Enjoyed a quick lunch here. I really liked the clean and fresh interior. Looks like a modern food hall and the vibes are inviting. Staff are friendly and food is delicious. 👍🏻👍🏻

I'm going to cover the features within this restaurant and then give my overall review. Starting with the: Food - The presentation and aesthetic appeal of the food is really ON POINT. The dynamic range of ingredients used within each dish make for a superb and absolutely delightful meal. I even tried the vegetarian "teriyaki vegan 'chicken’ ramen" just to see if vegan chicken is worth it, and I was pleasantly surprised by just how good the scent and taste was. Menu - The menu in this restaurant has a lot to offer ranging from your typical kimchi noodle dishes to chef specialties and even vegetarian alternatives. The free  green tea provided also makes for a nice treat while you wait for the food/drinks you've ordered. Queue Speed -  When I arrived at the restaurant I didn't have to queue at all - which was a pleasant surprise, especially in London. This was further complimented by how generously spacious Wagamama is inside, compared to most restaurants. Even so, queues are hardly ever a problem here which is always good. Sitting Space - The sitting spaces are really nice in comparison to most  restaurants I've been at. The chairs and table locations are good and in great condition, plus they're not all too close together - so you won't have to worry about overhearing conversations or having strangers listen in on yours. Lighting - The ambient lighting in this restaurant is really well done and provides a calm, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant. The lighting is also ideal for those who like to take pictures of themselves or their food inside the restaurant - or for reviews in my case. Customer service - The customer service here is really outstanding. I was served by Adam, who really went out of his way to provide high quality customer service. He was very friendly, helpful, well versed on the menu and had an overall great attitude, which made the experience here very delightful. Hygiene -The hygiene in this restaurant is really good as the seating areas were all clean and well looked after. Toilets - There are  toilets for the gents, a big one and a smaller one and I assume the same for the ladies. There's also a disabled toilet as well - which is good as they cater for everyone's needs. The toilets were clean and well looked after which is a great plus. ** Overall - I give this place a 5/5 as its hands down the best Wagamama I've been to (I've been to a lot in different cities). I'd highly recommend it for you, my friends and family. Its well worth the money, plus its in a prime location for sight seeing.

I visited Wagamama for a dinner as it was located just across the road from my hotel. I was positively surprised to see a separate vegan menu with plenty of options which is just great. I ordered a main & and side and both of them were pretty good. The service was a bit slow but friendly. One thing I didn't really like is that most of their vegan options are made with meat substitutes. As a vegan, I don't particularly like the taste of meat so they should perhaps work on developing recipes that are more original and not just copies of the non-vegan options. It was a positive experience overall and I will most certainly be back in the future.

Just an imitation of japanese food nothing authentic, signature pulled pork qyoza was not even resembling or close to a japanese pork qyoza, edamame came with full salt on it and uncooked, ramen was very spicy, honestly cant say anything good about this place! Prices are way overpriced compared to the horrible food

I have been to other Wagamama in London, I always had a good experience. But this one is not up to the mark. Place is poorly maintained can’t withstand the bad smell around the entrance. The food served here are below sub-standard level mostly bland, without any taste or Katsu Curry having too much of the coriander spice. Better to stay away.

I was surprised how many people visit this place and I realized that it must be delicious here. and I was not mistaken! delicious food and large portions. very big. I had never tried this food before and ordered it at random. it was delicious! and most importantly, the price is not expensive. It's better to eat at this restaurant than buy a sandwich. I don’t remember the name of the dish, but it was rice with vegetables and duck meat. We also drank coffee. unusual serving of coffee. To my surprise, the coffee was strong and tasty. We also tried some kind of steamed pie. unusual, but delicious! for a snack. and satisfying.

I wish we had one in Canada. Though, this location is pushed over the top by its views of the Tower of London. We ordered the tantanmen beef brisket ramen and it was out of this world good. The perfect mix of savoury and spice. 10/10 recommend this dish, if you go. We also ordered the chicken katsu salad which was so fresh and delightful. To drink we decided to try their cherry blossom lemonade, both beautiful and tasty. To top it off we had great service and a fantastic view from our window seats. Would definitely go back.

Our server asked first about our allergies before asking us for our orders. Then during ordering we had to reiterate about our allergies so the chef must be careful in how he cooked what we ordered. But the ramen tantamen beef brisket was to my liking. My friend ordered the yakisoba with salmon.

Wagamama was a nice surprise for me, there were multiple positive points during my visit. - flavor - price - checkout and payment process - presentation of the plates Are the ones I liked and highlight the most. Service was good too, drinks were super fast to come in, and staff was always friendly. The seating arrangement is quite unique, as they only have shared tables, this is not an issue for me but maybe not everyone would like it. The only thing that wasn’t great, but not a dealbreaker for me is that they tell you that your food (if you come in a group) might not arrive all together. So we had people almost halfway through their meal when others were just getting theirs. But I think I will be happy to come back.

15/9/23 London with Leng Would be better if the chairs have backs. The food is authentically Thai for my prad Thai. Leng had a noodle soup with a piece of tender steak on it. We have 2 fresh juices, 2 main course and a bottle of sparking water. 50£

Totally unplanned stop here for dinner whilst we were in London for the evening but definitely one of the best decisions of the night! The restaurant was very quiet and I don't think there were even 10 people in when we were there so it was lovely and felt very relaxed. My daughter and I opted for a couple of starters to go with our main meals and had drinks whilst we waited for the food. The staff were very polite and happy to ensure that all our needs were catered for but not in an overbearing way. The food service was good with not much of a wait and the meals came out almost at the same time which was appreciated. The food was lovely and hot and we felt full and content at the end of our bowls! No room for dessert so we paid our bill online which was quick and easy to do. Ladies toilet facilities were clean and smelled fresh so no complaints there. This restaurant is in a good location for the Tower of London, Tower Wharf, Tower Bridge and for the tube station which is a 5 min walk away. Definitely on our list to visit again when we're in London.

