Bought a cake it looked ok on display but opened the box at home in the evening and it had green mould on fruits. No one apologised, first question was if I had a receipt & suggested to call/chase manager. At the end got refund just for cake, which I will receive in 3 to 5 days, waisted my time, paid for parking and ruined birthday.

Has gone from 5 stars straight to 1 star, not impressed with the person in charge at all. Picked up cake during online time between 8am-1pm, who told by an aggressive way by the person in charge we give you the cake now but in future we open at 9am (this person clearly started off the day on the bad side), I replied I’m following order instructions off pick up times. They are aware of the online times and are in the process of changing. If they had sent an email of the change of times then there would not have been this issue. The lady was served me was MORE THAN EXCELLENT & was very helpful, well done to this person. 5 stars service for this person personally. ************************************************** Always try and order celebration cakes from Caffe Concerto. Their products are high quality and can not fault. Very well presented with not/no colouring material use for their cakes. Staff could be at time hard to understand as not well spoken with English. However staff are well presented with uniform and are very helpful and friendly.

Brilliant, taste, and flavours. They have sitting outside and inside as well. The pistachio latte was just perfect, and the macaroons completed it just perfectly. Service was very professional. Staff helped us to pick a good dessert.

Wife wanted to try this place after seeing the pictures of the cakes online .. well that’s where they should remain .. the cakes weren’t fresh as they we very cold (I know they are kept in the display fridge until sold) .. it was like they were mass produced and then frozen until sold .. In all honestly it was edible but wasn’t as flavourful as other red velvet cakes .. Costco red velvet is better, in my humble opinion.. For a slither of cake, a can of coke and a bottle of water cost £8.20 .. rather expensive for what it is .. The food was from the stall they had near the food court not the actual restaurant .. I’ll give this a miss next time ..

Had a lovely afternoon tea experience here this week. Food was delicious and staff really helpful and friendly. Only criticism was it was a bit chilly and restaurant could do with some light background music. Wonderful afternoon all in all.

We came here for breakfast and sat in the outside area. The waiting staff were attentive and friendly. We ordered a couple of lattes and a cranberry juice. The latte was great. And for food we had a garden breakfast and blueberry pancakes. Both were lovely and at a fair price.

Not worth the money and some rude staff. I had afternoon tea ‘for 1 person’, without any Prosecco/alcoholic drinks. It was a small pot of tea, with literally 2 slices of bread (barely enough to make a sandwich), and some small cakes/deserts. £28.95 for 1 person for what I got just was not worth it. Didn't look like the picture. They also added on a £8+ service charge without asking… 2 waiters by the till could see we wanted the bill but just looked at us and carried on chatting to each other (don’t know who they were, blonde Eastern European lady some guy worker). We were served our food and had our bill taken by Devkumar who was very pleasant (probably the only pleasant member of staff there). Wouldn’t go back again though

My sister and I went to their smaller establishment inside Stratford and was served by the most disgustingly rude waiter Mariano. This was the first time visiting this place and we ended up asking for a refund and would never return again. We asked about our drink ( which was made incorrectly), he argued with us about it, was proven wrong and then responded “don’t make a drama about it”. His colleague did not know where to look after he responded in this way and we were so offended and felt humiliated because we are not rude people. I believe he stereotyped us from the beginning because when he gave us our drinks, all he said was “£22”. We ended up at Cafe Prosecco downstairs and received excellent service!

We sat outside in the covered heated area which was nice. Service was average. The coffee was great. The Salmon Nicoise Salad was pretty good but had too much olive oil. Would probably go back if I was at the mall again, as a solid option to escape the crowds, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit for just this place.

Just seen the bad reviews on this place, but for myself it was rather excellent. Went there with my wife and toddler, sat outside and staff gave my girl some scribbling paper and colourings to keep her entertained which was exactly what we needed to not have to run around with my daughter. We were kind of hungry so ordered the grilled salmon and lamb shank and fried chicken with chips for the kid. Food was cooked to perfection tasted good and portion size was just right for ourselves. Finished off with a slice of honey flavoured cake which was soft and delicious.

Vile with a capital V. Tl;dr If you're not a grandma with zero functional taste buds and failing eyesight, this isn't for you. Did you ever want the experience for eating in your half blind grandma who can't taste's house but instead of your grandma's unconditional love you get a snooty waiter who will take an instant dislike to you? Cafe Concerto has you covered. A note on the decor. It's impressively terrible. You really feel like you've stepped into a film set. Like a plastic crown with glass jewels it might look good from a significant distance but as you get close you realise how cheap and tawdry it all is. Clearly eldritch geometry has been imployed to fit the baffling number of chandeliers into the available ceiling space. Each chair is a unique, abominable combination of imitation wicker and horribly patterned cushions. Everything screams "make it look fancy but I don't want to pay a lot". Honestly it's quite something. Maybe order some tap water to just experience it. But stop at the tap water because everything here is a waste your time. From. Totally undrinkable coffee. The "lemon cheesecake" was the sort you'd be disappointed in if you bought it from a pound store. The insane sugar content and dubious presence of any dairy at all is crowned in a decoration of some kind of unspeakable acidic yellow gel. It taste like lemon was described to a madman who was given left over chemical runoff from the food industry and he birthed... This. Truly a modern marvel of horror in food form. Don't eat here. You won't like it.

