a
frequent
hotel
traveler,
both
luxury
hotels
and
chain
hotels,
but
I
felt
a
different
kind
of
perfect
service
here.
In
particular,
a
young
lady
working
in
reception,
I'm
not
sure
if
I
can
spell
her
full
name
correctly,
but
I
vaguely
remember
her
name
as
Liya
(please
forgive
me
if
I
misspell
her
name).
She
was
very
friendly
and
professional
towards
customers,
and
I
could
feel
her
sense
of
responsibility
for
her
work,
which
was
different
from
completing
tasks,
and
her
patience
towards
customers.
This
is
a
very
rare
quality,
and
I
am
very
grateful
for
her
help,
which
has
made
me
have
a
better
impression
on
ibis
hotels.
In
my
opinion,
the
service
industry
should
not
only
conform
to
the
norms
that
everyone
in
the
industry
is
familiar
with,
but
in
addition
to
comfortable
beds,
quiet
environment
and
delicious
meals,
the
most
rare
thing
is
that
the
staff
has
a
kind
and
friendly
heart.
And
they
actively
help
their
guests,
regardless
of
the
status
of
the
guests,
race
and
wealth,
which
is
more
important
and
precious
than
fine
wine,
perfect
decoration
of
fine
mattresses,
thank

young
lady
for
letting
me
feel
the
warmth
of
