When you're up for some designer brands but on a budget, Ashford is the best to be y'all. Crazy discounts that will have you shopping till your fingers go numb. Only if you're outside the stores. Though majority of the stores have discounts some may not be the optimal shopping outlets for some people. There are some stores you just need to avoid, not even eye shopping. Don't waste precious time! This has been the slowest sales time for the outlets but the shopping experience for me was wonderful, not too croweded and super clean. Maybe you can eat off the ground but I won't advise it. Get the family here or come alone, the experience will be worth your time. Just plan wisely and it will be efficient. This my first visit was wonderful ☺

Bargains to be had if you are lucky. Sometimes you get lots, depends on luck and what you're after when you visit. Plenty of parking and only £1 for 4 hours, bargain! Majority of shops under cover, no worries if it rains. A few empty shops but that's everywhere. Eateries to suit all tastes, nice day out!

We had plans to meet up with friends after we visited this place. Thought that we only needed 1 hour but turns out that we needed at least 2 hours! We came in the middle of the week. My mother in law said that there were lines to get in the parking lot but luckily we had no trouble. Lots of big brands that I recognize and several London brands that I did not. Scored some amazing deals. It was hot but there are covered awnings. Most of the shops had air conditioning so it gave us relief from the heat. Plenty of bathrooms scattered around as well as food carts and a food court. They even had a play area for the kiddos.

Nicely designed Outlet Store where the shops are located in a huge circle so you can easily have a walk around and not missing any of the stores. All big brands are available here.In the middle you have several restaurants and a kids playground so that your little ones can have some fun too ☺️. Even with the parking looking very busy, they are always spaces to park. Good amount of places to have food as well.

This place is huge, but with easy access off the motorway and parking at just £2 for 4 hours (cards or cash) there's no need to rush. If you do have a young child, maybe the buggy hire would help? I think it's 100 different designers here and they do seem to be cheaper than full price.

I love coming to this outlet it's so beautiful and the car park is perfectly located and accessible from wherever you are. The outlet has a lot to offer every time I have come here I always find something. The service is amazing and the toilets are amazing so clean and spacious. I highly recommend visiting here if you haven't.

Looks biggest, then it is. There are a lot of shops but the choice in these shops is not too big, there is always something nice to buy in stores such as Lacoste or Hugo Boss, when it comes to shops like Adidas or Nike, there was not much choice and the prices were not outlets. The car park is big i chep.

The food was really tasty, drinks ( various lemonades) amazing, and the mint tea for dessert is out of this world. All staff is attentive and kind. Great lunch. Truly recommended.

Great place, clean and tidy, lots of good brands to buy stuff. They have various food and coffee places and a nice play for kids. They do have Parking charge £2 for 4 hours.

Loved the vibe ample brands are there. Parking in the north car park is a little tedious to find a place. But the area is well maintained the washrooms are clean and even between rains we were able to move around since most of the place was covered.

Really well setup outlet village. Cars are parked centrally which is a great design, so it looks and feels connected. For those that buy a lot they can get back to their car easier! Good selection of food outlets, and open till 8pm. Lovely park area for kids as well

Should have more Disabled Parking inside.... I had to walk a long way to get into the stores. Overall, it was a good place to spend day with family.

Best place in Ashford to get some shopping done. Great offers all the time. Lots of parking. Variety and mix of shoes is perfect. Just enough restaurants to make sure you get something of your dietary preference while you shop. Good service for kids too. Facilities are excellent and well maintained. All shops are wheelchair accessible.

Great experience for the first time visiting Outlet. Well priced items in outlets. However you can get carried away. So be mindful to look at the stuff before you want to go and shop and compare the prices before hand. We bought couple of things which we already priced matched on retailers.

Could do with something of a wow factor, that would make you stay here. An independent quality restaurant to break up the sense of being funnelled into a multinational consumer conveyor belt. Look overseas at some Malls and then you see those touches. Ice rinks/ cinemas/ fountains/ art pieces/ dry ski slopes.

Extremely large number of designer shops, prices pretty good. Large number of decent restaurants also. Car parking in the centre surrounded by the shops, £2 for 4 hours not bad
