I used to reside in Leicster, it's their go to put. Everyone I met here, discuss High cross. Visited ordinarily. Building structure is astonishing and loaded up with innovation and generally excellent through normal lighting. Car park will always be busy & little costly compared to other parking in leicester but this is better. Have a decent shopping experience from brand and non-brand shops with a lot of walkway space. I shop from Next, New look, Apple and H&m! Most certainly worth a visit in the event that you haven't been to Leicester before particularly as there are various cafés on the external pieces of the retail outlet. End of the week time is loaded with live music, dance aroud in summer time!

Good shopping centre, plenty of choice, generally clean n spacious. Parking is right by the centre but you do tend to queue and if you park in the old car park it's a pain to find a space. Overall good!

Thank God I topped up on nurofen before we went in, the women wanted to walk me to death. 5 hours in this place would make any man contemplate how bad would the drop be from 1st to ground floor. I mean it would be less painful than walking around aimlessly

We came here to do some Guide Dog puppy training around shops. All the staff were really welcoming and loved seeing the puppies in training. The place was clean ,tidy and very well stocked with a good selection of different shops and cafes. It was quite busy but queues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Would recommend a visit and the Park and ride was well worth using.

Well it is amazing of course but you have to go there at the right time and day because boy does it get busy! Staff are amazing so kind, generous, loving and they do joke around with you; overall i would recommend it for clothes, and yes branded items. I would rate it 4 stars 🌟

Great place to shop with all your shops in one place. Caters for all needs. Out of the shopping centre there are many great places to eat and further shops. Overall a great day out if you've not been to Leicester before.

Lots of shops to choose from, the staff are very friendly and is kept very clean and tidy. Two toilet areas for customers are located on the ground and first floors, the first floor also includes a family room which includes nappy changing areas, kitchenette where parents can warm babies feeds and a quiet area where the babies can be fed.

Vibrant and lively place at Leicester town centre. One can enjoy walking outside and exploring different shops around big brands and with plenty of food options available. Enjoy 😊

a nice shopping centre but just a warning for any muslims or any other religious people- i had emailed two days before mine and my friends’ day out to leicester to ask if there was somewhere to pray. i was told there was a multi faith room next to JD on the ground floor. upon arrival we found out that the multi faith room was essentially just a wet room? its definitely not the best room to pray in. we had to find somewhere else to pray as we were just not comfortable praying in that room. i have attached pictures. as a muslim, i think it is only good for washing your feet for wudhu as it is right next to the toilets. me and my friends were only visiting leicester for the day so had to quickly find somewhere else to offer our prayers.

This place is wonderful, very clean and modern. For it size, it has all the brand and non brand shops, which is amazing. Toilet facilities are very clean and tidy. It has a prayer room facility. Staff are very friendly. Building structure is amazing and filled with technology and very good through natural lighting. The car park will always be busy. And a little bit of pricy. Compared to other parking in leicester this is far batter. The weekend will be busy and will be a long ques for parking. Best place to hang around in Leicester.

It's OK but looks outdated. Too many younger generation clothes shops. Never cater for us middle-aged people. When visiting other cities and other countries' shopping centres, they seem much bigger and much nicer decor etc.

Loads of great shops here. I think it's your one stop shopping experience in Leicester. Loads of things to do especially if you have a family.

Nice shopping centre with lots of shops. In the times I've been here, including peak shopping times on weekends, it's never been too busy. A lot of variety in one place and easy to get to. The John Lewis is a focal point and has the attached car park, with quite spacious parking spaces.

This is not a very big mall but there were a lot of shops and some eating joints. There are not a lot of places to sit in case you are tired and wanna sit. But it's good for shopping for people living nearby

  • 4/5 Colleen L. 10 months ago on Google
Nice Shopping centre. Never too busy when I have gone. Good vareity of shops unfortunately because of online shopping I rarely visit. It is always clean when I visit and if family visit, I am happy to take them shopping there. The minigolf near by is a good place to take a friend!

