360Athletic is SO brilliant. Half way through an impact class my back starts hurting, straight away Ben notices without me even saying anything and stretches out for me and adapts each exercise to take the load off but still keep me working hard. Then straight after a bit of massage from Jordanne and now it’s like it never hurt. This gym isn’t just about getting fit, it’s about looking after your body and they are SO in the know. The workouts are top class, so tough but SO worth it and can’t believe I’m saying it - so so fun. The atmosphere in there is supportive and happy and relaxed but they are serious professionals. I think they starting a revolution 👌🏼

I would definitely recommend 360Athletic if your are seeking to be healthy and cure your body through working out. When I first joined I was not confident and my techniques were not correct. Ben and Tara were always there to correct my techniques from a basic squat to core exercises and strength training. I progressively noticed my abilities and pushed hard in every session, especially that your trainer are there to give you positive feedback while working out!!! This motivated me more and it gave me the feeling of having my own personal trainer!!!! At 360Athletic it is not just about exercising it is about excelling at your training session and correcting all your forms. I felt my confidence level rising throughout all the semiprivate sessions! I also had a session with Jordane (physiotherapist), the session was very well informative about the areas I had to work on. Some of the training sessions were tailored-made and modified to improve my mobility, balance and cope with various challenges. Very enthusiastic team!!

I am so grateful that I have found the 360Athletic and that I have decided to sign-up with them. I started my journey when my baby was 1 y old, basically my physical condition was very bad, as I haven’t practiced any sport since I got pregnant. The classes are designed to be mentored all the times by an 360Athletic coach and you don’t have the feeling that you are lost in a gym. With the support and guidance of the 360Athletic team my trainings went so smoothly, in less than one month I managed to gain strength, to focus on my goals and to loose 10 pounds of body fat. Would recommend to anyone, especially for new mums as sometimes we need some help to get back in shape!

I went to 360Athletic due to a running injury that I just couldn’t get rid of. I was so impressed with the team there. My assessment was specific and tailored to running and they got me going through movements and exercises I hadn’t thought of even though I’m a physio myself. I would highly recommend to anyone and have already told my running friends how great it was!

I would definitely recommend trying out 360Athletic! The training is tailored to your needs, with any injuries identified at the outset so that you can work towards your goals without causing further damage. Ben and Tara are really hands on and make correct technic a key focus which has really improved my confidence in strength training which as a runner I had previously neglected. Ben, Tara and Jordane (who carried out my physio assessment before I began training at 360) are all very friendly and welcoming which makes for a really relaxed training environment that you don’t get in many other gyms. I’ve been training with them for around 6 weeks now and have noticed a huge difference in my strength and conditioning capabilities as well as an improvement to my running. I would highly recommend 360 to anyone looking to push their limits and get stronger in 2019!

Ive trained at a lot of gyms in London but nothing quite gets me like 360. From the staff to the classes everything is spot on. The facility is clean and fantastic and you’ll feel welcomed as soon as you join! Thinking of making a change in body & mind then i highly recommed this place - Ben & the team have bought me my healthiest and best physique!

I have trained in various gyms and sports environments in London and this comes right out on top. Superb facilities, great coaching, smart programming (not just mindless beasting!), but most importantly of all, a really positive, inclusive atmosphere. I'd highly recommend this to anyone. I cannot wait to continue my journey with these guys.

I just absolutely love this place - exactly what I was looking for. As a runner, I need proper physio, massage and strength training to compliment my running routine. Guys working here are professionals and they can definitely help anyone achieve their personal goals. Shoutout to Tara and Ben - these guys make you want to come back for more, even though the classes are sometimes hard nuts to crack, not your average fitness boutique!

I had an hour massage with the therapist Jordana and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She is a physiotherapist but luckily she also practices as a sports masseur. The massage i received was excellent see found the stress that I needed to address and also gave me some acupuncture treatment to help If you want an excellent massage then look no further I would highly recommend her.

Total addict. My intention was to just do some of the small group training while using my regular gym a few times a week too. However, I ended up liking it so much and got such good results it's now my only gym. Great balance of coaching and classes, holistic, friendly and always a nice atmosphere.
