One of the best outlet in the UK. Many stores and they have playground next to Macdonald. Also, in the guest service room they are is a prayer room ( in front of Michael Kors store).

Brilliant day out at Cheshire Oaks! Our first visit! So many shops and places to eat! We were there around 5 hours! And then ate at Pizza Express! I absolutely love how clean and tidy the place is kept including the toilets! Would definitely go again!

Weekend visiting the daughter and hubby was supposed to be relaxing, but they had other plans. Shopping plans. And guess where they dragged me along? A designer outlet next door. How convenient. I'm not a big fan of shopping, in case you couldn't tell. So I had to endure a whole day of browsing through fancy stores that sell overpriced stuff I don't need. At least there was plenty of free parking, so I didn't have to pay extra for this torture. The good thing about the place was restaurant choice, but it was so crowded on Sunday that we had to wait in line for ages. The prices were not bad, but I didn't see many people carrying heavy bags. Maybe they were smarter than us and saved their money for something else. Like a movie ticket. That's right, there was a cinema nearby, and I managed to sneak away for a couple of hours while the ladies were busy shopping. It was the best part of the day. I got to watch some thriller and forget about the shopping nightmare for a while. The worst part was the WiFi and mobile reception. It was terrible. I couldn't check anything online or call anyone. It was like being in a black hole. How am I supposed to compare prices or find reviews or look for coupons? And how am I supposed to meet up with them when we're done? It was a mess. Oh, what a day! I hope they appreciate what I did for them. Next time, I'm staying home.

Easy to find, Free parking and plenty of shops to get your discounted fix. From designer Mulberry, Hugo Boss, Kate Spade to high street Body Shop, Claire’s, M&S and so much more. A great variety of shops to shop your heart out and food chains to fill your tummy. Get there early to avoid queues or go during weekdays when everyone is at work ☺️ Highly recommend going.

Comparatively, the outlet is more focus on more day-to-day brands and home stuff. You may expect fewer 1st tier luxury brand here, but more lifestyle thing that you may even need. Most of the shop offers very reasonable price with good products here, from kitchen stuff to apparel. It’s really easy to hunt for something with value of money.

A lovely place to shop and find some great purchases off the high street for a much cheaper price. Easy to navigate through the outlet, clear signs and lots of places to park your car. It was also beautifully and neatly decorated for Christmas which was wonderful to see. Great mix of shops and also restaurants.

Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet is an outlet centre in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, England. Located off Junction 10 of the M53, it is the largest outlet centre in the United Kingdom, with 145 stores and the first designer outlet village in Europe, when it opened in March 1995. Great place to shop and also dog friendly .. decent size kids area that’s free too and plenty of restaurants too.. Need an entire day to walk around and shop here. We took a train from Manchester to Chester which is about an hour. Then a bus from right outside the station which is every 15mins. The cost of the journey was about 12pounds- totally worth spending as we get a lot of discounts at the outlets.

I hate shopping but we were away and staying near this place. Kids persuaded us to take them. We all had a good time and found loads of stuff we all wanted. It was busy but never felt over crowded. Lots of places to eat, refresh. Car parking was easy and free. I don't think all the shops had massive discounts, some barely anything but you don't have to buy right! I'd go back, and that's saying something!

Had a fantastic shopping day at Cheshire Oaks, looking amazing with all the Christmas decorations up and that tree is massive. So many great shops and yes, you do find bargains as my bank balance testifies. Get there early though for easy parking and beating the queues. Lots of places to eat as well, such a great place and highly recommended,

An amazing place where you can shop all day long and never get bored with shops selling everything from flip flops to see designer homeward. There's even some great places to eat which cater for all tastes. Be careful or you'll get lost in this shopping paradise.

Cheshire oaks is an amazing place if you want to buy designer clothes in style! Plenty of car parking! Really nice restaurants (especially tortilla which has yummy burritos!), really nice designer labels (like new balance, Lyle and Scott, The north face, superdry and etc!) and really nice views in the night! Fact: parking’s free. Also it has a play area for kids while I can sip a coffee and watch my child! Plus I like the idea of it being outdoor because, really, you must be bored of indoor malls, right? Cheshire oaks is an amazing place perfect for the whole family!

First time visiting over the weekend. Impressive amount of shops. Good discounts in the shops as well. Something for everyone I would say. It was just really busy despite the rain but we did come on a Saturday afternoon in the summer holidays. I would just recommend either coming late or through the week if your after a quieter shopping experience because some of the shops are not that big and it can make it harder to shop when it’s really busy

Huge collection of designer outlets. You will find almost all the brands here. As being outlet prices, some brands got further reduction in prices. There few restaurants as well, including McDonald’s Burger King, as well as some libanese, Indian and Mexican restaurants. The prices are bit high. We tried burritos and tacos, not up to par quality. A big playground for the kids. Ample free parking, still fully booked due to the weekend.

