidas, Guess, Superdry and Nike, as well as many restaurants.

First visit to the O2 found a great choice restaurants and a few pubs. Did not go to the shops as going to a concert. Overall, it was a good experience

There are a lot of beauty stores here. The area is also really beautiful and well decorated. It is located really close to the station too. Must visit if you are looking for clothes or any beauty or fashion products

Having great time here with family, parking facility very airy and clean. The best small shoping place, cinema, theater, concert, restaurant all in all. The best place to visit during the weekend and with family or fiends

Nice and new indoor outlet. Most of the places are food related but there are a number of outlet shops such Nike, Next, NB and others. As the outlet is relatively new, there are still good number of shops not opened. Next to the outlet, there is an Emirates Airlines telefrik.

First time visiting icon outlet. Many empty units (got a feeling this is due to the recent pandemic) very nice spacious & clean. Would like to see more shops. Most of the shops don't really offer that great of a discount.

The place was lively. Have so many branded outlet stores. Loved the collection of each of them. I visited during weekend, so there were so many people and so much was going around everywhere. Mama Mia Party had the longest queue I ever witnessed.

Decent selection of food and clothing stores upstairs of the more high end variety. It's a small outlet that tends not to get too busy. With places to eat downstairs plus concerts a cinema and unique up at the O2 excursion that allows you to climb the millennium dome.

I've been to The O2 many times but haven't had a reason to visit the Icon Outlet but we decided to give it a visit because we wanted to pick something up from a certain shop. I wasn't surprised with what they had on offer, a large range of shops for most needs, plus they have places to purchase a few refreshments too. Getting here via public transport, North Greenwich via Jubilee would be your obvious option but buses to North Greenwich Bus Terminal, North Greenwich Pier if you're taking a ferry or the Emirates Air Line - Greenwich Peninsula. Nice.

Probably the best outlet in London. Easy access using Jubile line. Nice cyclical shops arangement. Nice decor and lighting. has some of the best mid to upper retail shops in London. During events you can find some amaising burgains. Excellent food court with some of the best UK restaurant chains. Plenty to do in the surounding area. Some unique playrooms inside. Very clean and secure place.

The Icon mall has a lot of potential when all the empty spaces will be occupied by shops. At the moment there is a good selection of shops specially for clothing, sport and chocolate. You get 4hours of free parking when you spend over £35. Some of the O2 Reception needs to improve their customer service sills though as they are like bouncers. If you are O2 client you make have available discounts for some specific shops in the rewards app at certain hours of the day.

Just one more shopping center, all the same spot l shops and same chains! The outside and the building itself is great though! Don't miss the ground floor small exhibition about the station and its history!

Great shopping experience but did find the shops very hot inside. Not very conducive to lots of looking, changing, and walking, when dressed for the cold weather outside. But a positive is the great selection of shopping to be done, and there are very nice coffee shops and bars to make the whole experience very special.🥂

This shopping location is one that I can say is truly a unique, and at times, breathtaking, experience. Sparking golden staircases, sparkling disco balls. From handbags to shoes to tea, restaurants to acrade games. Make sure to do the entire circle and truly look at each hidden treasure that is available to event attenders or just your everyday shopper. This was definately an experience I look forward to, again, in the future. Remember to follow me for more adventure reviews, as well as giving this review a like if you find it helpful. 😉

Lots of all different phones on sale... Staff very helpful. But you can can better deals online, so just go to the shop first to handle the phone you want, before you get it online at the o2 shop.

You can finally walk around the entire O2. Really nice and clean shopping centre, good selection of shops and food bars. The Indian Street food Bus on the ground floor was AMAZING cost of parking is extortionate however it is free for 4 hours if you shop so that will help. Seemed quiet when we were there but it was the hottest day of the year so that probably reduced footfall

Perfect place to spend your day with fun, food and frolic. Huge place, with stunning ambiance and delicious food. Plenty of options to choose from. The newly opened free video game parlour by Virgin group is an added bonus.

Nice area with lots of shops and restaurants. It is possible to walk from the subway and ten O2 arena under roof. Even though it is under cover, it is a bit cold in the winter. Nice selection in oursried stores 👍

This is an incredible setup. My wife and I walked and visited the different stores while our daughter attended a concert inside. Security was top-notch. It has all sorts of restaurants to choose from. It is worth a visit.

This place has some really good bargains. The shopping experience was calm and was lit and decorated well. My only negative is there is nowhere to pop out and have a quick breath of fresh air, you have to walk all the way round to the main entrance.

  • 2/5 Martin N. 2 years ago on Google
Disappointing. A run of clothes shops all offering dull clothes. On the plus side, there is some fantastic architectural steel to be seen, and the tensioning wires holding the roof in place are impressive. Otherwise 1 star.

Good selection of shops to explore indoors. Some places remain vacant or closed. Spacious and not very busy during a weekday. Free parking (Car parks 2, 3 and 4) if you spend £35 or more in one of the outlet shops. (current for July 2021) Car park is about a 5 minute walk from the shops.

Good destination for some retail therapy plus quite a few places to eat. The only downside is the very expensive parking costs. This actually prevents me from coming here often. They should not penalise shop and restaurant goers from the amount of people coming for a concert.
