I had the double chicklen rice bowl! It’s delicious, fulfilling and it was ready super fast! The place is very nice with seats downstairs. I really like the orchids decorating the whole place! I recommend it!

I had the pork rice bowl and it was amazing. Be warned though one of my friends found a bug in their meal but the waiter was very sorry and kindly offered a free dessert.

The food was very nice and worth the price needs some store in South London. I a big fan of Sushi 🍣 ❤

Food from Itsu is always great... this particular experience however was sub-par - we arrived 1 hour before closing, and the downstairs seated area and bathroom were closed. We found a spot to sit with our daughter, and towards the latter end of the meal were swarmed off of our seats by other patrons. Also the stock was limited.

I went to Itsu again today, and overall, it was a good experience. The amount of food choices was large, and most things were out on the shelves. There was quite a lot of people, but I came at a busy time, and only waited around 5 minutes. The food itself was delicious, I really enjoyed my sushi, and the salad was good aswell. I would definitely eat here again. The only things were the prices were a little higher than other shops, e.g wasabi, but the quality of food did make up for it. The tables were a bit sticky, and it would have been nice, if they wiped them a little more often. Other than that, I think it was extremely enjoyable experience, and I would definitely come back and eat here again.

Frequent customer. Can comfortably say the service is top quality. The staff are phenomenal. One in particular Ahmed, always has the time of day to help you choose the best meal or snack. And food quality is always excellent.

Arif was so friendly and helpful. Really went above and beyond to make a nice experience not just for me but for everyone in the shop. I’ll definitely be coming back. Great food too.

The sushi was good for the (low) price but I've definitely had better. One staff member was really short and unpolite, but the other one was kind enough. But it's very convenient (fast), you can charge your phone and the dining area is quite cosy.

I got some chicken low warm salad for lunch. It used to be mostly greens and chicken in a yummy sauce. I chose it because i need to keep a low-carb diet. Now, half the portion is brown rice, so I couldn't eat it, nor would I want to. Very disappointing.

Wouldn't call their noodle soups Japanese, or nice for that matter. And their sushi is dry, basic and boring. I have no idea why this chain gets so popular. There are so many other delicious places for the same price.

The eating area is underground and not staffed, it felt a little claustrophobic, but the food and prices were great. Get the code or the receipt for the toilets or you'll have to go back upstairs to ask for it!!

I work in the area and frequently come to Itsu for lunch, the main reason I visit is because of the wonderful and friendly service I experience from the staff, specifically Ahmed who is always provides exceptional service. He goes the extra mile and is always on hand to help with any of my queries. His warm and pleasant demeanour always brings me back to visit Itsu neal street.

Honestly… I do not know what to say. Other I feel at a loss for words on the incredible service I received from Ahmed sahal in the itsu Covent Garden store today. This staff member had restored my faith in the brand , I had a bad experience a couple of weeks ago in St Pancras with old avocado in my meal. Not only did his apology for my bad experience feel compassionate , but he made every step to ensure this quality issue was not the case here and followed up with contacting the branch in question to improve thier standards. I mean it doesn’t get any better than that. somebody promote this man. The store was spotless , saw him tidying away afte careless customers while still maintaining a genuine smile. Delicious fresh food at the branch - I’ll be coming back for sure , thank you Ahmed !

I come to Neal street Itsu a lot, bacause I work around the corner. And I have to say that Ahmed is my favourite staff member, always cheerful and provides exceptional customer service. I always leave with a smile:)

Fantastic place serving prepared sushi and related products. Prices are very cheap, the place is tastefully decorated and spotless. USB charge points at the tables. A pleasant experience.

Good noodles with spacious seating downstairs. Friendly staff. However, the toilet (accessible with code on your receipt) was very dirty.

Decent food, well presented, friendly service at a good price in the West End. Practically an oasis.

Consistently good quality, fairly priced sushi. Good to see in-store recycling bins and some efforts made to reduce plastic packaging.

Some Good food but toilet out of order ur not allowed to sell food in a restaurant with no toilet. I paid Estes to eat in and had to leave basically immediately because I couldn’t use the toilet and enjoy my food. Ridiculous

Was dining on my own but the blonde lady server made my visit. A really friendly person who had caught the eye of the G4S man. Thank you for the giggles today. 😃

This is too expensive place to eat. Quality of food is average. I was with family, both my girls and my partner like sushi. Couldn't say no.. but food isn't that great. I had lunch couple of times at Ealing Broadway Itsu, much cheaper and decent.

I normally love to eat from here but was very disappointed when I bought spicy Korean udon noodles and this was soo dry that i actually don't want to buy from here again I spent approx 9 pound in total for a lunch I did not even eat, the noodles normally have a broth. My meal was not pleasant at all, No consistency. if you enjoyed a meal once here before don't go back with the hopes it will taste the same.

Sushi rice 🍣 🍱 was too sticky with more than enough water which tasted like baby food for adults. The presentation of the sushi box wasn’t that bad at all but when tasted it at home it was yucky mostly because of the texture of such soften rice. The sushi roll was also too loose and would fall while taking it up. Japanese sushi should be more chewy and those tiny rice could be seen one by one. So disappointed and definitely won’t buy it again.

Tidy and cosy place. Friendly staff. Hoisin duck bao is delicious. Set of mixed sushi is ok, but not the best and their soy sauce is too salty for me.
