Visited this Nandos after going to the London Stadium for a match. The line waiting to get in looked long but it quickly went down. Food came really quick and staff were friendly. The drinks were underwhelming and tasted flat more like water. Overall visit was good

I finally try Nando’s! Since this restaurant’s name shows everywhere in UK makes me curious about its food. I order Chicken butterfly” (2 pieces of chicken breasts forms the shape of a butterfly) set which comes with 2 sides (Peri-Peri chips and broccoli). There are few sauces for choosing and I go for the non-spicy ‘BBQ’ one. The chicken breasts aren’t too dry but not very juicy at the same time. But I like the BBQ sauce which adds a bit of sweetness to the chicken. The chips are quite good too. Crispy enough. However, the broccoli as you can see from the photo tastes not good at all and it has turned to greenish-yellow already. Other than the butterfly set, I also ordered 10 pieces of chicken wings for share. The sauce I choose for the wings are the ‘Lemon and herb sauce’. It’s a bit sour, spicy and refreshing. Unfortunately, the wings are over-baked or fried. Bitter flavor is found in some of the wings. Soft drinks here can refill again and free water is available too. Online ordering is available by just scanning QR code which is quite convenient.

Ok, I am not a fan of Nandos. I ate here today (Nandos Westfied Shopping Centre) by accident. However, I used the opportunity to leave an honest personal review. Nandos is famous for waiting. So I didn’t hold my breath. Ordered by going online and placing an order on their website. You can’t order if you haven’t got an account with them, so you have to open one. They lost me there. I don’t need an account to order some spicy chicken, do I? The walls where we sat were dusty. So were the surfaces right on top of our plates. I couldn’t help but take a few photos. I believe the cleanliness of this part of the restaurant will benefit it is monitored regularly. Anyway. Long wait and a plate of sweet potato edges arrived. No sign of the drinks. Then, after an extra wait (while we finished the edges) the drinks arrived. Then the mains. I had the double chicken pitta. While not impressed and blown away, the pitta wasn’t that bad. The hotness was “hot” and was a very pleasant punch. The sides though… were less then satisfactory. Old chunky baby broccoli and some kind of unfermented kimchi that they called “rainbow slow” tasted less than great. I will not be going back to Nandos Westfield Shopping Centre. I may give another branch a go though.

I haven’t been to Nando’s for probably close to 6-8 years. I remember the portions being large and everything being super tasty. We ordered a platter for two and it was the biggest disappointment. Fries are way too hard and so average. Corn nothing to write home about, same with broccoli. Chicken was alright but portion was way too small. Safe to say if I don’t go to Nando’s for another 6-8 years, it won’t be missed.🍗

Arrived late just before they closed the app for ordering wasn't working but soon got sorted at the till. Food was excellent and served very quickly. Good all round experience.

Bustling but they will get to you swiftly, staff was quick to get us to a table during bank holiday when it was busy I noticed that the staff was more attentive but patient and helpful despite how busy it was Food took just 15 minutes to arrive and it was very hot! Was served by a lovely gentleman called Emmet who took my order, and also updated me on my Nandos loyalty card balance, which came in handy for my meal price. I ordered the Fini pitta with grilled halloumi, chicken, red onion chutney, salad and hot and spicy signature sauce and a side of pwri salted chips.

Liked the ambience but the tables were too closed to each other that it was difficult to get out as there was no space to push the chair behind. Having said that the order came within a decent time noting that it was full. The menu is good but not as extensive as I had in Qatar as it depends region/country. Since chicken was not halal at this outlet I opted for humus and bean burger and it was spicy n awesome. Will be back soon.

The food was awesome, not really vegan kind of restaurant, but it’s still great cooked and the spices is great too. The staff is very helpful, friendly and hardworking. When ordering it might take some time to get it, depending on what type of food you bought it can take longer, it will be worth the wait. The atmosphere is always lively and they have music on sometimes, it can also become full and not easy to get in. Their toilets are also clean and they are very fast in cleaning. Coming in groups can be easier with the price. Recommend to try 👍

I love this Nando’s location but the only reason I come back again and again is because of Rafael! His attention to customers and ability to make you feel at home is second to none. The new Mac and cheese is amazing too! Thank you Nando’s and especially Rafael we will be back very soon!

Went there on a busy Friday night, amazing food ,amazing cosy busy vibe….also the host Mr.Shreyas was brilliant, working fast and really communicated very well! Good to see a good team leading a restaurant and keeping its reputation at top, good luck Shreyas and team. 🥂 🥂cheers

It was super crowded the weekend we were there. Queue went by fast. Unfortunately our peri peri chicken were quite dry, was not as tasty as how we knew it. The sides especially mashed potatoes were dry as well.

Amazing experience here at nando’s in stratford. Our waiter Rafael had been beyond excellent with me and my partner. He welcomed us with a big big smile and made us feel valued. Very satisfied with the food and with the service. Always ask for Rafael. :))

Great place to eat chicken. The taste was very good, we took 1 full chicken and unlimited coke that is also a very good offer. We 3 people are not able to finish that, so quantity wise also it was good.

I had a great experience at Nandos Westfield Stratford, thanks to Rafael. He was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to provide the best customer service I had ever had at Nandos! We had a nice meal here. Large place in Westfield Stratford. In truth, it felt a little chaotic. Probably because this was on a Friday evening, to be fair. Despite the chaos, we had a pleasant dinner here. Got a chicken wrap and a double chicken breast pitta. Nando’s hot sauce bringing the heat as usual. Zing zing🔥🔥🔥 Slight issue initially with the food but when we raised it with a waiter, he apologised and promptly replaced the dish with a replacement. Enjoyed the food as always. Can’t go wrong with a cheeky Nando’s, eh? 😉

The service was good. One of the best Nando’s I have visited. The atmosphere is something that I liked the most. Also the order delivery was quick compared to other Nando’s I have been to.

I had a bus to board from Stratford bus station and was in a rush. So I chose Nandos as I had heard about their quick service in the westfield mall. Once me and my friends queued - the wait time was less than 8 minutes. Way of ordering: - scan the QR code pasted on the table and take a note of the table number as you will need it while placing your order. - make the payment -bring your cutlery, nandos hot or medium sauces -wait for 10-15 minutes and your order will be ready and served on your table. *Pro-tip- if you order a drink - a glass will be given to you and you can keep refilling your drink. We had ordered 4 glasses of coke since we were four people. Their service is very quick and the staff is very kind and polite. Their website for ordering is very easy to learn. We had ordered two butterfly chicken with 2 regular sides for £13.75. I personally love the combination mashed potatoes 🥔 and broccoli 🥦 with butterfly chicken. It will only serve one person. You have several options available for regular sides - Peri Peri fries 🍟, corn 🌽, etc. *Find it on the right side of their physical menu card* We also ordered chicken wings (20 pieces) and clubbed it with Peri Peri fries and garlic bread. It was a great deal and served two people.

I have to say I was disappointed because I had such high expectations the whole chicken we ordered although soft and not dry, it was not at all juicy, I guess it was a little dry in that respect. Flavor did not overwhelm me

The service was brilliant, we didn't have to wait for long in the queue. I had the best rainbow salad! The food was nice and warm, pleasant ambiance.

It was my fist time at Westfield and I was very happy with the experience and service at Nando's. The cashier was friendly polite ans helpful which made it great. Food service was 5 star, after completing my order and walked back to my Booth my food was out to me in about 2-3 mins after. Keep up the great service.

Vibrant place and packed with customers, even at 4pm. Friendly staff working very efficiently. Only issues were no straws and the bathrooms were out of order. Nevertheless, this did not hamper the dining experience.
