£7 entry to the bleakest, most rundown place in the whole of South East London. Security are over zeleous to the point of being obnoxious, the music is lazy and predictable, the drinks on offer mirror what you'd expect at a student disco in the 90s and it smells of damp. The only decent thing is that paying for your god awful tasteless drink is easy.

Paid £7 to get into this place, received a wristband and was told we could return, then left to meet a couple of friends for 20 minutes. When we came back my girlfriend and I were told we had to pay another £7 to get in again, despite not being informed of this when we initially received our wristbands. When we queried this, the ‘manageress’ was rude and dismissive to say the least. To be fair, door staff were apologetic and looked embarrassed by the management, but the ‘manageress’ was the rudest person I’ve ever experienced on a night out. Wouldn’t return if they paid us to be honest. Plenty of better places in Peckham to have a night out.

A year ago this was peckhams best dive bar. Free entry, VERY cheap drinks, a bit shabby but great. Now the owners are following suit of the massive entry fees elsewhere in Peckham and charge loads for everything, but it’s still a dive! The staff are also relentlessly telling people off and issuing rules: no bags or coats on the floor - even on the side, no drinking near the table, don’t start playing pool before you’re been given the order to start. It’s like being in school. An absolute shambles. Take your money to Peckham Springs or Levels, or just get out of Peckham by 1am.

Not like it used to be....ridiculous heavy weight security to get through the door ....then when your through its a dark hole full of strangers. The "late night" effect is the only influence...bar staff are friendly, shame it doesn't have the same charm as it used to....locals replaced with student type crowd which is a shame as its nice when it was mixed crowds.

Despite appearances was actually a good night out. Music was decent, people were cool, toilets didn't have a guy in asking for money plus there's pool tables. The cons; red stripe is rubbish beer... Edit: thanks for the reply. Gutted, 1664 is my standard beer haha. Anyways I'll be back so thanks for the tip!

Bad experience. I come here a lot because I like playing pool. I’ve spent hundreds of pounds here over the years. Last night I was given an old battered up que, I played one shot and the que tip came off because It was an old que with a dodgy tip. They gave me a new que but told me they were keeping my deposit. The girl working here has an attitude problem. I’m always nice and polite to them but they are only interested in taking your money. In general the staff are often rude and stressed out and the place is dirty and run down.

This place has been around for years and it shows. It's really run down and dingy and could definitely do with a little brightening up, despite this, it doesn't effect the atmosphere or your game and I would come again. I visited on a Saturday evening, it was busy, all tables were full and people at the bar have a drink and chat. If I can remember, there are approximately 6 (full-size) pool tables). The lady at the bar was very friendly and accommodating.

Never have I been so poorly treated by staff. Rude bouncers, totally unreasonable people. Total jobsworths, trying to double charge me for entry, insisting that we check our coats as leaving them to one side was 'a fire hazard' on a completely empty dance floor. Reminded me of a tragic 90's disco - do not go here.

Went to the karaoke night last Sunday. Plenty of tables available for some pool beforehand followed by a lovely DJ with an extremely extensive karaoke selection. Bar staff were friendly, drinks a decent price and the atmosphere was really good - warm and friendly throughout. Would highly recommend!

Surprisingly pretty good. Don't be intimidated by the random dark alley it appears to be down, there's a ton of room once you get inside and the pool room is welcoming and comfortably shabby. Get your cues, crisps and happy-hour drinks from the little bar at the entrance.

You have to pay to enter in a dirty sticky but wait trendy place. Also you can have big cans of expensive beer that taste like the place. Has pool and space to dance so enjoy!

Awesome Pool Club. The tables are in great condition and well maintained. The staff are all super friendly and the atmosphere is great at anytime of the day. Would highly recommend for an evening pool session or a night out. Great value drinks too.

😠 Absolutely horrible service, constantly coming back to us forcing us to order more shisha or we have to pay extra charge per person for no reason, served out drinks dropped all the ice and just casually put it back in the mug even tho it was dirty. The red bull ordered tasted terrible, probably some...

👍👍 Time warped Gem 💎 Stuck in the 80’s and absolutely love the fact that they don’t want to change a thing. Cute garden and had to have a Smirnoff ice for old times sake! Must go to for a peaceful evening. When the football will be on that may be another story ;)
