    Steve took time to learn about me, my training background and my goals and set me up to work with Rob - great decision! I have learned a great deal during my time training at The Cut, Rob pushes me hard during each session while always taking account of anything going on in my life that day/week. I’ve made excellent progress and look forward to more as continue working together. Thanks folks.

    I have been training with William for nearly 5 years. He's supported me on my fitness journey with commitment and dedication. I’ve gained consistent results with his training programs and he keeps me motivated and committed to my goals. The Cut is a really nice space to train in and all the team are super friendly with a positive culture and vibe to get to your results!

    I'm an experienced gym-goer. I've been going for over 10 years, but after a cancer diagnosis in 2020 I needed to get back in shape. Working with Will, I didn't think I had much to learn, and just wanted the motivation, but the whole experience has been extremely eye-opening, and very effective. Will got me working harder then I ever have before, and tailored our sessions around the damage the cancer done. I feel so much better about my physical state now. All the staff are friendly, and the gym is clean and modern. Would highly recommend if you're willing to put the work in

    I've been training at The Cut (with Steve) for over a year. I feel fitter and healthier than I've ever been - I reached my target within the initial 12-week program, and stayed on to progress as my goals and abilities have evolved. I feel that everyone is invested in helping you achieve what you want, whether it's losing fat or building muscle, and the team keeps you accountable to yourself in a friendly and supportive way. The workouts are tailored to push me to get stronger and fitter, the nutritional advice is realistic and helpful, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend Steve and the team more highly.

    TL;DR: The Cut provides a fantastic personal training experience and is definitely worth giving a go - especially with the introductory offer. I have had some bad personal training experiences at other gyms - no shows from trainers, trainers not remembering injuries/ limitations week to week, providing generic exercises that don't work for me, struggling to use the right equipment due to crowded gyms. The Cut is a million miles away from that. The trainers are reliable, expert, and obsessive in making sure their programmes are tailored to who you are, where you are now, and where you want to get to. What's more, the gym is only for personal training. No more sessions stalled waiting for the guy sitting on a piece of equipment listening to an audio book. If you are struggling to get motivated, or have had suboptimal PT experiences in the past, give The Cut a go.

    I trained at The Cut for 12 weeks and it was simply amazing! Thanks to Steve and William who pushed me harder every session and gave me guidance for nutrition I succeed to reach my goals! Cannot recommend enough!

    I’ve had a great experience at The Cut. Started training with them just before lockdown, then on and off during, and then re-started in earnest with Oliver Cascarina in January this year - and have lost well over 20kgs since then. Feeling and looking better than ever, and all at a sustainable pace with appropriate allowance for cheat days. Would definitely recommend them to anyone trying to get into shape!

    I have been training at the Cut since last year and the whole team provide a top quality personal training service in a well-equipped gym. The location at the city is super convenient and there is a friendly atmosphere every time. Will, my regular trainer, is fantastic! Will's knowledge of fitness, nutritional guidance and his friendly and enthusiastic approach make our sessions always interesting and fun. I look forward to training twice a week. If you're looking for a highly professional tailored fit programme the Cut might be exactly what you need. Highly recommend Will and the whole team!

    I have been training at The Cut with Steve for the past five months and, with discipline, hard work, encouragement and expert coaching, achieved my initial goal within 12-weeks. With The Cut's fitness tracking tools, I shifted the extra 'lockdown kilos', got my diet back on-track resulting in reduced body fat, increased lean muscle and better endurance -- all ahead of my 50th birthday and I feel great! The team has created an encouraging environment promoting camaraderie among clients and support from all of the trainers. Everyone works hard, has fun and if you have the right attitude, The Cut will get you to your goal and beyond!

    Excellent Team with a super supportive mentality which empower and motivate you to achieve your goals. They provide weekly support and guidance on developing sustainable habits to achieve your goals, and they challenge you session by session to improve without being too pushy. The gym is well equipped, the schedule is flexible and the team is incredibly friendly and collegiate. Steve has done an amazing job developing the gym and the culture and Tim has been a great trainer helping me achieve a significant physical transformation. Can't say enough good things about this place.

    I have a disability with a number of mobility limitations. I therefore spent many months researching many gyms and trainers and by a country mile The Cut Gym was by far the best on so many levels. Firstly, the gym is virtually brand new with more than enough equipment needed. The changing rooms are also modern and spotless. The location is very easily accessible from Bank. The packages on offer are extremely competitive with no compromise on results. The best part of this gym are the trainers - extremely polite, humble - starting at the top with Steve - and welcoming. A genuine care for your needs and requirements. I am currently being trained by Richard, who is really friendly and great to work with. Richard's level of knowledge for both fitness and nutrition is incredible. There is explanation throughout for each activity and it's benefits and Richard also has a skill of knowing how far to push you to achieve your maximum potential and results. I have been going to the gym for 6 weeks and the results are incredible. There are no extreme measures and Richard will genuinely set you on your way to a successful results. If you are looking for 1 to 1 sessions you would have no regrets going to The Cut Gym.

