Expensive but good value for money holiday. Tour Guide Ash lead from the front, always had a smile on his face and friendly to accommodate to most requests. Our tour of Jordan with 11 other solo travellers experienced canyoning, floating on the Dead Sea, The Treasury from the Indiana Jones Last Crusades film at Night in Petra, a party in the desert with everyone boogeying with a pair of yellow camel pants, and finalising in the Wadi Rum desert which really took my breath away. Made some friendships along the way and even dressed myself in a white throbe for the final farewell dinner. Already looking at my next Flashpack in Chile later in the year!

Went on Flashpacks first trip to Norway and loved it. As for Flashpack, customer service is second to none. Emails with any questions answered in a timely polite manner. They offered, and followed through on calling me direct before I booked the trip. Any updates were relayed asap. How often can you say that corresponding with anybody selling anything these days is a pleasure? With Flashpack is was. Looking for another trip now.

A fantastic travel company - friendly team and great customer service. I unexpectedly, last minute, couldn't make my trip as planned and the team were super on it and so supportive, helping me navigate what needed to be done. If this is any indication of the level of service they provide once on the road, it is truly first class - I look forward to booking onto another flashpack trip in the future!

I had never traveled solo before and didn't know what to expect, however my worries were quickly put to rest as the Flash Pack customer service answered all of my questions and worries. It was an amazing experience, from start to finish. A wonderful, energetic guide, we stayed in lovely accommodations, always had fun planned activities, sightseeings, all the food tastings were amazing. And of course, a great group of like minded people who I now call my friends. I would travel using Flash Pack again in an instant!!

I had the BEST TIME and I'm already looking at booking my next Flash Pack adventure! From start to finish, the Finland trip was seamless. As a solo traveler, it's easy to get frustrated or overwhelmed weighing options and trying to find unique, non-touristy activities -- having Flash Pack put everything together for me was a dream. I was really happy with everything we did.....some of it pushed me out of my comfort zone (I guess I'm not as brave as I think!), but my fellow Flash Packers were so supportive and encouraging and that really helped! Having like-minded people to experience everything with was possibly the best part of the trip. By the end of dinner the first night I felt like I had a whole group of new friends, and I enjoyed getting to know each person. Everyone was from so many different backgrounds and got along beautifully....even when we talked politics ;) There was a genuine respect and curiosity among the group. I can't say enough good things about the Flash Pack or the Finland trip. I've already recommended them to many friends!

The Flash Pack Spain Vespa tour was an absolutely amazing experience! This company is brilliant! They attract interesting, adventuresome people and provide for a journey that is certain to revive and invigorate the soul! Every stop on our tour was better than the last, from amazing mountain views to dinners in town that will take your breath away. I can't say enough great things about this tour or this company! This is the way to travel! I can't wait for my next flash pack adventure!

Flash Pack are absolutely brilliant. I loved the Vespa trip in Spain! The booking process was easy and Flash Pack have a knowledgeable support team who answered all of my questions. The guides on the Vespa trip were wonderful, as were the other flashpackers who I got to share this amazing experience with. Thank you Flash Pack, I will definitely be going on another trip with you soon.

Magical Morocco was without doubt, one of my favourite holidays, ever. Our group were amazing and three weeks on from meeting for the first time in Marrakesh, our whatsapp group is still going strong! The itinerary ran like clockwork, our guide was a total legend & there was never a dull moment. I won't spoil the details of the trip - but a particular highlight for me was trekking & staying in the Atlas Mountains. Incredible! The fact I booked a second Flash Pack trip within 3 days of getting home from my first probably tells you all you need to know.... Bring on Peru 2018!