  • 4/5 Aysha 11 months ago on Google
Brilliant shopping centre with constant developments. The one main thing it lacks is a decent prayer/quiet area. It currently only has one tiny basic room for this purpose. The food area outside has improved a lot and even offers a good variety of halal food now.

  • 3/5 Nix L. 10 months ago on Google
It's clean and aestheticly not too bad, most of the shops are quite upmarket, and all of the food kiosks are way overpriced. It's a great place for gifts, splurging, and window shopping, but if you are on a tight budget or are just tight (like me), there are few places to bother visiting.

  • 4/5 Az zee A. 10 months ago on Google
Nice shopping mall with a good selection of shops, bright and spacey. Modern design and an ideal place to people watch. The location is convenient just along the high street in City centre

  • 5/5 Aisha S. 1 year ago on Google
Really good selection of shops. Has a an app for further discounts and rewards. John lewis carpark is spacious and decently spaced. Has a fair few food places at the back entrance near NEXT and some are halal

If you can't find what you're looking for here, you're not looking hard enough. Modern shopping complex in Leicester City centre has adjacent parking at a reasonable price. Good class shopping, John Lewis a particular draw, but every shop is here to suit all pockets. A good day out if you can shop that long.

  • 5/5 Peter H. 11 months ago on Google
Lovely shopping centre. Light and spacious. Has a nice John Lewis store and an Apple Store, amongst much more. There are a few vacancies so hopefully they will be able to fill them soon and attract some other retailers. Could probably do with something a bit different to create a bit more variety - like a book shop or record store, etc.

The new Luke store at Highcross... wow. New shop, Great set-up, fresh paint smell and free donuts 🍩. Staff were absolutely lovely. Good luck in your new place 😊 I would definitely recommend a visit.

Shopping centre with lots of good shops but very few decent places to eat. The few restaurants were accessible only from the outside and in the pouring rain. There was one working elevator to move people to the parking garage. Overall, the experience could be improved.

  • 5/5 Linda T. 9 months ago on Google
Good selection of shops with plenty of walkway space. I like the chill out seating area zones which I utilise often during my lunchtime as I work in Leicester. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't been to Leicester before especially as there are a number of restaurants on the outer parts of the shopping centre.

Fantastic place to shop. It's always a pleasure to do shopping here. Lots of shops under one roof and it's a wonderful day out. We did a lot of shopping from Next.

  • 5/5 Ketan P. 7 months ago on Google
The Highcross's cleanliness and organization were commendable, contributing to a pleasant and comfortable shopping environment. Moreover, the diverse selection of shops, from high-end boutiques to well-known brands, ensured that I found everything I was looking for. The presence of quality dining options and entertainment facilities also added to the overall appeal of the Highcross.

Great shopping centre with many Christmas decorations at this time of the year. You can feel the festive season walking around and have the possibility to buy something for your family and friends. Lots of sales promotions and occasional prices.

The variety of shops and brands is impressive, offering something for everyone. The layout is well-planned, making it easy to navigate, and the cleanliness adds to the pleasant shopping experience. The food court has a great selection, and the dining area is spacious. It's a nice spot to take a break and grab a bite. The overall ambiance is lively, and the staff in the stores I visited were friendly and helpful. Highcross is definitely one of the go-to places for shopping and leisure in Leicester. I highly recommend it!

Big shopping center with plenty of shops to browse and buy from, has a few cafe/restaurant type places, and a chocolate shop which has a lovely smell as you pass by, excellent for valentines or a special occasion. Family loved the day and will be going back in future.

We visited as part of trip to Leicester. The area was busy with 40% wearing masks. The area was clean with a good selection of shops. This was our first visit on two years. It was obvious the changes that had taken place since our last visit - some good some bad. Would visit again when in the area.

  • 5/5 Ana L. 2 years ago on Google
Nice and a lot shops. Very clean and I've never seen a full bin. They have a two way system so that people can keep their distances but some people ignore it ngl.

