In
general,
from
my
experience,
staff
are
good
and
friendly.
Should
there
be
any
issue,
they
will
do
their
best
to
help
and/or
resolve
the
matter
if
they
have
the
authority
or
responsibility
to
do
so.
Having
been
to
this
branded
gym
in
past
two
decades
across
the
U.K,
I
can
say
different
gyms
provide
different
experiences.
For
those
who
have
been
interested
to
sign-up
and
like
the
flexiblity
to
cancel,
taking
a
staff
word
of
mouth
is
one
thing
but
having
this
in
writing
is
a
different
matter
that
people
should
be
aware
and
pursue.
Regardless
of
what
is
mentioned
in
the
cancellation
policy,
it
does
not
always
go
accordingly
to
plan
hence
direct
debit
is
the
cheaper
option
but
not
the
covenient
option.
Even
if
you
notify
them
30
days
in
advance.
This
entices
people
who
are
not
interested
or
who
have
experienced
bad
cancellation
issues
with
this
gym
or
other
gyms,
hence
strategic
market
value
for
an
one
month
or
3
months
one
off
payment
as
a
whole
for
via
cash
is
higher
that
majority
would
consider
£95
per
month
on
gym
use
is
quite
expensive
than
say
£55,
£65,
£75,
etc
(dependent
on
the
Tier
and
discount
at
the
time
of
sign-up).
It
is
a
good
gym,
but
individuals
(people
using
facilities)
need
to
be
more
responsibility
for
their
actions
because
legal
and
contractual
written
terms
and
conditions,
policy
and
procedure
does
not
always
go
according
to
plan.
Do
expect
the
unexpected.
Having
heard
cancellation
issues
from
other
friends,
I
am
not
surprised.
