Firstly the bar staff member was rude and lacked manners. I spoke to her behind the bar and told her about my reservation which she did not even reply. Just walked off and then came back 5 mins late and showed us to a table. No hello, no greeting from her, no basic conversational skills. No information on how to order and nobody checked on us while we were there to see if we were okay. Very poor service and management. I will certainly not return after that poor experience.

My duck gyoza and fried mushrooms were delicious. Wish they had outdoor heaters for seating in the winter with covid, but the staff was friendly.

Service needs to be improved. They only brought napkins and spices after we asked 3 times, they didn't ask how I wanted my meat (it came well done, almost dry). Felt ignored.

In my opinion, this bar has the best fish & chips in London. The food is really good and the drinks pack a punch. The venue is always clean and the staff are professional. Perfect spot for a quick drink with friends or a chill night out alone.

Nice food and nice atmosphere but you HAVE to pay 10%more for the servise without asking you first.The servise was bad,we ordered 2 espressos and after 20 min they said they forgot to bring them to us so they made new coffees.The bar was empty as it was Sunday evening.

Sat near the back by the kitchen the rear door was left open so it was a bit cold. Only one cook at that time although he did a fantastic job hat off to him. Only one waitress at that serving both floors hats off to her too. The food was great and was delivered hot and when ready. Music is quite loud for that time of day.

Was our first official day in the UK and after a long tourist journey it was incredible to made a short break for a couple of drinks. We orden some Quesadillas (very well serve and beautifully packed) and some fries for me. Then I order and extraordinary Negroni. Was smooth like a silk in your mouth, trust me, this barman is an absolutely genius. Total recommended spot and yes, it has a beautiful and great interior design.

We went our first night in town for a couple drinks before heading to our hotel. It was a Monday night, but they were extremely busy and the bartenders were backed up so it took longer to get drinks. We ended up going back on the following Sunday evening though as we liked the cocktails. Sunday was pretty quiet and we had great service. We chatted with the bartender as she was closing the patio for the night. She was very friendly and took great care of us.

First visit here and we were not disappointed. Very welcoming and everything was fabulous. Julia was an amazing server, excellent customer service. Helped me by recommending cocktails and food. She knows what she’s doing! Thank you. :)

Stephanie and Ahmed were fantastic, we came just before last orders and they were happy to see our faces. Cocktails were great. Never felt so welcomed. This place is lucky to have them two staffs. I would steal them for my pub if I could!!

Super cool atmosphere with top notch service from Lumi! We really enjoyed our time doing bottomless brunch, really looked after. Will definitely tell our friends and will be back!!

Excellent. Order via app only. Nice touch was a coffee with a shot glass of Smarties. Attentive staff with clean and pleasant surroundings.

We found a table and ordered on the app. The food didn’t take too long to come out. We had fish and chips and the peas were stone cold in a tiny little sauce dish and the fish wasn’t the best. The waiter brought us our food and cutlery but there was only one knife. He didn’t smile once and there was no apology for the lack of cutlery he just went and got another one but it took a couple of minutes. Half way through our meal we were still waiting for our drinks. We called over the waiter and asked where our drinks were. He went off to the bar then came back and asked if we had ordered from the app. We had to show him our order on the phone app before he went away to get the drinks. By the time the drinks came we had almost eaten our meal. We had a train to catch so had to quickly drink or drinks so the whole experience wasn’t the best. The table we found when we first got there wasn’t cleared and even when our food was brought over they didn’t take away the empty glasses that hadn’t even belonged to us. Wouldn’t go back there again next time I’m in London.

Woww! Best bottomless brunch ever! Dan the manager is so attentive and really looked after us even though the bar was busy. Dan is the man!!!! I loved the drink and food menu. I have never seen burnt bread and sauage like this...and there was no service. The waitress did not even give us water after saying okay. Probably the worst restaurant I have been in the city. Cannot be worse.