What a gem right next to the Tower of London. We went in with unsure expectations given it’s right next to the tourist area but we were pleasantly VERY surprised! Greeted right away by Eddie with a warm welcome and had a table by the window. He took our order quickly and had our delicious food out in no time. Took care to help us pick our food and explain. Curry dish was excellent as well as the pad Thai. . Just the right level of spice in both. Happy to give it highest recommendation. In a city that we found doesn’t follow up with customers after they receive their food, Eddie was great in making sure we were satisfied.

Had a lovely evening meal. Very close to our hotel so was nice to be able to pop in at 9pm, after a busy day sightseeing and still get a lovely meal with quick service. Our server Shahrukh was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend dining here.

Pretty decent place and a good choice if you want to get away from the typical fast food in a touristy center like tower hill. But the food was nothing terribly impressive. Service is friendly and fast however so this is good. Be sure to try dining before 1 at lunch or the place can get very crowded with tourists.

The food was Good! We had an appetizer & a Noodle dish with chicken. The noodle dish needed a bit more Flavor. We added sauce that came with our appetizer... it was then Very Good! The Coconut ice cream was EXCELLENT! Didn't care much for the Saki. It was a good portion for the right price but not alot of flavor.

Had lunch here twice while in London. It’s my go to place when there. Always clean and a great view of Tower Bridge. Service is always quick and the quality and quantity of food consistent. Pictured are dumplings and stir fried vegetables.

I haven’t had much luck with the Stratford or Birmingham Wagamamas. But this one is perfection. The service is 10/10, the interior is warm, clean and has the perfect ambience. The quality of the food is outstanding. The chilli squid didn’t taste fishy or rubbery like I’ve experienced elsewhere - perfectly cooked, the batter was also so tasty. The edamame perfectly salted. The teriyaki steak was so delicious. The waiter recommended the cherry blossom lemonade and it did not disappoint! Oh and the smoked cake was gorgeous - not too rich or heavy, the perfect balance of caramel and chocolate, even the ratio of ice cream to the cake was on point. Could not fault the food whatsoever. In terms of experience I would suggest staff to ensure kids that run around (as I guess the layout of the restaurant makes it exciting for them to do so) their parents are requested that this doesn’t happen as it is disturbing for other diners - in no way is this the fault of the staff or anything but just a suggestion. Highly recommend, will be returning for sure!

First time having wagamamas . I don’t know why as I love this type of food . It was excellent fresh refreshing. And the staff were great. I have ordered takeaway from my local restaurant. But these are the guys who got me hooked. Thank you for a lovely meal

Localized Japanese chain. In October I was near the London wall and had a quick late afternoon bite. Nice encironment for a cacual dining setup. Food is OK with their own spin of ramen and other stuff. It's a choice when you have limited choices at time.

We had tofu pad Thai and spicy vegan short ribs ramen at this restaurant. Being a vegetarian and vegan, there were very limited options for us. I must say pad Thai is good compared to ramen, may be because I personally like rice noodles over udon noodles. Overall ambiance was good and drinks are really awesome. For a new Indian in the uk , it will take some time to acquire this taste because it has flavours of Japan.

Cannot recommend this place. One of the worst ramen, tasteless and sticky noodles. Fried gyosa are really terrible, overcooked and filling should be meat but it tasted disgusting, didn't even finish it... Not to mention stinking smell from the kitchen 😬

Decent Japanese cuisine chain. They have a small selection of mixed juice drinks and alcohol, with free green tea. My favourite dishes are takoyaki, chilli squid, yakisoba, and chicken katsu curry.

Food excellent but had to wait a while to be served. Also make sure you read the menu, the pictures shown don't always correspond with the description they are next to, you need to look put for the tiny number next to the picture and match it to the numbered description. Hubby made the mistake of ordering something off the menu thinking he was ordering what was in the picture next to it but it was a completely different dish!

Try not to go here out on the town or with others, since you won't hear a thing of what they're saying. Likewise, the food is served at various occasions, so my gf got her food around 10 minutes before me, meanwhile was only an abnormal stand by since there was no utilization attempting to talk because of the commotion, even just prior to shutting time.

Popular chain mixed-Oriental restaurant. Very clean and modern inside. They serve a variety of dishes although the one thing I found is that it takes a few visits to discover what's really the right kind of thing for me. They tend to use unconventional names for their dishes and/or avoid selling the well-known ones. Whilst that adds an air of the exotic, it can sometimes make it hard to figure out what you want to order. They do cater very successfully to vegan diets though, which makes this a frequent destination when out with a group that includes them.

The food was really good. Really enjoyed the Yaki Soba & the High five juice. Bit lacking in service hence the 4 stars. The staff could have been a little more attentive, though they were friendly

Let down by service. The server couldn't understand when asked for a slight variance to kids meal. Food was great as always.

So glad there is a decent restaurant in this area which is quick, fairly priced and delicious. Their natural juices are just what you need to get the extra boost of energy to finish the touring day. Also, if you get the window tables you get a very nice view of the Tower and the Bridge. If you are looking for a cold beer, they have very good ones and quite big. Recommend it for sure!
