The
vibe
of
the
restaurant
is
always
lovely
and
the
portion
sizes
have
definitely
increased,
staff
are
always
super
friendly!
However,
I
booked
for
my
friend’s
birthday
who
has
Gluten
and
diary
allergies.
We’ve
had
luck
with
Tapas
in
the
past
and
wanted
to
book
something
different.
I
phoned
to
double
check
whether
there
were
options
and
whether
she’d
be
ok
to
eat
there
and
was
very
positively
reassured
that
it
wouldn’t
be
a
problem
and
we
just
need
to
be
clear
with
the
wait
staff.
Unfortunately
most
things
that
were
labelled
gluten
free
we
were
then
told
would
be
cross
contaminated…
which
is
not
safe
to
eat
and
voids
the
GF
label.
She
didn’t
feel
comfortable
risking
it
and
only
had
some
olives,
thankfully
we’d
eaten
a
late
lunch.
The
waitress
was
very
lovely
trying
to
help
but
this
is
not
the
place
to
eat
with
allergies.
We
understand
it’s
hard
to
cater
to
everyone
but
we
would’ve
booked
a
different
restaurant
had
they
not
reassured
us.
We
asked
for
her
mulled
wine
to
be
removed
from
the
bill
as
a
good
will
gesture
and
it
was
so
that
was
nice!
Lovely
good,
great
atmosphere
but
just
a
little
disappointing!
