Brilliant experience! Great service, high quality meat (highlights were fillet steak, teriyaki chicken, ribeye) and amazing salad bar. Also served grilled pineapple and marshmallow at the end which was yummy! We were well looked after by the staff and the atmosphere was vibrant.

This is by far the best Branch to come to, the staff are super friendly and just get the food to you. Came hungry and left feeling full-up. Hats of the chef, staff and manager for making this such a great experience!

Ate here on Saturday night, Staff were welcoming and attentive. Food was delicious and flowed very freely. It got quite loud - but friendly loud - which made it hard to hear others on our table. Nonetheless, a very good experience. Would come again.

Really amazing staff, wonderful atmosphere and it was such an amazing experience to come back here after a year or so. Really enjoyed the chicken selection and also the egg and spaghetti on the salad area. Really enjoyed! 👍👍👍👍👍 And almost forgot the desserts and marshmallows amazing as always 👌 Also many thanks to the manager I believe who was really welcoming and made us feel really welcome.

El Vaquero is located on high street Whetstone, it looks inviting from the outside and it’s inviting from the inside also. It’s hails from Argentine, it’s technically an all you can eat establishment, you chose your vegetables, salads firstly then the meats is carved up and served to you, all sorts of meats are served, and it will served to you until you say your stuffed. The meats are so tasty, delicious and freshly cooked and served to you by the friendly servers, you will not be disappointed, vegetarians are fully catered also , so you will not miss out, the desert is also on the same tune, which is carved pineapple and ice cream, this is based on the assumption you have left enough space for desert. This is a great place to eat out, especially if you love meats, I definitely recommend and will return, making sure I fast for a day before attending.

my first time going to this restaurant and l was blown away by their amazing, outstanding customer service . The manager Tom welcomed me and my family with such great service l did not want to leave the place after finishing my delicious meal . The food was so tasty and my 5 year old enjoyed every bit of everything , the meat kept on coming the stuff where so attentive and polite . All our need where met and Tom went beyond and over to make sure we enjoyed everything . Their cocktails are so nice he even made 1 for my mum to surprise her since it was our 1st time there, she loooooved it . it was called summer rise l think. overall l will go back again and again and again . Its such a family oriented restaurant .it was such a hot day they offered the kids some ice creams to cool them down there where so thoughtful throughout . If l could give this place 100/100 l will :)x

My first visit and I can't remember the last time I had such a fulfilling dining experience. The copious servings of perfectly barbecued steak and lamb, carved tableside by the attentive staff, who can't help but ask you for more food, was an experience I'd never had before and one I truly loved. I recently celebrated my last birthday here and my family and i had aterrific time. the lengths the staff went to, to keep our plates piled high with some of the best cooked barbecue I have ever tasted, made my birthday all the more special. I'd recommend that any carnivore give this place a try. Good atmosphere, great value for money, really friendly and professional staff with convenient parking facilities. 👍🏻

Good selection of beef, lamb and chicken grill. Nice fruity white and red wine. Attentive and helpful staff. Salad bar is very limited. I felt they were rushing us to leave. Going to such restaurants is about socialising and having fun, I would have enjoyed it if they didn’t rush us.

I had a really great evening with my daughter for her birthday. The food was really amazing. They asked us what sort of meat we like and how we'd like cooked. They were lots of choices and all the meats were cooked at a very high standard. The salad buffet was fresh and yummy. We had lovely cocktails and We had pineapple and BBQ marshmallows for dessert and they gave a complimentary dessert to my daughter for her birthday. They also sang happy birthday to my daughter which was very nice. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and very attentive. The Manager was wonderful and was looking after us and making sure we had all we wanted. In summary a very good choice and we look forward to our next visit. I recommend this restaurant 100% .

This place has long been a favourite of ours and the impeccable service, delicious food and positive atmosphere was even better on Christmas day! There were delicious shots for the adults and alcohol free ones for the kids, the decor was festive and the music muted but seasonal. An unconventional but delightful Christmas dinner. Although they are amazing any time of the year ☺️

Was here again at the weekend after having not been for a few years - this was the first place I met some of my wife's family, before we married. Staff are EXCELLENT, warm, friendly, helpful, and great at their jobs. Food is Brazilian, various meats brought around on skewers nicely spiced and seasoned, and the salad and sides buffet is really very good - the best of this kind of restaurant I've been to, with a good variety of options. Atmosphere is busy and happy - it might be a little too much for some, on a busy night, but it's a great vibe and I'm sure most people would enjoy it. Not sure if there are veggie or vegan options but there's a lot going on on that buffet and I imagine they're the kind of restaurant who will accommodate. Meat is halal. 10/10 WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

First time at El Vaquero, food was very very good loved the service. All the servers are very attentive. Atmosphere was brilliant too and for any Muslims it's halal !! Plenty of vegetarian options too, buffet is very reasonably priced and has options for pretty much everyone. If you like fish then you must book in advance Try it out you won't regret it.

El Vaquero is located on the High Street with ample parking. Step free access, entering from the street level. Transport links are excellent, with local buses situated just outside. The restaurant is a good size. The decor is nice. The food is definitely for meat eaters. This is a buffet style service. You grab your salad & vegetables sit at the table, and the meat comes on skewers with garlic bread and chips. The meat choices are beef, lamb & chicken. All the meats are seasoned well with a variety of marinades. You can choose how you want your beef & lamb cooked. Excellent value for money as you can eat as much as you want. This place is family-friendly. The pricing is very reasonable considering the amount of food & quality. Overall, it was an excellent night out.

