Really enjoy visiting this shopping centre. Situated just a few minutes drive from Junction 7 of the M27, it has a great selection of shops and restaurants (no Primark at present, though!!). Parking is plentiful and free for the first four hours which is more than enough time to see everything. A little "Noddy train" goes around the centre for the kids. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

A great accessible out of town shopping centre with cinema, food shops, superstores and a full range of clothing, electrical etc shops. Something that wasn't here 45 years ago when I last lived nearby. I thought it would be a monstrous place tbh, but there are lots of open spaces and it seems like very generous car parking (free up to 4 hours I believe), within easy reach of the motorway or served by local buses.

Lots of shops. It was beautifully kept, we went for a night walk after having a great dinner in Harvester. There was this beautifully kept decorations. It was just lovely.

Love this outlet shopping centre! Great fairly high end stores and decent restaurants. Good bargains to had. Dog friendly. Visited several times over Christmas 2022.

Nice place to come. Chilled vibe here and not too many people around which is nice. Got some good shops here and cafes and restaurants. Something for everyone. Parking is free for first 4 hours which is excellent as too many places charge you for parking these days. Also got Tesco here if you needed a supermarket and a petrol station although prices are higher at the petrol station than those in surrounding areas.

Various cafes and restaurants which should enable visitors to have a snack or more formal meal. Large number of quality shops which should satisfy visitors. Plenty of outside parking, free for first 4hrs of visit.

Loads of good shops in this complex and places to eat. Free parking for 4 hours, which is long enough to walk around the shops. The area was clean and tidy. Public toilets available. Wheel chair access to all shops and carpark.

This place is definitely a standout with a variety of excellent shops and attractive dining options. It offers convenience with 4 hours of free parking, which is more than enough for a relaxing shopping experience. It also impresses with its cleanliness and organization. The presence of public restrooms and full wheelchair accessibility in all the shops make this place welcoming for all visitors.

Really nice shopping centre. Nice selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Always displays of some kind, flower arches, grass bears. Little train for the kids. Always a nice atmosphere. Lovely on a nice sunny day to walk around, maybe not so great when it's raining. And free parking up to 4 hours which is really great.

A big shopping centre. Many big shops, restaurants and cafes. Also some effort to provide street entertainment for kids. A number of the shops are dog friendly too, especially smaller ones. Four hours free parking, no ticket required. The access road queues heavily, so allow extra time coming and going at weekends.

Always enjoyed visits here, not been since before pandemic. Well managed & still feel safe as were following rules most of the time I've come to expect. But, needs more independent shops & more for families & men, diversity is better on the high street at the moment as you get 4 hours free parking too.

Whiteley shopping centre is free to park for up to 4 hours, completely free after 6pm. Fair priced high street shops, cafes and restaurants. A cinema with numerous screens and Rock up climbing centre, there is also a well-equipped gym and a couple of supermarkets. Oh, a petrol station too. Basically, if you want to spend a whole day there... you can. Christmas has an added sparkle. I am not a shopper, but I love the cinema and socialising with friends here. Oh, one more thing, there is a little land train too which is decorated according to the season.

Despite how full the car park is, there's always loads of room to mill about. Good selection of shops and restaurants. 4 hours free parking is plenty.

I love the place. Of you're going on an impromptu night out and don't want to visit a city centre this is your place. Please note that parking is free for 4 hours, so don't make the mistake a lot of people make by paying, assuming you need too. Getting in and out of Whitely can be a real put off and phone signal is rubbish hence the 4 star review.

We’ve been living in Whiteley since 2020 and so far Whiteley Shopping Centre is my comfort zone. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes to spend some quality time in, along with kids' activities and a rock-up climbing place with a baby area too. During Christmas time there is a Christmas Shop open at the market square near the GYM. The toilets are clean and the staff is always welcoming and polite. Do you what's missing from Whiteley? A Christmas market and Zara shop! 🤍

It's becoming a food orientated centre. Too many chain food stores For heavens sake, they've now got Burger King, McDonald's AND Five Guys, How many burger joints does the world need? Add in Frankie & Benny, KFC ( down the road), Pizza Express etc, and it's all for footfall Numbers. I don't miss living close by.

If you can go somewhere else until till they dump the disgusting bullying parking company they use, do it. Threatening letters telling you it’s a 3rd notice with a max fine without sending previous letters after a year, wasn’t even there for the amount of time they claim either, it’s a scam ran by a 3rd party which is knowingly allowed and encouraged by whiteley

Parking is horrendous, spaces too small. The signs to pay from claim to be better and faster than machines, they are not. Took 30 mins and an automated call to pay that ends up taking you through a puzzle when trying to input your reg. Just to then walk into the shopping centre and find actual parking machines...why are the machines in the shopping centre and not the car park....

