I have gone to the clinic for a blood test for thyroid and have never got my results! After calling many times and so many messages nobody has ever responded and I have been left without the results. What a scam.

Absolute scammers! Confirmed on a telephone call the surgery would cost around £300 including the initial consultation. Turned up and they tried to charge me £1,899. When I protested they immediately knocked a £1000 off but I refused and walked out. It’s not a private service at all, just a rip off. It’s also not hygienic and the service received was a shambles. Please please steer clear of these people.

Not recommended. Overpriced and not a real private service. Very quick appointments, dermatologist not really asking any questions to understand the problem. They made a mistake with the prescription and Then zero follow up !!!!! They never replied to my emails. Awful really.

A poor experience. The company doesn't have much regard for the clients and treatments they offer under Groupon deals. Dr Bhar cancelled my appointment last minute, and told me to seek a refund instead. Will not be recommending this Doctor, or this clinic if you want to go somewhere reliable. It was a greater disappointment because the Doctor is only in once a week on the Friday, so having booked the appointment 2 weeks ago, they wasted 2 weeks of time that I could have gone somewhere else. Don't waste your time, especially if you're expecting a good service under a Groupon offer.

I paid £1000 to this private practice in 2020 to have a consultation by a doctor to do a general health check. Firstly, the ‘doctor’ Chinh Nguyen, was struck off for killing someone during surgery (GMC reference no: 4029588) and was and still is not legally allowed to practice as a doctor in the UK. He also went to prison for laundering £3.5 million from his cannabis farm empire. Secondly, they did not give me everything promised when I paid for the services, namely an ECG. Thirdly, Mr. Nguyen shared my personal medical information with my girlfriends mother, as they know each other and that’s how I was recommended to the clinic. Which is completely against patient, doctor confidentiality. Although he is not a registered doctor, so it made sense why he did this later on. I asked for a refund as this was a simple breach of contract. Namely I did not get seen by a registered doctor and that I didn’t receive the services I paid for. They flat out refused. They also denied any wrongdoing whatsoever. I took them to court for my money back + damages for the incompetence and distress caused. Instead of admitting their mistakes and refunding me my money, they have paid £10,000 to take me to the high court for defamation of character. This company is allowing struck off doctors to practice secretly. When someone calls them out they bully and harass them, and are willing to pay tens of thousands of pounds to try and scare people away from telling the truth. Absolutely incredibly unprofessional and dangerous. Please avoid this company if you appreciate getting what you pay for, your medical confidentiality and being seen by an actual, registered doctor.

I deeply regret choosing this service without thoroughly reading the reviews beforehand. It turns out, the negative reviews were absolutely right. I was assured that my private health insurance would cover the expenses, but to my utter disbelief, nothing was actually covered. What's even more disheartening is the complete lack of follow-up after receiving the results. Despite expecting some form of support or guidance, there has been no effort made to address my concerns or provide any sort of aftercare. This level of negligence and indifference is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to exercise caution and learn from my mistake. Don't make any payments before reading the reviews and understanding the true nature of their service. It's crucial to be fully informed and avoid falling victim to their misleading claims. Take my experience as a cautionary tale and steer clear of this place.

I had my hair transplant on 29 October 2018 2500 grafts at frontal area hair line . Dr Rafique was my surgeon .Dr Rafique and his dedicated team done a great job.They give me there personal Attention.Every thing gone well.Now its been almost 8 months I am really very satisfied with my result . now I am planning to get transplant at back area.wounderfull experience .if you want to have a hair transplant Dr Rafique and his team is best option .and also Dr Rafique is expert in Frontal Hair Line Restoration and Highly Experience .if anyone want to see my result they can contact me any time. Please avoid paying your money to this scam company! Once you pay you will not get the service you been promised and you will not be able to recover the money you have paid until you take them to the court.