I've been to other Caffe Concerto in Central London and this one cannot be considered as good as others. Food was okay, service was not very good. They have good spacious seating in the open if you visit on a sunny day. We had ordered Chicken burger, Brushetta and Pesto Pasta. Out of the three dishes, Brushetta was living upto its expectation. Serving size is good if you are really hungry. An extra coffee was added to my bill which was immediately removed when I complained.

Mainly went there to enjoy the varieties of pastries on a friend’s recommendation. Taste was great. We went there to have brunch. So we had some coffees on the side with it. Place is amazing. It’s a proper restaurant so the price is high than usual. Good to go with groups.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying the best halloumi sandwich baguette I've had in a long time. This culinary delight exceeded all my expectations and left me craving for more. The halloumi itself was cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior that gave way to a wonderfully creamy and slightly salty interior. It was clear that the chef knew the precise art of grilling halloumi. What set this sandwich apart was the thoughtful combination of ingredients. Freshly sliced tomatoes and crisp lettuce and rosteted pepper provided a refreshing contrast to the savory halloumi. What truly elevated this baguette was the bread itself. The baguette was impeccably fresh, with a crispy crust that yielded to a soft, airy interior. It was the perfect vessel for showcasing the star of the show, the halloumi. Every bite was a harmonious blend of textures and tastes, leaving me savoring each mouthful. I couldn't help but appreciate the attention to detail that went into crafting this sandwich. In conclusion, this halloumi sandwich baguette was a culinary masterpiece that I won't soon forget. It's a testament to the power of simple yet high-quality ingredients when combined with skill and care. If you're a fan of halloumi or simply appreciate a fantastic sandwich, do yourself a favor and seek out this delightful concerto creation. You won't be disappointed! Thank you concerto stratford.

Nice lunch in fairly cramped restaurant, Italian with plenty of other choices including cakes or an all in afternoon tea (which looked a bit petite when delivered in fair style by attentive and helpful staff)

Fabulous! Had coffee with a friend and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The interior decor is lush. Love the seating arrangement. The drinks and cake were yummy. If you're looking for a place to have cake and coffee outside the regular, try Caffè Concerto!

The food was nice. The price was decent for the food that we had. Attending staff were accommodating to our dietary requirements. Staff was considerate that we was fasting and needed our food in time for iftaar.

Amazing customer service. The waiters were really welcoming and patient. Was served by three different people (2 young lads and a girl) last evening/night and each one of them was very nice. Amazing cakes (or cake slices) as well !

5 pounds for an expresso totally watered and with a disgraceful taste to dirt and ear wax. If you are asking for this price in a cafe, at least serve anything decent. A total scam

Only good thing about this place is the cake. The service here is absolutely terrible because of this one staff member (presumably the manager) who has too much attitude and is clearly looking down on customers and stereotyping them. Came here on two separate occasions so I know this isn’t just a one time experience. The same worker gave attitude towards me and my friend, treating us as if we were idiots and had the nerve to even lecture and scold us when we asked to get the four cake offer. Every time we come here we leave feeling upset due to the interaction. Would recommend going to the Oxford street or white city branch for better customer service.

Had breakfast and I wasn’t impressed at all by the amount of food was on my plate considering it was £19.00. I had a salted beef egg plate, unfortunately 3 petite pieces of beef on it, potato hash wasn’t cooked enough. Waited for quite long time and dish came out just warm. Service was ok however would recommend to improve since service charge is included. I love your place inside shopping mall, delicious cakes and macaroons.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner in their outside seating. Service was very good, and it felt safe as it was fairly spacious in their outdoor seating area. I'd had their cakes before but I didn't realise they had a full food menu also with good variety, so was able to enjoy dinner followed by cake and tea. :)

I am use to come to your branch and usually served by Nouman. The most exciting thing. He never ever refuse me.He knows my preferences. I just explain him one time and now I no need to explain him again what we need. He is the best bar tender and excellent communication skills with customers. I suggest you to visit and at least once got served by Nouman. He will give you sense of special service. Strongly suggested.Enjoy happy hour at that place as well.

Together we’ve made the right decision. I am very pleased with the service and support. Keep it up & thank you sooo much Irina !
