It's well located in a quite ally several minutes walk from elephant and castle tube station. Not the most biggest escape room in term of the building itself I've played but the escape rooms are pretty spacious and bright. It's the only one that I saw with windows. There's only one game Battle of Britain in this shop and it was super well designed, decorated and run. The game is very immersive in terms of sounds and props are very original and of the exact age. It's a combination of padlocks and electrical gears all in the right place so you don't feel it's too traditional or too modern. Games quantity is right, you don't need to split the team but everyone would have something to do and archieve as it has a lot of small tasks so no one gets bored or feel they miss anything. Our host Sam is very nice and fun and we really enjoyed the time here. One last thing is that they have 1 hour between games, which is very rare but generous so that each team could have enough time for recap without needing to be rushed out by the next team waiting. Highly recommend and it's on my top 3 list at the moment. Definitely looking forward to playing the roll out the barrel game later in shoreditch.

We completed the Battle of Britain escape room this Saturday and had a great time. We all thought there was a good mix of puzzles that hit the right balance of challenging without being too obscure. There is a cool WWII theme to the room which was done well. There are a few COVID precautions in place such as mandatory hand washing and sanitising but nothing that impacted on our enjoyment of the room. We were still able to fully interact with everything as we were told they are cleaning in between teams. We still felt like we got the full escape room experience and would definitely recommend. We were a team of 4 which felt like a good size for the room.

I played "battle for britain" as a team of two players and we loved it!! It is a difficult escape game, quite different from all other escape rooms we've done. This one requires quite a lot of strategic thinking, in addition to solving puzzles. The puzzles themselves are very diverse which is great. The owner told us a bit about the history of the place, some of the pictures/names you'll see were actually showing his grandparents who served during the war (his mom too). It was brilliant, I really recommend it!

We booked this place a bit last minute as an activity to do with friends on a Saturday night. Having done a couple of escape rooms each we knew what to expect, but the nice thing with the Battle of Britain room was that the clues weren't just about escaping the room but also completing a mission! The Battle of Britain room was located in a quirky mews yard area in Elephant and Castle and easy to find. As for the escape room itself, you can tell they have put a lot of effort into making it as authentic as possible. The props are all from WWII era and there are a lot of interesting personal touches to the place. The nice thing with the Battle of Britain room was that the clues were challenging enough to feel you were being tested but not too easy. Unlike other escape rooms, there were enough clues that could be completed simultaneously to keep a group of people happy and involved. Our host for the experience was Sam, and he was really friendly and funny and happy to answer our questions and tell us about the 'Easter eggs' hidden around the escape room. Would definitely recommend this place for groups looking for a fun night out!

Really fun. This was our first escape room, involving ages from 10 to 70+, and it worked superbly... everyone got involved, there was a real sense of acheivement, and we had a whale of a time. Staff were professional and engaging, and the hints were fed to us over the loudspeaker in a very appropriate manner. All the gadets/puzzles etc were clever, well made, and varied. Overall this was a great introduction to the escape room experience, and I 100% recommend it!

Sam runs the place really well and the escape room itself is really enjoyable, especially if you are a WWII buff like me :D As well as escaping there is an extra twist of a points system which I thought was a really good touch. A must for any one wanting to go to an escape room in London.

One of the best London escape rooms with authentically themed and genuinely vintage props and some v original puzzles and scoring gamification. They have a new location opening in 2018. Definitely one to look out for.

The theme is interesting and continues well through the whole experience. Can be done in groups up to seven. Completed it as a pair and found it challenging, but really fun.

Excellent Escape Room! High Quality puzzles, friendly banter with host! (Pre and post, not during obviously) Enough varied challenges for several people to work on tasks simultaneously. Highly recommend!!

Having just sat down with a glass of wine to chat about our day I would like to commend Escape Plan for a truly memorable experience. I completed the Battle of Britain today at Kennington with a pal of mine and my son and we all thought it was amazing. Sarah was our host and we all said how incredibly engaged and positive she was. The Outfits and memorabilia just added to the experience. We will be doing the shoreditch one next week Top marks. Julian, Brad and Gee.

Really interesting game, more then just the usual "get out as fast as you can". Would definitely recommend as probably the best escape room I've done so far.

What an amazing place! Ingenious, clever but not so difficult that it spoils it. Family of six from 18-54, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Good theme, great room with appropriate props and clever steps that lead from one clue to another. Good location with lots of places to eat and drink in the area. Highly recommended

An excellent escape room! We went as a group of 7 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Loved the theme, loved the props and the layout. Without giving too much away this was the first escape room that have done that has two objectives. I look forward to doing another room by this company.