Great place to go for good food thats affordable. Shop selections a bit bland but it has a book shop and a few things for kids. Lovely art around the walk ways to.

This out of town shopping experience has everything a shopper could want, good range of stores, plenty of eateries, and other entertainment for all ages. The ongoing road works is a frustration if you hit peak times currently.

I recently visited this shopping centre, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The variety of shops available is truly impressive, ranging from trendy boutiques to well-known brands. Whether you’re a fashion enthusiast or a tech geek, you’ll find something to suit your taste here. What sets this shopping centre apart is the attention to detail when it comes to amenities. The facilities are impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to navigate through the different areas. They’ve truly thought of everything to ensure a comfortable and convenient shopping experience. Now, let’s talk about the food options. Oh boy, I was spoiled for choice! The range of restaurants available is fantastic, offering a wide array of cuisines. From cozy cafes to elegant fine dining establishments, there’s something for every craving. I particularly enjoyed trying out the local delicacies at one of the authentic eateries. It was a delightful culinary adventure! But it’s not just the shops and food that impressed me. The overall atmosphere of the shopping centre was fantastic. There was a lively buzz in the air, with shoppers happily going about their day and friendly staff members always ready to assist. It created a warm and inviting environment that made my visit truly enjoyable. In summary, this shopping centre has it all – a diverse selection of shops, impeccable amenities, a mouthwatering food scene, and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re looking to shop, dine, or simply soak up the lively ambiance, I highly recommend paying a visit!

This is a very nice outdoor shopping centre. There is ample parking wgich is free for four hours. There is a good range of sepialist and high street names. There is also a good range of restaurants. It is a good fair weather location, not so good in the rain.

Nice mix of shops and restaurants. Having a supermarket and a cinema gives plenty of opportunity to make this a one stop destination. Parking can be challenging at times. Sharing a site with several large office complexes does mean you can expect traffic issues during peak commuter times.

Parking enough. 4 hours free. Many big brands and small shops around. Quite a few restaurants also for passing time and grabbing a meal. Also a desserts shop.

There are lots of shops offering many stuffs. Cool. But phone signal in the area is quite horrible. If you want to run errands for another person and you need them to be on phone to guide you, This is not the place for you. But the shops are cool, nice customer service too.

Go here all the time shopping. Has a good selection of shops. Suffers with really poor 4g. If they could put in a better WiFi network for the whole shopping area inc shops to make up for the poor signal. Then it would get 5 stars. So be warned if you have vouchers stored on your phone its unlikely you will get the signal to use them in the shops.

Haven't been for a while, but was really surprised with the number of stores here now. Lovely little centre. Plenty of parking and free for the first 4 hours.

4 hrs free parking , but you must pay if staying longer or you will get a ticket in the post! Mist shops catered for, only option is to drive there as its a bit out the way.

You've got to love Whiteley for killing a few hours. So much to wander round and see. Lots of great shops, activities for kids, cinema, restaurants and plenty of parking which is FREE for the first four hours. We love the little train that goes round and the other pop ups that appear through the seasons. At the moment they have the grass bears which you can have your photo with and spot the brass dear, foxes and rabbits! Toilets available and the whole place is on one level, which I would imagine is great for wheelchair users and pushchairs.

Plenty shops to choose from. Nice restaurants to chill out and the free car park is also a welcome point. Cinema, climbing for kids, tesco and many other shops are there. I recommend Whiteley Shopping centre.

Free parking upto 4 hours, can pay for longer if needed. Good range of high street shops. Plenty to browse. Lovely little train ride for the little ones. Lots of restaurants for food and drink, breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. I will make an effort to come back here more often.

Clean, Welcoming and plenty of parking. Whiteley Shopping Centre has come a long way over the years. Nice selection of shops. The only downside is reception for mobiles is not always the best; but I guess that can be an advantage :-)

Nb, shopping centres are definitely not my thing. But as far as they go, this one seems pretty pleasant. There's a leisure centre nearby which hosts a park run, which is why I was there.

Lots of parking, good choice of accessible shops including m&s, Next, H&M, Joules, WHSmith, Body Shop, Flying Tiger, as well as a cinema and various places to eat. Parking free up to 4 hours then you can pay for extra if needed. Seasonal events and decorations, eg a sandpit in summer. There is also a kids train that goes up and down the street which adds to the jeopardy of your visit. Easy access off the M27.

