    Nick is an absolute natural at what he does and brings so much energy and drive to each session, building a great team atmosphere and motivating everyone to really push ourselves every week. Having never tried cross-training before, I was initially quite apprehensive, but Nick's warmth and encouragement soon made me feel right at home. I've only recently started coming along to weekly training sessions with Moose, but I can already see the visible improvements to not only my strength and fitness, but also my confidence levels and willingness to try new things. I thoroughly recommend Moose to anyone interested in giving it a go!

    I have been training with the Moose for around 10 months and it is awesome. The sessions are really engaging and fun and always keep me coming back for more. Despite being used to competing in different sports, Nick has never failed in pushing my limits and as such my base fitness and strength have improved vastly since starting. I would highly recommend anyone, regardless of athletic ability, to start training with Moose.

    I cannot recommend Moose X-Training highly enough. It is such a friendly and professional company with talented trainers. Due to their patience and in-depth understanding of training, I have seen such a difference with my body after just 3 sessions, both physically and also with my general fitness. Nick my trainer always alters the routine so I never get bored and I am constantly trying new techniques to get the most out of my sessions. I have full confidence with Moose X-Training and I strongly recommend you give it a go! They are great!

    I train once a week with Moose X-Training and I love it! Nick is very motivational and I can see real improvements since joining! Activities vary from individual and group exercises. I plan on continuing going training for the foreseeable future. If you haven't tried it give it a go! I recommend to anyone of all ages, abilities and fitness levels!

    As a University student living in London for the summer, I've found Moose training to be a great way to stay (or get) in shape. Classes are personal and set at a pace that will successfully kick your butt, while also being something to look forward to. Nick makes it fun with a lot of attitude, but is serious about the workout as well. I would highly recommend Moose, whether it be for a couple of weeks, once a week, or for the whole year, multiple days a week. There is something for everyone and any athleticism level can keep up. They will tailor to meet your needs!

    I never thought I would have my own personal trainer! But I am so glad I discovered Moose X-Training. It is perfect to fit exercise in to this busy time in my life. Nick is brilliant: always on time, relaxed but firm and professional, really motivating, and friendly since the start. He's perceptive, he listens, and knows exactly what you need from the training while making it fun. Each session is designed with your goals in mind. It's not just anyone who can get you out of bed at 6:30 to do plank! I would also add that the whole outfit is also very slick on the admin side. I highly recommend!

    Had the pleasure of training with Nick for boxing, as was looking for something more engaging for cardio other than the treadmill. Nick made my sessions enjoyable and comfortable while ensuring I got a butt kicking! What I like most about training with Nick is that he listens to his customers needs. I wanted a majority of my session focused on practicing moves and the bags with some circuit work. Due to proximity issues I had to stop my sessions with Nick but I'm definitely having withdrawal effects so may be back. Thanks Nick! Best, Mia

    Since joining Moose X-Training sessions with Nick about a year ago, I'm feeling stronger and more fit. Nick leads interesting interval trainings that allow you, as the participant, to push yourself as hard as you want. Our group workouts are always different, challenging, and there is a great camaraderie within.