Food was fresh they keep serving food. Most important part is staff are very kind and very helpful. They have very good vibes and very positive. I well recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Had dinner there. Offered cuts were good, but could do with more variety. Also, the salad bar although good, was not getting replenished. It could be a small factor, but makes all the difference. And weren't offered dessert.

Myself and my partner are here last night and had a wonderful time. Noah, our server, was FANTASTIC. They were incredibly busy but she made sure we knew how everything worked and was lovely. We were asked how we liked our steak which was cooked beautifully. We were also asked mid way what we liked and if we wanted anything specific bought round. When we’ve been to other restaurants with this style of serving it’s felt like they bring round the cheaper meats more regularly and hold off on the fillet steak but not here. We also loved the free extra dessert at the end. We will definitely be coming back! I took off a star for atmosphere just because of where our table was. We were in the middle of the room and with people getting up to go to the buffet and staff varying round the meats etc it just felt a tad intrusive.

best "all you can eat" experience I've ever had! oh, delicious steak, a decent variety of greens for salad, sweet and pleasant service, great vibe! we'd definitely go back! make sure to try the barbecued pineapples! tho the sangria could have been a bit stronger, but it could be good when you don't have a designated driver!

Really great quality of food. Eat as much as you want which means you definitely get your moneys worth! Really nice and friendly service. The restaurant was very busy but we were still served with great customer service. 5 stars all round! EDIT: I have since returned to this restaurant and unfortunately did not receive the same service as previous visits. We were rushed by staff to leave the restaurant despite not having been served half the amount of food as usual. The waiters were staring and giving us dirty looks for the last half an our of our meal. We still had over an hour before the restaurant actually closed and had only been in there for about an hour. We definitely did not get our moneys worth and did not enjoy the meal half as much. Really unfortunate as I usually love this place.

DO NOT EAT BEFORE YOU COME! Fantastic food. We arrived to very a helpful and kind team. The food and the service is AMAZING. And then.... just when you think it’s not possible to eat another thing on the ‘All you can eat BBQ’ .... the crispy pineapple and Giant marshmallow arrive. Very much YUM.

Came here with my partner a couple weeks ago and I was extremely satisfied and impressed with the food. The meat just kept coming and coming! A wide range of different meats to try with the waiter/waitress explaining them as they came to our table. Unlimited salad bar too which was great. We had excellent service, our waitress made sure we had everything we needed and was of great assistance and nothing but r polite and smiley. Lovely restaurant and area. Definitely will be coming again. Loved the marshmallow with pineapple at the end as it was a great ending to a great meal - light but so yummy.

Top class place, unlimited amount of amazing, mouthwatering meat and a salad bar to keep the mouth moist! I have visited a few occasions and will continue to do so. Lovely, clean place, situated in a lovely area with adequate parking. Very reasonably priced also!

Overall food was amazing and so was service so would be 5 star! But I felt as soon as we sat down we couldn’t talk as a table, it was very intense and busy constant coming up to you asking what you want. This restaurant is good for big meat eaters, if your not then don’t bother

Myself and my family visited on 30.06.21..our ages ranged from 10 years to 61 years...we had a fantastic evening, food just kept coming.. The salad was lovely and fresh. My grandson had a mock tail, his strawberry dropped on the floor and the lady replaced it with a smile. I would definitely recommend here and go again

We have regularly visited the establishment and have always found that the quality of food and staff to be consistent. The staff are polite, friendly and well mannered. Our last visit was an anniversary meal last Saturday at peak time so I should have taken this in to consideration when I booked an indoor table, upon arrival we decided we wanted to sit outside and without hesitation were offered an alternative table (thank you). El Vaquero's customer care is exemplary, regardless of how busy they were we were often asked if there was anything in particular we wanted or if our meal was satisfactory. I have always found that both the meats and the salad bar offer varied options so there is something to suit everyone's taste. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Very nice people, friendly and helpful, beautifully cooked meat, the only negative that we found when we visited is that the place is very noisy from some reason, even though it was not very crowded. There must be something with the place's acoustics. Other than that perfect for barbecue eaters. 😋

I took my son here and had such a good experience. The waiters was very happy and smiley. She checked that we knew how the service worked and that we had everything we needed all through our meal. We were offered pineapple and marshmallows after we'd finished eating our meat and salads. The salads we're very fresh and diverse. You could easily have a vegan meal here. I will be coming back again and again.

A great place to eat. High quality and tasty meats, which keep coming. The salad bar is topped up, is clean and fresh. You have complimentary chips with a nice touch. There is a range of drinks and desserts which are not part of the fixed menu. Price wise you get what you pay for and and a service charge is added to the bill. The service is exemplary and the staff happy and talkative. If you’re looking for a nice place for a big meal, this is a safe choice. Wholly recommended.

Delicious food with a new selection coming every 8-12 minutes from the waiters. Brilliant ambience and fantastic staff. Although the experience was wonderful, I am only giving 4 stars for this one as the price is quite noticeable (£30+ Per person). For those planning a gathering, celebration or get-together this place would be a good choice.

Price gone up since last visit. Great staff. Couple of the steaks were a touch chewy this time but managed to get my hands on the chicken hearts 😋 lovely
