    My husband and I have been training with Fitness Lab for a year and half now. Their studio in Soho is well designed and maintained. Most of all, we have both loved working with our trainers. Theyā€™re committed to helping you transform your lifestyle and habits. They provide really helpful, tailored advice and are so positive and motivating! I have gotten stronger and healthier than I have ever been. Itā€™s been such a wonderful experience to train with them, and with Sandra in particular!

    Iā€™ve been attending the studio for the past 6 months and I am very happy to continue until the end of the year. Itā€™s very clean, private and well organised. My trainer Omali is very professional and trailored the sessions in such a way that I am always happy to come back and instead of being sore and exhausted like in previous experiences. I highly recommend it to anyone who decides to take their health seriously! :)

    I started at Fitness Labs a few months back after a thorough search online about 1:1 PT. I have to say that from the moment I asked for more info to this point I am very pleased with it all. They deliver exactly what they promise in their web page and they do so with great professionalism in a very convenient location and with great facilities! Iā€™ve been working with PT Radomira twice a week and I couldnā€™t recommend her more! She is exactly what I needed: she pushes me to do better every session and does so with great empathy, understanding and knowledge. I wanted to strengthen my core muscles and joints and above all to create a routine of exercise to improve my overall health as I struggle with weight management because of my PCOS and I was feeling down. I can now say that I am more flexible, have greater balance and move much easier without feeling any pains in my joints. I feel stronger, happier and healthier! Thank you Radomira for your patience and support and Sandra and Jack for always being so attentive with clients and making me feel part of the Fitness Lab family.

    My time at fitness labs have been great! My coach Radomira is the best! She is supportive, caring and attentive. Radomira is someone who you just get along with instantly, youā€™d forget that you only just met her :P You can tell she genuinely wants to help. Radomira is constantly motivating me and pushes me to do better. All the other trainers are really friendly too, there is no uncomfortable/awkward moments. When I started my sessions; I was super inactive barely did a couple thousand steps a day now I am consistently hitting over 10k+ Steps, my activity has increased a lot & my mindset has changed - I am always looking for ways to better myself. Working on yourself couldnā€™t be more satisfying!

    Training here with Radomira has been transformative and I'm very grateful. Radomira's carefully tailored workout programme strikes the right balance between encouragement and challenge as she helps me build back up from a low base of fitness. Radomira's approach has been flexible and adaptive both to my goals and to the real constraints of prior injuries and impacts of an aging body.

    I have been working as personal trainer at The Fitness Lab for a few months now and I cannot recommend a better place to work/ be apart of. Firstly the recruitment process was fantastic. Jack kept me informed throughout, with great communication and professionalism. I could really tell from the get go that their values matched mine and it was somewhere I wanted to work. After 3/4 weeks my diary was filled and booked with clients very quickly. The 3 pod studios are a great set up and clients really do experience full privacy and their own space. The founders and the team are LOVELY and I feel fully supported and completely looked after. All the promises were made and as a self employed PT, I have freedom and financial stability. I have been working within the industry for more than 12 years and hands down The Fitness Lab is the best organisation I have worked for with the best clients. I look forward to continuing my journey with them

    This is my second month as part of the training team at Fitness Lab and I must say I feel amazing and so grateful to work in such a supportive and highly professional environment. The gym it is such a gem in the hear of the city, it has everything needed for a great workout, a great team of highly educated and big hearted personal trainers and a really supportive and understanding management.

    I've been training with Yannick for over a year at Fitness lab and I've only got good things to say. The training is tailored to my level and my goals and I have been making steady progress ever since I started. My energy levels are up and it's also helped my mental health a lot which is always a nice bonus. All my concerns and questions are answered whenever I have them and that's what makes it a great place to train. Plus Yannick is really nice and easy to talk to and I always look forward to our next session. The facilities are well maintained and clean and there's enough space for you to train. I like that it's not big because it helps maintain the personal aspect of the training, which is exactly what I was looking for. Communication with both your trainer and the founders is very easy and relaxed. Like I said, I've only got good things to say. I highly recommend this place if you want to train, don't know where to begin and you're looking for a relaxed space to do it all.

    This is hands down the best place Iā€™ve ever trained. I originally went in for a physio appointment, and having been told Iā€™d benefit from some personal training, Iā€™ll admit I was a bit pessimistic to start. Yet five years later I wholeheartedly believe itā€™s the best decision Iā€™ve ever made when it comes to my health, both physical and mental. Can not recommend the SFL team more if I tried. Hereā€™s to the next five years.

