The team at Colombo Centre gym are super friendly and professional. I've been working out at the gym on and off for over 20 years. I love the offering of low-cost community gym in a light and airy space, plus tennis and football pitches. I love the ethos of the gym - the Colombo centre has been at the heart of wellbeing on the Southbank for decades. We started our Breathe London therapy centre at centre in 2005. We have four beautiful treatment rooms with therapies, including psychotherapy, massage, acupuncture, podiatry, yoga, positive psychology and physiotherapy. Over the years we've loved working with the team at the Colombo centre and Coin street - great partners.

Great gym that has everything you need. Friendly staff, clean, machines are well maintained and all at a great price for central London. No longer working in the area but would recommend to everyone!

This is such a good gym at bargain prices too. Excellent equipment that is well maintained. The gym is always clean and very spacious. Staff are incredibly welcoming and polite. A hidden gem for the cost and location. Highly recommend.

Great gym!!💪 I've been going there for a while and I have had a good experience so far. Staff is polite and respectful. Most of the time it's not that busy which makes it easy to find machines to train. 🏋️

The lunch fills up fast and your waiting for equipment. As people have mentioned the equipment is old and the place is run down, there has been an attempt to upgrade certain pieces of equipment but some piece of equipment our broken weekly and takes a while to fix. In the centre of london off of the southbank right next to offices, There is enough space and equipment to get a full workout in if you go at the quiet times, before lunch or mid afternoon.

Well maintenance on the equipment, clean and spacious environment, and friendly and welcoming employees. Even people workout here seem to be very well mannered and follow all the instructions for using the equipment. I really enjoy this place during my stay in London. Highly recommend❤️

I only go to this place for weekly dance lessons. The place is pretty big. It has a gym, which is pretty huge and has several squat racks and other equipment. There are meeting or conference rooms. Also dance or yoga studios. Plus changing rooms with showers for both men and women. Over all, lost of the stuff looks alright. It isn't well maintained. would benefit from some upgrade. Still pretty good for geoup lessons.

I was a member before the pandemic and have since moved away, so my review my be out of date, but I really loved the place - definitely a hidden gem. Its amazing value. A good range of solid equipment - even has punch bags and resistance bands which is great! There is a good functional area in the middle of the gym, and a more private area with matts for stretching. It was never that busy and I could always use whatever I needed. The gym area is a good size with a high ceiling and decent natural light (rare for Central London!). Staff were friendly and memberships were flexible (stopped charging as soon as lockdown began). It has a nice community feel, and its run by a social enterprise - so I knew my (small) membership fee was supporting something worthwhile. Its the sort of place where there is no pressure to look glamourous, which makes me feel much less self-conscious! The changing rooms were basic but functional. Only downsides were: (1) the lockers cost 20p, (2) shower pressure wasn't great, and (3) changing rooms could be cold in winter (its a fairly old building). I wanted to make sure I gave this place the recognition it deserves - maybe the owners can comment to flag if any of the above has changed since March 2020

Really happy with this place. It's perfect price for someone living in the area and has everything I need. Could be more up-to-date equipment but it works fine with is what matters to me. It's nice that it's local people and it's not a puregym type place where everyone can go too.

Great price for what you get and usually not too busy. The locker situation isn't great, having to put in 20p every time you use it to lock it.

Have used the Studio 1 for badminton. Nice spacious and clean court. You need your own equipment though (but that is standard). One could say that the hour rate is a bit pricy but given its in the heart of London, it makes sense. Access and moving around is easy. Booking system is straightforward too

I take regular tennis coaching lessons here from Tom, who is incredible. I had tried out coaching lessons from a bunch of other coaches elsewhere but felt often felt feeling unimpressed. Whereas, when I took coaching from Tom, I saw the value to taking lessons from the very beginning. The most remarkable thing about him is his ability to figure out exactly what needs improvement and then explaining specifically how to achieve that improvement. Recently, we started doing a video analysis as well where after each session we would look together to identify weaknesses and see if I am indeed making progress on those or not.

Outstanding gym at outstanding price! Alot of community work being done with the membership income so it feels like a win win

I tried this gym on my last work trip to London and I only have positive words. It is quite central but the day pass is not as expensive as in other gyms. Helpful staff, great and complete strenght machines. It‘s definitely worth a visit if you are thinking on training during your trip! Greetings from Spain guys! :)
