    I’ve had an incredible experience at UP Kensington. The attention to detail, focus on objective results and the level of commitment from the trainers are some of the key things that make UP different. The gym facilities are superb and the training environment created there is brilliant. In the past few months, I have totally revamped my approach to training and nutrition with fantastic results. I’ve really enjoyed the process and would highly recommend!

    I have been with UP Kensington for the last 6 months. I can honestly say that it has been a life changing experience for me! I wasn't a gym person or into fitness at all but coming to UP to get help with my weight loss and stamina has totally converted me. I did my transformation 3 months ago and the support and encouragement I received from my fantastic trainer Jamie has been incredible. In just 12 weeks I came down from 33% body fat to 16% which I thought was unachievable!! UP isn't just a gym. They provide you with a 5 star service from nutrition advise to a tailormade plan for your exercise, depending on your needs. All the staff are super friendly and highly professional. I still continue to train at UP as I love it and have gained immense knowledge on healthy eating and fitness. This place really is amazing and worth investing in - you wont regret it!

    UP was a whole new gym experience for me - all the trainers are dedicated to creating change in strength, fitness and weight loss. Kane has consistently kept me focused on health targets and changing food habits. He is serious about training but makes the sessions fun as well.

    Really good trainers that motivates you to train much harder than you usually do, and carefully adjust your form to make the most out of the session time, trainers monitors your diet, and plans out your carb, protein, fat and calorie limits or goals, which I’ve found very useful. Every session are really enjoyable no matter how tired you are before the session begins, as the people around you and your trainer really boosts your energy. I’ve been here for just 2 months, and the progress I’ve made so far really exceeded my expectations, and I felt much more confident in my appearance. Strongly reccommend!

    I just finished 32 weeks with UP, and can’t believe what I’ve been able to achieve. I lost 17 kg, gained strength and all my random hip and back pains from working long hours at my desk have gone away. Previously I had been gaining weight and losing fitness steadily for a couple years, working intense 10-14 hour days. I kept trying to get back on track by myself but without any luck and really needed help to create a new healthy lifestyle. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without UP and without my amazing trainer Sergio. He gave me the training, nutritional education, support, encouragement and accountability I needed to actually breakthrough. Sergio also introduced me to the amazing community of trainers and clients at UP - everyone supports each other. Natalie, Polona, and Fran who also train at the gym, were super supportive when I was preparing for my photoshoot and we all hang out together outside of the gym now too. Honestly working with Sergio and UP has been a highlight of my year and I’m definitely going to keep it up with new goals for 2024! 💪 big thank you to Sergio and UP!

    I started at UP 5 weeks ago and it has been a great journey so far, best part of training in UP is that it is focused on basics of diet, walking and resistance training so even a beginner could easily understand and do the training, my trainer Sergio has been immediately helpful in pushing me hard but also be mindful of my limitations in diet, inexperience of resistance training and body type. I would recommend this to anyone looking to achieve their goals with maximum efficiency.

    I have heard a lot of good things about this place but then decided to try it for myself. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and inspiring. I have been training with Libby and she was super supportive no matter what fitness level you’re at. Moreover, she keeps an eye on the movements during exercises so that no injuries happen. The tips she gave me in my diet helped me to get the most out of every workout.

    I started my program about 8 weeks ago with the objective of getting lighter and becoming stronger. It has been a journey filled with results. I am learning about how to implement habits that will help me maintain a healthy form for the rest of my life. My trainer is top notch and is truly committed to my progress. He is always responsive and and is giving me support every step of the way. It is challenging physically and in other ways - however, nothing good and lasting comes easy. I recommend UP 👌

The gym has a sense of community you don’t experience in other gyms; trainers are worldclass… and the app is a wonderful tool that keeps you focused and on track…. They make things happen!     I trained with Sergio, who ensured that every workout was challenging and kept me on track to build muscle while keeping my body mass lean. I get easily bored during workouts; he always make sure that wasn’t the case! I highly recommend him!

    Have been training with UP Kensington for 8 weeks now and I still can’t believe how much progress I’ve made towards my goal. All the trainers know their stuff inside out and are able to push you to your limit while managing to make you eager for the next session. Couldn’t have achieved what I have without UP as the diet advice and accountability they provide on top of the training sessions has been key to keeping me motivated. Would fully recommend to anyone looking for a once in a lifetime transformation!

    My own transformation journey has presented personal obstacles but Kane at UP Fitness Kensington has consistently been supportive and solution orientated to my requirements to push for progression, never loosing sight of my objectives. The facilities are well appointed and the entire team are consistently friendly, professional and always on hand to help. The service is on par with a five star service one would expect from a class leading personal training service.