Over the past 14 years, I have done almost a dozen different group tours. My trip to Turkey was my first experience of Flashpack, and I can honestly say, Iā€™m so impressed! The initial cost of the trip was the most that Iā€™ve paid for a tour, I could have easily done a similar trip with another provider for less. But from the moment I enquired and booked, I felt truly ā€˜looked afterā€™ by Flashpacker in a way that I hadnā€™t experienced before. The customer service from the booking team was excellent - Nothing was too much trouble. The trip itself included much more than cheaper rival companies - more (quality) activities, almost all meals, and tour leader/driver tips. These were things that I had become accustomed to paying for as extra throughout a tour previously - it was so much nicer to travel knowing it was already accounted for and made me feel more relaxed, like I wasnā€™t having to budget throughout or make multiple ATM withdrawals. But it was the subtle inclusions that made it special for me; being whisked straight from the airport to the hotel, instead of having to wait around for other peoples flights to land to make it worth the transfer for the driver. Little welcome treats at the first meeting. Having initial drinks included at meals out. Being given bottles of cold water on a bus journey, instead of being expected to get up earlier to source these ourselves from the shops in the morningā€¦.all of these touches just made it feel so comfortable, so welcoming and so ā€˜adultā€™. The group dynamic was perfect. Again, pre-booking I did wonder if selecting a group with a 30-40s age range would be ā€˜old and dullā€™ (Iā€™m 36 but inside I feel younger!) However it was actually amazing! Everyone was on the same wavelength, were of course still fun, and were exactly like me - it was refreshing to be amongst others who enjoyed a good bottle of wine on a night out, instead of feeling pressured to chug cheap shots to keep up with twenty year olds! It was without drama and cliques and I felt like I could properly be myself with a generation of new friends that I connected with. Sefa, our guide, was amazing. As with most guides, he was incredibly organised and knowledgeable on the history and culture of the country. But even more than that, he just seemed to have an intuition that knew how much info we needed, and precisely when. Thereā€™s nothing worse than doing a long journey day to a new place, desperately wanting to go freshen up or explore the new surroundings, but having to endure a lengthy group chat in reception first (something sometimes necessary when a group contains unruly/distracted teenagers). He got this entirely, and accommodated our need to feel free by giving us the right amount of info in short snippets at the right times. The activities on the tour were great! The boat trip in Fetiye was incredible - again, having a spacious boat that was exclusive to our group of 14 was a special touch! And the balloon ride was the highlight of my week! I also loved the picturesque setting for the wine tasting eveningā€¦honestly Flashpack, how did you find such gorgeous places like this?! I genuinely think I will find it hard now to travel with any other companies in the future. I canā€™t say a bad word about anything in the trip - not one piece of constructive criticism to give! Thank goodness I discovered Flashpack whilst I still have another decade to enjoy your further tours (before Iā€™m too old!)ā€¦Iā€™d better start saving up!

I've travelled with FP a few times and whilst it started out as an interesting proposition, it's just not for me. I found the trips too sedentary for my preference and the quality of hotels, especially considering the price, weren't all that great. I know people that swear by FP so it's not a review to necessarily put you off, just go in with eyes wide open. Happy travels

I was debating booking a trip with this company until I read this: "For Flash Pack specifically, we ask that you show proof of vaccination or proof of a negative rapid antigen test taken within 72 hours of joining the adventure." For what purpose? Have you not been keeping up to speed with where we are now.. this is totally unnecessary and discriminatory.

Having heard some positive things about this company I considered booking a tour with them. Customer service was awful. They are not worth the money they charge. There are better companies out there: price vs quality of experience. In my honest opinion, do your research before committing to Flashpack. Otherwise, it will feel more like a mediocre flashback experience.

I had an awesome experience with Flashpack on my Sept 16th trip to Japan. Our guide Kazuki was amazing and the best guide Iā€™ve had so far in all of my Flashpack and other group trips. There were 14 of us and the group got along very well. The itinerary was amazing and all the activities were lot of fun. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. There were so many highlights thatā€™s itā€™s hard to list them all. I wouldnā€™t skip a single thing on the itinerary. If youā€™re on the fence then just book it, you wonā€™t regret it. Shoutout to Ellie and her customer experience staff as well for answering questions 24x7. -Prince

I have just returned back from touring on the North India travels. I specifically booked with Flashpack because they positioned unique experiences, Heritage hotels that were of high quality. Having done a tour with G Adventures I can honestly say I have been disappointed with FlashPack. Nothing unique-highly hectic itinerary that felt an exhausting experience of long hours travelling from one destination to another that felt very rushed. Hotels were below standard with flush /shower not working. On the positive side -met some lovely people, the tour guide was amazing but would not be recommending this company. Great marketing , extortionately priced.