An amazing place! A purpose built "village" of Designer Shops. Very clean and well set out. A lot of thought went into the planning and I would recommend a visit there. Plenty of places to eat around it....even an IMAX Cinema where we ended our shopping trip. Well worth the trip.

Great location and plenty to do after the shopping with good restaurants, snack outlet's and activities for the kids. If you search hard enough there are plenty of bargains to be had in between the designer price tags. Mainly under cover and free parking with plenty of spaces. 10 minute walk to the Blue planet aquarium if you have time.

Visited in Aug 2021. Plenty of choices of brands for shopping. Outlet prices. Not too many choices for food. Spent a good afternoon at this place. There is a playground near McDonald for kids under 12 yrs old. Must visit if you are nearby the area.

We really enjoyed visiting here. Parking extremely easy to use. Shops all had really good selections. Our 9 year old really enjoyed this too which helped our experience. There was plenty to look at and do for her, a carousel, Claires accessories, Hamleys, various sweet shops, a big climbing frame with slides in the centre. Overall we were really impressed and will definitely be returning.

Amazing choice of outlet shops, including North Face, Nike & loads more. A lot of it is undercover so no need to worry about the weather and getting from shop to shop. Also a good choice of places to eat too, including TGI Fridays on the outskirts. Always an enjoyable place to visit. Also great to see a small selection of Xmas markets this year too, added bonus. Oh and loads of parking options too.

Only half the people were wearing masks, let alone properly. Very few were keeping 2 meter social distances. This is down the pathways. I know that this is not the fault of the place but I thought it worth mentioning.

One of the best outlet villages across Europe. The stores range is more mid level but very large variety. New parking has been opened which makes it easy to find a park. In addition, toilets are new and clean and a variety of cafe and halal restaurants

The largest designer outlet in the UK, the Cheshire Oaks was the main reason why I moved to Ellesmere Port. With several shops and restaurants, you're bound to stay the day to be able to look at everything. From high fashion to sportswear, or accessories, you'll find gifts for everyone. Most of the stores are dog friendly and wheelchair spacious. There are 3 family rooms in the outlet to change your little ones (behind Radley, next to Leon and next to Pizza Express) with the former two also having a comfy chair for mom's to be able to breastfeed (I've also done it in several of the cafes/restaurants and never had an issue). It's beautifully decorated for Xmas now with the 90feet tall Xmas tree and ferry wheel.

Disappointed the biggest Xmas tree wasn't there this year bit the lights etc were lovely. All the stores were covid friendly and plenty of sanitisers dotted around the walkway. I was exhausted walking the whole way round and the only seats were outside in the rain. So was weary by the end if it. Perhaps canvas gazebos would be an idea. Glad some takeaways were open bit sad that the toilets were few and far between. Much nicer to visit in warmer weather.

I love this place. There are so many stores, plenty for everyone and loads of brand bargains to be had. It can get too busy on weekends and it might be time for them to restrict numbers a little better but overall most shops have great COVID planning in place. The Ralph Lauren store is huge and one I visit every time I go. Visiting during the week during quieter times is probably best advised though. Surprisingly the parking is plentiful and there’s plenty of food outlets to enjoy.

  • 5/5 Jamie L. 3 years ago on Google

A multitude of high end designer stores arranged in a very accessible way so you can easily visit every single shop (if you like) and end up right back where you started! Very close parking available and it's free! Car parks have digital trackers letting you know how many spots are available on each car park Always a coffee shop or restaurant close by, regardless of where you are! Most importantly; price! The goofs available here certainly are substantially cheaper than available anywhere else! Be warned, you will absolutely spend more money than intended here!

This is the first time I’ve been here and enjoyed it. My wife and son have been a few times but this was the first I love the design of how the shops are organised in a circle you have a few roads which go through this centre so be careful with young children There is plenty of pedestrian crossings We had quite a few good bargains and it was nice to see all the different shops in one place lovely food centre to have a bite to eat or a sitdown meal. There is a covering outside the shops however most of it is in the open Put this does not affect the experience. Decorations are out for Christmas and we went early and stayed till late so we got the full effect of the lights. Highly recommend this place for bargain buyers and the family will be coming again soon

  • 5/5 David F. 2 years ago on Google
This place is massive, food outlets, shops galore, well over 120, car parks are plentiful and free, take your time, but be prepared for a long day. Half term was probably the wrong time for me. Kids play park area, toilets, cash machines, very well signposted, be aware the site is over a large area and does cross roads, use the crossings.