    Amazing, a life changing experience. I've been with UP Kensington for 6 months. I've get a significant improvement in my physical form, not just in weight but also in performance and endurance. PT Steve has always been very supportive and motivating to keep going ahead, which is one of the most important parts to stay on track. It's definitely worth it. Highly recommended experience. 5 stars.

    I joint UP Kensington in mid-May 2023 and the results have been phenomenal: I lost 14kg in just 4 months with body fat dropping from north of 27% to 12%. I was quite dubious at first but the program does deliver impressive results. I can't wait to see what the next phase holds, now that the focus moves to building muscles quicker. Special shout out to Maurizio, who is an outstanding trainer and mentor, both on nutrition matters and at the gym. Very patient and passionate about what he does. He has an impressive amount of knowledge on how to run a weight-loss diet while preserving muscle mass. At the gym, he does not just make you lift weight, he makes sure you master every move in its slightest detail, almost like a choreography. Not even mentioning exceptional flexibility to run training sessions at 6am. I can only recommend UP Kensington with special mention to Maurizio. Be prepared to completely replace your wardrobe!

    The experience I had at Ultimate Performance, Kensington was brilliant. I was extremely pleased with my personal trainer, Maurizio, who not only helped with the training but also gave me an in depth knowledge of the way I can progress with life after UP in regards to my health, nutrition and training at a gym. I would definitely recommend UP to anyone who is looking to gain strength or just simply to look and feel better about themselves. I am so pleased at the way I am now to when I first started.

    Overall, I’ve had a great experience with UP. In addition to increasing my physical fitness, I’ve gained a greater understanding of what I’m specifically working out when I exercise. Furthermore, my diet has significantly improved with my fitness and it has become very easy for me to come up with meals that fit into calorie goal. The gym itself if great and all the trainers create a very encouraging and comfortable atmosphere whenever I come to train. The support and dedication my trainer (Maurizio B) offers me is unlike anything you’d find in any other gym, and I would highly recommend this programme.

    Much much more than just a personal training gym. Can’t speak highly enough of my experience with the UP program and my trainer Rom. I achieved weight loss and much improved body conditioning in a sustainable way. The program is entirely crafted to your personal needs and the trainers are all excellent. Great mix of knowledge, encouragement and discipline to achieve your goals. Would recommend to anyone willing to truly make a change.

    I have been training with UP on and off since its early days in 2012 having completed well in excess of 100 sessions to date. Despite its success and rapid growth, UP has managed to maintain a culture that remains true to its roots. I initially started training in Mayfair given the close proximity to my office. 2.5yrs ago I switched to Kensington and have been very satisfied with the team - my trainer Chris is a soft spoken, no nonsense, results oriented type of guy working alongside some of the best trainers in the business. I highly recommend giving it a try.

    I’ve been training at UP Kensington for about 5 months now and it has been an absolute game changer. I was hesitant about signing up as “other” trainers from “other” places had told me scare stories (all of which turned out to be untrue!). They are industry leaders and really do deliver on their promises as long as you put in the hard work too. It is hard work but thoroughly rewarding and even addictive as you see yourself progress and change. It require discipline and commitment to the process. My trainer Paul Jamieson has been brilliant - patient, supportive and knowledgeable. He pushes me to be the best I can be. The UP difference is that the trainers are genuinely invested in you and achieving the best version of yourself. It isn’t just about the time in the gym as Paul is always on hand outside of the gym for advice and support. It’s very much a team effort of your trainer and you, coupled with the UP difference. It may sound cliche but it has been a life changing experience. Anyone thinking about joining, just go for it as you will not regret it - and if Paul is available you’ll be in great hands. I’m looking forward to seeing where how my UP transformation progresses.

    For someone who had never been to a gym before signing up to UP was daunting but the best decision I ever made. In my first 9 weeks I went from 24% body fat to 15%. I still have a long way to go to where I'd like to be but enjoy every session. My trainer Chris has been fantastic throughout. He understands my strengths and weaknesses and makes sure my meal plans include foods I enjoy but still hit the goals I need. The knowledge I've gained on the importance of exercise and nutrition is life changing. It's not just a 1 hour training session at UP. You get all the support and encouragement outside of your sessions as well, with constant check-ins from your trainer. All the staff at UP Kensington are friendly and highly professional. The facilities in the gym are fantastic. Joining UP is an investment into yourself and the rewards truly are life changing.
