I visit the Runnymede Pleasure park every year for my birthday. It has a nice clean padding pool for the children. One cafe serving meals. The views are magnificent views of the river and hills. Plenty of places for the children to run around. Good parking facilities. Disabled people can park free. 1st 30 minutes free.

Great little play park and clean toilet facilities and onsite cafe with food and drink and ice cream in all weathers, walks along the river Thames with Runnymede Meadow opposite and statue of HRH Queen Elizabeth II what more do you want. Events throughout the better weather and through the year and additional rides and entertainment provided too with pop up additional refreshments too. Great all year round with beautiful scenery. Just a lovely place to be with the family or as a couple or even by yourself.

Lovely park with a lot of open space, play area, cafe, ice-cream shop and toilets. It has a walking path along the river. Kids can go on their scooters or cycles too. There are quite a few benches if you want to stop and take in the view. Plenty of parking but it can be busy as it is popular. On a sunny day, it'll be a great place to have a picnic.

We brought the 5 year old and toddler to these grounds for the soft fall lagoon splash play area, fully fenced within a massive riverside park with LOADS of parking. An event was being held, some kind of fun run, with many family gazebos set up and a great atmosphere. We took a boat ride and saw many paddle boarders and kayakers out enjoying the safe and picturesque river. The boat has served as a prop on several movies but now the central boiler is a fibreglass replica. A very pleasant afternoon.

This a super family friendly location to spend a sunny afternoon! There are plenty of spaces and a great place to bring a pic nic. No bbq allowed so do your cooking at home :) If you don’t want to bring your own there are two food/drink locations where you can get plenty of ice cream options and some hot food too. There is good parking options which you pay with RingGo so get the App. You can fish here if you have a license and there is an awesome kids playground along with some pay activities such as mini go kart, bouncy castle and inflatable “sphere thing” (see photo) where the kids need to run on a plastic hamster wheel! If in the area it’s a must go, especially if the weather is great.

The playground is quite good, but the parking is an endless muddy field in the wet. It can accommodate a lot of space though. Payment of the car park is also strange. We jusy happened to stumble across a sign that said "pay for parking, even if the barriers are up. Didn't even know you had to pay, so that goodness for that little laminated sheet 😄 Monthly car meets go on there, which is nice as it gives the children somewhere to play.

Perfect place for rest around the nature. Good price car park. Nice, small cafe with toilets. Kids can play on the water play area. Visitors can rest on the blankets or walk by the riverside.

Really nice outing spot. You can do picnic in any of the grounds. Beautiful riverside walk. Activities for children. And lovely boat ride. Beautiful place for a day out. There are a few tuck shops for snacks, ice-cream and drinks everywhere and a nice proper café to sit in and have a meal.

It's a scenic lush green picnic spot by the Riverside. There is a cafe as well serving a host of hot food and drinks, kids meals and ice creams. The toilets were clean. Ample parking spaces available

Nice cafe and huge car park. The cafe accepts all payment methods including cash of course. But for some bizarre reason the carpark is card or app only. There is a machine that supposedly takes cash but it is out of use in a big very permanent looking wooden housing.

A great day out. Weather good but cold. The signing of the Magna Carta place and Runneymead Park are a great place to visit. National Trust members park for free at the Magna Carta centre.

This place is very nice and its huge, so it is easy to follow social distancing. You can book boat rides to enjoy your day out. These can be booked online. We went here to celebrate the birthday of my friend's 2 year old. I could see many parties(birthday, baby shower) going on here in the entire area. The best part is the place is perfect for kids, it has kids park, pool to keep them entertained and busy the entire time. You could decorate the area with small tents , balloons and you are good to go for an outdoor party.

Beautiful lakeside views and great for walks and very dog friendly. When we visited there was a bouncy castle and children’s go carting on the field which is great if you have children. The cafe offers hot and cold food/drinks and ice creams. The prices are high for the quality and venue, you can get the same in a nice London cafe with better quality.

Perfect place for the children and pets to run and enjoy.. Beautiful surroundings and great facilities. Ample parking, plenty of food options (ice cream especially) , playground, paddling pool and bouncy castle. You can easily spend a day here just watching the boats pass by on the Thames.. Plenty of walks if you fancy that too.

Excellent for a day out with kids/family with nice views including riverside/greenery. Great for walk/cycle/dog walks. Parking is also reasonable.

Great open space so you can spread out/have big gatherings without being too close to other groups. Paddling pool and surrounding area is clean and splash pad is closed for an hour during the day for cleaning. Reasonable parking cost, clean toilets by the car park, none closer to the paddling area though. Cost of ice creams and food is steep IMO

This park is big, many parking spaces, not far from Windsor castle. Next to thames, so you can see boats passing by. There are activities as well that you can explore. We enjoyed the cool breeze while having a picnic. There’s a cafeteria and a play ground. Toilets are in site. Social distancing are observed as I said the park is big. About the parking, you can pay by cash or card.

We went on a day when it was absolutely pouring rain and the kids still loved it. Nice cafe on the corner with decent food and friendly staff. All in an entire package

Nice walk along Thames to Staines and back. Flew drone (within laws). Parking was a bit weird though...pay on leave, but then it asks when you arrived - which I had to guess! Not happy in case I get a ticket
