Absolutely beautiful little garden park. Love all the Japanese details here and the waterfall in the background, perfect hideaway in Regent's Park.

Nice little area within Regent's Park with a cascade. Unfortunately, the Japanese island isn't wheelchair-accessible, but it's easy to see all of it from the paths around and the little hilltop from where the water comes down.

Place perfect for taking a rest and jumping off every day life. If you want to forget about daily havoc, just sit on a bench and relax for a second while being surrounded by the calming nature and sound of flowing water

Regent's Park hidden secret is a must see. This miniature Japanese like garden with waterfall, Buddhist symbol and tiny Japanese bridge also boasts a grade 2 listed bronze flying Eagle statue that seems to glide over the pond. It is located in Queen Mary's 🌷 Garden and was created around 1930.

Although it is winter and everything is frozen, still looks terrific, especially at sunrise. Love this place.

After walking through the beautiful English Gardens and the Queen Mary Rose Garden, me, my friend, and her parents made our way to the Japanese Garden Island. It was smaller than I anticipated but it was lovely and the planting reminded you of a nature trail in Japan. It's somewhere nice to just sit and chill and watch the ducks swim by the on the pond.

⛩️Beautiful Photo Spot for Relaxing in Regent's Park⛩️ I discovered this beautiful spot quite by accident after completing my tour at the Sherlock Holmes Museum. It was a cold, wet, wintry day, and the little island garden wasn't even in bloom for the most part. However, there's something unmistakably peaceful about this quiet hideaway, just across a bridge from the main Regent's Park trail. It's a lovely spot for getting memorable photos, especially when shot from the side of the bridge. There's a waterfall, a statue of a bird of prey in flight, a stone lantern, and plenty of other wonders. Canadian Geese like to swim by the spot, too. If you're planning to spend a day in Baker Street--either to visit the London Zoo, Sherlock Holmes Museum, or just walk Regent's Park, the Japanese Garden Island makes a great in-between or on-the-way stop. My photos don't really do it justice. I'm sure it's even lovelier in spring when the flowers and plants are in bloom!

A nice little walk around a pond. There are benches to sit for a few minutes or for a while and just enjoy the peace, especially after being in a busy London. A waterfall and couple of bridges

Another well kept garden inside the beautiful Regent Park. I've enjoyed wandering around exploring it all.

Attractive landscaped Japanese style garden, with an island accessed by picturesque bridges over the lake. The ornamental water cascade, striking eagle sculpture and variety of plants provide plenty to look at while walking around the garden or sitting at one of the many benches.

Interesting featured garden with water and rocks and bridges. Waterside plants and trees are very pretty. Peaceful and nice to walk. Pretty popular for visitors.

Attractive landscaped Japanese style garden, with an island accessed by picturesque bridges over the lake. It's located in Queen Mary’s Garden, the area was created in the 1930s and named after the wife of King George V. Amongst the 12,000 roses lies a mysterious mound reminiscent of the Ninomaru Garden (Chiyoda) inside the Imperial Palace East Gardens of Tokyo. In Japanese gardens, miniature waterfalls represent yin and yang (Onmyōdō) from Buddhist symbolism; two opposites (water and stone) that complement each other. The island also features a Grade II listed building: the bronze Eagle Statue.

An Island garden inside the bigger Regent's Park. Best to experience as part of your visit to the Park, but I personally took a quick wander and then ventured out to the rest of the park.

Another nice Japanese garden in London. The garden was very nice, but you won’t able to see any animals in the garden. But overall it was a nice and peaceful garden.