Able to charge my EQA and get 40 miles while eating. Sad to see Pizza Express has gone. The review of the restaurant we did go to is another story. Whitely tho, Great as always. Even better now I have an EV..

Quite an enjoyable, stress free trip. Shops aren't huge but there is a decent variety such as Fat Face, M&S, Next and H&M. A couple of decent coffee shops too and free parking. Just have to navigate the current roadworks which are a mess but are temporary

Went to the cinema to see the latest thor film. First time to this cinema is very nice & clean. food & drink expensive but no different to all these days. Also a great selection of restaurants & coffee outlets. ( Costa) my favorite.

Everything you could need here, the pharmacist at Boots was really helpful as was the assistant in Sports Direct. Train rides for the children plus a roundabout we didn’t try. Plenty of places to have lunch.

  • 5/5 Peter H. 1 year ago on Google
First visit and very impressed with range and quality of retail, food and drink outlets. But definitely an opportunity for an outlet more upmarket than Harvester! Large Tesco at one end, large M&S at the other. Very accessible and a delightful train makes it way around the centre, great for kids .... of all ages! Loads of parking at two large car parks, one either end of the Whiteley, free up to 4 hours

  • 3/5 Rosemary W. 1 year ago on Google
This shopping centre has been through several face lifts but now it just has standard high street shops. There are plenty of places to eat and parking is plentiful and free for four hours. It's ok if you need to get out of the house and walk around somewhere. It would be better if it was under cover like most modern shopping malls as the wind can howl through like a wind tunnel.

  • 4/5 Daniel W. 2 years ago on Google
Decent range of shops here for most people, not a great place to visit when it’s raining as it is open air apart from the shops. I much prefer going here than Southampton city centre as it’s generally a lot less busy, parking is free up to 4 hours and you can get pretty much everything you’d need. Only thing we go into town for now really is Primark otherwise cinema, restaurants and shops are a much more pleasant experience here.

  • 5/5 Rosie 1 year ago on Google
They have a tonne of shops for you to explore, although none of them really my cup of tea (except for Flying Tiger) and a plethora of different restaurants from all kinds of cuisines. What is the biggest selling point is that they offer you 4 free hours of parking, so will give you plenty of time to see everything and do what you need to.

  • 2/5 Jon S. 2 years ago on Google
Maybe its just me and my age but this place didn't excite. Smart shopping area but lacking a huge variety of retailers. Smallish M&S which looks like it is meant to be anchor shop and is ok. Not a discount outlet but plenty of sales going on. Free parking for 4 hours but I'd be surprised to find enough to do to last that long.

  • 4/5 Andrew W. 2 years ago on Google
Whitley shopping is a modern, clean and well run centre. It has a great variety of shops and restaurants with four coffee shops with outside seating. Clean modern public toilets. Very accessible for all ages with 4 hours free parking including EV points.

Always love a wander around Whiteley. Free parking is great. Usually hit the pound shop, H&M. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from! Christmas decs were up this week!

Nice shopping centre full of shops no empty ones which was nice to see. Plenty of food shops to try and not too busy. I saw bad reviews about the car parking but 4 hours free you don't need more. If you get a ticket because you stayed longer and didn't pay what more can I say

  • 4/5 Joshua T. 1 year ago on Google
There are some individual dishes, and the staff are great. They come round with puppets and engage really well with children. This being said, you do pay for the novelty. Please note they are cashless.

  • 5/5 Tracy l. 8 months ago on Google
Love it here. Lots of chain retailers. It's clean, not too crowded and has every kind of food you could want. Not mention, the cinema. I adore the little sculptures and the flower rainbows. The land train for the little ones is a nice touch. But the landscaping is my favourite.

  • 5/5 Melissa B. 9 months ago on Google
I took the kids to sports direct, JD sports and Pandora. Really great having this shopping centre saves dragging into Southampton or Portsmouth. Free parking and lots of places to eat, something for everyone.

  • 4/5 Adam E. 2 years ago on Google
This shopping area is a little odd to me. It has a good selection of shops (maybe not a huge number, but a good variety) but it always feels a little too small and not quite good enough. But I can't say why it falls down. Its kept clean and there are staff around to help who are friendly and nice. Maybe it's just a little too small to just go wonder around, and is just good to go if you know the shop you want it there. Overall, nothing wrong with the place, but feels small and out the way.