    Great gym, great PT, great equipment. Steve, the owner, is one of the friendliest and welcoming people in the industry. I train with Ollie and he is really good at pushing but with safety in mind. I recently came off a few injuries and spine surgery + stomach surgery. Even still - in 12 weeks of training I lost 12.6kg and increased the amount I could lift/squat by tens of lbs etc. The motivation, know how of the trainers, follow up and tracking of food (+ the free protein shakes) made it possible. I am still a bit away from my goals - covid and city work did a number - but have had more compliments from colleagues, friends, and family in the 12 weeks of training at the Cut Gym than I had after 10 months of gyming on my own before then. Really good times on offer for city workers with long hours. Very flexible too! Very much recommend. Seriously, if you are thinking about it - DO IT. You will not regret it.

    This is far the best gym I went to! I joined because I wanted to be more lean and athletic , and the first results were visible after 2 weeks. The gym is very clean, staff is professional and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Location is also a big plus, as well as flexibility in scheduling the sessions. My honest recommendations - not only for those who want a body transformation, but also for ones who just want to stay fit & feel much stronger and better in their own skin! :))

    Great gym with fun and sociable atmosphere, although the trainers are not shy to push you hard in the meanwhile! I have struggled with maintaining a fitness routine in the past, but my trainer Ollie has totally changed that with his supportive approach. Joining the Cut was the best fitness decision I've made in the last few years, would highly recommend.

    I've been training at The Cut since last summer and it's been a great experience. The whole team is friendly and the gym is a really supportive environment. Rob has been great at pushing me when I need it but also knowing when work/life means we need to take things a bit more slowly.

    I highly recommend the Cut gym to anyone looking to start training with a PT. It’s centrally-located and the facilities are top notch with just that little bit extra care (hair ties for women in the changing room, protein shake for anyone who wants them after sessions). My trainer, Ollie, is very patient and committed to meeting each client’s goals. The atmosphere is friendly and not intimidating.

    I have been coming here since Jan, and (for someone that hates the gym) I have really enjoyed myself. My trainer Ethan is brilliant and such a good match to my personality. My eating habits have completely changed under his guidance and direction, and I have lost weight and now even have muscles showing in all the right places! After the trial sessions, I signed straight up for another block of training and have done so again and now enter the next phase of my training. The gym, other clients, and trainers are really welcoming and supportive of each other. If you are like me, and get nervous the first time you go to a gym, then this is the place to go to, as you are put at ease and feel part of the place quickly. Also that this a personal trainer gym only with clients and not a public gym means it is cleaner and more friendly than I have come across in the past. Thanks to all The Cut team for your help on my journey and especially to Ethan for understanding my needs and supporting me at every step. Adam

    The Cut Gym is a fantastic facility with great trainers. Steve and the team have created a super friendly atmosphere that is incredibly welcoming and not at all intimidating. The 21-day trial is a great way to test it out, and there’s no way you won’t want to join after that. Special mention to Jem, who is really encouraging, super-knowledgeable and makes training fun too! Highly recommend to anyone.

    I’m a woman in late 50s, and have been a client since May. I can’t say enough good things. My strength has improved and my aches and pains are gone. The owner Steve runs a fantastic team of trainers. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and personal. It costs a bit more but it’s worth it. Absolute quality.

    I have trained with Steven over the past few months and couldn’t recommend The Cut highly enough! The sessions are engaging and fun, whilst still being challenging, and Steven takes the time to tailor and iterate the programme to suit individual needs and lifestyles. The consistent training has led to such a positive difference to my overall strength and physical health. The facilities are great with a wide range of machines / equipment. The atmosphere of the gym is super friendly and all the trainers have been so welcoming. Look forward to training again here soon!

    Highly recommend. The training is highly personalised from when you first join to planning how to go on once you leave. Steve shows a great deal of care throughout your time there, checking in with you about your progress and goals. Tara is an excellent PT, super friendly and shows great attention to detail. The gym itself has a good vibe and all the trainers are welcoming. Enjoyed my time here and was sad for it to end. It’s really set me up for my own training and was all round an extremely worthwhile experience.

    The Cut is an absolute gem of a gym. They have highly knowledgeable trainers that are dedicated to helping you reach your goals safely. All the trainers are warm and friendly and I was always greeted with a smile. I trained with Sean for approximately 9 weeks and he went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable yet insightful experience. He is wonderfully skilled and will push you to do your best. The gym is kitted out with the most up to date equipment and is never fully busy so it was comfortable to train. I was able to lose 7kg and have been feeling stronger and fitter. I was left with a great guide to help me train on my own. My only regret is not being able to see the gym now that it has been renovated. I’m sure it’s going to be an even more excellent place to train. You will not regret the experience!

    The Cut has massively improved my confidence in the gym - prior to joining, I’d never used weights/ventured over to the weights area due to a fear of not knowing what to do! I now feel comfortable and confident using machines and my form has vastly improved. Special shout out to Tara for being such a great trainer - she has made me feel very at ease in the gym (while also making sure I push myself to reach new targets!). Would highly recommend The Cut to anyone who is serious about making a change/improving their fitness levels. All the trainers are personable and it feels like you’re part of a great community!