    My first contact with one of the Directors of the Fitness Lab gave me the confidence to hire their service. He was interested in what I had to say. He knew immediately which PT to match me with. My mobility has increased tenfold. I no longer wake with pain or suffer pain during day. My PT is amazing!!! He has put together a programme specifically for me. On each visit to the training venue, my PT enquires about wellbeing. If I at point during the session find a movement challenging, he immediately adapts it. He also encourages me to build on movements undertaken or weights I worked with previously. You get your PTs undivided attention during session. I am always happy to go to my session because I always walk away feeling a sense of achievement. Mentally and physically I am in a better place. I am confident when training in my home gym alone because of my improved movement. Whenever I walk into the training event there is always chilled and calm vibe. All the PTs are friendly and acknowledge you. The training area, showers and toilet are always clean. The equipment is in good condition. At every stage I have been listened to and my concerns addressed. Making the first contact with the Fitness Lab has been and still is one of the best things I have done for ME. There are not enough stars to review my satisfaction with the Fitness Lab

    Radomira is an engaging trainer, sessions are a blast and I'm looking forward to them. She knows to adapt the exercises to my goal and my level of exertion. I'm very satisfied with my sessions and would recommend her. If I had to pick an area of improvement, I think she could try to push me to challenge myself more and exert more efforts during a session.

    I was never a fan of the gym (always preferred classes) and I never trained with a PT, so I did not know what to expect, especially after 2 years of pandemic and doing very little exercise. Starting at Fitness Lab this year in May was for sure one of the best decision I ever made and I couldnā€™t be happier! Matt is an amazing trainer, always encouraging me to come out of my comfort zone and challenging me to perform different exercises (and sneakily adding extra weights when I look away šŸ˜…). The facilities, the equipment, the location and the rest of the Fitness Lab team are top notch and couldnā€™t recommend it more!

    Definitely the best place for Personal Training in London. PTs are EXCELLENT - very professional and very kind/fun/cool (shout out to Enric!), trainings are properly tailored with progress well monitored and advice (incl. nutrition) well thought through. The firm is well run with significant flexibility offered to members when it comes to appointments. Always looking fwd to my weekly session with Enric. Could not recommend enough!

    I would absolutely recommend Fitness Lab to anyone who is looking get the best PT experience in London. It really helps to be working out in a private space rather than in a public gym and the facilities and equipment are all first-rate and well-maintained. I have to give a huge thank you to my PT, Ash, who has turbo-charged my training. He has put the time, effort and his knowledge into tailoring my workouts to achieve my goals. I don't feel like I'm aimlessly working out or unsure of whether I'm doing the right thing or not anymore and the results have been fantastic. I'm improving in areas that I have always struggled with and it just makes me even more motivated. Ash always brings the right vibe so that I look forward to each session rather than it feeling like a chore. He keeps the workouts varied to make things interesting and if there is ever something I can't do because of injury then he is able to adapt when necessary. The whole experience at Fitness Lab has been fantastic.

    The private personal training here helped me gain control of complicated back issues and get back to playing rugby for the first time in years! My PT was so focused on specifics for my situation and the results speak for themselves. They are so well located for a lunchtime session from work. In my opinion the best personal training studio in Soho!

    I chose Fitness Lab because the idea of a gym with a more intimate atmosphere, free from overwhelming crowds was very appealing to me. Originally, I planned to join for just a couple of months to get ready for summer, but here I am in November, still committed! The primary reason for that is my PT Radomira, who creates a customised program that suits my individual goals, always motivates me without pushing too hard and makes each session enjoyable and uplifting. I can actually see the progress and am very happy that I ended up choosing this gym.

    Radomira is a great coach. Highly motivating, fun, excellent listener, sessions with her are never boring. She know how to push people out of the comfort zone without forcing them. Rare quality for a coach. The studio itself is optimally located at the heat of Soho and is very well equipped. The concept of a coach-only gym is not common and probably the best option for anyone who take their fitness seriously.

    I have been with Fitness Lab for 2 years it has been a gradual transition to strength and fitness working with my excellent trainer Ash. It isnā€™t a quick fix to weight loss but a longer term investment in being a stronger me. With the individual focus I just donā€™t have to think about having to motivate myself, or worry about whether I am using the weights correctly, Ash takes care of that and gradually pushes me to push myself.

    Iā€™ve been training with Rhys at fitness labs for a few months now and have made more progress than ever before. Helping with diet and routine and as well as training with a focus on mobility and technique has meant Iā€™ve lost a considerable amount of weight as well as kept injury free. The sessions are fun, change regularly enough that it never feels stale and the team are real experts in their field. Rhys has a sports science degree and speaks with incredible confidence and knowledge on the subject. Everyone Iā€™ve met there is friendly and encouraging. You really feel in safe hands. The facilities are well located in the middle of soho and the machines and weights are all kept to a high standard. The body scanner, showers and towels and laundry service are also all great. This is definitely a higher end service as the soho facility only has 1-3 clients in at any time, all with trainers. Would definitely recommend.