Enjoy the food and music in the background at lunchtime. However, for several weeks now a very miserable looking lady with her hair tied back very tightly just plonks all the cutlery and food down with no manners whatsoever. Considering I'd paid online and added a tip in advance I think this is particularly unacceptable as I gave the 10% in good faith. I will not be frequenting this branch again which is a shame as other staff have been fine.

I had an amazing breakfast at this place. Good ambience, nearer to Victoria station and a great place for food and drinks served all day.

We came for our girlfriends/colleagues birthday and were really well looked after. The team were so accommodating and helped us with the surprise cake by storing it and bringing it out for us. I wish I knew everyone’s names but 5 drinks in and I remember Ahmed at the bar really made my friends day. Very impressed and beyond happy. Thank you very much to the whole team!!! Box standard All Bar One, friendly staff clean and tidy

A gem of true hospitality within Victoria! First time visit and went for the bottomless brunch option as a post holiday treat, was blown away by the level of service - Mike was attentive and personable; a rare find in such a tourist district! The brunch itself was great generous portions and noticeably good produce! This was the first visit but certainly not the last! Highly recommend for all!

Lovely place and great food. We loved the shared ones, they were generously sized! I didn’t enjoy that they don’t have a waiter at the table. We ordered everything from their website and was odd to ask for something else. Nobody checks if the guest needs anything else: they are missing so many orders for desserts (that we always order even though we are full!). Thumbs up! I would recommend this place!

Brilliant venue with friendly staff. You have the ability to order from your phone, the prices are reasonable considering it’s location. Drinks were also very nice! I would recommend visiting here

We had a wonderful bottomless brunch experience with Dan today. The food was delicious and the drinks flowed freely. Our service was impeccable and Dan was kind enough to give us great recommendations. The decor was modern, clean, and cozy. We would absolutely recommend this place for brunch, drinks, and more! For food, we especially recommend The Full Breakfast.

The BEST bottomless brunch we’ve had! Drinks were flowing well and service was great. I can’t remember the names of the gents serving us, I think one was Mike? They were both so lovely. The barman made the BEST espresso martinis! Will definitely be back if we come back to that part of London. The food was good, could’ve been bigger portions or more sides on offer to bulk out the food.

Bottomless brunch was great. The food was lovely and our drinks were kept refreshed. Good vibe.

Came for a spot of lunch before we went to go and watch Hamilton in theatre. We stayed at the Premier Inn Hub and decided to eat here. Only two other people eating when we arrived at 12:10pm. Got the feta cheese and avacado sandwich, which was very spicy however i loved it. Lots of drinks after as you can see in the photos.

Had an absolutely amazing time! Best way to spend a morning with lovely staff(Mike was especially excellent refilling our drinks without even being asked) and as much as you can drink. Will be coming again and again and can’t recommend it enough.

Went for cocktail making with a Hen Do. The host was good laff and helped take some photos too! The fact you get a sordoned off area was a bonus and being away from main drinking area makes it fun and private. Three cocktails (can make personable choices) or mocktails (quite sweet mostly) per person. Good fun over two hours and a bit! Overheated but staff brought a portable a/c unit over thankfully!

I’ve done so many bottomless brunches and this has been the best by far! The staff were so attentive and not only made sure we always had drinks but we would have two at a time. The cocktails were delicious and you can mix and match your drinks, food was gorgeous too. Highly recommend!

terrible experience. no one at the door, no indications on what to do to eat. we just had to seat on a dirty table and order from the phone. I had dietary requirements so I had to go and speak to a waitress near the kitchen to make sure an ingredient was not added. a long time later she bring the food and my request was not fulfilled. also no drinks were served. the burger was terrible too. never again

Amazing options to choose from and lovely service!! Had an amazing brunch with my friends. We particularly loved the eggs Benedict extremely yummy…one staff in particular made our experience so enjoyable and lovely…Besa really went beyond the limits to make sure our needs were met!! Very kind and polite young lady who really made a good impression for all staff in the restaurant!! Thank you Besa for your service, will definitely be coming again for another lovely brunch!
