I
left
this
gym
in
late
2019
(pre-Covid)
so
it
may
have
gotten
better
since
then
but
as
I
keep
getting
emails
from
them
with
blatant
lies
in
(from
my
experience)
I
felt
I
need
to
leave
a
review.
I
joined
the
gym
in
good
faith
and
willing
to
spend
money
on
PT
sessions,
however
because
I
wasn't
a
"gym
bunny"
with
an
already
perfect
gym
body
I
was
ignored
and
not
valued
as
a
member.
Of
the
4
"free"
PT
sessions
I
got
as
part
of
my
sign
up,
the
trainer
didn't
bother
turning
up
for
3
of
them
-
I
rearranged
one,
but
still
lost
out
on
2
because
she
was
"too
busy"
(I
even
turned
up
at
the
agreed
time
one
week
to
learn
she
was
teaching
a
class!).
I
enjoyed
the
group
exercise
classes,
but
again
was
not
given
any
help
or
attention
by
the
instructors
because
they
were
too
interested
in
chatting
with
the
regulars
who
all
looked
like
something
from
an
advert
for
Abercrombie
and
Fitch.
Overall,
really
disappointed
and
disheartened
with
this
gym,
especially
as
they
claim
to
be
interested
in
overall
wellbeing
of
their
clients
which
is
ironic
as
they
actively
negatively
impacted
mine.
Update:
I
emailed
a
lot
of
this
feedback
to
the
gym
at
the
time
and
never
received
a
response.