Car park on roof top is an absolute mess will little parking available due to works going on, seems excessive as nothing was actually happening in the cordened off areas. Hand sanitisers were of poor quality. However, main shop of area was clean, just an obviously hole where Debenham used to be...!

Busy today. There are boards up asking for masks to be worn but sadley very few people respecting the request and not wearing one.

A huge shopping centre with lots of great pubs and shops for every need. Fancy picking up the latest trends or a night out on the town, well you can't find a better place. Open till late for those working late too.

  • 2/5 Ginny B. 2 years ago on Google
Was very shocked at how many people were not wearing masks or bothering to social distance. The shopping centre itself was clean and signs clearly requesting people to wear masks and social distance. The lifts were a perfect example, the sign said 1 person or family, yet people were just getting in without masks... until challenged. Did not feel comfortable here so visited the 2 shops our trip was planned for and left despite wanting to go to other shops.

  • 5/5 Marilyn P. 2 years ago on Google
This place was excellent for shopping. Such a variety of retailers. I managed to buy gifts for friends and family and some outdoor clothes for myself. I was impressed with the expectation of customers to maintain mask wearing and use sanitiser. It felt safer than many area I have visited in recently times.

Looking for somewhere to drop off a parcel, a customer service chap stopped us at the information board and directed us to the customer service desk, very helpful. The colleague at the desk bent over backwards to help us, in my humble opinion, going above and beyond. Fantastic service, would definitely recommend.

Visited Highcross back in July 2021. Overall it was nice and clean, staff were wearing their masks in the various shops I went to. There were a number of empty units however that seems to be the case everywhere (as stores have had to shut down)

  • 3/5 Em B. 2 years ago on Google
Very disappointed with this shopping centre, thought that it would be bigger then it was, but was very small and a lot of the shops were boarded up. Very busy, people were queuing outside shops to be able to get in, but you couldn't tell where the queue ended. Won't be rushing back

  • 5/5 Nao M. 2 years ago on Google
Definitely very pretty and huge for someone like me who comes from a small town! There is a ton of stores to choose from and sometimes I like to stroll by. It’s great to know we have a place with so much stuff to access.

  • 5/5 DC 2 years ago on Google
Great shopping hub, could be better with a gap shop as well but apart from that you have most of the big retailers in one place. Definitely worth a visit 🛍️

  • 5/5 Rakesh R. 1 year ago on Google
Unfortunately, many good shopping shops have closed. Many coffee to food shops have opened. As you enter, umbrella 🌂 bags can fitted to avoid water drops everywhere. There is also a mobile phone charging units available. Plenty of walking spaces. Toilets available Car parking available

  • 4/5 Greg B. 1 year ago on Google
Nicely presented shopping centre, however it seems the shops you want are quite spaced apart, prepare for some walking. Depending on where you park it can be quite a way too. The food area is limited, we ended up shopping outside of Highcross in the main centre in the end.

  • 4/5 Evan L. 1 year ago on Google
It's great, everything you need from a shopping centre. They have all the moden clothes shops and some high end watch shops and a big John Lewis. All in a very easy to navigate shopping centre.

  • 3/5 sarah e. 1 year ago on Google
It's ok. Mainly go there for Primark, b&m and Heron. Bits of it have been smartened up a few years ago but it's beginning to show it's age again. Weirdly has a Travelodge on top now. I think you would only stay there if you really had to. Good place to pass through to avoid the weather on the way to the bus station. Public toilets which are thankfully open again after the ridiculous closure during the partial lockdowns.

As any other Mall, clean and well presented. And okay selection of shops.

👍👍 A few shops in this park. Very convenient, to name a few: Currys, Home Bargains, Next Outlet, Iceland Warehouse, Aldi, Pets At Home... Best time to go is the mornings. Most of the shops open at 8am and it's dead quiet, otherwise it does get really busy. Parking is free.