Brilliant selection of shops for bargain hunters… Cheshire Oaks is a must-visit, we’ve been 6 times in the last few years and always come away with a car full of goodies! The selection of shops is brilliant here and the offers you can get are even better - you can also get a 10% discount card from guest services if you stay at the local Travelodge or are a blue light card member, worth knowing! Parking here can be a bit bedlam, especially if you visit during the peak hours, luckily this time we arrived 10 minutes after opening so we didn’t struggle to get a space, I will just mention though - the spaces are tiny, not great for big cars. There’s a decent choice of food outlets, I do wish there were a couple more places though, some more nice sit down restaurants would be great. The outlet is always clean and tidy which is nice, it’s rare that you’d see any rubbish laying around.

  • 4/5 Mike W. 1 year ago on Google
Went for the Christmas Decorations more than the shops. They looked as nice as ever, tree is impressive, good range of festive eateries and huge indoor bar this year too. Addition of Big Wheel is new - looks amazing and was good to do. Was overpriced at £17 for 2 adults and a child (Got to go round twice) It was cold as cabins not enclosed. Decent view of car park and oil refinery

Went on 25/11/22 (Black Friday) and it was super busy. It became better later in the afternoon. Lots of choice and great great sales, 30% off everything, including items already discounted. Parking can be a problem but we were lucky. Either go early or later to miss the rush. Eat before you go!!

A must-go place if you’re looking for bargains in luxurious goods to home stuff. Very well set out and clean and tidy throughout. Lots of places to eat and even a cinema. Have a very well maintained playground for kids. Parking can be a problem if you arrive in midday.

  • 4/5 Andy B. 9 months ago on Google
Really good variety of shops and bargains to be found. Dog friendly with dogs allowed in most shops which is handy so you don't have to rush home to let them out, especially if you live a distance away. Only advice is arrive early to ensure you get a parking space. Gets really busy as the day goes on.

  • 4/5 Hannah B. 8 months ago on Google
Always love visiting Cheshire Oaks - a huge selection of shops, the majority of which are dog friendly so neither of us need to wait outside. The big downside, however, is the traffic issue. Whenever we visit on a weekend, unless we come at opening, traffic into Cheshire oaks is almost a standstill, roundabouts where nobody moves etc. Needs some other solution to work. Equally, once inside the outlet, would actually be easier if there was a general one way system - obviously if you're after a particular store nobody should be expected to walk all the way round to get to it, but as most people would be causally walking round the entire place browsing, it can get so chaotic with people walking both ways, would actually be a lot easier if most people were heading in the same direction, like places did during COVID. Cleanliness etc is all 10/10, staff are friendly, plenty of food outlets as well as shopping, really enjoy going and can take the dog which is a plus

Had a really great day here. Plenty of high end shops, with some great savings to be had. I was here for the day for Christmas shopping and the trip was a success!! Lovely atmosphere, with plenty of effort made to show that it was nearly Christmas. Parking was easy, there are a huge amount of spaces, but these do fill up quickly, so get there early. Will definitely be returning.

Nicely decorated for Christmas, lots of places to eat and a variety of things to do for entertainment. The wheel was reasonably priced, only £6 per adult and we went around 3 times. We went on a Friday afternoon and the queue for the wheel wasn’t very long. The market was pretty but I will say not many stalls to choose from.

I visited Designer Outlet Cheshire Oaks recently and was delighted to find a stunning Christmas tree beautifully decorated. The immersive experience of being able to go inside the tree was enchanting. There are huge range of outlet shops and few places to eat. However, be prepared for the holiday rush as it can get quite busy. Overall, a festive treat and a great destination for holiday shopping! 🎄🛍️

This is a really good place to carry out shopping. Not only do they have plenty of outlet stores to buy from they also have normal retail stores too..! Plenty of parking available including disabled and child friendly bays👍..! Toilets are relatively clean given the amount of public traffic going into them. Lots of eateries available too.. But AVOID lunchtime..or you may end up waiting in a queue outside. Going at Christmas time is nice as they make it feel very festive and they have a mini German market going on. Get there as early as possible as it does get very busy..!

There are high end shops and bargain shops also so a wide variety for you to choose from. The Christmas ornaments and decorations are lovely also!

Cheshire oaks is my favourite place. Such a friendly place to shop with the Mrs. Plenty of choice of shops and food outlets with the leisure area just a short walk away. Can get very busy at weekends but does have a good amount of parking. Has recently opened a taco bell and looks amazing in the evenings at this time of year.
