I have the trading Bjj with this team for many year and saw the team grow from 20 student to 800 today. The reason for this success is the humility of every single instructor who dedicate themselves to make every student succeed. If you are looking to build confidence I strongly recommend this martial art.

Started training at GU Farringdon 3 weeks ago. It has a great timetable of morning, lunch and evening classes every day. The instructors and everyone who trains are friendly and there's a good vibe on the mats. On top of that its in the flagship Gymbox so you get great facilities not normally associated with a BJJ gym (sauna, towels, large changing rooms / showers, huge gym, other classes). Hope to train there a long time!

Incredible BJJ gym right in the centre of London. World class coaches and competitors and really friendly team. Trained here over the last two years.

There is, in my opinion, very few places in the UK where you can train with people that very quickly become friends. The teaching is consistent, of a high standard and from coaches with proven track records themselves. Go for your first class and never look back.

Great Club. Have been training with GU since 2015. Welcoming environment great coaches and classes ranging Gi/ Nogi. Suitable very early classes and late classes so it suits a working professional lifestyle to fit training in . Good ratio of Gi/Nogi class balance offered . Coaches are patient and have structured approach to teaching BJJ, not a high pressure environment and its enjoyable . Suitable for hobbyists and prospective serious competitors.

Grand union is one of the best if not the best place to Train BJJ in London. An amazing team of coaches all with their unique style and approach to the art of BJJ. A friendly atmosphere with a huge range of skilled players to roll with of all shapes and sizes. Plenty of classes to choose from so no excuses to miss out on a good roll.!

Grand Union Jiu Jitsu is a fantastic club to learn BJJ for both Gi & No Gi. The team are very knowledgeable, professional & welcoming. They put together a well structured curriculum for beginners, intermediate & advanced BJJ enthusiasts. All members (at every belt level) train to a very high standard so you will learn quickly if you are consistent. Socially it's also a great place to make new friends.

I'm always wary of reviews because you never know who wrote them, now I've said this I hope this gives you more trust this is an honest review! I've been part of the club for 6 months now and honestly I've never push myself to such peak performance with such great people. You get the best value with the numerous slots available. No need to book and very flexible! they also have slots in other clubs than Farringdon. with the gymbox package, you can train cross fit followed by bjj in same day ,as recommended by Jocko Willink ! thus I can train every day bjj, muay thai and calisthenics/crossfit type of training! safety wise people are v chill compared to previous clubs I've been to. also ,everybody have met have been friendly and made me feel part of the community.

Absolute great environment to train jiu-jitsu with an abundance of high level black belts & colored belts to train alongside. I love training at Grand Union, zero politics, and a great gym and sauna are also included.
