The customer service is abysmal. I visited the store to look for a certain perfume and I was met with immature behaviour, all 3 colleagues laughing at me and one of the employees was wearing a tracksuit and eating on the shop floor. I have never encountered such immature and unprofessional behaviour in my life. The perfume shop needs to re evaluate the kind of people they are employing. If you’re employing people that make customers feel intimidated and uncomfortable you might as well close the entire store down. Absolutely disgusted with the treatement I received, no one should have to deal with that. (I’ve posted pictures of the 3 bullies faces. I attempted suicide because of them)

Disappointed by the poor customer service and lack of professionalism by the sales girl. She was more interested in her lollypop, with a careless attitude than in selling anything. Will be taking my business to competitors where customer service and experience are still valued.

myself and another customer in the store waiting with 3 staff to serve, to busy chatting amongst themselves, although both myself and the other customer stood there waiting to be served at the counter. we both gave up waiting and I went and gave my money to the fragrance shop instead located downstairs.

Staff with not customer service skills, the perfume that I needed was there to try but they didn’t have the one for sale I don’t know who’s managing the store how can you have the sample but not the product to sale? Very funny

Knew what I wanted to buy and got the girl behind the counter to get it all for me. Bought 4 bottles of perfume. Would have been nice if she spoke to me as much as she giggled and laughed with her colleague while serving me. Not very nice customer service when you’re babbling on to others instead of telling the customer how much they need to pay. Store was well stocked and prices were reasonable and some lower than other shops. Range of designer and more affordable fragrances to suit all price budgets. That’s what my 4 stars are rewarded for. For customer service it would be a 1 star.

The store I visited is on the 1st floor, Westfield mall, shepherd's Bush. its opposite sport direct. They didn't have a wide array of perfumes. The choices were limited. The good thing though , some perfumes were sold at discounted prices

I went on Wednesday and the one who was working there in the morning was so friendly and helpful today I went and bought perfume again the lady who was serving was wearing glasses with black hair was not friendly and not helpful at all

The staff were too busy chatting to themselves. After the man served me he left the perfume on the counter. So I guess we had to go to someone else to pay?! Anyway we was waiting to pay for the item. No one acknowledge us. I know it was busy at that moment but seriously why did it take that long just to pay! Customer service needs improvement.

Thanks Mia I've received great customer service from Mia on Sunday.She was paciente, helpful,friendly. She took the time to look for my account by my name as I didn't have my loyalty card with me.She offered me exclusivity, she did not rushed to get rid of me as there were 5 other customers in the shop. Because she took the time to look after my account, I had £5 discount on my account and thanks for Mia's patience I could used it. Thank you Mia for your kind service. I'll deff come back.

Bought a perfume today 'knowing' that it was 100ml after asking the staff member. I didn't double check it before removing the plastic cover, then I realized it was 50ml. Went back and the staff just refused to accept it was their fault. At the end I paid more or less the full price of a 50ml perfume, so keep an eye with their 20% off bs. Obviously they didn't refund me anything even though it wasn't totally my fault and I'm still waiting for my receipt. They didn't even bother in making sure customers get their receipts. Just go somewhere else and compare prices. The perfume shop in Westfield is my worst experience as a customer, I don't like making dramas in front them tbh but they should teach their staff how to make sure what they are selling to their customers. Is it that difficult??

Prices come and prices go but if it coincides with a weekly promotion grab a bargain.

On the date 09/18/23 at 6:30 . Very poor customer service, three girls they were busy just using their mobile phone and chatting each other . They have no idea what customer service means!! They made me feel like I was getting my order for free!! And they refuse to give me a bag as well they simply said they don’t have have it. Nice but little bit pricy

The amazing and wonderful experience I encounter with Khadeja was 5 *****. It’s not too often nowadays days you go to a retail store and given the time, knowledgeable expertise in the areas such in this case perfumes and done so with love and passion. Great choices recommended and thank you so much. We will be back. Managers, HQ take notice and reward this individual she is special as a Business Owner staff like her don’t come round too often so hold tight. Ash Rahman