    Run don't walk to sign-up to The Cut! It is THE BEST private gym in London. I've been training at Cut since early March and can honestly say I have loved every session, even though it means getting up at 4.55am to train! And have seen brilliant results - I'm leaner and stronger. Training at Cut is a wonderful, supportive experience. All the trainers are really welcoming and friendly, and are some of the most experienced and knowledgeable I've ever worked with. Steve, the owner, is my trainer and is a brilliant motivator and communicator, and under his beady eye allows me to challenge myself to do better, understand my limitations and helps me push beyond them. I can't recommend The Cut enough.

    The Cut is a fantastic PT only gym. Having signed up post-COVID with the objective of maintaining my fitness when back in the office, and improving my strength, the experience has surpassed all expectations. I was new to using a PT and had not seen the value for money previously - 2 years later and The Cut has proven me wrong! The whole team is incredibly welcoming and there is a down to earth atmosphere that prioritises long term discipline and simple lifestyle changes over short term fads - and it delivers results. Special shout out to Will who is a fantastic trainer and keeps me honest, constantly pushing me to reach higher levels. He is incredibly flexible in scheduling sessions around a busy work day (6am!) and varies the workouts to keep then fresh, adapting to accommodate any injuries. The recent refurb has also taken the facilites to the next level - Steve and the team can be very proud of the gym they have built here.

    Love this gym! I have been training there since March 2023 and I would highly recommend. The trainers ALL make you feel so welcome from the moment you walk through the door. I did not want to train with the 'all or nothing' mentality as I am a mum of 2 young children and want to have a life. The Cut makes that acceptable - the training and nutrition advice is first class. I have seen amazing results but more than that training is enjoyable!

    Really good gym with great trainers! I have recently started and completed an initial training package. Since then I have signed up long term to carry on training, but why . . . . . . From my initial consultation my trainer Joe wanted to know what I want to get out of the training sessions and has tailored our sessions accordingly. Since joining, sure I have lost weight, but I have also been surprised about how quickly weights I am lifting have consistently increased. Joe always checks with me if I can do more but he can just tell by looking at how the last set went. I look forward to many more months continuing to lose weight and build strength.

    Exceptional personal training gym in the city of London. The family-like atmosphere Steve has created is great. It's social and enjoyable and Steve takes the time to know all of the clients. I have been training with Will for almost three months now and the results I have seen are beyond my expectations. Will is results driven and always helps me to push that extra bit harder. The environment is laid back and friendly with quality equipment and facilities. I have gained a lot of knowledge about correct form, and the quality and efficiency of my workouts. The nutrition plan has been easy to follow and adapt, and the approach is teaching me a great deal about what works for my body. Definitely recommend!

    I've been training at The Cut for a number of years now, and cannot recommend Steve and his team highly enough. The newly-extended gym space has a modern feel, is well equipped, and the atmosphere on the gym floor is welcoming. Even when training at peak times, the gym feels spacious, you never find yourself waiting around to use equipment, and there is a very personal feel to the place. The Cut is suitable for all levels - from true beginners to the most seasoned gym-goer, and having trained at a number of other personal training gyms in the past, I believe this gym occupies a unique position in the market; you are pushed hard, and held accountable, yet there is zero intimidation and the training is truly tailored to the individual. After what has been a very difficult couple of years for the fitness industry generally, it speaks volumes for Steve and his team that they have not only survived during that time, but thrived by expanding the gym floor and growing the team. It's a great place to train, run by a team of people who demonstrably care about achieving results for their clients.

    I have been a member of The Cut (training with Steve) for a year. Although I reached my target weight within the initial 12-week programme I signed up for, it's been the dynamic personalised workouts (which are constantly evolving to push me further), nutritional advice (Steve has gone out of his way to review my food diary and recommend adjustments depending on my goals), and great atmosphere that's kept me going. From experience with other PTs, I can say Steve and the team at The Cut are some of the best in London.

    I've been at The Cut Gym in City London for just over 3 months now and I love it! Steve and team are very professional and experienced, with good equipment in a perfect location for city workers. The team align training to your goals and what you're comfortable with, including adjusting your lifestyle in a manageable fashion. Jem (my PT) is great and i've seen excellent results with him - both visibly and feeling much stronger! Thank you Steve/Jem and rest of the team - the environment you create to train in is second to none i've experienced!

    I trained with Jem for ~9 months and couldn't be happier with the results. Really enjoyed the experience - Jem is a lovely guy, taught me a lot and pushed me to my limits. The gym is a friendly/welcoming environment and I'd recommend it to anyone.

    Need a gym? Look no further! If you want a holistic approach to your fitness goals then look no further. I have been working with Claudia at The Cut for a year now and can say that what I have achieved with her guidance is nothing short of brilliant. The gym itself is a great space and perfect for the one to one services provided by Steve and his team. The facilities, equipment and staff are all first class. I have wasted so much time and money on other generic gyms, I wish I had found this place earlier. The programs offered are really tailored to you and your needs. Your goals, time, eating habits are all considered. The hard work is really done for you, all you need to do is turn up and work out!