Last night I got to try out on of the Escape Plan rooms in Shoreditch, through Love Popups London. Along with JoJoExplora and Jamie, I headed to RichMix near Shoreditch High Street to play this fun puzzle game. Once Carlos, our game host, collected us from the reception area, we headed straight down to the escape room, which has a secure place to store all our belongings, right outside the barracks doors. We received a short overview and introduction, which we kept interrupting for questions and comments as we are that kind of team, confusing poor Carlos a bit in the process. But we felt confident going in and nothing of importance seems to have been missed as we made good progress from the start. So the premise of the adventure is that it is WWII and we were captured by thr Germans and need to escape the POW camp. Another prisoner escaped previously and we found his diary that gives us helpful advice on how to proceed. Right away we found several puzzles and clues as to what to do, everything was laid out really well and matched the time period perfectly. As there were only three of us, we were unsure how well we would do with this quest, but everything made sense, puzzles were logically arranged and the diary gave us everything we needed to know what to do. There are so many things to find and work out, we definitely were kept busy! While a dictionary was provided, I was for the first time in an escape room in England, able to use my native tongue to help us along as a few things were written in German and needed to be translated. We had a lot of fun with Escape Plan, barely needed any nudging along, and made it out with over 14 minutes to spare. I’d definitely recommend this room to newbies and veterans alike, it has a great flow and many fun puzzles to work on with some innovate things that I haven’t ever seen in other escape experiences before. And they took great care to make everything fit the 1940s theme as well!

Highly Reccomend! We visited Escape Plan Battle of Britain last Saturday. Our host Sam was fantastic, the room was brilliantly decorated and puzzles matched well. We'll certainly be back to try more of their rooms.

All I can say is WOW, WOW and WOW again. The best escape room experience I've ever had! The host Sarah gave us a wonderful introduction to the game (and may have thrown out a clue or two when we desperately needed it). The battle of Britain theme was a real treat for a history buff like myself. I completed the challenge along with 5 of my children (various ages from young teen to mid-thirties) and I would say this was a good number for the size of the rooms. Excellent attitude to COVID prevention with a full cleaning between groups as well. I can't recommend it enough!

Myself and my two Tim friends went to play this morning and despite two thirds of us being extremely hungover, we very much enjoyed this. I’ve done quite a few escape rooms and I can say with confidence that this is one of the best in London. I was a little dubious of the WWII theme but as we went through, it became clear it was very well thought through and flexible in terms of people of differing ability levels. We were very happy to get the maximum score and Sam our host was most gracious in giving us a few hints when we were being very stupid and over complicating things (or completely missing things). Would highly recommend to anyone

An excellent escape room experience! We went as an average sized team (4 people) with mixed experiences (everything from having done 10 escape rooms to a first timer!). The team couldn't have been more helpful - Sarah welcomed us in, made sure we'd had all of our questions answered and, most importantly, made sure we were having fun! The escape rooms themselves were super well thought out - not too easy (we only had 1 min 30 left!) but not impossibly hard either. The atmosphere was great, it really felt like you'd stepped back in time! Unlike some other rooms we'd been to it was really clean, warm, had plenty of light and felt plenty big enough, not close or cramped. The tasks were all fun and you had everything you needed to do well. It certainly wasn't an easy room, but while it was tricky and we had to try hard we enjoyed every minute! We came to this room on a recommendation from a friend, and we're very happy to pass that recommendation on to others ☺️

The one we attended to, was for a friends birthday. It was the little hidden gem based just around the corner from Elephant and Castle. The theme was World War 2 and a brilliant experience, it challenged us but was a lot of fun and we just did it within the time (amazingly) - well worth going to with friends or to do something a little more than the norm in the city. Based on how different and fun it was. We have given it A***** LDT x

(Translated by Google) Very original escape game, a kind of giant war game. If you come to play two you will have 70 min instead of 60 because there is a lot to do, we can do several puzzles at the same time so do not hesitate to separate. Very good immersion, very dynamic game I recommend. Thanks to Sarah our very nice game master.

First time doing an escape room so wasn't sure what to expect, but I absolutely loved it. Our host, Sam, was helpful with an amusingly wry sense of humour, and the puzzles were both challenging and fun. Highly recommended.

One of the more interesting rooms I've played. The theme is really carried and the puzzles are varied, effective and plentiful. This is the second one we've played from Escape Plan- and I'm definitely interested in seeing more of what this company can do.
