Grew up in this place. Part of my music dna. But now those little boys at the door are a bit dumb. It’s a shame, it’s a place of legends, with babies who stopped schooling when they turned 12. Snoooze. Keep it moving don’t stop. I choose peace

Lovely location by the canal. Nice layout inside, perfect for small gigs. Acoustics of the room sounded great for the electric blues we came to see.

Fantastic to be in a club with so much history... you can feel the energy of ghosts of musicians past. Truly a great experience. Great acoustics and a friendly staff as well!

Perfect location on the north side of the canal. Catches the sun perfectly in the afternoon and the building gives excellent views of the locks and on warm, sunny days is airy and light. The landlord is knowledgeable regarding his beers, is witty with an engaging dry sense of humour. The Camden Town Pale Ale is excellent, crisp, happy and refreshing on a hot day. The glasses are a really nice detail, short and chunky, but balanced in the hand. The play list is interesting and the views perfect for people watching. This is an easy place to pass a few hours and consume a couple of pints. The toilets are tidy and clean. Search it out, the drinks aren't overly expensive and the location is excellent.

Visited for a gig in late November. As a gig venue, this place is so so. Guys at the door were a bit clueless with regard to whether there was an opening act or stage times. Annoyingly, there are some lights in the standing area that can be a bit distracting - they never went off during the show. So be careful not to stand under those lights if it might bother you. Thankfully the sound was pretty good, so that’s a positive. Unimpressive range of beers. I would return but would do so with the above in mind.

Great compact concert venue downstairs. Free seating but can get close to the stage. Acoustics decent and a fantastic atmosphere for a small gift. Concert was the unique Kaki King

Great venue for a gig. Saw the wurzels and it was the ideal size for such an event. Some lights or reflective strips on the stairs would be advisable as many people fell down and up them throughout the evening.

Sound was great, multi levels so everyone could find a space to see the band. Toilets are in a really poor location and two of the urinals blocked. Didn't stop people using them though and you can imagine the outcome. Drinks were ridiculously expensive

Went to see Doomsday Outlaws and The Dust Coda. It was a great evening. 👍

The doormen had a gang mentality, refusing entrance to people who had brought tickets. One wore a balaclava. There were about 10 men that came out who worked there, one of whom pushed my friend. They refused entry to another lady who had a ticket for no reason. Using slang. We left the situation because it felt unsafe like some harm would come to us. My friends who had got in, came outside, heard them planning something and to go and grab people from upstairs, safe to say I've never left Camden so quickly. Reporting to the police etc

Such a cute place by the Camden lock to sit day or night! Been there for gigs and it’s an excellent venue, staggered steps so you can see the stage from wherever you are stood, 9/10 would recommend :)

This is a top glass music venue in the heart of Camden Lock. The staff were very accommodating and found my gig buddy and I chairs so that we didn't have to stand for the whole evening.

Great venue in a beautiful canalside location. Very nicely laid out with raised areas so even shorties can see the band. Varied areas with multiple bars and food.

Went for a concert. Great atmosphere. Not jammed in. Enough room to move. Reasonable bar prices. No food.

T.E Dingwall Building - PowerHaus -Camden Where do I begin? If this place was able to get NO stars it would. This place was AWFUL. Drinks took FOREVER, they didn't even taste good and one of the bartenders gave me half of a glass of my cocktail and I was expected to pay full price for half a glass. It was over priced for what it is. They only had two bartenders working at the bar. I ordered fries and it took 50 minutes to get. Unacceptable! Music was awful and female bartender was rude and had ZERO personality. Never again, I do NOT recommend this place.

Great place! The staff are lovely, there's a good range of beers (and not terrible prices for London). The interior pays tribute to the Victorian warehouse, but it's been done up comfy. Sipping a beer and looking out at the lock is a great way to spend your time.

Went here on St. Patrick's day. Had live music and great atmosphere. Took a while to get a table but maybe because of the "holiday". Wanted to order the fish and chips but they sold out...again because of the holiday. Located in a great spot for shopping, eating and drinking.

It is a really nice place, even in colder weathers, notwithstanding the service is extremely poor. My partner and I were kicked out of a 6-people table, which was meant to be shared, because a random group of 4 people arrived and told the bouncer it would be to crammed for six and that they wanted the whole table for them. So embarrassing that I'll never be back again.

Great place. Everyone loves coming here don't they? Can take a while to get served before the acts start but that's pretty standard for any music venue.

This place has seriously changed and I don't just mean the name to The Powerhaus Since my last visit over 30 years ago. I saw the men they couldn't hang and it was a night filled with remembrance for those no longer with us but also let us singing and stomp our hearts out. What a wonderful night.

Terrible service. We waited an hour for a pizza. We asked after 40 minutes of waiting and a waiter told us it was on its way. After waiting 20 more minutes, we asked again and they told us they hadn’t even started, and denied having told us otherwise. Rude manager, didn’t even offer a refund.

I prefer Hare and Hounds Kings Heath Birmingham, but 'Dingwalls' is in Camden Town London! Went in on Sunday afternoon, thought they d have some 'heavy' music on. It was more 'pop' and middle of the road. Staff were alright, interesting mix from abroad.