So as you can imagine the idea of having a hair transplant really freaked me out. I'd heard a few horror stories. It was something I had wanted to do for so long but something I knew I had to get right and could only really let happen when I had an opening in my work load to allow me some time off. Most importantly I also knew I had to find the right doctor to operate and the right team to make me feel as confident and comfortable as possible with a procedure which having now undertaken wish I had done many years ago. After having lots of meetings with different consultants from different clinics I eventually met with James. Who was the director of Harley St Healthcare. James made me feel so at ease. He made everything that always seemed so drastic and complicated before become straight forward, And what I thought would be a painful and tolerance enduring process was described to me with fact and compassion. He talked me through the whole process and different procedures that were an option for me. I decided on FUE because that felt right for me. Next I had an appointment with other team members at the clinic. One I met was a lovely chap who on meeting had the best hair. I always felt a little intimidated chatting with guys who had such great hair and me with my willow the wisp hair. But within a minute of our meeting he explained to me he had had a hair transplant. Wow!! I was knocked out. He looked Amazing. I felt so comfortable and James explained everything again to me in such detail. Pre and post op. Everything I should or shouldn't do to make sure my hair would be at its very best. Next I met the surgeon who would carry out the procedure. Dr Shuja I had met with a few surgeons before but never felt totally at ease with them. So was hoping it would be different this time. As soon as Dr Shuja sat me down to talk through everything I knew he was the right person for me. He made markings and measurements on my head to give me an idea of where the hair transplant area would be. He explained everything so thoroughly. And again made me feel so comfortable. A few weeks later I had the FUE transplant. I followed all my pre op and post op instructions. On the day of the transplant. Apart from the initial injections of the anaesthetic which I felt a little discomfort which is natural with any injection which lasted seconds. I never had any pain. The procedure went so fast. The team who carried the op out were brilliant. They made my day as pain-free and comfortable as could be. I got to watch all my favourite shows on the telly and listen to some really cool music while everything was happening. A few weeks in from the operation and my recovering is quick and painfree. Everyone I have seen has told me how much better I look and this is just the beginning. I'm so excited about the future. The day I can put my hands through a full head of hair. And feel confident about how I look and feel. Thankyou Harley St Healthcare. you have changed my life for the better.

Very pleased with the whole process! From meeting james at my consultation who was very friendly and completely understanding of the vision I wanted to achieve throughout the transplant. He made me feel very confident that I had chosen the correct company. Then going to the clinic and meeting the staff who were carrying out my procedure made me feel just as comfortable, everyone was so friendly. I was quite nervous before undergoing the transplant and the doctor completely understood this and even gave me hypnotherapy to calm my nerves which worked great! After the procedure I was given a spray and some medication to look after the transplant and a sheet with instructions on what to do for the following few weeks. Overall I am very happy with my results and would definitely recommend this company to others. I am looking forward to seeing the grafts grow and my confidence grow with them.

I really enjoyed the whole experience from the initial consultation to the procedure itself, I think this was down to the great organisation and the team effort of all the staff involved that made it all pain free as possible. I don't think I would have gone through without knowing the costs and having the reassurance that it was all done by a UK based team. I think the costs were very reasonable for the quality of care by everyone who all take pride in their work. I am now looking forward to my new hair growth and thanks for reading my review. David.

Dr Dheeraj Bhar is very a kind, professional skilled artist. He has completely transformed my confidence. The procedures were explained throughly, and I have received no side effects. I have returned repeatedly to Dr Bhar, and will not be looking elsewhere for a different doctor. The procedures I have received are cheek filler, jaw filler, non surgical nose augmentations, eyebrow lift and masseter. His work is very natural looking, enhancing and correcting features so so naturally. This I cannot praise enough, the work has been carried out so well that it appears as though i have “blossomed” - without the aid of any work >:). I completely trust Dr Bhar’s skill and I’m very happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr Bhar to anyone and will be returning for tops up when needed.

I saw Dr Dheeraj Bhar in Feb 2020 after being highly recommended. Took awhile to get an appoinment. Needless to say, I am thoroughly pleased with the final result and was quite impressed with the detail he pays attention to. The final result is amazing and I am loving my new self. Would highly recommend seeing Dr Bhar!

Very bad experience, on the phone they told me it will cost £300 for the surgery when i went to the clinic on the end it’s was £2500 ( apparently it start from £300 and can get up to .. strange on the phone they haven’t mentioned this ) and of corse I wasn’t able to pay this amount on the day , so I paid £249 for a consultation (Hello, this is Lipoma “well I knew it already “ thank you bye ) this was the most ridiculous consultation I had it’s a proper stealing money from people , unprofessional doctor doesn’t worth the money they take .

I recently had a hair transplant procedure at the Hair Transplant Clinic on Harley Street, and I must say, my experience was exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Patel, the surgeon, showcased an unparalleled level of skill and expertise throughout the entire process.

Essentially a scam business designed to trick you into overpaying. I’ve sent detailed reports to the overseeing bodies.

2 hour wait for a 10min procedure. Squashed in like cattle. Doctor was serving 2 patients at the same time. £1200 for a mole removal. Very expensive.

If I could, I would give this place a ZERO. Not only did they take unnecessary amounts of blood to perform a "premium test" when all I asked for was a diagnosis of my cough, but they were also unable to find my vein and now I have multiple bruises on my arm. They also promised that my prescription will get to me via mail by last Wednesday but it is not the Monday after and I've still received nothing. Further more, the area appeared quite unsanitary when I went a week ago, with supposedly sterilized equipment, such as needles all exposed to open air. I would avoid this establishment if I were you to save time and your own health as I firmly believe that I would've been better off without coming here because now I have a cough AND bruises.

Amazing service, was very pleased with how I was treated. Especially from Jumaima and Dr Assim :). Would recommend this service.
