Smoked about 6 packs in here today … all straights. Yeah i’m loaded like that. Didn’t even make a dent. Few folks complained but i straightened them out. I expect AI will be to human labor as Nuclear weapons have been to war - that is it changes little, outside of a few catastrophes and a general sense of ‘why are we doing this.’ An unemployed populace is a restless populace after all, though easy-to-sell solutions of how to fill our time may already exist. I wonder how much content we will consume before it feels like too much. If we simply grill in the park things should be better. Americans got that right at least.

We visited Columbia Flower Market and were looking for a park to relax and have a picnic. Haggerston park is perfect, just 7 minutes walk. It has lots of different areas, facilities, clean toilets and shops nearby to buy food or snacks!

This is quite a large park without of areas to explore, including a woodland walk, open spaces, and farm animals.

One of my favourite parks. It's usually a hive of activity with joggers, dog walkers, people playing sports. It is also right next to the city farm which is great for kids. I would highly recommend visiting here when you are in the area. Also great for picnics.

Gorgeous park, with a really fun and interactive farm. The animals are all friendly, clean, and adorable! Lots of people were petting the animals as well, but they're just as fun to watch. One goat sounds scarily human!

It has a playground, lots of green areas for picnics in good weather and toilets too. It has plants everywhere great to take pictures. It has a basketball field and football fields perfect for school's sports day. It's next to Hackney farm and it's possible to see animals. It's friendly for dogs too. There is a Sainsbury supermarket nearby on hackney road.

Really nice open space. Kids loved the open area for playing, footy, running. Park seemed pretty clean. Space to play cricket on the designated area.

Green space at the southern edge of Hackney bordering Tower Hamlets, a variety of sights and things to do playing fields, a woodland walk, a pond, and a city farm. Great for jogging, picknicks, and British parklife

Great park with a farm too, lots of well maintained bedding plants and perennials. Coffee hut and clean individual toilets. 5 a side and tennis courts. Has a great vibe about it. A nice boundary walk around the mulched edges. Woodland walk and pond is wonderful. Far side is a BMX track.

A lovely relaxing park. Great sunset views. The newly revamped children's play area is brilliant and very popular. Good toilet facilities to also recently upgraded but more frequent cleaning needed during the day. More seating needed at the rear of the park (Whitson Rd section) which offers great sunset views but presently only one bench available. Some park users with dogs need to keep them under control and on a lead, as not everyone likes dogs coming up and sniffing at them or running through their picnic area.

The park warden who moved to Scotland is surely missed. I've been going to the park for 20 years and it's not the same without him. I guess there's a lot of work and it'll be difficult to find someone with his experience to keep the park as lovely as before. It's small things here and there and although some are working hard to keep up the high standard the man has left behind, I think we all need to be patient for the park to rejuvenate in order and care over the period of change.

It was cool, I took my daughter to play at Sebright Childrens Center. We saw some sheep at the Haggerston Park's Hackney Animal farm.

(Translated by Google) There are ball and tennis courts, gymnastic and strecthing equipment, a well-kept lawn and not even a piece of paper on the ground. (Original) Ci sono dei campi da pallone e da tennis, attrezzature per fare ginnastica e strecthing, prato curatissimo e neanche un pezzo di carta per terra

Favourite park in east London. Big, great for jogging, hanging out or just watching the wealth of dogs beings walked. Also the city farm is a treat and I expect a real delight for young ones. They’ve got lots of refillable products there like toiletries and washing up liquids, real sense of community.

I loved it. So lovely and peaceful. Lots of space to walk on. Thank you for, given us a space to breathe. God, bless, all the park.

One of the most relaxing parks I’ve ever been to, it has a little farm with a caffee as well, a pond where are some Koi fishes which where realised there couple years ago and also a lot of friendly squirrels of course!

Great park in the inner city. Has a cultivated garden section, a sporting area and a woodland are for that rural feeling. There is dedicated play areas for young kids and the whole park is crisscrossed with walking and cycling paths. If you happen to be local it is well with a visit even if you are just walking through.

Newly refurbished toilets. Nice playground. Well kept flowers/roses. Shaded areas, benches, wide green spaces to run around. A lot of dogs but there's space for everyone.

Lovely park. Well maintained. Usually some kind of sports ‘practise’ taking place on part of it. Walled off and there’s a nice terrace to sit on and enjoy the view on!

Park is nice and well maintained but some times it can be full of drug users.. Wood walk is great and nice feature BMX track is awesome.. Toilets are there but as usual people are people don't bother keeping things clean

I went there to play football, The pitch is falling apart. The metal mesh surrounding them is shredded and the metal mullions are falling. The astroturf is ripping it off in some parts and it's very dangerous for players. 6 7 years ago was one of the best pitches in London

Nice Park to walk or just sit and contemplate. It was quiet when I visited as children were in school. There were a few people with dogs and other people jogging.

Dropped off customers nearby and searched for toilets. These are located in a rather nice park/school/sports area. Toilets are free and well-maintained.

Nice but in comparison to the amazing parks in London it goes a little down in the rating. For a neighborhood pari it's good

This is my favourite local park. It's a great place to bring dogs, which generally behave and stay to the north east of the park. The new kiosk with coffee and pastries is a great addition. Full of colour in the Spring and Autumn.

I like this park. It's got a 30s+ vibe and more of a health and fitness feel to it. Its much less rowdy than London fields and great for a picnic w the partner or with a small group. Well kept and there is a farm at the back too

Nice little kids'play area. And then a separate bit for grown ups & gatherings. Has maintained toilets and added bonus, the Hackney City Farm just a couple minutes walk further East. Great flowers and plantlife. Missing a star because some of the play provisions could do with updating, however are durable and robust.

Fab park ! Pond, trees, covered paths, lots of seating, lovely flower garden, sun terrace, lawns. Check out the wisterias at each end of the garden - amazing !!

This is a nice park in a central area of London. Does get pretty busy on warm days because of that. More recently we had a company summer party that was there that was also very fun. Getting to the park is not the easiest if you don't live close by.

A fantastic park with so much variety! There's a playground, tennis courts, a farm, a wooden area, open field for the sun lovers and areas with trees for shade. A fantastic place to take children, we especially love the rose garden

One of my faves. Wildlife pond, woodland area, a farm, sports facilities, lots of dogs, toilets, chilled vibes. The walled area keeps the wind at bay and makes for a good place for a game of kuub, spot of reading and / or a sip on something sparkly (picnic style).

This is my child hood park and will always be forever more. Through the years it has improved a lot and is even more inviting than before. Certain times through the day it gets crowded and a Little restless (like a lot of parks) but still is quite appealing.

The park is surrounded by a fence which makes it easy for dogs / children to play around (w/o needing to worry they interfere with traffic).

  • 4/5 Tom H. 3 years ago on Google
Haggerston Park is smaller than others in the area, but I understand it's not the size that matters, it's what you do with it that counts. And what's been done with Haggerston Park is fantastic. It's so well designed, with sun trap terraces at one end, differing levels and bedding, gorgeous wisteria in bloom at certain times, trees planted with care to draw the eye and a wood chip running track around the edges. Bring some booze and a picnic in summer and soak up the evening with some mates.