    These guys are fantastic. I have never really done any excercise and I needed a trainer to get me started. Natasha has brought my fitness up to from basically nothing, creating a routine that suited me, being really clear at every step. Very glad to have sent them an email.

    Last time I was staying in London I used Fitness Lab for the duration of my trip to try and keep on top of my training. Not only did the training offset (somewhat!) some of the fantastic food London has to offer but a few specific weaknesses I had in some of my training was addressed making me much more effective at those movements and protecting me from injury in the future. If you're looking for personal trainers in London I would highly recommend Fitness Lab, they are superb.

    I canā€™t say enough about this place. The trainers are super conscientious and professional. Theyā€™ve done more to help me rehab a bad back and build strength and flexibility than many years of yoga and other exercise. Iā€™ll never go anywhere elseā€¦ Plus they have an adorable resident puppers!!

    I cannot recommend Brett enough. He really took the time to work out my fitness goals to develop a plan that works for me. I have new processes in place to track my progress too. Itā€™s completely changed the way I work out and I now have habits in place which I know I can maintain. I really cannot recommend him enough.

    I had a couple of sessions at Fitness Lab in its previous guise as a rowing/HITT venue and I loved it then. I love it even more now! The quality of the training is superb and facilities are clean and tidy with everything you need post-workout. I have experienced gyms where form has taken a back seat when training but not at Fitness Lab. There is a real focus on doing things properly, and I can see the benefits of working towards well structured goals and a distinct plan. The trainers are lovely and friendly, there's always a warm welcome from them and anyone else there. Emily is an awesome PT, she knows her stuff. She's encouraging but doesn't let me off the hook easily, and that has pushed me to do more outside of the studio. I don't live or work any where near the studio but I'm happy to travel because this little place is a gem. I can't imagine going anywhere else whilst I live in London.

    My experience with Fitness Lab has been excellent and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I first started here in the summer after dealing with a severe hamstring injury. The inital consultation was very thorough and the training plan is tailored to meet my particular needs. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It is a lovely environment to train in where everyone takes the time to get to know you. My trainer Rhys has been wonderful. He is very encouraging and supportive in helping me to achieve my goals. Sessions are interesting and effective and I am really pleased with my results.

    I've found the team at Fitness Lab to be very professional, knowledgeable and flexible based on my capabilities and fitness goals. My PT, Rhys has been a great help in tailoring sessions and even adapting them whilst I had some sporting injuries. He has also taken the time outside of sessions to send tips on diet, demo videos of exercises to do at home and just generally communicate with me outside of the hourly sessions to keep me motivated, which is not something you normally get from past experiences elsewhere. I would highly recommend Fitness lab if you're serious about improving your fitness and/or have hit a brick wall with your 'run of the mill' PTs out there. It's well worth it in my opinion.

    Iā€™ve recently started training with James after a bit of a hiatus with my fitness. He really gets where Iā€™m coming from, as Iā€™m working around old injuries. The sessions are a lot of fun and I feel great afterwards. He really know what heā€™s doing and Iā€™m excited to be back on the right path.

    FitnessLab is one of the best gyms I've ever tried. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable; the equipment and space are spotless. I've always hated working out (and I still do) but the team make it fun and are always there to cheer you on! Matt has managed to make the hard parts of exercise fun and is always there to encourage me. He puts a positive spin on anything I throw at him! Highly recommend this space.

    Iā€™ve been having sessions with a new trainer, Rhys for about 4 months now and I was weary at first to start with a new trainer, But, Rhys is amazing! Heā€™s very intelligent and dedicated and he not only works on my fitness but also focuses on rehab from previous injuries. I feel stronger and have much less joint pain from the injuries. The sessions at the Fitness Lab are worth every penny.

    Brett and Soho Fitness Lab are quite simply the best PT team I have trained with. Professional, knowledgeable and fantastic at tailoring a very tough work out with adaptions for my various historical injuries. The results speak for themselves. I can't recommend them highly enough!

    I've been training with Olivia at Soho Fitness Lab since the beginning of December and the experience has been brilliant. As a newbie to working with a P/T I was nervous going into it, but from the first session I saw I had nothing to worry about. The space is unlike your usual gyms - itā€™s private and just the right size, and has a smart feel to it. It's a perfect spot for pre-work workouts if you are in or around Soho, or live there like I do. Never thought I'd be happy getting up at 6am to go to the gym but always look forward to it as I see the progress I am making!

    Joining the team at Fitness Lab has been nothing but a great experience. As a fitness professional, being surrounded by other professionals who are truly passionate about their field of expertise is truly amazing. Each and everyone of the personal training team are friendly, approachable and truly care for their clients. The physiotherapy and osteopathy team are also incredible to work alongside.
